Hotel Arcade

I really appreciated the kindness of the staff at the restaurant during breakfast, as well as at the reception, both when I arrived in the evening and when I checked out with my family in the morning. They also resolved several issues with our booking and suggested great places to visit in Lucerne.

What I didn't like was that during the check-in process, my wife and children weren't allowed to go to the room while I filled out the paperwork. They were very tired after spending many hours in the car, and even though it was explained to me that this is their policy, frankly, it was the only thing I didn't like.

Dimensione della camera.

Clean

Nothing

Camere moderne e pulitissime. Colazione ottima.

Niente

Gutes Frühstück Nettes Personal Gute Zimmer und Betten

Excellent location. Staff very friendly. Room cool despite 30+ degrees of heat outside. Breakfast very nice.

Nothing.

Super clean.

No tea pot or coffee maker in the room. Parking spaces are very narrow.

Sehr sehr freundliches Personal. Sehr sauberes Zimmer

reichhaltiges Frühstück, freundliches Personal, gute Lage komfortables Bett sehr sauber

Everything

this was a place to stay between Lucern and Zurich where we were visiting friends. The hotel was great, breakfast was good. Highly recommend.

Saubers Hotel. Super freundliches Personal.

Everything was great staying at this property. Highly recommend this place for your next stay

Struttura di recente costruzione, ampi spazi

Tutto ok

good hotel

Nice rooms and very clean. Helpful staff. It was a very short stay but we enjoyed the hotel.

Very nice hotel.

Freundliches Personal.

All staff was very nice and helpful

Was really clean and nice decoration with a good breakfast and good staff who was there . I really will stay again there for a work or to check arround

price was a little too much

Angenehmer Aufenthalt. Direkt beim Landi.

Workers are very nice and friendly.

Stayed just 1 night. Rather uninspiring exterior, small lobby, only 2 elevators so a mad crush when tour groups come, breakfast items limited and seems a bit stale. But polite staff, nice sized n clean room with clean towels n sheets n great shower gel

Breakfast was great

Sehr nettes Personal 🙂

Close to train station

Should have the kettle and tea, coffee

Very good hotel

Einfach und zweckmässig

Perfect location, very quite and easy to find. Parking space big and next to the entery.

Very friendly stuff and really nice

All fine

Janine was a great host from the moment we arrived. No issues whatsoever with the room and with her soothing voice and help we had a nice stay

Fruit wasn't very fresh at breakfast

.

Wir waren 1. Nacht in diesem Hotel!

Very friendly staff, clean and well maintained, and great bar. This is a gem of a small hotel. Found by accident as I couldn't get a place in Baar, but this is a great hotel. The only point is that it is near the train line, so if you stay on the rear of the property it can be noisy...but that is the same with a lot of hotels in the area. I will definitely use again.

Not didn't like, For me i was missing a coffee machine and /or different kind of tee

Clean room, friendly staff and good breakfast

price at high end for value

very quiet, clean and silent. large shower with fast hot water. very comfortable

Clean, good breakfast, professional staff

location no amenities in the bathroom (I believe everything is available on request, but if it’s not already in the bathroom, when you need it, it’s a little less comfortable)
