The perfect place to stay close enough to town but extremely relaxing. We spent a lovely afternoon sitting by the pool. The room was very comfortable with a private porch area. Breakfast was delicious. Boiled the bicycle and rode into town and they have a path.

Serviço excelente. Quinta lindissima. Espaços comuns cuidados. Piscina otima. Estudios confortaveis e funcionais. Gostámos muito e recomendamos vivamente. Sabemos que estamos perante um serviço ao cliente de excelencia, quando a equipa nao se limita a resolver prontamente um problema que surge, mas sim, faz por mimar e surpreender positivamente o cliente. Todo en este sitio está pensado para procurar una buena experiencia: la ubicación en una finca tranquila y rodeada de naranjos, la fabulosa piscina, los desayunos incluidos, la amplia terraza externa de nuestra habitación, el cómodo aparcamiento privado y el buen trato del personal. Muy recomendable para pasar unos días de tranquilidad cerca de la playa.

Some people may find the proximity to the train too loud but it was fine for us. If you want to explore properly take a car.

Die Ruhe und der Pool waren wirklich toll!

Das WLAN war leider schlecht. Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer leider auch nicht so toll. Fahrräder ohne Licht (abends schwierig, da der Weg ins Dorf Stockdunkel ist)

L’emplacement est exceptionnel, propreté irréprochable, accueil et service chaleureux et impeccable.

Léger bruit de la N125 à proximité mais cela ne nous a pas empêché de passer un excellent séjour. Nous recommandons vivement !

Quinta dos Perfumes is a truly beautiful and peaceful place, set in the middle of an orange grove and surrounded by nature. Everything feels carefully designed for silence, relaxation and quality. The architecture is elegant, the rooms and common areas are very clean, and the saltwater swimming pool is wonderful — spotless, calm and beautifully placed among the orange trees. We also loved the natural setting. We saw woodpeckers, hares, rabbits and many different birds, and you can hear birds singing throughout the day. The location is perfect if you want to relax, but it is also close enough to Tavira, the Ria Formosa and beaches such as Manta Rota. We had a lovely morning run from the property towards the Ria. The breakfast was excellent: complete, fresh and healthy. But what stood out the most was the staff. Every single person we met, from reception to the rest of the team, was genuinely kind, helpful and welcoming. It is rare to find a place where everyone is so consistently friendly. Overall, it offers very good value for the quality of the experience.

There was really nothing we disliked. The property is not directly on the beach or in Tavira, so having a car is useful, but that is also part of what makes the place so peaceful and relaxing. The nearest beach we enjoyed most, Manta Rota, is around 7 km away by car.

Beautiful location amongst the orange trees. Very clean, comfortable bed and great swimming pool. Staff so helpful and delightful breakfast.

הכל באמת מקום מקסים בתוך פרדס , יחס אישי מעולה אוכל טוב והכל מצוין , לדעתי המחיר מעט יקר לסוג זה של לינה ... אבל בהחלט עושה הכל כדי להצדיק את המחיר. (דרך אגב הרכבת שעוברת לא מפריעה כלל ומי שמנסה להתייחס לזה כנקודה שלילית הוא כנראה בעל שמיעה יוצאת דופן)

Beautiful small B&B in the middle of an orange-farm with double rooms or studios. Nice, modern accommodation, rooftop lounge, garden with herbs and vegetables, pool with cool drinks. Super nice and helpful staff. You can take bikes to explore the area or the nearby town.

We loved everything about our stay. The staff were fantastic, especially Elisabete, who gave us a wonderful introductory tour upon arrival. Our studio was spotless, airy, and incredibly spacious. Relaxing outside during the day and night was absolute bliss, offering total peace and tranquility. Having lunch and drinks on the roof terrace was a major highlight, and the amazing pool was perfect for cooling off in the warm weather. Additionally, the town of Cabanas is highly accessible; you can reach it via a lovely walk down a quiet backroad, on the complimentary bicycles provided by the complex, or via a quick Uber ride.

Lieu magique dans les orangeraies. Très bel accueil d'Élisabeth. Leur terrasse pour boire un verre est superbe. Nous avons adoré ce petit havre de paix et son petit-déjeuner qualitatif.

La quinta est au milieu des orangers, le jardin potager est magnifique. Le petit déjeuner est délicieux . Très belle piscine et prêt de vélos ce qui est un plus

Si le vent est mal orienté on entend les voitures, mais c’est un détail . La décoration de la chambre manque de chaleur. Le rapport qualité prix n’est pas bon en comparaison de tous les logements que nous avons faits au Portugal.

La struttura é immersa nella natura, le piante di arance donano un‘ atmosfera fresca, romantica e viva! Lo staff é sempre disponibile e molto gentile. Tutto pulitissimo e molto ben organizzato e ordinato. Colazione anche straordinaria!

A estadia foi curta, pretendemos voltar para usufruir da piscina, do terraço, passeio de bicicleta e outros serviços da Quinta. Temos que voltar, mas no mínimo 3 noites. A Quinta é muito agradável. No geral gostamos muito mesmo.

A linha do comboio, mas isso naturalmente não à nada a fazer.

Sadly very overpriced compared to the other higher quality properties in the area. Rates should consider noise of road/trains and level of service is good but not excellent which is what you’d expect at the rates charged!! Rooms small and not sound proof so depends on luck with other guests.

Lovely stay! The hotel itself is beautiful and set in a peaceful location. It’s not in a busy area, and although it’s a bit of a walk to get to the beach, we actually enjoyed it—it was nice to have a good stroll. The room wasn’t as big as I expected, but in the end it didn’t bother us at all. Overall, we had a really lovely and relaxing stay.

Die ruhige Lage in den Orangenfeldern ist etwas besonderes! Jedes Zimmer hat seine eigene Terrasse. Der Pool ist wirklich einzigartig. Man kann ebenfalls kostenlos Fahrräder ausleihen.

Die Anlage ist etwas abgelegen, man braucht immer ein Auto oder die Fahrräder um in die Stadt oder an den Strand zu gelangen.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Das Personal sehr aufmerksam ,höflich und stets hilfsbereit. Wir haben immer wunderbare Tips und Empfehlungen bekommen um die Gegend besser kennenzulernen. Danke an das ganze Team. 😊

A very relaxing long weekend at Quinta Dos Perfumes, after a week of walking up and down (felt like mostly up!) hills in Porto and Lisbon this was a welcome rest. The staff is lovely, the hotel is modern and comfortable. As other reviews note, there is an occasional train passing, but our room was probably closest to the track and we were not disturbed. The local village was a 20 minute walk and had a good selection of restaurants (Wild Thing was the best, don’t be put off by the name, but do be prepared to pay cash), and a nice beach accessible by boat for 1.5€

Unfortunately when we were there the pool area got a little noisy with one very loud family in particular. This was not the fault of the hotel but did limit our enjoyment of the peaceful setting.

Het is qua pricing wel erg hoog. Voor additionele diensten betaal je ook fors. Overall Gemiddeld 2 a 3 keer duurder dan in de rest van Portugal.

I think the price was exaggerated for the property.. we wanted to try something different and more real but I think the price was too high for what they can offer… still a great place but not a Ritz Carlton and not a 450€/night hotel… I know it’s the high season and they are adjusting to supply and demand but it is a bit overpriced

From the moment we arrived we were treated like we were the most important guests in the world. Elizabete was exceptional - very friendly, helpful and willing to go the extra mile to make our short stay as stress-free and enjoyable as possible. From storing our bags while we went exploring (we arrived early) to arranging an earlier than normal breakfast for us on our day of departure (due to an early flight) - nothing was too much trouble. Nestled amongst a beautiful orange orchard, the rooms are perfectly formed, the swimming pool secluded and glorious, and the location quiet and peaceful. A true gem!

We spent 4 nights at Quinta dos Perfumes travelling as a same-sex couple. The staff were so lovely and welcoming and the accommodation was well-kept and comfortable. The hotel is set in beautiful orange groves, with breakfast overlooking the garden. Room was comfortable with good AC. Water available for guests in the lounge. The pool was a good size and set amongst the trees. The hotel is just back from the main road into Cabanas. They also hired out bikes for free, so you can cycle into the village to visit the beach or restaurants, which was excellent.

I felt the welcome was sincere -but disappointed with the spirit of the place -no sevice -all drinks at pool and roof top self service and no further connection till morning self served breakfast -this created isolation in the visit -also mean spirited in only one courtesy bottle of water for 2days stay -at the cost of €571 Vastly overpriced
