Good location, clean

Small rooms. We ordered 2 bigger rooms long time ago. When we got to the hotel they only had 1 bigger room for us and another small room that was not a good fit for what we needed. They offered a reduction in price but we didn't want that and insisted on getting the 2nd room that we ordered. After insisting, they found a 2nd big room for us. This experience was very unpleasant. Other than that, the staff were nice and helpful.

המקום מרכזי וקל להגיע לכל מקום בפאי. הצוות נפלא ושירותי מאד. הגן בו ממוקמים החדרים מקסים.

החדרים צפופים כך ששומעים כל מה שקורה בחדרים אחרים. נכנסים חרקים לעיתים לחדר וחשופיות שזה לא כלכך נעים. המיטה ענקית והחדר קצת קטן. הזרם במקלחת חלש.

Lokatie! Vlak aan de nightmarket walkingstreet dus middenin het centrum maar toch een serene rust. Het resort is prachtig opgezet met leuke -vrij kleine- hutjes, en watertjes in een tropische tuin. Het ontbijt was goed verzorgd en fijn op het buitenterras. Restaurant op het resort is ook erg goed. Weliswaar in de hoge prijsklasse, zeker voor Thailand begrippen, maar kwalitatief ook erg goed. Jammer dat het personeel niet heel oplettend is. Voor deze prijsklasse mag je wel wat meer verwachten.

De tweepersoonsbedden waren aan de kleine kant, zeker als je de klamboe gebruikt was het erg ‘cosy’. En met al het water en vegetatie is het natuurlijk een paradijs voor muggen, zeker in het regenseizoen toen wij er waren. Daar kan de accomodatie weinig aan doen (hoewel ze regelmatig verdelgen) maar dit was toch jammer, want buitenzitten op je veranda was -ook van top tot teen ingesmeerd- nauwelijks te doen in de avond.

I have stayed here several times over 15 years and it's always very good. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The rooms are smallish but very comfortable and have all that you need. Obviously, the location is central to all things which is great if you don't want to drive.

Rooms are quite close to each other. Pool has too much chlorine. Guests talking on their phones in loud voices outside their rooms very late at night.

Wonderful place, would stay here again (and again). Great location with very nice bungalows.

Het personeel is ongelooflijk vriendelijk en staat altijd tot uw dienst, de huisjes zijn super gezellig, de tuin is fantastisch onderhouden, het ontbijt is uitgebreid en lekker, het resort ligt in de hippe buurt van Pai, in een woord is dit een van de toppers!

Alles was perfect!

De ligging is echt middenin Pai, je loopt zo de nachtmarkt op. Er is vriendelijke service en je wordt verwend met een handgeschreven kaartje, souveniertje of snoepjes op de kamer. Ontbijt is lekker.

Uiteindelijk zijn het basic hutjes waar je de hoofdprijs voor betaald. En het zwembad is echt heel klein.

Vanaf de aankomst zijn we zeer gastvrij onthaald. Omdat het onze huwelijksreis was, kregen we een upgrade! Ook was er op het bed een mooie verrassing voorzien. De hutjes en faciliteiten zijn romantisch en vooral heel idyllisch! Het ontbijt was top en de locatie in pai nog beter. Ik kan geen slechte dingen opnoemen, niet twijfelen om hier te komen als je op zoek bent naar een romantisch verblijf met twee!

The hotel was very welcoming - from its hand written welcome note and fresh fruits to the breakfast box they made for me (for free) because I had to check out at 6am to head to the airport... this really felt like home away from home. The driver and bellhop Eak was amazing. I wanted to take lessons at a kickboxing gym 40 min. walk from the hotel (there were closer ones but O wanted to support this gym) and was running late. He offered to drive me there and picked me up. He did the same the next day when my Bolt driver did not show up. Thank you so mucj for your hospitality. The hotel was perfectly located - just a couple steps from the main walking street and yet on a quieter road. I would definitely stay here again!

As it is next to the main street, it takes a while to arrive by car as everyone is in the middle of the street.

Tutto, albergo molto bello, immerso nella natura. Stanza perfetta, in legno, con tutto il necessario. Colazione superba, posizione ottima e servizi adeguati.

L' unica pecca potrebbe essere l' eccesso di casette. Un numero minore avrebbe permesso di godere di più dell' ambiente circostante. Ci si sente un po' pigiati.

The service from the staff they are attentative, friendly and make you feel comfortable. Breakfast was fresh and well presented. The rooms were the 3 C's. Comfy, cosy and cute!

Very limited parking directly outside the location. Altermate parking is however provided a small walk away.

Was a beautiful setting with a nice restaurant. We enjoyed the pool area. The room was very comfortable and location was close to everything.

Parking was a little difficult sometimes.

Het hotel was prachtig met fantastische huisjes! Aan alles was gedacht, van een klamboe tot water en van een lieve welkomstboodschap tot koffie en thee. Een heerlijk zwembad om in af te koelen en een erg goed restaurant. De ligging in Pai was perfect, we liepen zó de walking street op. Oh en een erg goede massagesalon recht tegenover het hotel!

De mensen, locatie en het restaurant. Heerlijk eten. Prijzen liggen iets hoger dan gemiddeld. Maar wij werden er blij van.

De huisjes vonden wij wat klein. Met een kleine bij betaling konden we naar een grotere variant.

Mooi rustig plekje midden in Pai. Prachtige tuin waar de huisjes in liggen. Het personeel is echt heel erg vriendelijk.

This place is amazing. Right in the heart of Pai just a short walk from the walking Street. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with soft beds and a great shower with good pressure. The grounds are beautiful feeling like you are in a jungle. The staff are incredible, especially Kim the manager who went out of his way to help us and offered us advice on places to see on our onward journey. Just a great place to stay. Easily one of the best we've experienced in Thailand.

The rooms weren't very soundproof. Our room at the front of the complex you could hear some music from the street. The room further back we couldn't hear anything though.

לצערנו לא היה בריכה בזמן השהות שלנו, היה בתיקונים.

We loved everything! Especially the staff! They were all so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was so delicious & the variety was great. We also loved how our cottages were on the other side of the party scene & bars, so we were more surrounded by tranquil sounds of the river and birds. We also loved the sweet touches like the handwritten notes, the soap gifts and the welcome.

It’s not their fault & they were doing so much to counter them, but the mosquitos were abundant. I loved how they came each afternoon to individually put a mosquito spursl on our terraces.

The crew was absolutely wonderful and kind.

Het is een prachtige plek met allemaal aparte hutjes die elk op zich een hotelkamer vormen met gezellig terrasje omringd door prachtige planten, met zicht op de rivier. Een heerlijk ontbijt en heel vriendelijk personeel. Dichtbij de walking street maar toch rustig omdat het aan de overkant van de rivier ligt.

Misschien is het wat jammer dat het zwembad wat klein is en wat vroeg sluit. Dit ligt in het ander deel van het hotel, maar voor ons vormde dit grote beperking.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel, located right beside the river and the small walking bridge in Pai. It is ideally situated in the heart of Pai’s lively area, with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby, yet the property itself is remarkably quiet. The rooms are extremely comfortable, clean, and well air-conditioned. The bathroom is excellent, and the sitting area is very pleasant. Breakfast is also great. I had a wonderful stay during the rainy season and would definitely return.

The only downside was the bed. The mattress was extremely soft, while the pillows were very firm, making it uncomfortable for my neck and head. This is the main area that needs improvement.

אחלה מלון נהננו מאוד העובדים אדיבים ןהיחס נפלא היה לי רק קשה במדרגות של הגשר והבריכה קצת קטנה אבל לפרק זמן שביקרנו זה היה מספיק

המקום מרהיב ומזמין מאןד,שימו לב להזמין בחלק החדש שליד הנהר river front ,החדרים משודרגים ומרווחים יותר,בצד השני הם קטנים וצפופים ופחות מזמינים,אנחנו הגענו ומיד הסכימו להחליף.מיקום מצויין בצד הזה של הריזורט תצטרכו ללכת על גשר במבוקים באורך של כ 200 מטר כדי להגיע לרחוב הראשי הליכה של 3 דקות,ארוחת הבוקר מגוונת .

L’eau (crossing my fingers I spelled her name correctly) was amazing. She gave pointers on where we should spend the evening, her favorite [french] way to enjoy the bread at breakfast (the rye bread toasted with some butter or jam is fantastic), and she was really was just all around pleasant to talk to. She was definitely a highlight of the stay! The resort is beautiful, well maintained, and all the staff were helpful. The noises in the bathroom from the birds and frogs outside were unreal at night. And we didn’t see any bugs inside the room despite the abundance of wildlife and it being wet season. Would definitely recommend!

The rooms (we stayed in a Botique Garden/Village room) were a little smaller than we thought they were going to be - I think that the 19-20 square meters must include the porch area. This wasn’t an issue for us and the room was still gorgeous, but it could be an issue traveling with more than two full-size suit cases. And the room description saying three people being able fit in the room is a bit of a stretch unless one of those people is an infant/toddler.

אירוח מקסים חדרים יפים נקיים הינו בחלק האחורי ליד הנחל עם נוף לנחל הצד השקט. חדש . ארוחת בוקר טובה קרוב למרכז.

המלון בעצם מחולק ל 2, יש חדרים ממש במרכז ליד הוולקינג סטריט ושם יש בריכה. ויש חלק אחר לגמרי עם חדרים על הנהר ויש לו שם אחר the riverfront reserve אפשר להגיע מצד לצד על גשר שמחבר בינהם. אנחנו לקחנו בטנגלו על הנהר, היה נהדר

מלון מהמם.. צוות מקסים אדיב שירותי.. החדרים נקיים ומקסימים מעט קטנים אבל לא משהו שהיה קריטי.. ארוחת בוקר היתה מגוונת וטובה וטעימה. אנחנו שומרי כשרות והם ממש כיבדו אותנו עשו לנו חביתה במחבת שלנו.. ונתנו לנו כלים חד פעמי.. רוצה לציין לשבח את Laura העובדת המקסימה והנהדרת שנתנה לנו הרגשה של בית עם חיוך ושירות שאין דברים כאלה.. אם נחזור לפאי אין ספק שנחזור שוב למלון.

Locatie was top, vlak naast Pai Walking Street. Accommodatie prachtig, goed en netjes onderhouden. Kamer top en van alle gemakken voorzien, inclusief dagelijks vullen van de koelkast met gratis water en andere drankjes. Personeel ontzettend lief en vriendelijk, vooral voor ons 2 jarige zoontje. Ontbijt was heerlijk en vers. Zwembad wel wat klein, maar prima voor wat verfrissing. Ze zouden iets meer kunnen doen aan faciliteiten voor (kleine) kinderen, maar als we dat echt hadden gewild hadden we ook een ander verblijf kunnen boeken.

L’emplacement au calme de l’autre côté de la rivière. Belles chambres récentes. Pont en bambou avec accès direct au centre. Personnel aux petits soins.

Rien à part les moustiques et éventuellement l’absence de prise d’un des 2 côtés du lit.

Le Pai river est plus agréable que le Pai village, car les bungalow sont us spacieux et la vegetation est plus belle

A beautiful hotel in an excellent central location. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed. The breakfast was very good. The staff was wonderful, welcoming, and always happy to help, making us feel very comfortable throughout our stay. We would be delighted to return again. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Pai Village Boutique Resort was a phenomenal stay. The staff was incredible, my room was upgraded with a view at no additional cost and it was a lot of fun staying in a bungalow. The shower was powerful and hot and the entire bungalow felt brand new. I also worked remotely from here which worked out perfectly. The breakfast everyday was out of this world, they provided a full menu to order off of and it was all delicious.

If you’re going to Pai, book this place! The best place we stayed in Thailand. Great service, all of the team were very helpful and accommodating. Right in the middle of town so it’s easy to walk to everything. The rooms are well equipped, the AC gets cold and you feel like you’re surrounded by nature. A really lovely place to stay for a few days

Très joli avec une belle végétation. Dans la nature mais avec le confort d’un joli resort. Le petit balcon devant le logement est très agréable. Le personnel est top et le petit-déjeuner est bon et complet. La piscine est également très agréable pour un moment de détente. L’emplacement est très bon dans le centre de Pai tout en étant un lieu très calme et reposant.

In het begin beetje onduidelijk dat we een huisje hadden geboekt aan de rivier maar het was geweldig. We hoorden wel wat muziek in de avond maar vonden wij niet storend.

Breakfast is really great. ( Eggs to choose, homemade bread, jams, several juices, yoghurt, cereal, fruit... and more) It is just in the walking street, so really in the center, The place looks great with so much green and nice relaxing pool. The staff is nice and welcoming.

I had the feeling of being surrounded by bugs while sleeping(even if you cannot see them, so many places to be hidden..., )

Exceptional! Best place we stayed at in northern Thailand by far. Beautiful gardens, fantastic buffet breakfast, great location 5 min walk from bus station. Helpful friendly staff (isn’t that always in Thailand?). Restaurant was fantastic - we know steak and ribs are not traditional Thai dishes, but it was delicious! The ‘riverfront’ bungalows are across a small bamboo bridge on other side of the river. These looked newer than the ones close to the main reception and restaurant.

Bungalows are really nice, built with timber and bamboo, and tucked into the dense garden, but they are not large.

De locatie was top. Het ligt midden in het centrum maar je waant je toch in de natuur. Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk en geïnteresseerd. De huisjes zijn goed uitgerust en hebben een zeer ruime badkamer. Verder is alles te bereiken op scooter afstand.

Was voor ons geen tegenvaller, maar ben je bewust van het feit dat je bij de natuur zit en je hier en daar is en beestje tegen kunt komen in je kamer. De klamboe was wel weer handig.

Un établissement calme mais tout près de la rue animée. Accueil très sympathique. Collations offertes l’après midi. Petit déjeuner à la carte et en buffet. Pâtisseries plutôt bonnes Chambre river side confortables et décorées avec goût style bambou Petite terrasse face Ayla rivière Un pont en bambou permet de rejoindre la ville en 2 mn

The most beautiful boutique resort in the middle of everything. The rooms are a small garden bungalow with very comfy beds, the pool is small but cold and very clean. The staff are incredible and make you feel like a local . Breakfast is freshly cooked with a great variety . Seriously the best place we stayed in 6 weeks

Not a criticism but just we aware if you book the Riverview rooms you are at a resort next door that has no pool and you have to walk over a bamboo bridge.

מלון מצויין , למלון 2 חלקים האחד מעבר לנהר השני ממש על השוק. אנחנו שידרגנו חדר לצד שקרוב לשוק הלילה. חדרים מרווחים ליד הבריכה . קיבלנו 2 מחזיקי מפתחות מתנה וכשחזרנו למלון לאחר יום במה הונג סון הם כתבו לנו ברכה "ברוכים הבאים הבייתה" הם מקסימים , שירותיים, וחביבים מאוד. ארוחת הבוקר מצויינת , ויש שם גברת בשם לולה שמקבלת את האורחים בסבר פנים יפות והיא מקסימה ממש. גם הצוות בלובי חביב מאוד והרגשנו שממש כייף לנו שם. אם אחזור לפאי זוהי אפשרות מצויינת ללון.
