Great location, friendly staff, good breakfast.

Room was quite basic and thankfully I sleep in earplugs as the door wasn’t particularly soundproof and this particular room looked out the back to an alleyway where large trash bins were being rolled over cobbles at 7am. Also, no aircon so if it’s hot, opening the window is going to be a noisy night.

It is in the middle of downtown, our room directly looked at the nyhavn channel and colorful houses. Both the bathroom and the bedroom part was modern and comfortable.

The hotel is very centrally located in Nyhavn. It is very close to the Kongens Nytorv metro station. The staff are friendly and helpful. I stayed in a room facing the courtyard; it was perfectly suitable for two people. The rooms are clean. Housekeeping is provided daily.

There is no mini-fridge or slippers, but that wasn't an issue for me.

The view from the window, the friendly staff and the little compact room.

Rather small table in the single room, but it was still perfectly fine.

Lovely old building, a very nice and large double bedroom and bathroom and in the best location possible. Lovely staff.

There was free tea and coffee supplied in the communal reception area but not in the bedrooms and the water was not hot enough for English breakfast tea with milk.

The receptionist was very welcoming, friendly, kind and helpful. We liked that the hotel was once a place for seamen to rest, and the history displays on the wall were interesting. We liked the breakfast, it was generous and well stocked by the staff members. We liked the efficient plumbing, the shampoo etc. We thought the location was the best in the city! The hotel was so clean - exceptional.

Excellent location! Nice lobby area. Very nice and helpful staff. Coffee and tea available all day in the lobby. Comfortable room with windows that open. The street was closed for a triathlon when we arrived, so thankfully we were fine to walk with our luggage from the train we took from the airport.

The rooms are on the small side, so it will be tight. This is worth it for the location.

Hôtel idéalement placé, personnel très agréable et accueillant. Très bonne literie et très bon petit déjeuner, je recommande vivement cet hôtel.

The location, staff and view, were amazing. It was safe, needing your room card to access your floor. There’s an inner courtyard that only hotel guests can access, which was lovely. There’s breakfast was amazing too, so if you have a chance, include that with your stay. I will be coming back here when I’m in Copenhagen again. Just book far enough in advance to get the view of Nyhavn. It’s worth the extra Penny’s.

Das Hotel liegt am Nyhavn, also direkt in der besten Lage für Städtereisen. Im Innenhof gelegen sind die Zimmer sehr ruhig. Für die erkundung der Stadt sind direkt vor dem Hotel viel Ausflugsmöglichkeiten geboten. Das Frühstück ist gut und das Personal sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Isolation between the rooms was weak and noises from the other rooms were easily heard.

Konum mükemmel. Nyhavn ın kalbinde. Kompakt çift kişilik odada tek kaldım. Son derece rahat ve temizdi. Çalışanlar yardımsever ve güleryüzlü. Otelin hemen önünde turizm ofisi ve hop on hop off durağı var. Biraz ileride de bot turlarının kalkış yeri var. Tam karşısında restoran ve kafeler var.

Herşey çok iyiydi ama odada terlik ve kettle olsa çok daha iyi olurdu.

Die Lage ist natürlich kaum zu überbieten. Aber auch abgesehen davon hat dieses Hotel viel Charme. Die Zimmer sind schön und etwas rustikal und mit genügend Stauraum, die Lobby ist gemütlich und es gibt kostenlos Kaffee.

Mooi complex op fantastische locatie. Fijne ontvangst en prima ontbijt.

Verbinding TV viel regelmatig weg. Het was een economy kamer en die was wel erg krap met twee personen. Ondanks dat zouden we het weer boeken, maar dan een grotere kamer.

Skvělý hotel přímo v přístavu Nyhavn. Čistý a příjemný pokoj s cistou koupelnou. Na recepci všichni velmi milí.

Very clean and modern room. Great location close to metro, restaurants, waterfront etc. Lovely staff.

Breakfast is a bit limited but what is available is nice. In room coffee machine would be nice.

We really loved the location! Being able to open up our windows and see and hear Copenhagen was amazing. Appreciated the cozy bedding and provided fan.

There's no AC but the property does provide a fan, and that plus the windows open worked well to keep us cool.

המלון נעים, מאד, נקי מאד,מחוןצוות אדיב ועוזר ארוחת בוקר טובה, מיקום הכי טוב שיש.

. החדר די קטן ובסיסי, היה לנו קצת צפוף, וחסר היה לי בחדר קומקום לתה או קפה. בלובי יש אפשרות להכין קפה או תה, אבל בחדר אין.

El hotel es un buen lugar para alojarse en Copenhague. A pesar de estar en uno de los lugares más turísticos de la ciudad (si no el más), el ruido de la gente y de los restaurantes no molesta a la hora de dormir. Tampoco quedan abiertos hasta muy tarde. El hotel es confortable y está muy bien ubicado: se puede ir caminando a casi todo lo que se ha de visitar.

El precio era un poco alto pero no solo en este hotel, en toda la ciudad. Entiendo que era una época de vacaciones muy solicitada. Por lo demás, todo bien.

The perfect location

Much to our surprise, ants were discovered in all sorts of places in the room: shower, bed, table. Something you don't expect to find in such an expensive hotel. In the middle of the night when an ant climbed on me, my husband went down to the reception to share it with them and was told that all the rooms were occupied and there was nothing they could do about it at the moment. In the morning we went up again and said that yesterday we had ants in the room, the answer they gave us with humor was "There are no ants in any rooms, only in your room. Unfortunately, ants can get anywhere and there is not always control over this." A strange answer that does not meet the needs of the customer. We paid 230 euros per night and did not sleep a minute because ants climbed on us. We would have expected to be compensated for a certain amount. In addition, breakfast is not included in the high price per night and we had to add an additional 36 euros. In conclusion, not worth the price.

A localização é excepcional para explorar o Porto Novo, com inúmeros restaurantes e paisagens. Perto da uma estação de metrô e das principais ruas comerciais e turísticas. Foi a localização perfeita para o que planejamos, na nossa primeira visita à cidade.

El Hotel tenía una ubicación inmejorable la habitación triple era grande. En la recepción hay un ambiente muy cálido y ofrecen café y té gratis.

Aunque mi estancia fue agradable, creo que la habitación triple debería tener una cama y no un mueble cama. La moqueta.
