Great location, very close to Rotterdam Centraal station and plenty of places to eat or shop, as well as a fair few sights to see and activities to try. Room was comfortable and contemporary. Great shower room.

Not dislikes as such but just for awareness there aren’t fridges in the rooms and while you can get ice, it’s on request at front desk rather than from a machine or anything so just something to bear in mind if you need to keep drinks cold etc.

Breakfast was excellent and they did some wonderful bread and a variety of fresh food. It's a small hotel but they utilised the room well and there was plenty of food - mainly, cereals, yoghurt, fruit and a small cooked selection of breakfast (eggs, baco, pancakes), there was a good selection from the local bakery that was excellent (multigrain rolls, crossant, crusty white bread, fresh rolls). The staff were polite and receptive to courtesy. The shower was wonderful.

It's a compact hotel and the rooms were staggeringly small. We were in room 306 and we'd been told we'd received an 'upgrade' (!) I fail to see how you could have had a smaller room, it was a double bed + 1m wide to 3 x sides of the bed and an entrance lobby. The room was decorated in in a heavy black and looked tired. The bathroom was also small but did have a wonderfully efficient shower. This was also done in heavy black marble effect wall tiles. The bathroom was about 2.0m x 1.5m and while there was enough room to move about it felt closed in due to the heavy black theme. The entrance lobby, steep, winding stairs, walls were all black and the carpet was a very dark deep purple (? - Not quite black, but pretty close) and the articfical plants looked rather bleak against the black backdrop. If you like your space, I would consider this carefully.

The hotel didn't have many rooms which is to our liking l and well presented. It was clean and had a good shower, The bed was comfy. Staff were helpful.

Die Lage war sehr zentral, wir konnte es gut vom Bahnhof erreichen. Es war sehr schön eingerichtet und sauber, allerdings gab es nur einen Aufenthaltsraum direkt an der Eingangstüre, wo jeder vorbeikam der ins Hotel wollte.

Es gab keine Rollstuhlrampe, aber drinnen ging es ganz gut mit dem Rollstuhl.

Sauberkeit und Freundlichkeit des Personals waren besonders gut. Bequemes Bett. Den dunklen Stil muss man mögen, aber geschmackvoll. Wasser und kleine Snacks stehen kostenlos an der Rezeption bereit.

5-10 minute walk from Rotterdam central so perfect location for easy commuting. Good breakfast options, clean comfortable room.

Corner room could have been a bit larger but the bed was comfortable and the facilities were more than acceptable.

L’hotel è in una zona molto carina e tranquilla con fermata tram e bus attaccate. Il personale è stato molto cordiale e disponibile, facendoci fare anche un check in anticipato.

La struttura ma in particolare la camera non era pulita. L’arredamento scuro in oltre metteva in risalto tutto, dalla polvere su ogni mobile, porta o pavimento, fino al bagno pulito in maniera superficiale asciugamani compresi. A metà soggiorno abbiamo richiesto la pulizia della stanza e l’abbiamo ritrovata impolverata uguale se non per gli asciugamani cambiati.

Teleurstellend verblijf – zeker geen aanrader Mijn verblijf was helaas erg teleurstellend en voldeed absoluut niet aan de verwachtingen. De badkamer is sterk verouderd en er was sprake van lekkage. Dit geeft niet bepaald de indruk dat de kamers goed worden onderhouden. Ook de informatie over het parkeren vind ik misleidend. Tijdens het boeken wordt aangegeven dat parkeren gratis is, maar pas ter plaatse blijkt dat je niet in de parkeergarage mag parkeren en dat het gratis parkeren alleen geldt voor de reguliere parkeerplaatsen. Deze plaatsen waren bovendien vaak vol. Dit had naar mijn mening vooraf duidelijk vermeld moeten worden. Daarnaast heb ik tijdens mijn verblijf een zeer vreemde en ongemakkelijke situatie meegemaakt met de schoonmaakster. Nadat mijn kamer al was schoongemaakt, kwam zij op een later moment opnieuw mijn kamer binnen terwijl ik aanwezig was. Toen ze merkte dat ik er was, liep ze opvallend snel weer weg. Dit vond ik absoluut niet normaal en gaf mij een onveilig gevoel. Het meest vervelende is dat ik geld op mijn nachtkastje had liggen en later heb geconstateerd dat dit verdwenen was. Ik kan niet met zekerheid vaststellen wat ermee is gebeurd, maar gezien de vreemde situatie met de kamer voelde dit absoluut niet goed. Voor een hotel verwacht je een goed onderhouden kamer, duidelijke informatie en vooral een gevoel van veiligheid en vertrouwen. Helaas heb ik geen van deze dingen ervaren. Voor mij is dit hotel dan ook absoluut geen aanrader.

Yerel bir bina Avangard stilde dizayn edilmiş. Siyah-Antrasit renkler kullanılmış. Detaylarda krom kaplı aksesuarlar. Hızlı giriş için ekip elinden geleni yaptı. Giriş katında yeterli bir kahvaltı salonu mevcut. Ürünler yeterliydi.

On est venu pour récupérer notre chambre on a attendu 1h pour rien parceque l’hôtesse avais mal pris la réservation alors que la chambre été prête depuis le début La chambre n’étais pas propre ni la douche plein de gel douche dedans et pas laver, on ne trouvais pas la télécommande elle été finalement en dessous du lit ( la femme de ménage a t’elle vraiment fais le ménage ?) beaucoup beaucoup de poussière et des drap pas propre, les oreiller son hyper dur et donne mal à la tête et au cou !

The facilities in the room were lacking. Coffee machine with one pod. No milk. Two T Bags and sugar. Two bottles of water and when the room was cleaned the water was not replenished or given clean glasses? Air conditioning did not work correctly. Lift had drain smell inside throughout the three days we stayed. Poor breakfast option - all self service - with no guidance about what was available Staff pleasant but busy chatting most of the time

La ubicación era perfecta! La habitación a pesar de estar en otro lugar, ha sido agradable e ideal para nuestra familia!

El olor en los espacios comunes. La moqueta super sucia y la máquina del café no funcionaba. Pero para los dos días que hemos estado, nos quedamos bastantes contentos.

Het personeel was vriendelijk. De locatie was wel iets ver voor ons van het centraal station maar de buurt is wel rustig.

Het ontbijt was krap die mag van mij meer keuzes hebben. Verder krijg schoonmaak een onvoldoende van mij. De badkamer was niet goed schoon bij binnenkomst. De toilet was vies en ik moet het zelf schoonmaken.

Air conditioning was only managed centrally, therefore my room was +35 degrees, horrible to stay in. Reception was not reachable during the night to discuss the alternatives.. When checking in (23:00 hours) the front office staff informed us that the hotel was overbooked and so we could take this room (which was “a bit broken” or go somewhere else. With a rate of €145 that seems not a right fit and attitude.

Die Zimmer haben ein tolles Ambiente, das Bad sieht optisch klasse aus und das Personal ist großartig, alle so nett und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist super, alles da, was das Herz begehrt

So toll das Bad auch ist, zum Schminken ist es ungeeignet, besonders wenn man älter ist. Und ein bisschen mehr Platz für die Kleider wäre schön

Dat er niemand daar aanwezig was op het moment dat ik daar met kinderen stond voor een gesloten deur. Taxi heeft naar hotel gebeld wij hebben meerdere keren naar het hotel gebeld en aangebeld geen gehoor. Stonden zeker een uur voor een gesloten deur. Vervolgens bracht ze ons helemaal naar de kamer kwamen we er aan zegt nee is verkeerde kamer en verkeerde locatie. Vervolgens helemaal naar de andere locatie moeten lopen, ze was zeker ook echt niet aanspreekbaar leek alsof ze uit haar slaap kwam. Niet voor herhaling vatbaar!!

The hotel is located slightly away from the hubbub of the city of Rotterdam, offering a calm and quiet place to stay. It was still close enough to the city centre, and with public transport nearby, you can still feel closely connected to the city.

The room I had was small (which was fine for my needs). However, it feels a bit cramped if you plan to do some work in your hotel room. This is slightly mitigated by the communal area, with ample space to sit and work. My hotel room did not have a mini fridge, but this is also slightly off-set by the shared fridge in the lobby.

The breakfast and day staff were excellent.

The night female staff were very blunt and not very helpful. I felt like a inconvenience. The gentleman who was there in the early hours of the morning was very helpful at 5am.

Location. Great room. Wonderful neighborhood. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Good value for your money.

Supposed to be non smoking but the lobby of the petit marin stunk of smoke because people smoke right at the entrance. Room was dusty

Ήταν όμορφο δωμάτιο, με πολύ ωραία και εύχρηστο μπάνιο. Το στρώμα και τα μαξιλάρια ήταν πολύ αναπαυτικά. Η τοποθεσία είναι βολική καθώς βρίσκεται κοντά στον Κεντρικό Σταθμό του Ροττερνταμ, σε συγκοινωνία (στάση λεωφορείου ακριβώς απέξω, τραμ κοντινά), αλλά υπάρχει και εύκολη πρόσβαση σε ποδήλατα.

Δεν υπήρχε λειτουργική τουαλέτα στο λόμπι του ξενοδοχείου. Περιμέναμε 4 ώρες μετά την άφιξη μας (για την ώρα της οποίας είχαμε ενημερώσει προ ημερών) για να ετοιμαστεί το δωμάτιο, ωστόσο ήταν γεμάτο σκόνη, παρότι ήταν στρωμένο και φτιαγμένο. Ο χειρισμός του air-condition δε λειτουργούσε με αποτέλεσμα να μη μπορούμε να ρυθμίσουμε τη θερμοκρασία.

Und wurde ein Zimmer im Nebengebäude gegeben dort war es dreckig muffig und die Zimmer waren klein daraufhin haben wir uns beschwert und bekamen ein Zimmer im Hauptgebäude

Leider können wir nichts positives sagen

Hatten 4 Zimmer gebucht für 2 Nächte und wurden im Nebenhaus untergebracht . Zimmer sehr klein.... staubig und richtig ungepflegt. Räder mussten wir mit auf Zimmer nehmen . Es wurde nicht aufgeräumt oder Betten gemacht . Frückstücksraum wirklich sehr ungepflegt und abstoßend. Alles in allem für uns nie wieder und für 4 Sterne nicht zu empfehlen!!! Bilder entsprachen leider nicht der Realität

De kamer en het hotel zelf was niet echt proper, er hingen spinnenwebben en stof aan het plafond en in de hoeken. Er lag ook echt heel veel stof overal, vanaf je in het bed ging dan vliegt het stof letterlijk rond
