Me equivoqué en la reserva con otro hotel que se llamaba igual (no sé si de la misma cadena). Pensaba que podría caminar hasta el lugar al que necesitaba desde el hotel y estaba a más de una hora de camino en carro. No logré que me hicieran el cambio por falta de tiempo para gestionarlo. Al final me organice así pero tengan cuidado con la ubicación.

EL HOTEL HUELE A ORINES, NO SE SI ES PORQUE TIENEN UNA PESCADERIA A LADO PERO QUE SE CUELE EL OLOR AL HOTEL ES SUPER DESAGRADABLE, AFUERA HUELE PEOR. EL AIRE ACONDICIONADO NO FUNCIONA, NO TIENE CORTINAS OSCURAS SOLO LAS MESH. DICEN QUE LA COCINA CIERRA A LA 1.00AM Y A LAS 11.40 PM QUE QUISE COMPRAR ALGO ME DIJERON QUE LA COCINA YA ESTABA CERRADA. Conforme llegaron otros huéspedes entrada la noche y madrugada les fueron asignadas habitaciones contiguas, el sueño fue interrumpido constantemente ya que en una de las habitaciones continuaron con charlas y risas subidas de volumen hasta las 5 am. Sin duda la prioridad para el huésped es el descanso, pese a las buenas condiciones de la habitación no fué posible dormir. Se agradece la gestión de asignación de habitaciones en OTROS hospedajes, dónde identificar la diversidad de grupos les permite proporcionar un excelente servicio, pero no en ésta ocasión.

Un poco la ubicación que esta en iztapalapa, pero no batallamos en que tomarán o nos llevara didi.

Llamé a servicio al cliente y a Christian, la persona que me atendió, tampoco le contestaron. El me comentó que me rembolsarían el taxi, $340 pesos, y la recepcionista me dijo que no, que ya no había servicio aeropuerto-hotel y negó que hubo llamadas sin contestar.

Y para el regreso me dijeron que el horario del servicio iniciaba a las 7 am y yo le requería a las 5 am, que debería tomar un taxi

Reviewed Aug 21, 2025The building its good, not the location. One good thing about it is that the Hotel has a small food menu. The young man (the server)was really kind and nice. .. Our reservation was at the City Express Airport, which was cancelled, but upon arriving at this hotel the staff were very friendly, also, the gentleman who took us to the airport in the morning went above and beyond, as on the way, he told us somethings about the history of the places in the city we were passing by, which my family and I enjoyed a lot...thank you!!!

1) Rooms on one side of the hotel have a very strong garbage smell due to the proximity of a food market that dumps their garbage just outside the hotel compound. 2) Drinking water bottles are not provided in the room. 3) The hotel could improve on the breakfast menu and consider including a few more international dishes.

Reviewed Jul 14, 2025The shuttle service is only from the hotel to the airport the listing on Expedia is incorrect as it makes it seems as though the shuttle is available to and from the airport. The vending machine for personal items and just products in general was not stocked at all. Also careful with your room cards as they get demagnetized pretty easily I had to go to the front desk a few times in those times I was accused of having more cards than permitted when I checked in I was given two only but since the cards malfunctioned a few times I had to continually ask for help in getting them magnetized again. Also after asking for towels one night as housekeeping had cleaned our room and left no towels out telephone was blocked from using. Do not eat the room service food as it made my son really sick instead use apps like UberEats or rappi just make sure to order prior to 7pm as the city in itself seems to shut down after 7pm for any decent food delivery. After 7pm is just fast food like McDonald’s and Burger King.

Reviewed Jun 21, 2025el 5to piso que fue donde me hospedaron, apestaba, pero sobre todo se anuncian con traslado a aeropuerto, después que solo de hotel a avión y luego comentó recepcionista que solo a las 6 am, llegue al 5 para las 6 am y la van se va con trabajadores y me dice no, ahora hasta las 6.45 por que ya habia salido al aeropuerto la van, a dar recorridos, cuando mi vuelo lo perderia de esperarlo. muy mala expericia

Unfortunately, they didn’t have any availability for either and when talking with management, I found out they only have one car/van and it can only be reserved by one room at a time. I will recommend staying closer to airport or spend a bit more on other options since transportation is not only not guaranteed but difficult to even schedule it!
