Aquanzi Lodge

I loved everything.

The room did not have cutlery for Braai facilities. I hope next time they cater plates and Braai cutlery.

-Cleaning is on point, went out for a short while, came back to made up room with clean towels -Property is well maintained -Pool is clean -Gas heater provided -Private braai area with table and seating -Peaceful, exactly what we were looking for -Staff were helpful and accommodating -Shops in close range

-Cutlery, plates, etc not included in the price -TV channels are limited and not clear -Restaurant has a small menu and is not worth the price, they should introduce pizzas &/or wraps -No smart tv -Poor signal strength on the Wi-Fi and it keeps disconnecting

Very peaceful. Neat. Garden/Outdoor setting is amazing.

All was great. Just the breakfast menu could do with a few more options.

The location

Nothing

Everything was perfect we were happy and coming back soon💃💕🎶🙌...not forgetting to recommend the place to our friends

Nothing much that wasn't sorted out

Bungalows spaziosi Struttura tranquilla molto vicina all’aeroporto di Lanseria

Wc senza porta e senza privacy un po troppo rustico! Bungalow molto freddo la sera in inverno Connessione Wi-Fi scarsa

Tranquility of place

Was told under floor heating worked but it didnt. Bed was not very soft and comfortable.

Bon accueil. Personnel agréable et aidant. La propriétaire est disponible et à l'écoute.

Coupure de courant pendant 2 jours. Donc sans courant et sans internet de 20h à 6h. La journée un générateur dépanne. Une remise est accordée.

The charlet was amazing and the staff members were very helpful especially because I arrived after the check in time. And the breakfast was very good. The location as well is good it’s a quiet place

Loved everything, except...

the only thing I couldn't wrap my head around was the self catering chalets that did not have kitchen utilities. You would have to pay an extra fee to get plates, cutlery etc...

The staff were fantastic and the accommodation was great. Everything was neat and clean.

Everything as per photo. Thank you

Nothing to complain about

Ambience , cleanliness , hospitality

We loved everything about the place. Peaceful and spotlessly clean. I loved everything about the place.

The place was beautiful and peaceful.

Location was good, area was quite and safe

Property has a central water heating system so there wasn't very hot water in our rooms to have a decent shower, however when brought to the hosts attention she did offer to assist saying we could use another chalet to shower.

Didn't have breakfast, but I enjoyed the view. Nice and quiet place

I wouldn't change a thing, it was just perfect 👌

The breakfast was just okay and the location was quite

Not including kitchenette was an unnecessary disadvantage you could include plates at least and the room at night was very cold no heater or electric blanket I also had a problem with spiderwebs around the charlet so intense cleaning is a must oh and the tv add a music channel please

Beautiful property

The shower taking TOO long to heat up and doesn’t heat up when it’s loadshedding. The loadshedding and generator being used for a limited time was quite boring.

It is nice and neat

They lied on the package they said they include charcoal but didn’t also the staff is friendly

Clean , friendly staff all round great experience

Na

Quite, clean, felt like we were in the bush

We’ll set up, rustic and refreshing

It’s a great and there’s a peace of mind

Nothing everything was good

The service was great and the place was scenic.

The breakfast is magnificent. Value for money. The place is quiet and peaceful, exactly what my husband and I needed. I enjoyed the 2nd salt pool. The staff were friendly and professional.

The brand of coffee in the chalet was ricoffy

I loved everything and the environment was very beautiful

The staff are outstanding! - very friendly, very approachable and very helpful. The lodge itself is exceptional - very beautiful, very clean and very safe. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

There are often times during the day when there is nobody at the front gate.

Very quiet and peaceful, everyone is friendly

we didn’t have moment to be at the fire pit as we didn’t see it

Beautiful room and pool areas are nice.

Got off to a rocky start when the generator was not working but it was sorted out.

beautiful

Tranquil! Serene! 🏕🌌. The place is beautiful, peaceful and quiet. It doesn't feel like you are still in jhb. I love the feel of the room....BEAUTIFUL. The stuff and the owner ....welcoming, friendly, make you feel at home. Will definitely come back!!

The place is so peaceful and quiet its perfect for some relaxation

The breakfast omelette and pasta was great along with the service and cleanliness of the rooms

The quietness is nice about the place but upon arrival I was expecting a receptionist on desk but I was welcomed by a staff lady which made everything suspicious.

The rooms were not properly cleaned, it had a smell that I can’t describe but it was definitely not a fresh clean on, The bed was itchy as well.
