Hotel espetacular. Quarto confortável, café da manhã maravilhoso, equipe super atenciosa. Estrutura do hotel muito boa, com spa, sauna, academia (pequena mas com os aparelhos necessários), lugar maravilhoso, restaurante muito bom sem valores abusivos e wi-fi muito veloz e estável. O hotel realmente oferece uma experiência diferenciada para quem busca relaxar e recarregar as energias.

A atividade de arqueria não estava disponível, a sauna foi desmarcada e não consegui usar e as janelas poderiam ter um acionamento automático da cama como era esperado em um hotel nesse padrão

Amazing location with breathtaking views. The view from our room needs a special mention as every time we looked outside, we could not believe our eyes. The place is really big and it’s so much fun to go out to explore the surroundings, whether you do it by bike or just walking. The range of activities they offer is also great, we rode bikes, did horse riding, archery, played pool, went for a hike in the Andes, had an outdoors barbecue (Asado), did a wine tour and tasting and even sat in the terrace enjoying the sun reading our books. All of this in just two days…

Your review already has good detail and credibility — it just benefits from tighter phrasing, cleaner flow, and a slightly more polished tone while keeping the personality intact. Here’s an improved version: There wasn’t much I disliked about Casa Uco, apart from the sadness of having to leave the place. Jokes aside, there are two things worth mentioning. First, the air conditioning system in the rooms is centralised, meaning it operates either in heating or cooling mode depending on the overall hotel setting. As a result, one of the days our room became extremely hot during the daytime. That said, once we mentioned it to the staff, they addressed the issue immediately, which we appreciated. The second issue was with a particular waiter who served us during the asado and again at lunch the following day. Unfortunately, he consistently seemed as though he would rather be anywhere else. During the asado, service was very slow, the dishes were barely explained, and our drinks were rarely topped up. At lunch the next day, I ordered a burger with fries and asked whether they had mayonnaise. He told me he would check, so I waited for him to come back before starting to eat. Eventually, I ate my burger while still waiting, hoping at least to have the fries with mayonnaise once he returned. After around 20 minutes, I went inside myself and found him simply standing there. When I asked again about the mayonnaise, he said they didn’t have any. The fact that they didn’t have mayonnaise wasn’t the issue; it was the lack of communication. He could easily have come back to let me know rather than leaving me waiting unnecessarily before eating my fries.

Acho so que a limpeza poderia ser incluida no pacote (detalhe muito pequeno perto da experiencia toda, mas fica a dica).

El hotel queda al pie de la montaña con hermosas vistas. Las habitaciones son muy comodas, amplias y muy acogedoras. El desayuno es muy completo, variado. El servicio es muy amable, desde la encargada hasta el chico de las cabalgatas.

puede que sea un detalle ya que somos muy fanaticos del ejercicio, y suele pasar que en este tipo de alojamiento el area de deporte (gimnasio) suele ser muy pequeño y antiguo.

Magnifico hotel que nasceu a partir de um projeto vinícola, em localização especial, junto as montanhas nevadas dos Andes. Inclui provas de vinhos e passeios a cavalo, além de outras actividades que podem ser organizadas. Excelente serviço, café da manhã e restaurante. O pessoal é sempre muito profissional e solicito. Se o tempo estiver bom, e um lugar inesquecível.

Excelente café da manhã com uma vista maravilhosa. Visita a vinícula inclusa. Adorei as bikes disponíveis. Ficamos na casa da villa de dois quartos com muito conforto, espaçosa, linda e com sacada, piscina particular e muitos "mimos". Funcionários muito atenciosos, comida e vinhos deliciosos. Indico este hotel com o maior prazer.

We had the most wonderful stay in Casa De Uco - the setting is truly exceptional. We explored the vineyard by bike, took an archery class, went horse riding, enjoyed an Asado lunch (which was incredible, so much food) and of course sampled their wines. Every interaction with the staff was a delight and we felt so well looked after. Could honestly have stayed for weeks.

I don’t say this lightly: this property is truly the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The photos and website don’t come close to capturing how beautiful, luxurious, and welcoming it actually is in person. Every corner of the hotel feels thoughtfully designed, impeccably maintained, and genuinely high-end. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel like a valued guest rather than just another reservation. The service was warm, intuitive, and beyond anything I expected. The room itself was stunning - spacious, spotless, and elevated with little touches that made it feel special and genuinely relaxing. The atmosphere throughout the property has this effortless blend of comfort and elegance. Whether you’re lounging, dining, or just walking through the common spaces, you can tell they’ve taken extraordinary care in creating an unforgettable experience. Amazing hotel - stunning location and just a fantastic all around stay. Take advantage of the facilities and the activities, especially the horse back riding, the wine tour and the sunrise Andes hike! The team here can’t do enough for you. Very sad to leave.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Our stay at Casa de Uco was absolutely unforgettable! The staff were exceptionally attentive, making us feel cared for at every moment. The location is extraordinary — nestled in the foothills of the Andes with breathtaking views in every direction. Our villa was pure luxury: beautifully furnished with a cozy fireplace, private pool, rooftop hot tub, and even a fully equipped kitchen. The daily refilled minibar and the thoughtful welcome gifts — a bottle of wine, sweets, trekking bottles, and more — were lovely touches. We also enjoyed several free extras, including a delightful wine tasting. As returning guests, we were even treated to a complimentary massage session — a wonderful surprise that made us feel truly appreciated. Make sure to check out the offered activities — we did the horseback riding in the Andes which was truly magical! Casa de Uco is a rare blend of elegance, comfort, and genuine hospitality. We can’t wait to return!

This is a beautiful place and everything is beyond magical. We stayed there for two nights for our honeymoon and really enjoyed the facilities. We had a great time with Jeny on our horse ride and archery lesson. The wine tour was also fun and special. Unique attention to details and the design of the property is breathtaking.

We asked for a breakfast to go on the morning we left and although we mention it a few times it was not ready when we left and we only got an apple and cold pastry.

The hotel accommodates a small number of guests which makes it feel peaceful and calm. The staff couldn’t be more welcoming and made our stay very special. We would return without a doubt.
