Reviewed Dec 28, 2020This is an older Hilton. It was clean and our room was nice. We had a good view of the beach. It is close to the beach which we walked to every day. The breakfast buffet was really good. A great assortment of food. We did eat the dinner buffet and it had a good assortment of food. Only surprise was having to pay 2000 RMB (about $307 deposit when we checked in). We were not expecting that. We received it when we checked out. We had already paid for the room through Expedia. We still are not sure why there was a deposit. There was no refrigerator in the room. So why a deposit. Other than that it was a nice getaway for us.

Reviewed Jan 5, 2020This is a very nice property. The room was very comfortable and had a nice sea view. I think almost all of the rooms have a sea view. The breakfast was good. The location is beautiful, the local beach is ver nice to walk. A perfect choice if you want to disconnect and relax.

Reviewed Jan 26, 2019This was the most amazing hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The staff was Great! And everyone was very helpful. Very quiet and relaxing..Hilton Wenchang has set a standard for all other hotels.. and I’ve been to a lot of cities in the US and overseas.. can’t wait to go back!

Great place for beach and sea lovers and those who like quiet place. Not a recommended place for those who love shopping, it is far far area from shopping districts
