Reviewed Aug 7, 2026We didn't request breakfast from the property. However, we tried the à la carte menu and ordered some fast food for dinner, as we had already eaten on our way to the hotel. The location is very convenient. It is close to the town's famous roundabout, which makes it easy to reach most of the main attractions and other key locations. We would especially like to thank one of the staff members, Mr.Rajesh, who made our stay at Hilton even more enjoyable. He was very knowledgeable about the local attractions and provided excellent recommendations on places to visit. He handled all of our requests with great care, professionalism, and kindness.
The hotel should provide a dedicated parking area for its guests. Currently, parking is available only along the roadside under sunshades, which is not sufficient, especially during the peak summer season in Saudi Arabia. A secure, designated parking area would greatly improve the overall guest experience.

From the moment we arrived, the front office team made us feel welcomed and well taken care of. I would like to extend my sincere thanks to Mr. Waleed (Front Office Supervisor), Mr. Abdullah, Mr. Zayid, Ms. Mayes, and Mr. Tariq (Operations Manager). Their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail made our stay both comfortable and memorable. I would also like to recognize the housekeeping team for their kindness and support throughout our stay. Their efforts did not go unnoticed and added greatly to our overall experience. Thank you to the entire team for delivering such exceptional service and genuine hospitality. I am truly grateful and happy to have experienced this level of care.
