Hotel Eden

Sehr schönes Hotel in perfekter Lage direkt an der hauptstraße. Trotzdem schön ruhig. Infrastruktur und Verpflegung absolut in Ordnung.

Im Zimmer fehlen definitiv Haken an der Wand. Wir hatten einen Apartment und mussten uns mit dem stiegengeländer hierfür begnügen.

Good hotel, great location in the centre of the main strip for shops, restaurants and the beach. Rooms a little small but well enough equipped, small pool but pleasant enough. Beach only a few minutes with hotel reservable sunbeds/umbrellas Good breakfast buffet with something for everyone.

Il bagno della camera: non c’era il bidé e la doccia sarebbe da migliorare. Il parcheggio potrebbe essere incluso nel pagamento del soggiorno, perché risulta un po’ tantino pagarlo al di fuori del prezzo concordato.

La posizione . Il comportamento dell albergatore che considerato che il soggiorno non è andato bene per svariati motivi ha fatto la cortesia di non farci pagare il parcheggio auto.

Presenza di insetti in bagno. Sala prima colazione simile a sala mensa aziendale. Parccheggi auto convenzionati distanti scomodi e cari. Carenza di spazio circostante la piccola piscina. Mobili camera molto rovinati.

Snídaně velice chutná, vše pečlivě připraveno. Personál milý a ochotný.

Parkování není přímo u hotelu, pěšky cca 4-5 minut na centrálním parkovišti, ale zase pod stíny stromů.

The hotel is great. The rooms were clearly recently renewed, everything looks modern, the rooms are comfortable, well equipped with functioning air conditioning system (essential in August). I liked the showers, the towels, and the bed linen. Staff was super helpful and nice. The breakfast was very well served, with several options of coffee, bread, butter, jams, fruits, yogurt, eggs, saussage, pastries and other items.

The one aspect I regret is having chosen to pay for dinner prior staying there. There are much better (and often cheaper or better value for money) around - at least during the summer months.

Pool war leider zu Heiss und wenig liegen. Haben diesen die ganze Woche nicht benützt. Hitzte hatt sich zu extrem gestaut und abkühlung war es leider auch nicht

Non mi ha fatto impazzire lo staff, Abbiamo soggiornato io e una mia amica siamo arrivate e c era un ragazzo in reception molto carino e gentile ci ha dato le indicazioni per poi eseguire il check in e l abbiamo fatto con lui Siamo tornate più tardi per avere la camera e c era una signora la quale al momento della consegna delle chiavi è stata molto sbrigativa, calcolate che non ci ha nemmeno detto della presenza e quindi di dove era la piscina, orari della colazione ecc insomma le nozioni base abbiamo dovuto chiedere noi!!!!!

We travelled to Lido as an extended family of 20, to celebrate the 60th Wedding Anniversary of my hubbies Parents. Unfortunately, his Dad passed away in 2015 and so he wasn't with us. But my MIL wanted to return to the place that she Honeymoon'd some 60 years ago. Very exotic for 1966! We stayed in the Hotel Eden. From the outset I was happy with our choice. Communication with the hotel was a pleasure and emails were answered promptly. Our Daughter Hannah travelled from OZ to surprise the family, I was the only one that knew she would be joining us. Hannah arrived earlier than us on the 5th of July and she had no problem checking in. We arrived much later from Ireland, due a delayed flight. Needless to say there were tears when the family seen Hannah. The night porter checked us in very quickly. We left our bags in the room and went out to find a late bar to have a drink and a catchup. We got to bed at 330am. We had two rooms and both were spotlessly clean and well equipped, with a kettle plus selection of teas and coffees, a small fridge, electronic safe and a hair dyer in the bathroom. The TV doesn't have any English channels but it does have Netflix that you can easily log into, to catch your favourite show. There was always plenty of hot water in the bathrooms. Our bed, room 138, was quite hard and we asked for a topper on day 1, it was on our bed a few hours later. The beds in room 101 were much softer. The one thing I would say is that the rooms need door/wall hooks and a clothes line in the bathroom. Our rooms didn't have balconies and so trying to get wet swimwear and towels dry was an issue for us. But that is a very minor thing and easily remedied. The room attendants were very efficient and our room was turned over every day. The ladies were quite friendly. Items replaced as necessary. I was very happy to see the hotel use numerous sustainable practices but disappointed with the disposable cups in the bathroom. Next morning we woke at 900am to start our holiday. The dining room is on the ground floor to the right of reception. It is a large bright room with plenty of seating and a large buffet. There were so many choices for breakfast. Hot items like eggs - boiled, scrambled and fried, bacon and sausages. Lots of bread and pastry options, plus a toaster. 2/3 choices of juice, 4/5 choices of cereal and all types of fruit, yogurt and of course two machines for tea and coffee. We were greeted by Angela on day one, she is a treasure, a beautiful young girl and she was very friendly and accommodating. After a couple of days she remembered us and our room number and quickly got us seated. She is a great ambassador for the hotel and also for great customer service. We were also greeted many mornings with Samjir and Natalie, both of whom were very friendly. After breakfast we decided to check out the pool area, while it is small and not too deep it is perfect to cool down and wash off the sand after a couple of hours on the beautiful beach. There are a few loungers, deck chairs and a couple of patio tables with chairs and plenty of parasols. You can get drinks from the bar delivered to the pool area by the young waiters, they come up and tempt you with cocktails - great salesmen. The one negative I could mention about the pool area, is that the WC is tiled with very slippery tiles, please be careful. One of our gang slipped and had a few little bruises. Reception staff were always friendly with a Buon Giorno etc as you are passing. We made contact in relation to one matter during our stay and this was replied to and acted on in a very prompt and professional manner. The bar in the hotel was manned by Atik, most evenings. A very nice, friendly young man with a flair for making delicious cocktails. We called him the Maestro Mixologist. He also had a great attitude and his customer service was exemplary. The night porter that checked us in on the 5th of July, we didn't get his name but he also obliged with late drinks on a couple of nights. The hotel bar closes at 1030pm and after that you can get drinks but they must be charged to your room. The hotel is literally one minute from Piazza Mazzini, which is a large square that has public events on most weekends. If you are looking for a good restaurant, we would highly recommend Sette Sapori, which is directly opposite the Hotel Eden. We had a wondeful stay at the Hotel Eden and would definitely recommend a stay here. Lido di Jesolo is a really beautiful resort.

Just come back from a week at this fabulous hotel. Ideally located couple of minute walk from the beach, and our balcony (room 330) overlooked the square which had entertainment on most nights. It’s a modern hotel, we did b&b. The breakfasts are fantastic.. a well stocked and regularly replenished buffet style with everything you could need, all to a high standard. 2 coffee machines that can get busy at peak times, delicious fruit, yoghurts, cooked breakfasts and cakes and pastries. The staff in here are so lovely. Rooms cleaned every day, it has a mini fridge which you have to restock yourselves for drinks etc and the pool area is great, small but a little sun trap. It can get a little noisy on there so we opted for the beach most days. You can reserve sun beds through the hotel. The hairdryer isn’t the best, it takes ages to dry your hair, but aside from That, loved it and would return

Very central hotel which was exceptionally clean and tidy. Good air conditioning in bedrooms. Small pool on first floor but adequate as the beach is very near. Staff were all extremely helpful. Amazing breakfast with great choice.

Saubere Zimmer und gute Hotelanlage, grosszügige Lobby und ein sehr gutes Frühstück. Reservation der Strandliegen hat sehr gut funktioniert.

Haartrockner im Bad - Empfehlung einen eigenen mitzubringen.

Extrem laut, das Pool sehr klein nur 1.10m tief daher nicht zum Schwimmen. Leider waren die Angaben in Booking com unzureichend gegenüber denen direkt vom Hotel,das Essen schön angerichtet aber eher geschmacklos. Der Preis differiert auch stark gegenüber dem Hotel. Großer Minuspunkt der Parkplatz und der Strand mußte extra bezahlt werden!!!!! dass hatten wir noch nie

Il miglior albergo in cui ho soggiornato a Jesolo ad oggi. Ottima posizione, camere pulite e moderne, letto comodissimo e soprattutto la miglior colazione a buffet della zona, con ogni possibile scelta tra dolce (torte, brioches, pancake fatti al momento, marmellate, centrifuga, vari tipi di yogurt fresco, frutta fresca, porridge etc) e salato (ad es. uova di ogni tipo, affettati, varietà di formaggi e di pane fresco, focaccia). Pulito, ordinato, e il personale è cortese e disponibile.

Lovely hotel. Amazing location however some noise at weekends when the resort is very busy. Room was decent size and very clean. Great shower and comfortable bed. Staff were fantastic and helpful with info about traveling into Venice. Breakfast was great. Loved that we had our designated beach beds for the duration of our stay which is only a 2 min walk. Loads of amazing restaurants on the doorstep. Highly recommend and would stay again.

La mia camera era rivolta verso via Bafile, purtroppo gruppi di ragazzi evidentemente ubriachi hanno fatto cori da stadio e chiasso fino alle 6.30 del mattino. Impossibile riposare con queste condizioni.
