Our stay was wonderful, we were there for a friends wedding which was close by. We stayed in the loft suite which was very spacious and had everything you would need. The staff were so lovely and very friendly, they made us feel very welcome. We had dinner together me evening and it was amazing.

There is nothing not to like, the bar and restaurant are very clean and on point with a good vibe, the rooms are well appointed and very clean and comfortable. All the staff were friendly, personable and really helpful, Steve the chef produced lovely food, all our meals were really good quality.

The Hotel itself is lovely. Nice big rooms, (No 9) comfy beds, although slight stain on the duvet cover, soft close on toilet not working and noisy plumbing.

The staff in the morning at breakfast busy chatting to each other and not telling guests about the breakfast set up. Just to choose a table. We had never stayed here before,. We were not told about the breakfast bar area and only found out by chance after we had our breakfast. We weren't asked if everything was alright, possibly as I had asked for a hard egg on ordering, and a soft egg arrived, which I had to send back to the kitchen. When I spoke to a staff member about , not being told about the breakfast bar.I received a very insincere apology and told I could use it then.

Ideal Location to visit Colne Blues Festival. Room was Spotlessly Clean and the Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was Hit and Miss with the Service and Orders as on Sunday Morning we were given the wrong order and they had run out of some orders. The Room Charge for Saturday Night was too expensive.

Very clean, beautifully furnished, lots of attention to detail. There was an issue with the boiler making a noise and we were given an alternative room. Staff were very apologetic and dealt with the situation promptly. Our bill was reduced. Great breakfast 😋

Was in a room right by the entrance to the carpark, it was busy through till around 3am with guests coming back from weddings etc. No air con so the windows were open, had around 3 hours sleep. Pillows needed protectors, bit worn and kept coming out of the pillowcases.

Really comfortable & quiet venue. The room was spotlessly clean, with lovely views from the window over the moors. The staff were very pleasant and helpful during our stay. A delicious and freshly cooked breakfast from a good menu.

This time I had a room overlooking the main road. It was a little noisy from road traffic.

Check in was really easy and they provided a secure room to store our bikes which was amazing. The room was very spacious and had all the little appliances one would expect. Location is great and a short walk away from the old barn which is great little pub. Staff were always very accommodating and recommended places for us to watch the world cup games. Breakfast was good with lots of options.

Shower head needed replacing, all the settings were broken apart from the dribble one when after cycling all day we were looking forward to the shower. Room was a bit worse for wear with cracks on the walls.

We love staying here, we always opt for a superior room on the first floor as they are lovely and spacious and in a quiet annex to the pub. There’s always loads of parking and they have a lovely outside seating area at the back. The food in the restaurant is always good too.

The breakfast on this occasion was a bit disappointing, poached eggs were hard boiled and the bacon was burned.

We were blown away by everything as we drove into your car park and walked through the best beer garden we've been in ... We were welcomed by all of you and our room and all was lovely and spotless ... We enjoyed our evening meal so much and settled into your lovely beer garden ... We enjoyed our breakfast ( it was much needed after watching the ENGLAND match the night before 🤣🤓😂 ... We can't wait to plan our next break with you all ... Thank you for taking such care of us

Large spacious loft room with enormous shower room, Restaurant food was good and well presented. Staff were welcoming, friendly and professional. Restaurant recently refurbished, an improvement from when we stayed two years ago. EV charger an added bonus.

Used bath robe left in bath room, and dirty sheet left by the bed. Bathroom sink cracked and tap loose. All reported to reception on departure who noted and apologised.

We stayed in the Loft Suite and were really impressed. It was beautifully laid out, with a comfortable sofa in the centre, a TV with Netflix, and skylight windows with remote-controlled blinds that made the room feel bright and spacious.. The king-size bed was incredibly comfortable with a duck feather duvet, giving it a real home-from-home feel. The suite had everything you could need and would be ideal for a longer stay. The bathroom was huge, with a fantastic walk-through shower. There were plenty of mirrors, a dressing table, drawers, and a wardrobe, so there was lots of storage space. Breakfast was excellent, with a good selection of continental choices as well as a delicious full cooked breakfast. The location is perfect for exploring the area, with lovely walks close by and Skipton was a 15-minute drive away. Overall, we had a wonderful stay. The accommodation was comfortable, well equipped, and in a great location. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again and would highly recommend it.

Excellent location, close to countryside walks. Lovely pub and restaurant with plenty of outside space in the beer garden behind the pub. Lots of parking spaces. The room was comfortable. We'd have liked a fridge in the room. We ate at the restaurant and the food was outstanding. Staff were super friendly and it made our stay extra special. The breakfast was amazing, with lots of choice. We'd definitely stay here again.

Nothing , have been visiting the hotel for the last thirteen years and we love the place.

Spacious immaculate modern room and bathroom with everything you would expect provided, including bath robes, ironing board & iron. We stayed for 2 nights and enjoyed an excellent breakfast and evening meal each day. The bar and dining area is a really pleasant space to enjoy a meal/drink, there is also a lovely terrace area, weather permitting. Service from all staff was excellent. Genuinely friendly, proactive and professional at all times. Plenty of free on-site parking. Highly recommended, would definitely return.

We had a wonderful stay at The Craven HeiferInn. The property was beautifully presented, with comfortable and well-maintained rooms that made for a very relaxing visit. The secure car park was a great added benefit and gave complete peace of mind throughout my stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The food was outstanding, with excellent quality and plenty of choice. I would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning in the future.

Excellent service from all the staff who accommodated our requirement to securely lock up two bicycles and helped us with an early breakfast on departure. Great bar/restaurant where we received table service in the evening and for breakfast. The Lodge that we stayed in was clean, new and well maintained.

I booked a room with an extra large double bed but I think that I ended up with a standard size with hilarious consequences as I fell out of bed half way through the night!

Not major but the noise of the plumbing from other rooms in 'The Lodge' hummed and clattered in room 23 from early morning as others used their water.

We was in room 12 the tiles in the bathroom when you come out of the shower was slippy had to use the bathmat and a towel on the floor other then that all was good

This is the fourth time I have stayed here with friends after walking in the Dales. The bedrooms are very comfortable and clean with a great modern shower. The food is excellent and staff very good. No doubt I will stay here again.

I booked a twin room and received a double bed. The reception staff were not in the least bit interested in changing this and as a result, one of the guests had to sleep on the floor with a towel and pillow. The bathroom basin had been damaged and glued back together badly. The room has no fridge. All hotel rooms now have a fridge and this room cost £149 per night. The room was noisy. Banging doors, creaky stairs, poorly insulated rooms. Noisy until midnight. The food was variable. Breakfast was absolutely first class. The evening food was passable.cheese and onion pie did not taste of cheese and tasted processed. Roasted veg was perfect but chips overcooked and cold. Overall this was not a first class experience and fell below my expectations. Sorry to say this. By comparison the Trawden Arms 10 miles down the road was first class despite being a lower tarrif establishment.

Wonderful place to stay. We loved it everything we like in a pub hotel. Perfect rooms comfortable bed and so clean. Staff fabulous so Friendly and helpful. Food was fabulous steak cooked perfectly. Eaten mess fabulous so much of it. Breakfast couldn’t fault it. Everything you want. We have stayed in a lot of hotels. And I do think the Robinson group have it spot on . Just wish they would expand into our area. York. We will be definitely going back. I have stayed a lot of places with being an author and this place is one of the nicer ones .

Every dinner meal we had was equally tasty and well prepared. Staff was friendly and responsive to any questions or needs. The location was suitable for exploring in the dales.
