I enjoyed my stay at this property. Please keep in mind that you will need an adaptor for the outlets. There is also only one key card given for the hotel, but you can place a random card in the slot to keep the power running while you are out. There are plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. There is even a restaurant on the main lobby of the hotel. Taxis are able to pick you up in the front entrance, and a subway station is less than a five minute walk away. I would stay here again!

清潔感がなく汚い、アメニティ等の付属品が全く無くフロントに言わないと貰えなかった。 ホコリまみれ。

みなさんのレビューの通りに埃が目立ちました。 トコジラミが流行っているのでかなり心配でした。 以下、気になった点です。 ・パソコンが置いてあるデスク、キーボード、椅子が埃まみれ ・テレビの裏も埃まみれ ・照明も埃まみれ ・床もほとんど外のような汚さ ・コップが洗われておらず茶色い液体が入ったまま ・ウォーターサーバーのお湯が少ししか出てこず、フロントに行ったらポットを渡されました ・風呂にお湯を溜めてしばらくするとジェットバス用のサイドの穴からゴミが出てきます ・ジェットバスは動きませんでした。 ・トイレットペーパーが初日から少なかった 韓国のダイソーでコロコロ、スポンジ、埃取りなどを買い込み掃除してから寝ました… 客が掃除することになるとは… フロントは日本語も多少通じるし頼んだこと（トイレットペーパーの補充やタオルの交換）はやってくれます。 駅近で広い以外は最悪でした。 もう２度と行きません。

窓が閉まらず、騒音がひどかった。翌日言葉が分からないが、携帯で丁寧に対応して頂き、部屋を変えてもらえた。 ただ綺麗とは言えなかった。

At first it looked like it was dirty but actually it was stained, the knobs at the shower could look as new if they would clean it with a little vinegar. One wall had many stains, it needs some paint. There was some dust in a place behind the bed. All little things that need to be taken care of and the hotel would look great.

위치는 신설동역 바로 앞이라 좋지만, 청결상태가 너무 안좋아서 다시 방문할것 같지는 않네요 국내외 여러 호텔들을 이용해봤지만 화장실에서 ㅉㄹ내가 나는곳은 처음이었어요 객실에는 먼지가 뽀얗구 구석에는 청소를 오래안한듯한 흔적들이 보였어요 청소문제는 해결을 하셔야할듯 합니다 샴푸 린스등도 쓰던걸 그대로 두었는지 반씩만 담겨있었어요 그냥 하룻밤묵는거라 방교체는 안했지만 무던한 남편도 지저분했다고 말했으니...

전자레인지가 층마다 있었으면 좋겠아요

에어컨 시원하지 않아요. 아무리 온도 낮춰 28~29도 입니다. 그리고 에어컨 팬소음이 심해요. 화장실은 넓어요. 주차공간은 충분해요.

The property was not at all like the photos displayed. The room was quite dirty with stains on the bed, walls, shower, and toilet.

房間殘舊，到處都是塵，要自己清潔 有電池爐但沒煮食器具 有電熱水煲但附近是沒插頭的 浴室花灑是沒力的，只是有水「流」出來！！ 有電腦但全是韓文 旅客根本用不著 外面的spa池也是沒燈沒spa功能 絕對不推薦！

最寄りが地下鉄2号線の支流駅なので、乗り換えなど地下鉄移動にちょっと気を付ける必要がありますが、とにかく駅近で良いです。大通りに面していて見つけやすいです。近くまで空港リムジンが通っていますが、時間がめちゃくちゃかかるため（2時間半くらい）空港鉄道を利用してソウル駅から来た方がはるかに時間が節約できます。 食べ物屋さんは裏通りに行けばあるのですが、パッと見た印象では向かいの通りの中華屋さん以外は「ない」感じです。 客室は古く、窓のあるラブホという感じなので、シャワー室にドアがなかったりお風呂場がガラス張りだったり、一緒に泊まる人を選びます。 過去の口コミに「ダニがいた」というものがあったので覚悟していましたが、洗面所に本当にダニがいました。清潔感はダニがいる時点でなくなります。 あと、洋服ダンスがないので、服をかけるスペースがありません。 5泊しましたが、お部屋は毎日掃除してくれます。 古いがゆえの問題が上記のとおり色々ありますが、何しろ部屋が広いので、この点は最高です。 駅から近くソウルの中心街に出ていきやすいこと、部屋が広いこと。この2点だけで、リピート決定です。 夏場に宿泊するなら、ダニ問題はちょっと考えてしまいますが。

내부 시설품이 새것 느낌까진 아니었지만 넓고 쾌적합니다. 화장실에 있는 상자에 칫솔이나 샴푸같은 것들이 작은 통에 담겨있어서 사용하기 좋았습니다. 드라이기도 있었는데 사용해보진 않았어요. 테라스도 있고, 정확히는 천정이 트여있진 않아서 베란다라고 해야겠지만, 나름 식탁과 의자가 있어서 거기서 밥 먹을 수도 있고 차 마실 수도 있고, 비가 와도 운치있게 앉아있을 수 있습니다. 뷰는 그냥 작은 동네 뷰입니다. 주변에 높은 건물은 거의 없어서 시야에 가리는 건 없었어요. 용량이 작아 게임할 정도는 아니지만 컴퓨터도 있어서 인터넷 정도는 편하게 할 수 있어요. 스피커도 있어서 컴으로 넷플릭스도 볼 수 있음. 컴은 방문키 뽑아서 전기 빠지거나 껏키하면 계속 초기화되는 것 같더라구요. 컴 끌 때마다 윈도우 업데이트를 계속 합니다. 큰 생수병 하나 있으면 정수기도 있어서 계속 물 담아 마실 수 있어서 좋았습니다. 기본으로 냉장고에 작은 물병이 있긴 하지만요. 안에 들어있는 음료는 웰치스인데 좋아하는 음료는 아니라서 안마셨어요. 티비도 큰 편입니다. 저는 티비는 안보고 닌텐도 가져가서 연결해서 게임을 주로 해서 채널은 뭐가 있는지 모르겠네요. 충전기는 5핀 1개가 기본으로 있는데 저는 충전기 따로 가져가서 불편하진 않았습니다. 1층 까페가 없어져서 그건 좀 아쉬웠네요. 방음은 거의 나쁘진 않은 편이긴 한데 옆방 코고는 소리 아주아주 작게 들리긴 하더라구요. 위층 쿵쿵거리는 소리는 좀 들리는 편이고, 복도에 사람 지나다니는 방음은 잘 안되는 편입니다. 방 사이의 방음은 옆방이 소란스러우면 미묘하게 작게 들리긴 한다 정도. 그래도 상당히 조용한 편이긴 했습니다.

PCR証明書のコピーをしてもらう際、親切にしていただきました。バスローブ、タオルもありアメニティーもありました。 ただ私と一緒に泊まった友人はベッドでダニか何かに刺され痒かったです笑

가격대비 좋았어요~ 연휴에 가서 평상시보다 가격이 높을때 갔는데 감안하면 괜찮아요~ 우선 전반적으로 깔끔하고 욕실도 컸어요~! 그런데 욕실이 너무 미끄러워서… 물만 닿았다 하면 넘어질뻔해서 곤욕이었네요.. 그것 빼곤 전반적으로 깔끔했어요~ 또 이용할거예요

I went to this hotel because I always wanted to try it. I just thought the outside design was interesting when I saw it in the past. I did not want to go back to Andong that night because I wouldn't arrive until midnight. The room I had was as advertised bigger than most rooms in Seoul. It came with a water cooler, free soda and free bottled water. It had all essential amenities, air conditioning you can control, etc. It was pretty much perfect in that regard. I also quite enjoyed the bathroom area. The only real gripes I had were that it looked old, and the actual toilet area smelled like cigarettes. Aside from that it was one if the best hotel experiences I have had in recent memory. I will stay there again

일단 지하철역 바로 앞이라 편했어요~ 가격대비 별로에요~방이 추워서 2번 후론트에 전화했는데 중앙난방이라는 얘기만 반복..... 청소상태 너무 무성의 했어요~검은색 테이블에 먼지가 보일정도쌓였어요~블라인드 사이에 쌓인먼지 충격적! 하루밤 묵고가는데 가격대비 너무 비싸요~ 모텔수준

욕실에 문이 없어서 황당했어요 도저히 이해가 안가네요 환풍기 소리가 너무 큽니다 침구는 깨끗하고 수압좋습니다

친구들과 연말모임이었는데 일단 호텔 위치가 역 앞인 게 좋았고 객실 내부도 깔끔하고 따듯했어요

싸우나,온탕은 최고였어요. 노천탕을 옮겨 놓은듯~ 아이들도 좋아했어요

TV가 케이블 방송은 안됫던거 같고 , 잘 때 벽에 붙어있는 불빛 나는 안내등이 안꺼져서 너무 밝아 조금 힘들었지만 제가 예민해서 그런걸 수도 잇구요 ~~ 그런거 말고 딱히 불편한 점도 없었던것같네요 ! 좋았어요 깔끔하고 가성비 좋아요 호텔 옆옆 건물인가에 코인노래장있더라구요 ~ 저는 모르고 버스까지 타고 갔다 들어왔네요 ㅎㅎ

일단 방이 굉장히 크고 예쁨 티비도 식탁, 침대쪽 에 있어서 좋았고 화장실이 좀 불편했으나.. 족욕 할 수 있는것도 너무너무너무 좋았음... 베란다쪽이 생각보다 춥지 않아서 옹기종기 모여앉아서 파티를 즐겼음 급이 더 높은 호텔을 가지 않은걸 잘했다는 생각이 들 정도로 만족

친구 bridal shower 하려고 빌렸는데 생각보다 방도 넓고 좋았습니다. 당구대가있어 늦게까지 놀기 좋았습니다. 다만 화장실이 완전히 폐쇄(?)되지 않아서 불편했는데 하루 파티용으로 놀기에는 크게 문제되지 않았습니다 :) 핫플레이트나 싱크대도 있어서 요리해먹어도 좋을 것 같습니다☺️

아이 면접때문에 예약하게 되었습니다.신설동역에서 나오자마자 딱 보이는 곳. 큰대로변에 위치해있어서 전 너무 좋았습니다(차량소음은 자정넘어가며 조용).작은골목.역에서 먼곳보단 훨 좋다는 생각이 들었습니다.저녁8시쯤 좀 추운감이 있어 연락하니 호텔이 중앙난방이라 조금 기다리면 괜찮아질꺼라고 하셨어요.아이들은 괜찮다는데 전 조금 썰렁해서 수면잠옷 챙겨올껄..하고 후회했지만 피곤해서 이불속으로 들어가버렸어요.방에 컴퓨터가 2대라 깜짝 놀랐네요^^ 조식은 8시반부터 이용가능해서 그전에 나와야되서 아쉬웠네요.(조식이용카페가 출입구네요.그리고 로비로 이어지는)가격대비 나쁘지않고 좋았습니다.전에 이 가격에 좁은 방공간.후미진곳에 위치한 곳 묵은 경험이 있어서 만족합니다.방음시설은 미약한듯 했으나 피곤해서 그러려니 했습니다.만족합니다^^

The multi suite is a joke. A basement 2 dungeon with a fancy door amidst 2-3 stock rooms with a conference room inside the room. No ventilation or window or sunlight. Where One room can *by error*become 30 degrees while the other would be cold..because one heats by ceiling and other by floor. NObody knows how to control the temperature. After 3 people review, It comes to light that the TV remotes control the aircon with the additional device buttons. Toilet sink is with the kitchen sink! The spa suite is well designed and clean but not suitable for families. There is one door between a bathroom chamber and a toilet chamber. Both cannot be used at one time. It’s silly. It suits a couple not likely a family. Staff does not know if the room has speakers or cameras (4 of them) facing the bed, communication is a major problem. Technicians are rude to the guests. Front desk staff are kind.

所有燈可用遙控器開關，但只有韓文字不夠user friendly 廁所燈計時關閉不適合，因為會容易令人恐慌 電插蘇位置不佳，不便插駁轉插器，而且電插蘇位凹陷，部分轉插器無法使用

체크인 할때 피곤해서 그랬는지 불친절한 느낌 받았고요~ 차로변으로 다니는 차량 소리에 숙면을 못했답니다. ^

We had express check-in and check-out. We love our room, very spacious and artsy! It has plenty of space to move around and a huge bathroom. The hotel is just a minute walk to Sinseoldong station, very convenient to go around Seoul. Will stay again next time i visit Seoul.

제생일 개천절에 여친과 호텔스닷컴을 통해 예약후 방문했습니다. 부가세포함10만원정도의 낮은 가격도 좋았고 방 인테리어와 직원 친절도도 매우만족, 그리고 도심한복판이라 배달의팁 통해 맛난안주와 호텔 바로 왼쪽에 대형마트가있어서 와인을 3천원정도에 구입후 피자,곱창 과 함께 너무 맛나게 먹었습니다. 야경뷰와 테라스도 좋은분위기에 한몫했구요, 샤워시설도 욕조포함 크기도 넉넉해서 만족, 다만 주변에 액티비티나 따로 즐길만한곳은 별로없었음. 그래도 대만족

로비의 쉬는 공간의 아쉬움이 있으며 차에 있는 물건 꺼내기가 쉽지 않음

괜찮았습니다. 스파가 있는 방에서 온 가족이 재밌게 보냈습니다.

생각보다 넓고 깨끗해서 놀랍고 직원분들이 너무 친절 합니다. 간만에 가족들과 나들이 기분좋게 다녀 왔네요.

Bathroom floor flooding, bed bug

スタッフさんや部屋は良かったのですが、蚊がすごかった…。夜眠れないくらい耳元でプーンという音がしていて、布団に潜って寝たのですが翌朝起きると30箇所くらい噛まれて、何かの病気かと思うくらい酷かった。(T_T) 次の日スプレーで頑張って退治すると8匹くらいいた(><)

스위트 스파룸에서 숙박을 하였는데 스파도 베란다에 있어서 풀빌라 느낌도 들었고 도심속 전망이 너무 좋았습니다.아침에는 필란드식 사우나까지 룸안에서 즐기고 왔습니다.강추합니다

The suite I was staying in was huge and wonderful! There was so much space way more than 1 person would need. It had it's own separate entertainment room which was nice! The bathroom with the self cleaning toilet was amazing, the showers and jetted bathtub was amazing too. It was such a great place to staff!

場所は仁川からの空港バスを降りてすぐなので便利がいいです 歩いて行ける範囲に有名なモクサルのお店や24時間営業の食堂などがあります ホテル自体は古い感じはしないですが、ファッションホテルなので洗面所にドアがありません トイレとシャワー室にはすりガラスの扉がありますが、下や上が開いているのと洗面所自体に扉がないので、一緒に行く人を選ぶと思います ファッションホテルならではの備品も置いてあるので、親子で泊まる場合は事前にホテルに連絡した方がいいと思います 部屋に冷温ウォーターサーバーが付いているので、とても便利でした フロントの方は日本語話せませんが、とても丁寧で優しかったです 電気・TV・空調がすべて１つのリモコンでの操作なので、空調を理解するのに手間取りました

I appreciate for the balcony. However, the furnishings and the layout of the room is not exactly the one I booked

新設堂駅より徒歩3分とアクセス良好。6人での宿泊でSPA・テラス・サウナ付きの素敵な部屋でした。掃除が行き届いていないのが非常に残念でした。

친구들과 파티하기 좋은 숙소 ! 역 바로 앞이라 좋다 ! 근처에 대형마트는 멀어서 택시타야되요 . 하지만 근처에 편의점과 빵집은 있어요.

酒店比 係旺區的大很多, 地鐵1號線的新設洞站4號出口行幾分鐘就到, 非常方便

好理想，服務各方面都好好、十分滿意，設計感同埋時尚感都好好的酒店，鄰近地鐵站好方便，每次去都係住Spa房

생각보다 별로였어요. 사진을 무척 잘 찍은듯 하네요.... 청소 상태도 매우 불량이었고요;; 호텔보단 모텔이 맞는거같은 느낌이네요

담배 냄새 쩔어 심하게 쩔어 있어서 컴플레인 제기해 방은 바꿨으나 에어컨 소리가 넘 심하더군요. 호텔이라기보다 그냥 모텔. 청소 상태도 넘 아니었습니다

룸 상태 최악 먼지가득 주변이 시끄럽고 주차가 편하지 않으며 하우스키핑도 만족 스럽지 못합니다.

Have stayed here before in one of the larger rooms with that sleeps 3. Came back because it was convenient and everything was all right. This time, however, the double room was disappointing. The room was very and smelled like smoke, and it was super noisy at night. Will stay somewhere else next time.

Although hotel is st a good location, the cleanliness is not that great. The room smells of cigarette smoke although it was a non-smoking room. Had to air the room with air freshener.

The reason I gave neutral review is because there are good and bad on the hotel. I would say the location is good because it is about 2 minutes walking distance from Sinseol-dong Station. However, there is no covered/shelter linkway to the hotel. Besides that, the windows do not have blackout curtain, but it fixed with horizontal blinds instead. Would preferred blackout curtain to block the sunlight in the morning. Hotel are equipped with high-tech all in one controlled. Aircon, lights and TV can be controlled through a single remote controlled in additional to the wall mounted light switch. Toilet/Bathroom are divided into 3 where toilet and shower at their respective partition and there is jacuzzi tub at another room. But there is no door there. Imagine that you travel with small kid. How do you enjoy jacuzzi when kid can see you naked when you want to jacuzzi?

The room size is spacious for 2 to 3 people. The layout of the bathroom is not ideal.

We have a very bad experience with the hotel in the Christmas eve. The hotel representative didn't provided helpful assistant when we felt uncomfortable at the room.

The room assigned to us on the 5th floor was not quite what we expected in terms of design and the shower area is open. We requested to be transferred to another room (4th floor) which design was better and the shower room has a door to contain the splashes of water. I just noticed that they do not dust off the wall lamps and they were too visible not to notice. It was just odd that the bathroom is generously spacious and yet there is no closet. There were lots of stuff that you don't expect to find in the room like the water (hot/cold) dispenser, 2 desktops. Instead of those, I would rather that they would have provided the obvious, which is the closet, flat iron/stand. microwave.

Staff were exceptionally friendly and super helpful when I ran out of money and couldn't pay the taxi from the airport ( NEVER take a black limo cab) The hotel itself was well kept, my room was clean and bed comfortable. Each room had been styled, but my room was mainly brown, with a lino floor, which I personally didn't find attractive. I was in a room at the front of the hotel on a busy road but the double glazing worked perfectly and my room was very quiet. Food from room service was OK ( I was concerned what it would be like as they had Spam on the menu) but expensive.

This hotel was a terrible experience for me. The state of the rooms were horrible. There were STAINS on the sheets and blankets. There was a used toothbrush on the bathtub. The showers were broken for both rooms (we had a couple of rooms booked). They definitely do not clean everyday, as we ended up walking in during a cleaning and saw that they were finally cleaning the room and had so many dust balls that they dug out...... We were not able to shorten our reservation.....conveniently..They also will not provide more than ONE CARD per room. Additionally, it is not foreigner friendly. Everything in the hotel is Korean, which was fine for myself who can read and speak it, but not the case for my fellow travelers. I was also told by the hotel "there is nothing that says that they need to have English speaking staff at all times" so that's that. Additionally, the hotel was NOT conveniently located.

The air conditioner of the hotel is not too good for summer time. So I have it turn-on even if I leave the room, but the staff would always turn it off and open the window... which make our return on an August night very hard to look forward to.

I stayed here in the winter before and it was ok, but the Airconditioner in the summer time was just a bit not up to par. I have to keep the AC on all the time to keep the room cool, but the room service will open the window each time after cleaning which leak out all the cool air.

It was for our babymoon. I love the tub unfortunately there was no bath foam provided. It was still good. Love the salad we ordered from their cafe.

Hotel is just next to subway station, which is really convenient to go anywhere. The cleaniness of the room have to improved. It's quite dusty everywhere. And there is not enough place to hang my clothes and towel. But the bed is comfortable and few of the staffs was willing to help too. Price is low. Worth to stay.

The staff was very short on speaking english but did everything they could to make our stay confortable including ordering us a local meal which was difficult as our travel had us arrive very late. I loved this hotel. I would rebook this hotel in a flash! Everyone was so sweet and helpful.

Hotel just located nearby metro within 1 minutes walking distance. The room was spacisous with Art Design decoration. However, the toilet bowl would be flooding after the shower bath. That means you would get wet your food when you get into the toilet again.

First time staying at this hotel, the room is big enough for us travelling with my 16 months old baby. The cleanliness of the room is "So So" caused we found some rubbish under the bed i.e. plastic bag and paper cup and a female legging pant behind the bathtub (very funny). The hotel located nearby Dongdaemun, plenty of local Korean restaurants outside the hotel. Subway is just a few minutes, many taxi past by transportation should be no problem at all. The hotel staffs are friendly, but a bit difficult in communicating in English. The best thing is there are two computers in the room with FREE WiFi whilst we can use it to find the places of interest in Korean is really convenient

We have one night stay in Hotel Boutique 9. The hotel room has nice design! The room was really great and comfortable stay. The room was big, clean and tidy. Two computers in one room, charger for android phone, shower gel & shampoo, two bottles of waters and soft drinks were included. 3 mins to the subway. There were some restaurants and convenient stores nearby. I have ordered an American breakfast (room service) and enjoyed the breakfast at the balcony area in my room before check-out. It was very relaxing stay. We recommended couples to stay at Hotel Boutique 9 if they travel to seoul, korea.

We stayed in the Spa Suite, which was huge, quite luxurious and loads of fun. Lovely views of Seoul.

Would like to come back again to this hotel the next time im in korea... if the deluxe room was as good as what i had experience i wonder hows the suite??? Happy to be in korea happy with the hotel! 😊

Our family had a wonderful stay at Hotel Boutique 9 . The room was clean, big, and cozy. Whenever we arrive from a tour , we look forward to coming back to our hotel. It's like coming home. Comfort room is clean and spacious. The veranda has another coffee table, aside from the coffee table inside our room. There's a desk top computer with fast wifi. There's a hot and cold water dispenser inside the room. It's reasonably priced and its so near convenience stores and subway station. Perfect!
