Cama muito mole! Quarto legal, temática bacana, diferenciada. Banheiro excelente! Café da manhã muito bom! Limpeza muito boa. Recepção muito atenciosa, conversa direta pelo zap, facilitando tudo! Mas a cama poderia ser melhor e iluminação do quarto tb!

Very interesting barrel rooms. Clever. Steep steps to get to the bathroom which isn’t ideal when tired but it’s a novelty hotel so it was fun.

A experiência é super legal, o conceito do local, a história, o conteúdo cultural e o atendimento "familiar" faz a estadia ser super válida e gostosa. Contudo, falta um pouco de investimento local, apesar do rústico, alguns detalhes podem geral um impacto maior e proporcionar uma experiência ainda mais encantadora

The staircase to go Down to the bathroom was dangerous for my husband. The light of the AC was so bright that would not let us sleep confortable , us and our friends next room.

Dentro do esperado, porem, cama do quarto bem apertada no ambiente e muito barulho de malas passando na frente ainda de nadrugada de pessoas fazendo checkout. Quarto na pasagem. Tivemos um incidente e o dono do hotel, Franciscoz foi muito infeliz e deselegante na conducao.

Todo es muy bonito, lamentablemente las habitaciones están una al costado de la otra y el camino hacia ellas es de madera, por lo que cada persona que pasa, caminando o arrastrando sus maletas mete una bulla insoportable que te despierta

Un hotel muy particular. Esperaba más del desayuno, más variedad y mejor servicio del personal en el restaurante.

Literally set in a vineyard the rooms could be twee being set in ( very large) upturned wine barrels, but is fun. Noting though that there really is no soundproofing so as we were pretty much the only people there perhaps things change with more guests

Set in the vineyard, walk through the grape vines and fruit trees to your room in a wine barrel! What's not to like. Sound proofing not optimal of course, but good food and attentive staff. Santa Cruz town is very pleasant and walkable just a short drive away.

The place is very special, considering you stay inside a wine barrel. However, that comes with some challenges such as lack of storage space, but this didn’t impact on our experience much. The staff are very friendly, helpful and professional. The pool and chairs around it are a nice touch. The breakfast is amazing with lots of fresh local produce! Would definitely recommend and return when we are in Chile again!

É uma experiência diferenciada pois dormimos em um quarto em forma de barril, porém bastante confortável e seguro. Cuidado ao reservar pois alguns quartos tem o banheiro no subsolo com acesso por escadas. Inconveniente para criança ou idoso dependentes. Lindo parque com espaços ao ar livre para picnic e churrascos. Também oferece oforu e massagens.

Sleeping inside a giant wine barrel is probably the most unique stay we've ever had. The shower and toilet is downstairs below the barrel and could be difficult for those with limited mobility. I think they have other barrels with the the bathroom on the same floor. The staff was extremely helpful and they made our winery tour reservations for us which was added to our room bill instead of paying the winery directly. Besisdes the hotel restaurant, there are no options for dining nearby. The included breakfast starts at 0900 so we needed to snack before.

O quarto é muito confortável, agradável, um quarto diferenciado, mas muito bom Restaurante excelente, comida deliciosa, café da manhã gostoso e variado

Positivos: o local da hospedagem é bonito e pitoresco. Negativos: 1- Apesar da minha reserva claramente falar que o pagamento seria na propriedade, desde o início recebi mensagens frequentes da propriedade dizendo que meu cartão seria cobrado e em caso de negativa, a reserva seria cancelada. Ao chegar, a 1a coisa que me foi dita é que eu deveria fazer o pagamento integral, antes mesmo de boas-vindas 2- Sim, é dito que o quarto é uma barrica e tem dois andares, mas o espaço é minúsculo. Não é possível deixar as malas na parte do quarto, apenas no banheiro há espaço. Não há espelho na parte com cama. As escadas não possuem nenhuma sinalização e são muito perigosas a noite, no escuro. 3- o cofre não funcionava. 4- mesmo marcando que não gostaria de arrumação, o quarto foi arrumado todos os dias. 5- O CAFÉ DA MANHÃ COMEÇA ÀS 9H. Eles cobram caso vc queira café expresso/cappuccino. Em um dos dias, não havia sequer ovos no café da manhã. 5- Mesmo avisando que precisaria sair às 8h30, nenhum funcionário foi avisado e ninguém sabia como fazer meu checkout 6- apenas fui comunicada que haveria um evento externo, na área imediatamente em frente ao meu quarto, que se extendeu até às 23h, com barulho, fumaça de churrasco etc. 7- Eles cobram pelo uso das jacuzzis

Incrível!!!! Hotel rústico, mas muito aconchegante, funcionários super cordiais, ambiente limpo, quarto dentro da barrica de vinho, com TV, ar condicionado e um banheiro enorme com aquecedor de toalhas e secador de cabelo. Café da manhã ótimo e opção de restaurante para quem quiser jantar a noite. (A parte) Piscina com espreguiçadeiras. Próximo de todas as melhores vinícolas.

Boa experiência, camas confortáveis, atendimento de qualidade e cafe da manhã completo . Deixo meu adendo sobre o chuveiro, o fluxo não era muito grande, poderia ser mais forte a ducha.

Looks great in pictures but reality is much different. Prize to the photographer that makes it look like a nice hotel. The pool is disappointing and the rooms are horrible.

Uma experiência legal de dormir num barril de vinho, hotel é bonito, o café da manhã é bom, mas o café é péssimo, para tomar um café de qualidade é pago a parte.

Concept très innovateur et différent! C’est très spécial! Très propre et attentionné. J’aurais donné plus si l’Internet n’était pas aussi faible dans les chambres et si il n’y avait pas quantité de chiens qui jappent toute la nuit alentours (ce n’est pas la faite de l’hôtel mais ça empêche de dormir…)

OMG! This hotel was beyond my expectations. The grounds are beautiful, peaceful and relaxing. The rooms are perfect, I mean sleeping in an old wine barrel with a view of the vineyard - nothing tops that! The restaurant has a sumptuous breakfast and tasty lunch and dinner menu. Above all, their service is outstanding! I was able to arrange wine tours and transportation well before we arrived, all via WhatsApp. Their recommendations were perfect and we enjoyed every visit! I must make mention of our assigned driver, Irwin who was so pleasant and such a fantastic host who took us safely around to our planned destinations. We will definitely come again!

Interesting and beautiful place to stay. Barrel rooms are comfortable. Staff are very pleasant and accomodating. Food at the restaurant was fantastic. Shower was not the best.

Tudo certo com estadia. Achei o banheiro muito frio, pois não tem calefação. E o quarto achei escuro e a cama pequena para casal. O café da manhã tinha o suco muito doce e não tinha opção sem açúcar.No mais o atendimento era ótimo.

The experience of spending the night in a giant wine barrel was memorable. The staff was super accommodating. The property is very well maintained, clean and safe. The value of the accommodations for the price was excellent. The location is convenient to tour the surrounding vineyards. I highly recommend this property.

En general es un lindo hotel, sin embargo, el check in y check out son muy lentos. La calefacción no es capaz de calefaccionar la habitación icono del hotel. Desayuno rico, pero debes ir con Parka….( Mayo) Es más un hotel de verano….

Quarto muito pequeno. Chuveiro com água gelada. O aquecedor não funcionava. Apesar de várias reclamações o problema não foi resolvido. Café da manhã é bom e equipe também é prestativa.

A very unique room, all is then are individual repurposed wine barrels! Fully furnished and have nice bathrooms built underneath. For those with mobility issues, be sure to ask for the newer rooms with bathrooms on the same level. All barrels have a view of the vineyard. There's a nice pool and lounge area. The restaurant is great and had a nice wine selections, including their own own cava. They offer the use of a hot tub and massage, for US$45 each. We didn't.

Die Zimmer sind einzigartig in ihrem Design. Frühstück, Pool und Umgebung ist toll. Super Service, leider gibt es keinen guten Taxi- Service.

I really wanted to give this place a great review but sadly there were a few things that let this place down. The staff were great, helpful and friendly. The on-site restaurant was good, with a wide selection of dishes and wine. The breakfast was fresh with plenty of choice. However, 2 days we had no hot water. I was surprised to see the 2 bottles of water left in our room on arrival were charged to the room, when usually these are included. I would also like to note for potential future guests, that the hot tub requires an additional charge - $45. It would be helpful if this was highlighted when booking.

It was a great experience to sleep in a wine barrel. We stayed in a premium room with a good bathroom downstairs and small upstairs bedroom. The bedroom was small - but it is a barrel so wasn’t expecting it to be bigger! Shame there was not a bit more storage space for clothes etc. The bed was also a little uncomfortable and the room was in need of a bit of repair. The grounds and pool were lovely and the breakfast great.

O hotel é ótimo, cafe da manhã muito gostoso e o hotel é lindo. O quarto e o banheiro têm aquecedor, então ficou bem quentinho. Adoramos a estadia, chegamos tarde e sem carro, o hotel foi muito solícito em nos recomendar taxistas de confiança. Recomendamos o hotel.

Excelente lugar para descansar, desconectarse, comer sabroso, disfrutar en pareja o familia. Con paisajes únicos, buen clima, buena comida, buena atención, excelentes instalaciones, sobretodo limpio y ordenado. De verdad, nada malo que decir de este sitio.

Bonito lugar, buena comida en el restaurant. Único pero es que la aislación de las piezas es baja y hay bastante ruido, de personas en la noche y gallos temprano en la mañana.

Una experiencia mala desde la llegada, no tenían mi reserva, informado que ya me había llegado comprobante de que si estaba hecha, pero igual sin dejarme ni siquiera entrar, que yo me las arreglara con el proveedor de contrato, mal desde el comienso

A very serious malfunction in the operation of the hotel gate caused it to fall on top of my car causing serious damage. The owner of the hotel apologized accordingly and promised to pay for the repair of my car. A week later I contacted them so that we could repair the car but they spent almost 1 month deferring the repair. After much insistence, his excuses ran out and they finally warned us that they would not provide a solution to the repair.

The place is great, unique, and relaxing. The service was generally good, except with a special request for a birthday cake.

Pleasantly surprised by this very unique experience! The staff and service is absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived the staff inquired and made reservations for wine tasting, lunch and dinner even though it was during the holidays (I state that because other hotels were short staffed and inattentive). The property is very unique and the vineyards and spa area provide a very nice atmosphere. The pool area needs a little love but overall the hotel was clean and all staff was extremely attentive.

Great vibe around the pool area. Amazing service. Before we thought about reservations for a meal the staff was on hand to take care of everything. The rooms were unique and the property was super beautiful and serene. Bathroom doors downstairs could be useful, but was not a dealbreaker. Personalized service with boutique feel. Would return!

Fantastic service at this well maintained boutique hotel. Wine barrel rooms are spacious and innovative. Lovely pool with great food/drink and towel service. Staff speak English, are very polite and only too willing to help with restaurant and tour reservations.

Nos pareció un hotel muy bueno, muy amables todas las atenciones recibidas. Muy rico el desayuno, con variadas opciones. Lo único que no nos gustó es que el baño no tuviera puerta, eso quita mucha privacidad.

Além da arquitetura singular dos quartos e das instalações confortáveis, a equipe do hotel merece todos os elogios. São muito atenciosos e prestativos, sempre prontos a ajudar os hóspedes com reservas de restaurantes e visitas às vinícolas próximas.

O hotel é bom, mas poderia melhorar em pequenas coisa como por exemplo: A recepção não tem um café, água, bem como as luzes de orientação não ficam acesas à noite!!!!

Além de possuir uma estrutura totalmente original, todas as instalações deste hotel estão impecáveis como nas fotos dos anúncios. Tudo muito bem cuidado, como se houvesse sido inaugurado há pouco tempo. O espaço no ambiente da cama é um pouco limitado, porém o banheiro bastante espaçoso. A internet wi-fi funciona muito bem e o café da manhã é excelente, contendo produtos frescos, recém elaborados e deliciosos. Porém, sem dúvida o melhor deste hotel são os seus funcionários. Todos são muito prestativos e simpáticos e nos atenderam com grande gentileza a todo momento. Além disso, nos auxiliaram a fazer reservas nos melhores restaurantes da cidade.

Las piezas son muy poco iluminadas, para ir al baño hay que bajar una gran escalera, el desayuno es normal pero el café es intomable, los hot tubes deberían estar incluidos en el precio alto que uno ya paga por la habitación.

Unique and wonderful place to stay. Staff spoke English and very helpful in making arrangements at restaurants and for activities. Only problem was internet was unreliable.

Dormir em barris de vinho é sempre uma experiência interessante, hotel com boa piscina, café razoável, serviço de massagens e ofurô. É uma boa base para ficar na região e conhecer as vinícolas.

O hotel é maravilhoso, com um atendimento muito prestativo e atencioso! A experiência de dormir dentro de um antigo barril de vinho é indescritível! O café da manhã é muito gostoso, a área da piscina é linda e relaxar tomando um vinho nas “hottubes” com vistas para o parreiral é maravilhoso!!! Tivemos uma excelente estadia no Cava Colchagua e só temos elogios a fazer!

Staff very friendly and helpful. Room a little small but then again it’s a wine barrel. Just enjoy it. Room too dark so lighting needs improvement. Bathroom very spacious but staircase to the bath is curvy and a little tricky. Can’t walk to city center but it’s only five minutes by car. Breakfast starts a little late and doesn’t last long, 9-1030. Heating very good. WiFi ok. Forget the word ‘boutique’. This is a nice cozy, interesting concept hotel.

This 19 room hotel was in a quite area of Santa Cruz. The staff were extremely helpful and constantly asking us to schedule tours and reservations. It was relatively close to all the wineries. I highly recommend this small oasis.

We booked this hotel because of the cool looking rooms - Giant Wine Barrels! The hotel turned out to be so much more! Friendly staff - some with good English, clean accommodations, private, wooded surroundings with secret hammock garden in the back. There is a lovely pool for relaxing and a spa for massage. Loved this place!

Great place to relax. Room was nice and clean. Bathroom and shower level was very spacious. Small area in back to take a stroll thru their property. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Short drive into Santa Cruz(5 minutes) and many vineyards (5-10 minutes).

A beautiful boutique with excellent facilities! It is a unique experience staying at a 100 years wine barrel! Patricia and the rest of the hotel staff were great hosts! Definitely I wil stay again.

Very comfortable boutique hotel with such unique rooms! The staff are excellent and go out of their way to ensure that your stay is perfect. Our Spanish is not strong, and some of the staff have very little English, but they were very accommodating to us with our language handicap and we're happy to keep going until either we or they understood :)

The rooms are extremely unique and the hot tub is a must experience, great way to relax and continue drinking the exquisite Santa Cruz wines below a canopy of grape vines. The staff is excellent, they catered to our every request and helped us plan our visit to visit a great selection of vinyards.

After freezing on the coast, the hot climate & pool here were completely unexpected. The wine barrel accommodation was very romantic - the grounds were very well kept & the pool to die for on the blazing hot day we were there. Very nice staff, too.

One of a kind boutique hotel where the rooms are actually refurbished antique wine vats. The rooms are very nice, though a bit small (it's an old wine vat, so that should be expected). The grounds are beautiful with a spa, hot tubs, sparkling pool, gardens, vineyard, and a cute little pond. Breakfast was very nice with plenty of options. We also had a nice meat and cheese plate with a bottle of local wine as a snack. Highly recommended.

The friendy staff at this super relaxing venue made our stay even more enjoyable. A refreshing break in beautiful countryside, well worth a visit.

If you want something different but quaint this is the place to go. You actually sleep inside an oversized wine barrel!

Very original hotel, with the rooms made out of old wine barrels. The rooms are very well set up and cozy, although I'd recommend inproving the heating system. The breakfast was OK except for the fact they only serve instant coffee! The spa still needs some work, there seemed to be a total discoordination among the staff about the scheduling. Overall, I recommend staying there but avoiding the 'extras'.
