Almost the whole staff didn’t speak English. As long as as you work in hospitality is mandatory at least to speak a few things to so not make their guests life difficult. Also the fridge didn’t work and they brought me this next day.

Good place to stay. The staff is helpful and friendly. Most staff can understand some English so it's helpful for those who don't speak any Spanish. The building is a little outdated but the room was cozy. I enjoyed the stay there. Breakfast is always cooked to order eggs, arepa, cereal, bread, and fruit everyday but they only serve in a 4 hour window.

The apartment is located in a very nice and safe area. Very spacious and comfortable. The staff is very kind and willing to help. Breakfast was great. A few things in the apartment need to be refreshed.

Everything was excellent

The suite was large ( I believe they all vary) and very good value. Best perhaps very helpful staff. Beware though if you don’t speak Spanish.my partner does so we were fine but not one staff member had English. Big issue. Kitchen has. Appliances but nothing else. No towels no coffee no sugar or creamer. Late night arrivals beware. Grocery shopping first priority ( see also need for Spanish)!!!j good place but management needs to plug some holes. Overall once you do the groceries it is fine.

Last year was better. This year we experienced a lot of noise, service was not very good and rooms need more maintenance and cleaning.

I was not told that there was a safe or a sauna. I was not given the instructions on how to use the appliances: Oven, microwave, TV. (sorry, but these are different from those in the US). The vents in the bathroom and in the kitchen are super dirty causing me to sneeze constantly. Apparently, they use a cloth of some sort to clean the bathroom mirror and it doesn{t work because you can see the streak all over. The room looks clean but on closer inspection it is not. The people at the front desk and the security guar5d could not be nicer. I´d give them a 10 over 10, always doing their best to assist me in every which way possible. Perhaps a supervisor could review each unit upon cleaning, to ensure that the unit is in perfect working condition, prior to leasing and/or the host returning. Other than this, I highly recommend this place. I will definitily come back. Nice location, quiet and secure area, all types of restaurants & shopping stores within walking distance,I found a shoe repair shop, a grocery store, a beauty salon and when my laptop crashed, here I am at an internet café. Transportation is great too.

I liked the location, the breakfast was really abundant and good. They always ask if you need some helpers to move around or if you need transportation. Really close to 93th Street Park, Gaita Cumbia House, Unicentro and many other things close from there.

I didn’t like they don’t have a minibar available, there is no water offered or a snack machine where you can get something. If you don’t buy something outside, you’re dead.

The apartment was not prepared for the guests/ bath didn’t work at all and personal didn’t care about. The smoking was feeling over the door. I would not recommend to stay here.

Breakfast is fine, perhaps they need to show better, as the girls there provided what I want, but not sure if they have or what to ask..

Gym, they could make it better with less efforts..

Spacious, spot for cooking + fridge, great location, two bedrooms and floor to ceiling windows, hot breakfast, huge king size bed in primary bedroom, great closet space, hot showers, excellent security and available drivers.

Kitchen lacked utensils and dish soap + sponge to actually do some cooking, would have liked a hot water kettle. Living room furniture was uncomfortable and we preferred to watch TV in the primary bedroom. Hot breakfast had eggs made to order but the rest of the offerings were rather basic.

Amenities in the apartments are very old and need updating. The doorman rarely is in his place. The rooms were cleaned very late.

I am a solo work traveller from the UK who has lived and travelled to dozens of countries in Africa, Asia and the Americas. No habla espagnol. *It is a clean, pleasant value hotel in a great location, close enough from Zona Rosa and good restuarants nearby (Sakura Ramen!) but also very quiet with some lovely architecture close-by to walk and see. *The interior was clean, spacious with lovely plants and artwork. Despite being a 'value' hotel it was attractive on the inside! *The staff (lobby, security, kitchen) were polite, friendly and responsive. *Check-in was efficient. *The place felt secure, both the surrounding area and also the hotel itself where all exit/entrance is controlled by a security guard. Rooms required keys rather than electronic cards - I like it! *The breakfast was simple and delicious and there was a board saying what was available. Kitchen staff remembered what I wanted :) *While there was no soap/shampoo in the room, or water bottles, you can get them if you ask at the front desk. *This suite's bedroom is above the lobby facing the street, however the area is generally quiet so it wasn't a problem. I had a beautiful sleep here compared to another hotel in Zona Rosa which was too close to night clubs.

No major criticisms. It was a good hotel and I would certainly return here. *Specific to suite #308: the living room and bedroom/bathroom were on different floors joined by a steep staircase. This might be challenging for people with physical disabilities, injuries, or walking difficulties. *The hotel sent me a message with information about VAT that contradicted the Booking dot com reservation confirmation. The hotel staff clarified at check-in that the Booking dot com information was correct.

I'm from USA and speak very little Spanish. This was the perfect place for my 5 days in Bogota. I used google translate app when talking with the staff. The front desk was very accommodating. The morning breakfast is like a cafe. You tell them what you want and they will make it for you. The staff in the cafe was so nice and understanding. There was a security guard 24/7 and the front door was always locked. The location was so nice, beautiful and quiet. My apartment was quite large and very clean. If you are out of the country and looking for a safe place to stay. You must chose this one.

Maybe have a little menu of what breakfast options that are available. I really have no complaints about this place. I plan on staying here when I visit Colombia again.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location is a nice, convenient neighborhood. Property has 24/7 security, which might make some people feel more comfortable (though I didn’t get the sense that the neighborhood was dangerous). There is a gym.

The WiFi was very slow and intermittent — totally unusable for work calls or streaming. The gym was small, and much of the equipment was broken or not well maintained. The hotel initially double booked the room I was supposed to stay in and put me in a smaller/older/noisier room instead, without acknowledging the mistake or offering any refund; they were friendly, though, about moving me to the original room the next day when I asked. The mattress in one of the rooms was unbelievably firm, to the point that I slept on the couch. A number of small things in the rooms weren’t well maintained or didn’t work quite right.

Location is just great. It's a nice and calm street in a relatively safe region. Our apartment was spacious and clean and most of kitchenware was available. It's a better alternative to AirBnb due to the daily housekeeping service but don't expect a hotel-like treatment.

Some very basic things were missing or simply too scarce, such as toilet paper... I'd recommend you to buy your own because even if you ask the staff, they may not bring it to you (or will take hours to do so). The bed in the main bedroom is uneven in one of the sides so you can't really use all of its space.

This is a great apartment hotel. The staff were very accommodating and they allowed me to check in early. The room was huge with very nice floor to ceiling windows. There is also a microwave and all the utensils you need. The location is close to 93 park, you can easily walk to nearby restaurants.

The hair dryer in the room didn't work which was a bit sad in the cold weather. Also it's not a no party hotel as on the night I stayed there was a party and it was very loud until 1am, Then i didn't sleep well.

The hotel is well located inside Bogota and it's close to park 93.

The doorman call me at 4:00 in the morning and I couldn't go back to sleep. I never gave him instructions to call me. The Saturday night it was a party in the neighborhood, so i slept until 12:00 then they call me at 4:00 in the morning by mistake.

Despite Covid restrictions the hotel provided excellent and friendly service. Without laundry service because of covid restrictions the pay laundry required signing up for a use time. The exact change required was hard to acquire. All in all, fantastic

Esta muy bien ubicado, el personal es muy amable, hay servicio de limpieza diario. El apartamento está dotado con casi todo, aunque es un establecimiento con algunos años, todo es medio viejito y anticuado. También tienes lavandería compartida. El desayuno no es una maravilla pero cumple.

The customer service was outstanding. The size of the apartment was great. The only complaint I have is the restaurant, the breakfast was very basic and plain, no options, no colombian breakfast available. The restaurant hours are limited and not convenient for the visitors. I will come back but have to plan to get my meals somewhere else:

The location was good. It was a pity the restaurant closes so early, we had to order food to a restaurant but everything was ok

Spacious and secure Apartment, however the bathroom needs remodelation and so does the kitchen. The stove was not working and the fridge made a loud noise. Direct TV services with TV in the bedroom and living room in Spanish and English. The bed was very comfortable. Next door they are still building for another year and they start early. Daily cleaning services, friendly staff and breakfast possibility continental for around 4$ per person.

La tarifa me pareció alta, tuve que sumarle $30.000 por impuestos y adicional pagar por los desayunos ($12.500 por unos huevos con jugo, café y pan) muy costoso. La habitación no estaba mal, pero con deficiencias eléctricas, los toma corrientes en su mayoría no funcionaban y se veian muy gastados, en alguno se observa un corto.

Close to business area, restaurants, large apartment room type. Good for long trips or weekends

Realmente una mala experiencia, a mi hijo el primer día se le desapareció un pantalón y una camisa, nadie hizo nada. Días más tarde unos collares típicos a mi otro hijo. En fin mala experiencia, tuvimos la sensación de que todos los días podía “desaparecer algo” al nivel que solicitamos que no nos limpiaran el apartamento

Vi var i Bogota for en uges tid for første gang og havde et fantastisk ophold. Lejligheden var stor og ren, pænt indrettet og havde et dejligt badeværelse. Området kan anbefales, da det ligger tæt på shop, caféer, supermarkeder, restauranter, biografer, samt det er et naboområde, hvor der meget sikkert og man kan gå roligt rundt,- også om aften. Vi tog taxi for 20.000 peso til den gamle bydel som ligger i den anden ende af byen ca. 11km. Nemt og hurtigt. Hotellet kan hjælpe med alt, lige fra taxitransport til transport til lufthavnen. Hele vejen igennem god service. De taler fint engelsk, hvis ens spansk ikke er helt på toppen. Eneste evt. minus, er, at vi gerne vi ville gerne have haft en lidt bløde seng. Men det er jo et temperamentsspørgsmål, hvad man synes. Vi sov fint. Vi valgte morgenmaden fra på hotellet, da vi havde køkken i lejligheden og derfor selv tilberedte vores morgenmad. Vi kan klart anbefale stedet.

Cómodo y atentos

We were very pleased with the hotel. A very convenient location, close to parks, restaurants and a grocery store. The hotel has very pleasant and good staff. Reasonably priced. Only one night of problem sleeping because of noise of other guests. Furnings very good, although some might find the bed to be a bit hard. Our only mild complaint was that kitchen did not have as many pots and pans as other condominums we have rented in Bogota. Pickup and return to the airport were excellent. Highly recommended for a place to stay.

It was fortunate that we only stayed 2 nights as I did not enjoy this hotel. The reception staff did not speak any English and were not very polite. This was evidenced when we checked out and they wanted to charge me for the room even though I showed that I paid via Hotel.com. It took 10 minutes to resolve and there was no apology. The breakfasts ($7) available are basic and small in size (2 eggs and 2 slices of toast) with a juice and coffee. However the main problem was the noise from the building work right next door as per my photos. They are renovating a very tall building and start work about 7:30 with all the associated noises so no chance of sleep or privacy. We had an executive room which was a good size (on 2 floors with steep windey steps between) and clean with hot water and only 10 minutes walk to Parque 93 which were the only redeeming aspects. I would not recommend staying here while there is building work which I think will be for a long time.

Basic hotel but, friendly and helpful staff. Close to everything North, like the Parque 93 shopping/restaurant area. Taxis are cheap if you want to tour the south or other areas.(bonus: approx 90-100000COP round trip airport) They also have a very nice with basic english for hire driver for approx 25000COP per hour for a guider tour.

I found the accommodations to be very roomy, modern, immaculately clean, and to be in a great location. Harold, the daytime desk manager, was very welcoming, offering any help necessary to make for a great stay. The very affordable nightly stay includes breakfast in their nicely appointment small restaurant. I can not have asked for a better suite and service. In booking this for my week's stay in Bogotá, I could not have chosen a place better than this.

The hotel is dated, the good thing is the location very safe and close to parque 93 so plenty of options for food and fun. The price ia cheap.

Very nice place: Cosy, clean, comfortable and in a great location close to the central business district along Carrera 11 (I walked to my meetings) and the after work hang-outs of Parque 93 and Usaquen. Highly recommended! PS: The WiFi isn't great - so if WiFi is indispensable to your existence, too bad

con el tema de facturación estuvo fatal, los datos que usaron para la factura eran incorrectos y la gerencia del hotel no resolvió hasta ahora!! quedaron de comunicarse para enviarme la factura correcta y no lo han hecho La habitación tenia alfombra que estaba MUY sucia!! por lo demás todo muy bien

I choose this hotel based on the price. It was more than expected. Would recommend this hotel by far.

the rooms are not as nice looking as they seem online. The beds are very very firm. Would not recommend going here with a large group.

They overbooked and moved me to a nearby hotel, Casa 95, which I would rate 4-5/5.

Great split level room. Kitchen is complete, all it needs is a full fridge instead of the little one that comes with the room.

This hotel is characterized for spacious rooms, actually they are all suites and presence of kitchen. Ideal for long stay like house hunting or business longer than a week. Tiny gim and not so fast internet connection are weak points to take in account. Restaurant can be also improved but it's full of alternatives nearby.

The MOST Friendly people Good room for the price (Not a 5 stars)

We book for one apartment with 2 rooms, because we were traveling with 2 daughters, one of 7 years old. Once we arrived at the 96 street suites, they told us they have no apartment of 2 rooms for the whole week (it was a 7 night reservation). Instead they gave us 2 apartments of 1 room, which does not connect one to the other from the inside. Only one had internet Access. There was only 1 towel in each room, (we were 4 persons), the first day it was a Sunday so we does not received the other 2 towels until Tuesday. One of the rooms the TV does not work. Once you arrived you find a note that says “the cleaning does not include washing the dishes. On Sunday and Holliday we do not clean the room, we only change towels”. One day we take breakfast at the room, and we leave all the dishes from the breakfast at the table, because those dishes were from the restaurant. In the afternoon when we came back, the lady in the reception told my daughter in a very rude way at the lobby when we were arriving the suites that “The lady that clean the room does not wash the dishes”, for those of you who understand Spanish she said “la señora de la limpieza no lava la vajilla, ni recoje regeros grandes”. I will like to explain that I only had 2 cups which I do not wash, and the rest of the dishes were from the restaurant. The lady that cleans the room complain in a rude way because, we should not move the glasses, cups, towels, from one apartment to the other.
