Très bonne expérience, même pour une seule nuit. La chambre était parfaitement conforme à la description : propre, spacieuse et agréable. Le dîner et le petit déjeuner étaient impeccables. Mention spéciale pour la disponibilité et la gentillesse du personnel, ainsi que pour toutes les explications et conseils donnés, aussi bien pur les visites que pour le séjour. Une adresse que je recommande sans hésiter.

Le personnel de l’établissement est très accueillant, aimable et attentionné. J’ai particulièrement apprécié le check-out tardif qui m’a été accordé gratuitement. Rien à redire, tout était parfait. Je recommande vivement !

Un hotel decorado con mucho encanto y muy tranquilo. El masaje en el Hammam maravilloso. Cenamos en el restaurante y todo riquísimo.

Me gustó todo.

El alojamiento es precioso y el personal muy amable. No es cómodo por las escaleras, no es apto para gente con poca movilidad. La habitación de la azotea es preciosa y muy espaciosa. La decoración de 10. Está a unos 15 minutos andando del casco antiguo de la ciudad. Su restaurante está muy bien valorado, aunque yo solo desayuné y estuvo bastante bien.

Bella struttura, arredata con gusto, come le stanze, buona colazione, ottima la cena. Nel complesso, per queste cose, l'hotel meriterebbe un 8 pieno ma...

Qui arrivano le note dolenti. All'arrivo in stanza ci siamo accorti subito che non c'erano gli asciugamani. L'ho fatto presente alla reception e mi è stato risposto che avrebbero provveduto. Siamo tornati tre ore più tardi, dopo una passeggiata in città, e nella stanza di asciugamani neanche l'ombra. Ho chiesto di nuovo a una delle ragazze della reception che mi ha risposto che avrebbe provveduto in qualche modo. Dopo dieci minuti arriva con gli asciugamani, ma ne mancavano 2 su 4 per la doccia. Dopo altri 10 minuti arrivano gli altri 2, ma mi rendo subito conto che erano stati stirati poco prima e che erano ancora umidi. Ci rassegniamo e proviamo a fare comunque la doccia ma, altra brutta sorpresa, non c'era acqua calda. Faccio presente la cosa alla reception e mi dicono che tempo 10 minuti sarebbe arrivata l'acqua calda. Abbiamo aspettato 20 minuti, ma niente: doccia fredda, solo a tratti tiepida. Molto spiacevole, un trattamento non all'altezza della struttura e del costo, voto 2

Très bon accueil, personnel professionnel Très bon emplacement, près de la plage et du centre ville. Chambre propre.

El hotel está acogedor pero si hay algo a destacar es la cocina. La pastela de es un espectáculo.

Tout était parfait ! La propreté du lieux, la chambre, la salle de bains, mais tous les espaces communs également. La chambre très mignonne, nous avions une chambre famille pour 4, très confortable. Le restaurant nous a étonné, le cuisinier apparemment espagnol cherche à allier cuisine marocaine et espagnol, délicieux, nous avons pris le menu dégustation proposé aux personnes logeant dans l’hôtel. Nous n’avons pas été déçu. Le seul regret… ne pas avoir eu le temps de tester le spa ! On recommande absolument !

El Hamman no nos gustó porque cogimos tratamientos de masaje de 90’ y no te dan ni 60’ charlando todo el rato entre ellas y risas que no ayudan a que te relajes. Se salían cada dos por tres de la sala y no entendías porque… luego te dejan 20’ al final para que te relajes sin completar el tiempo de masaje, etc. No recomiendo el hamman. La ubicación un poco retirado de la Medina pero tranquilo y limpio.

The simplicity and elegance, the rooms have a typical assilah riad architecture mixed with just what needed of contemporary bohemian decoration.

The electricity shut down every 15 minutes during the night due to malfunction I guess because we unplugged everything and turnt off the AC but regardless of what we did (turn back on the electricity on the panel 1st floor).

Ce qui m'a le plus plu dans cet établissement, c'était l'amabilité , l'efficacité et le sérieux du personnel.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. Ahmad ChemsEddine was exceptional. He was professional and knowledgeable. We appreciated his help during our stay.

We expected to have a small fridge in our room. Only one bottle of water a day for 4 guests is not sufficient. Room number 10 didn't have soap and shampoo dispensers.

Séjour très agréable dans cet établissement que je recommande. Le personnel était très professionnel et à l’écoute. Le Riad est aménagé avec sobriété et goût et se trouve à proximité de la vieille ville.

Me gustó la cercanía al centro y a la playa

Demasiadas estrellas para lo que es ofrece y tiene el hotel. La cama no era cama para dos. Si no dos camas juntas. Y no ponía eso. No había nevera ni TV. La ducha rota y nos atendieron súper tarde mientras nosotros teníamos que irnos. El enganche del gel estaba roto también. Las toallas al cambiarlas, nos dejaron una toalla para dos. Papel higiénico tienes que ir a pedirlo porque no te dejan de sobra. Fuimos a darnos el masaje y no tenía en 2 días por lo que deberían de poner que está bastante limitado porque no había casi gente y estaba agotado. Si vas con una persona limitada, no vayáis porque el acceso a las plantas con esas escaleras sería muy complicado para ellas.

Very good hotel, authentic and beautiful. Staff is very kind. The food we ate there was actually the best we tried in our trip to Morocco.

Omgeving doet het hotel geen eer aan.

At first the experience seemed somewhat enjoyable, even though in my opinion a 4 star hotel should have better facilities such as a mini fridge, safe and a tv in the room. But the next morning €200 in cash disappeared from my wallet while it was left inside my room when we went to the beach. This is a fact. I had counted money before going to the beach and it was all there. During the relevant period, hotel staff had access to the room because they did the cleaning. I reported the incident to hotel management, but they dismissed my concerns and suggested that it was impossible to determine whether any theft had occurred and were fairly rude about it, basically insinuating that I was lying. Also they were stating that receptionist is always present in the room when the cleaning lady is doing her job. When I asked them to call the police they called somewhere and said that the police won’t come. I was shocked by this behaviour of the management so I had to go to the police station myself. I filled the report and then went back to the hotel together with police. All of a sudden the behaviour changed 180 degrees and they started acting like that they are so sorry and offered us to stay for one night free of change xD( we already paid for 2 haha) so in front of police we requested our money back for 1 night because there was no chance we were going to stay there even 1 more minute after this situation and we left.

No tener sitio para tender bañadores ni toallas de la playa. No tiene televisión ni mini nevera.

Su ambiente tranquilo, la limpieza, la amabilidad de sus trabajadores y discreción. La comodidad de las camas. El desayuno, el champu-gel del aseo y los textiles de la habitación de calidad extraordinaria. A destacar la ducha de piedra !!

Mejorar la señalización del hotel.

L’emplacement est top et le lieu est magnifique ! Les chambres sont de très bon goût et surtout la 10 qui est très grande et qui bénéficie d’une petite terrasse avec vue sur la mer. La cuisine est juste exceptionnelle et n’hésitez pas à vous offrir le menu dégustation pour 2 qui est divin !!!

On s’y sent bien de suite en entrant ! La décoration est superbe et authentique. La propreté des lieux irréprochable, la gentillesse et le professionnalisme du personnel . Une vue latérale sur la mer , emplacement calme et proche du centre

لم يعجبني تعامل الإدارة كان جداً سيء استقبلوني بكلمة غرفتك التي دفعتها في بوكينج تم اعطائها لنزيل آخر مع العلم اني دافع مسبقاً ودافع لغرفة كبيرة فتح لي الموظف الغرفة الوحيدة الموجودة وكانت متر في متر واحنا زوجين وطفلة أنا دفعت زيادة عشان اكبر الغرفة واضفت سرير لابنتي المفترض عند وصولي اجد الغرفة التي حجزتها رد علي الموظف هذا المتوفر تريدة ولا اطلع شوف لك غرف في اي فندق !! تعامل جداً سيء وانا تعبان مكنت ماسك خط بالسيارة آخر شي دبر لي غرفه أوسع في فندق دار أخرى وكانت جداً سيئة رائحة الحمام لا تطاق المناشف مهترئة والسرير غير مريح حجر كانت تجربة مخيبة للأمل كرهت تجربتي في اصيلة وتمنيت اني ما زرتها

Un accueil exceptionnel par une équipe jeune et très réactive. La localisation du riad est top , vue sur mer si voud etes dans une des chambres en hauteur 😊

Very nice, clean and convenient! Not far to walk to the Medina and plenty of space to park a car around the hotel. Safe neighborhood and very friendly staff. Breakfast was typical Moroccan and very good. They have a Hamman in the facility as well as in the Medina. Unfortunately I didn’t get a chance to take advantage of the service but hopefully next time. I just wished that they had a TV in the room so we could watch the World Cup game in the middle of the night.

Bellissimo Riad vicino alla spiaggia e comodo al centro, pulito e profumato. Staff gentile e sorridente. Cena e colazione super. Hammam e massaggio qui sono stati una splendida esperienza

Hem tingut una experiència molt bona en aquest hotel. L'amabilitat del personal és excel·lent: són molt propers, atents i hospitalaris. La neteja és impecable i l'hotel és preciós, amb unes instal·lacions molt ben cuidades. També recomano molt l'esmorzar, que és molt complet i boníssim.

Com a únic punt negatiu, cada dia em despertava a les 4:10 de la matinada amb la crida a l'oració de l'alba, que se sentia a través dels altaveus de la zona. Entenc que forma part de la cultura i les tradicions locals, però pot resultar molest per a les persones amb el son lleuger. Tot i això, recomanaria aquest hotel sense dubtar-ho

Todo está muy bien cuidado y decorado. Las habitaciones son muy amplias, bonitas y las camas son muy cómodas. Un riad estupendo para descansar y relajarte.

Excellent petit-déjeuner, personnels disponibles et très gentils Ils ont pu nous avoir des places pour le Hammam même tardivement, service de cuisine ouvert pour nous monter une crêpe !

Le personnel super sympa, bon accueil avec un thé et des petits gâteaux. Hôtel très joli. Accès presque direct à une plage et pas loin du centre et de ma medina. Parfait pour une nuit.En plus réduction sur le hammam/massage qui est vraiment génial.

Parking restreint à quelques places....

The location was perfect around 10 min from rail way station, 4 min to the beach, and 10 min to ancient medina. The staff was friendly and at the same time professional. The hotel is very clean, there is also a bit of artistic style to it, it mixes a bit of modern furniture with traditional art like the 8 pointed star, the wooden blue doors. The hotel's vibe is very chill, it is not suited in my humble opinion for people that would like a very energetic high tempo style. This is a place where you relax and recharge.

Las habitaciones son muy bonitas y limpias. El personal es muy amable y en el restaurante se come muy bien. No está dentro de la Medina, pero en unos 10 minutos a pie estás allí así que bastante cómodo.

Los colchones son tan duros que parece dormir encima de una tabla de madera. Casi no pude dormir durante la estancia. Un día pedimos el servicio de masaje y la verdad que no fue como nos imaginábamos. Las chicas estaban hablando todo el rato entre ellas, pusieron música en el móvil con YouTube y saltaban todo el rato los anuncios, la masajista que me tocó parecía estar dando un masaje por primera vez en su vida. Le pedí no hacer cara y en lugar de usar este tiempo en otra parte del cuerpo, decidió acabar antes.

La comida ha sido maravillosa. Y estaba muy bien situado. Un hotelito pequeño pero con mucho encanto

We tried to first contact the hotel manager in the hotel, by phone and by email without answers. So please find our feedback below. We had a good stay until the second day, when one water pipe in the bathroom broke, creating a strong waterfall and inundating the bathroom first, at high speed so fast that it also started to inundate the room at 6h45 in the morning. I quickly called the night officer (staff arrived at 8am) to sort out the issue. He had to close the entire water of the building for the leak to stop. Then, he started to mop up the floor and managed to get hold of a plumber to fix the pipe, which he did in a few minutes. This kind of things happen, everywhere, and no one could really be blamed for it. The only thing that we expected, as we were in our honeymoon and that my wife is pregnant (the staff knew of obviously), was a little bit of consideration, apologies and a commercial gesture from the manager. We tried to be as helpful as possible to avoid the water to substantially spoil the nice floor and left the hotel for the reparation to be done. You can understand that I was surprised and deeply unhappy, when we only got offered to not pay for the massage that my wife got (worth 30€) the day before at the checkout. It was our last night of our honeymoon in Morocco, and the last full night of rest we could have gotten. We had left the room after the leak without complaining in the morning so that the plumber could sort everything and all we got in return, after an short night, no possibility to take a shower, and a small discount, and no excuses whatsoever.

Nous avons passé une excellente nuit dans cet hôtel idéalement situé, à deux pas de la plage. L’établissement était très propre, aussi bien dans les espaces communs que dans la chambre, qui était agréable, confortable et parfaitement entretenue. Le restaurant a été une très belle surprise : une cuisine raffinée, pleine de saveurs, avec des plats soigneusement préparés. Le petit déjeuner était également très bon, varié et de qualité. Le personnel s’est montré accueillant, professionnel et attentif tout au long de notre séjour. Une très belle expérience que nous recommandons avec plaisir.

Chambre correcte et propre. Personnel très gentil parlant français Cuisine super pour 22€/personne. Très bien fait avec un code barre on peut voir en photo chaque plat avec explications dessous du contenu dans notre langue. Plats typiques du Maroc. Très bon. Petit dej très bien aussi. Hôtel dans le pur style du Maroc très beau à l’intérieur car extérieur ne paie pas de mine.

Chambre avec vue sur cour et bâtiment juste à côté donc pas terrible. Literie trop dure pour moi.
