Küçük şirin bir otel, odalar temiz ve yeterli, eski ahşap bir bina

Odalarin temizligi ve hijyeni cok kötüydü, nevresim takimlari, carsaflar ve havlular hem cok eski ve yipranmis hem de kirli (gecmeyen lekelere sahipti), cidden kotu bir deneyimdi, buraya 3 yildiz vererek buyuk iyilik yapmislar ve oda resimleri oldukca yaniltici olup konfor derecesi epeyce düşüktü.

Room is clean and spacious. Beds are comfortable (i like a firmer bed). Breakfast was great with many options Staff present and helpful.

The experience was really good, the staff knew english, the place was clean, and had an amazing sleep

Ramazan bayraminda gittik dolayısıyla oda fiyatları standart bir odaya göre yüksekti ama sabah erkenden pencereyi actiginizda balonların üzerinizden geçtigini görüyorsunuz muhteşem.. .. banyo/tuvalet kücük ,eski ve temizlik yapilsa da görüntü cok temiz gibi durmuyordu yenilenmesi gerekiyor.. yatak rahat ve oda genişti .. çalışanlar guleryuzlü idi.

Bir gece konakladığımız otelden hiç bir yönden memnun kalmadık.Temizlik ve hijyen sıfır,kahvaltılar eskiydi yani kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum.

Otelin konumu ve havuzu olması iyiydi sadece bu iyiydi, geri kalan şeyler vasat. Otel çok bakımsız, çalışanlar çok ilgisiz ve hijyen bu otelde sınıfta kalmış. Fotoğrafları ekledim. Çarşaf, havlular hep lekeliydi. Pencereler örümcek ağıydı. Odayı sigara içilmemiş istememize rağmen çok ağır sigara kokuyordu, pencereyi kapatamadık kokudan. Kırık sabunluk koymuşlar sabuna dokunur dokunmaz tüm sabun elbiseme döküldü ve bunu bildirdiğimde her müşteriden sonra kontrol edecek halimiz yok diye yanıt aldım. Müşteri memmuniyetine ilgiyi bu cevaptan anlayabilirsiniz. Kahvaltısı da çok kötüydü sabah kahvaltıya kuru pasta veren bir yer, ne diyeyim ki başka.

Genel olarak iyi olarak degerlendirebilirim.

Reception staff provided excellent service. Breakfast was very good, with a wide range of foods. The outdoor terrace area is beautiful however the pool water was green/cloudy so I didn’t swim. The bathroom in our room looked like it needed a deep clean. The hotel’s location is good.

Nice hotel, located well for balloon viewing. Easy parking if you have your own car. Breakfast was typical for Turkey. Close enough to town to walk but nice and quiet at night

Bella struttura ben pulita con possibilità di parcheggio gratuito davanti all' albergo. Personale gentilissimo. Colazione abbondante con prodotti tipici turchi ma anche internazionali. Ad un kilometro dal centro città di Goreme

Old and tiny uncomfortable beds, poor breakfast. Check in was easy but the rooms were not ready until 15:30.

Temizlik açısından zayıf bir otel klozette ve yastıkta lekeler vardı kaldığımız oda yandaki binaya bakıyordu fotoğrafta görüldüğü gibi ferah da değildi kahvaltı yeterliydi klasik çeşitler vardı büyük beklentilerle gitmeyin

Excellent hotel with very friendly staff. Breakfast was very good with lots of options. Only one drawback was that wifi was not at its best in the rooms. However it worked well in lobby and breakfast area.

The room was a nice size. The room furniture and decor was tired and the towels smelled like tobacco smoke. Limited English by the staff, however when needed they came through with answers. The breakfast was plentiful however the hot things were not very warm. The location made it difficult for walking, yet good views of the morning balloon lift offs.

Odaları yeterli büyüklükte sadece duş küçüktü. Kahvaltı yeterliydi. Sessiz sakin ve balonları izleyebileceğiniz harika bir konnumda bulunuyor.

Excellent rapport qualité prix ! Très bon accueil , chambre spacieuse, piscine très agréable ,!petit’dejeuner typiques Je ne comprend pas certaines critiques que j ai lus dans les avis ???? J ai faillis choisir un autre établissement alors que c etait parfait !!! Tout le personnel , dont Lanjeune et sympathique Tugce, qui a passé plus d une heure au téléphone avec Turquie airline pour trouver une solution à notre vol qui était annulé sont au petit soins pour leurs clients . Je recommande fortement !!! Une seule remarque , hôtel légèrement excentre ( 200 m des commerce) ,mais du coup c est plus calme !!! 👍👍👍

Hotel muy mal decorado y para familias de turcos. Desayuno pobre y mala calidad. No lo recomiendo.

Güzeldi temizdi havuzu da kullanışlıydı

I was very disappointed, the room in bad condition the bathroom not clean, I booked for four Days I left in my second day the air conditioning stop they offer me to go elsewhere with refund of my money for the two days left😡

Für einen kurztripp ist das Hotel in Ordnung. Preis Leistung ist OK. Wir würden nochmal hier übernachten. Frühstück war OK. Swimmingpool auch OK und sauber. Alles in einem alles OK.

Otel personeli gayet ilgiliydi. Fakat odalarda temizlik iyi değildi. Gerek çarşafların gerekse lavaboların temizliğine daha çok özen gösterilebilirdi. Otel konum itibariyle çok merkezi ve gezilecek yerlere çok yakın.

Odalar çok küçük ve banyosu çok dardı . Banyo biraz daha ferahlatılabilirdi. Tek gece konakladığı kız için problem etmedik .genel anlamda güzel bir otel . Kahvaltısı yeterliydi. Temizlik daha iyi olabilirdi..

Herşey çok güzeldi. Tek eksik wifi odalarda çekmiyor. Buna bir çözüm bulurlarsa tekrar görüşebiliriz 😊

Хороший отель, соответствует заявленной категории. Наличие территории с бассейном огромный плюс, бронировали данный отель именно из-за наличия бассейна. Отель немного в отдалении от центральных улиц, но это не является недостатком, прогулка до центра занимает не более 10 минут. Персонал дружелюбен и готов помочь гостям. Небольшой минус - на сайте отеля отсутствовала информация о закрытии территории бассейна в один из дней нашего пребывания на время проведения частного мероприятия. Вопрос в итоге мы решили благополучно, но следует предупреждать своих гостей о таких мероприятиях заблаговременно. В целом от посещения отеля хорошее впечатление.

The hotel is a bit tired but we were comfortable in our room. The bed was comfortable and the room was cleaned every day. The duvet was a bit short on the width but we slept fine. The curtains didn’t completely cover the window which my wife didn’t like as likes to sleep in blacked out room but not really a big deal. The down sides were the pool which needed a good clean and there was no chlorine in it as far as we’ve could see. We didn’t use it as a consequence and I chose the hotel for the pool so that was disappointing. Also the WiFi was hit and miss which could do with being improved. We came to see the balloons so the position of the hotel was probably the best in the area. Overall we enjoyed our stay but the items mentioned need addressing.

Oradaki sicakta serinlemenin adina havuz olmasi harikaydi. Kahvaltisi ve servisi iyiydi. Temizlik konusunda orta. Oda toparlandi fakat kirli havlu katlanip asildi. Konum olarak iyi.

Odada terlik yoktu. Su yoktu. Tek ayağı kırık tepsi sehpa.. vs.. Konumu merkeze uzak. Sadece kahvaltı var. Öğle veya akşam yemeği için merkeze gitmeniz gerek.

Şehrin çıkışında sakin bir yer. Kahvaltı güzel. Oda temizliği güzel. Otelle biraz ilgilenip geliştirilmesi, odalara balkon eklenmesi, havuz temizliğinin sık sık yapılması gerekir. Biraz sahipsiz kalmış gibi kendi halinde.Çalışanlarda bir sorun yok yönetimin organize olması gerekir.

Llegué al Aeropuerto y no me esperaba nadie a pesar de tener reservado el traslado! No me querían llevar los transfer sino les pagaba por adelantado! El recepcionista un poco borde! Te dan las llaves y te muestran el camino para que vayas a la habitación! Al llegar observó que entraba mucha luz y no había manera de ponerla oscura! Le pedí que me cambiara que no puedo ver Tanto sol en mi habitación y me contesto que no! Que estaban a full. El Baño sucio por todos lados hace falta una limpieza profunda! No están organizados creo. Había reservado una plaza para volar en globo a lo que me contesto que ya no tenían que estaban a full. Tuve que reservar en otro hotel. No volvería jamás. El Personal que consideró apto para Recepción es Mohammed.

Great hotel. Very quiet with a short walk into the main part of town. Great place to watch the balloons in the morning. Pool was really nice. The wifi was a little slow in the evening but good during the day. Better down in the lobby.

Göreme gibi turistik bir yerde böyle bakımsız bir oteli daha önce hiç görmemiştik. İlgi alaka temizlik kahvaltı hepsi çok kötüydü hic memnun kalmadık resepsiyondaki görevli arkadaş çok suratsızdı hic ilgilenmedi.

가격대비 적당한 숙소입니다. 체크인하기전부터 투어예약 안하냐고 강요하는 모습은 불쾌했습니다. 이미 투어를 예약했다고 하니, 그 회사는 좋지않다며 대답하는 태도가 굉장히 불만족스럽습니다. 중심부까지 도보 10~15분정도로 떨어져있습니다. 위치가 좋은편은 아닙니다.

the hotel is located on the outskirts of goreme, 10 to 15 min hike from the bus terminal.the staff was very helpful, rooms decent and comfortable, nice Turkish-European breakfast. we found a promotional price that made this the best deal in our trip in turkey.

L'albergo è in poosizione favorevole, facilmente raggiungibile e con ampio parcheggio. Accoglienza e servizi sono ottimi. Le camere sono spaziose, comode e funzionali. La colazione è valida per quantità e qualità. L'albergo è dotato di piscina all'aperto, che nei periodi favorevoli dell'anno offrono un'ulteriore opportunità.
