The proximity of the bar and pool to the rooms. The scent in the room was relaxing.

They breakfast was not covered when left outside as preferred. A lot flies on my breakfast. Invest in food covers.

Service was perfect, the food amgazing quality, room big, very clean and with fridge. Airport transfer worked as well.. Highly recommended!

We were completely satisfied. We were only here for one night — we arrived in the evening, stayed the night, and left for the airport the following afternoon. We had a clean and well-equipped room that was very spacious. The beds were amazingly large and comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious with a strong water pressure. We had a great dinner at the hotel restaurant (we enjoyed it, and the portions of noodles, for example, were huge — we could barely finish them in one sitting), as well as breakfast (good selection and excellently prepared). They also make fruit shakes; the mango one was fantastic. The staff at the restaurant and the front desk were very helpful; the airport transfer was included in the room rate, and since our flight wasn’t until the afternoon, we checked out at noon but were able to stay by the pool for a few more hours (with our luggage at the front desk) before heading to the airport.

The property is beautiful. It is tucked away off the main road, so no street noise. It is a bit antiquated but in a cute way. The breakfast was very tasty and very well priced. They also offer free shuttle to the airport. Highly recommend

Charmant hotel dans un quartier calme, chambre "villa" confortable propre, la climatisation est efficace et peu bruyante, la piscine est très agréable, le restaurant correct avec un choix de plats philippins. Le personnel souriant et attentionné. Il est possible de se faire masser sur demande. Seulement 2 petits défauts : un seul oreiller par personne et les transats ne sont pas confortables ;)

The room was nice. Close to the airport. A small Grocery store very close. The bed was very big and comfortable. They offer additional services for free: breakfast and airport pickup and drop.

Not enough and easy to reach power plugs in the room. Wifi was poor. The dinner menu in the restaurant was a bit small. First they asked to pay for my room, even I had payed it already online. But this could be solved easily

The property overall was clean and pleasant. The outside looked pristine. The restaurant set up and location in the property was ideal. We did have a chance to swim in the pool but we saw that the pool area was inviting and the pool was well maintained. The layout of the property flowed. We were upgraded to the villa Ylang Ylang and it was a nice room. The staff were friendly and attentive.

The bathroom needs an upgrade.

Very helpful personel. Airconditioning broken and they immediately gave me a new room. Food at restaurant is okaysh. Overall definitely recommended hotel.

One note of caution! DONT BOOK transport via the Hotel. My transport was 2 hours late and I haven't seen such a full Van on my whole life. They even created a seat which wasn't safe at all. Again, this is not on the hotel but on the transport company.

Hôtel idéalement placé à proximité de l'aéroport. Établissement calme, ambiance paisible autour de la piscine. Pick-up possible à l'arrivée à l'aéroport très pratique. Nous recommandons l'agence touristique de l'hôtel et principalement les services de Ms Lut de Guzman qui a été d'une grande efficacité, toujours disponible et réactive pour nous aider à organiser notre séjour sur Palawan (rivière sous-terraine, transfert à El Nido + excursions sur place en bateau)

Очень уютный отель в тихом месте! Замечательный персонал! Отличное кафе и вкусные завтраки. Нас так выручили и, можно сказать, спасли сотрудники отеля, что слов благодарности просто мало. Нас на экстренной пересадке в Маниле просто лишили багажа. Его нам забыли переложить с самолёта в самолёт, хотя сотрудники аэропорта заверили нас что всё сделают. По итогу мы вечером в Пуэрто-Принцесе без багажа, без денег (обменники уже закрылись), без связи практически (работал только вайфай аэропорта). Сотрудники отеля нас встретили в аэропорте, заселили и забронировали нам поездку на экскурсию на Подземную реку не взяв ни копеки. На следующей день мы вернулись с экскурсии обменяли доллары и рассчитались. А потом, через день, мы уехали в Эль Нидо, а отель возился с нашим багажём, так как они были единственные, кто бы мог нам помочь. Багаж был доставлен с аэропорта в отель, а они в свою очередь отправили нам его в Эль Нидо. Нафига им это нужно было? Они нас просто по человечески спасли. В противном случае мы бы сидели в Пуэрто-Принцесе 5 дней и ждали бы наш багаж, поломав все планы на отдых! Большое спасибо от всей души!

Uprzejmość personelu, czystość i przestronność pokoi, czystość obiegu, fajny basen, pyszne jedzenie w restauracji koło basenu. Usytuowany bardzo blisko lotniska Puerto Princessa- 10 minut pieszo, mimo to cichutko. Zdecydowanie polecam.

Duży pokój, wygodne łóżka i poduszki, kołdry. Lodówka w pokoju. Dostępny basen do 21. Bezpłatny transfer na lotnisko - 5 min autem. Dobre jedzenie w restauracji hotelowej.

Słaby internet w pokoju.

This was a last minute booking due to flight changes. We booked it on the day and were pleasantly surprised by how comfortable and pleasant it was. A lovely feel and would be good for longer than one night stays. Family rooms were huge and had plenty of beds. Great for families or groups who want to share a room. Free Airport shuttle is a fabulous bonus!

La cortesia di tutto lo staff. La camera era pulita. La piccola piscina è una piccola comodità rispetto a tutti i punti negativi di questa struttura.

La colazione semplicemente ridicola. Non è presentabile, praticamente non danno nulla. Scegli da un menù il tipo di colazione che vuoi, ti portano un piattino di ciò che scegli ma non ti portano nemmeno un succo, solo caffè ( nescafè solubile ) o the. La posizione non era comoda per andare nella parte centrale della cittadina, si deve per forza prendere un tuk tuk . La camera aveva una tenda che non oscurava, quindi impossibile dormire, in più ci sono i galli che cantano tutta la notte.

I especially liked the garden and the location. The room is nice for the price. A quiet place in the middle of Puerto Princesa, great for one night coming or going to the airport. They have a good breakfast with multiple choices of food and instant coffee or tea.

I was overcharged around 700 pesos. I stayed only for one night coming from the airport. I booked on booking.com for something around 3200 peso, i ate dinner there for 900 pesos and in the end they charged me a total of 4800 peso. I wasn't paying attention when I paid and i noticed only afterwards and they told me i had to pay extra for the booking fee. 700 pesos is not a great deal, but i would have liked to know it in advance. A bitter taste after i left.

Piscina y habitaciones perfectas! La habitación es espaciosa, cómoda. Un sitio ideal para relajarse, el staff muy agradable y ayudan mucho. Muy buena zona, y Tranfer gratis al aeropuerto. Comida barata y desayuno muy bueno.

Sängen var bra. Hotellet var gammalt men rent. Personalen var jättetrevliga och hjälpsamma.

Prachtig hotel en accomodatie, goede ligging, zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel ! Restaurant met goed eten en niet te duur. Een echte aanrader. Het is de tweede maal dat er er 14 dagen verblijf.

Бассейн не фильтруется , вода мутная как молоко , после того как мы попросили включить фильтры включили на час и потом выключили за это время вода не успела очистится . Цена завтрака из омлета и 3 ломтиков жареного хлеба на 2 человека была 1000 песо . По сравнеее с ценами в других ресторанах это очень дорого: хочу заметить что персонал был мил и позволили нам оставить 2 чемодана до вечера т к мы уезжали на экскурсию

Hezký a příjemný hotel se zahradou blízko letiště. Pěkný bazén, ochotný personál, dostali jsme pokoj asi o 5 hodin dříve bez příplatku. Odjížděli jsme v 5 ráno a dostali jsme na cestu krabičky se sendviči. K dispozici celý den voda, káva, čaj, restaurace. Vybavení je starší, ale funkční, postele pohodlné, klimatizace i větrák v pokoji je výhodou, i lednice. Velká, čistá koupelna.

Hidden little gem in Puerto. I was genuinely surprised to find such a nice well kept property. Love the decor and the hotel in general. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

The food was ok lunch was good but dinner on a return visit was just ok.
