لا يوجد اصنصييييييييير بالفندق والفندق عبارة عن سلالم في كل مكان اذا في عربانة اطفال او شخص على كرسي متحرك المعاناة ضعف والاجازة بدل الراحة تعب في صف واحد بس يكون سهل لكم كان محجوز بالكامل وغرف قليلة الي يكون فيها سلم بسيط الستاف مو على طول موجودين عشان يساعدون وبس شخص واحد يشيل الشنط نفسية الستاف غير لطيفة لكن في بعضهم لطيفة وغير هذا عند الوصول لا يوجد مشروب ترحيب بس لمن بسوي جيك اوت اشوف النزلا الجدد مشروب ترحيب كان حجزي سويت والتكييف حار والحمام عند فتح الباب يطلع صوت مزعج يصحي الي نايم وعند فتح الحنفية صوت مزعج الاثاث قديم جدا ومستهلك جدا

Прекрасный отель. Хорошее обслуживание на ресепшн. Изумительный пляж с чистой водой, отличное персонал на пляже. Очень понравились бассейны, открытый глубокий и закрытый.

Не понравилось обслуживание в ресторане, очень долго ждать, даже счёт приносят минут 20, а еду надо ждать гораздо дольше. Слишком много кляра на жаренных морепродуктах.

A simpatia de todos os funcionários, bem como as instalações. A praia é uma mais valia e há uma grande disponibilidade de guarda sóis e o salva vidas está sempre atento a qualquer pedido.

Excellent Resort , place more professional than any another resort overall world . Actually amazing place and best area for relaxing. Reception staff , Restaurant staff abd room services staff .. all so respected and kind response for any issue or query .

- حجزي كان غرفه مطله جزئياً على الشاطئ وفعلا الغرفه كان عندها اطلاله جزئية لكن باقي الطلاله على حديقه عامه! لدرجه اني تاني يوم اضطرت اغير الغرفه بسبب الازعاج وحفلات الشواء، للاسف الغرفه اللي نقلت عليها تكيفها تعطل تماما بالليل واخدت اكتر من ساعه ونص لين ما غيرو لي الغرفه. - المسبح حوليه في قطط كثيره وللاسف ساعات تشرب من ماءالمسبح.

Before booking, I clearly explained through Booking.com that I am Egyptian, my wife is German, and we have an original German marriage certificate. I specifically asked whether any additional documents or requirements were needed. The property confirmed in writing that there were no special requirements and that we could proceed without any issues. However, when we arrived, they refused to check us in because they said the marriage certificate had to be legalized in Egypt. Their explanation was that the reservations team answering Booking.com messages was not aware of the actual check-in requirements. This internal communication failure should not be the guest’s responsibility. It was already around 5:00 p.m., my wife is pregnant, and we were standing there with our luggage. The staff simply said there was nothing they could do and told us to find another place. The booking was eventually cancelled without fees, but the incorrect information, refusal of check-in and lack of assistance caused considerable stress and disruption. This was extremely irresponsible and unprofessional. Guests should be able to rely on written information provided through the property’s official Booking.com account.

Rooms are too old, bed mattress is not comfortable, toilet and shower is too old and decayed Room door is old, it doesn't block any noise, you can feel everything in rooms around you Room terrace door was broken, I had to keep my items on me all the time Rooms are inaccessible, my 74 years mom had to walk and climb stairs which is quite painful, this needs to be highlighted on Room selection process

It needs minor renovations and it will take somewhere else. Corridor carpets are reall old and unclean, room furniture needs maintenance, Food is not good.

House-keeping is really friendly and proffisional specially Hanan was really helpful

Restaurant prices are illogical and too expensive even compared with regular high prices

The best in Alexandria

Great location, very close to the beach. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good, although I would have liked to see more variety. Overall, the hotel has a pleasant atmosphere.

One of the beach staff members was very rude to my family and repeatedly asked us, more than three times, to leave our beach chairs so they could clean them. This was reported, and the supervisor apologized, which I appreciated. I also requested an extra bed, but it was delivered without pillows. After asking for them, we had to wait until around 1:00 AM before they arrived. This definitely needs improvement. In addition, some room amenities should be replaced, as the trash bin was rusty and the mini fridge was leaking water.

المكان تحفة، منتجع مش فندق غرف، بيسين، بحر، مطعم في مكان سهل التحرك له. احنا بقالنا سنين مش بنغير المكان.

الفندق اتغير كتير جدا عن السنين اللي فاتت الستاف أغلبه جديد في حاجة متغيرة على فندق بحجم بارادايز. البيتزا اللي طلبناها في الغرفة سيئة الطعم جدا وجودة المكونات نفسها. صوص الرانش طعمة سئ. فرش البحر بشع بمعنى الكلمة، غير مريح بالمرة. الشازلونج متهالك، مقطع، البين باجز البيضاء غير مريحة بالمرة الكراسي العالية الطويلة غير متوفرة على الشاطئ كمان كان السنين اللي فاتت. امبارح نص ساعة طلبنا من ويتر يجي ياخد طلباتنا من على البحر في حدود من 7:30 ل 8:30 مجاش، مع إنه قال ثواني وجاي. لحد ما ظهر محمود ابراهيم واحد من الستاف القديم، وجاب لما طلباتنا في لمح البصر مع بشاشة واحترام وسرعة. كوبايات المياة في الفطار ريحتها بشعة واضح إني مش بتتغسل. وده بس اللي شوفته لحد دلوقتي وأنا قضيت ليلة، ولسه الرحلة لم تنتهي

I had lunch from the main restaurant it was awful really bad taste and upon contacting the hotel staff they acknowledged the bad food and it won’t happen again and they offered a refund for the food bill and I sent them my bank details upon their request and they didn’t keep their promise and didn’t refund anything It was really unprofessional way

I loved the place a lot, very fruendly staff and exceptional cleaning. The room was spot on by a lovely lady hanan el sayed was her name i think, also by the beach restaurant there is a young abdel rahim and Mostafa the shisha guy

The beach area is clean and nice, breakfast location at the beach is perfect. Security was good. Staff at the beach polite, friendly and helpful.

The rooms are not up to standard. First our room reserved was impossibly small for 4 people, dark and depressing. Then we asked to see a bigger room, more appropriate for our group, we were shown the suite which was huge but not well maintained and over twice the cost. We stayed in the suite, paid the difference however the suite had several issues: balcony glass door kept getting stuck and we were concerned it would break, wall behind the mini fridge needs to be fixed, bathroom complimentary things were very few, a/c in the master bedroom did not work and we had to wait to have it fixed, all a/c were extremely loud, second bathroom fan was so loud we kept the lights off to avoid the noise.

I had gifted this stay to my newly married friends as a wedding present, and the feedback I received from them made me truly happy. From the attentive and thoughtful communication before their arrival to the warm welcome at check-in, the room provided, and the overall service, everything exceeded their expectations. Every detail reflected care, elegance, and genuine hospitality. Some gifts are more than just presents; they become cherished memories. This stay was exactly that for them. The peaceful sea views, beautiful sunsets, and warm atmosphere made their experience even more special and memorable. My sincere thanks to the entire Paradise Inn Beach Resort team for helping create such wonderful memories during this special time in their lives.

On rare occasions, the atmosphere was affected by the conduct of a few fellow guests, as people naturally have different expectations and holiday styles. However, this is common in any shared resort environment and does not reflect the quality of the property, which was excellent throughout our experience.

Thanks a lot for all of the staff , they were polite and helpful, specially Heba Hassan , she cleaned the room throughly and she was very helpful. The hotel location and facilities were excellent , the pool was amazing, we really enjoyed our stay.

Although we enjoyed our stay but some points need consideration: 1. The room furniture was really old . 2. The beach was really good , but a Floating Rope with Buoys should be put in the sea to show the limit of the safe area . 3. Whenever I go to the breakfast I find the cheese plates contain only few pieces, and plates are not changed, also we had to use the same spoons and tongs for different types of food in the buffet, which was really messy.
