Es fehlte eine Raumklimatisierung und die nahe S Bahnstrecke ist recht laut, insbesondere bei nächtlich offenen Fenstern.

Todo fue genial: la amabilidad de la chica de recepción que nos atendió a nuestra llegada es lo primero que quiero reseñar, el apartamento muy amplio y limpio con cantidad de zonas almacenamiento para dejar lo que traíamos, el servicio de lavadora y secadora en el sótano, el parking para el coche en el mismo edificio, la estación de tranvía en la puerta del hotel, la ducha gigante, la cocina muy completa...En los alrededores hay varias tiendas de alimentación, panadería y bares. En 20 minutos estás en el centro de Munich.
Por poner alguna pega: encontrar el alojamiento mucho más barato el día antes de nuestra llegada. Oferta y demanda claro está. Esto no tiene nada que ver con la calidad de apartamento.

La cosa piu vincente è sicuramente la gentilezza delle persone alla reception e la comoda posizione difronte alla stazione della S-BAHN
La mia camera era agli ultimi piani e sarà per il caldo anomalo registrato a Monaco durante il mio soggiorno ma era molto calda perche non aveva nemmno i condizionari A/C. La posizione della struttura pur essendo molto comoda in quanto vi è la stazione difronte però è abbastanza rumorosa per via del passaggio dei treni fino all'una di notte.

Reviewed Jul 5, 2026Very spacious room and bathroom, spotlessly clean. Comfortable and kitchenette was very usable, fridge extremely useful in the hot weather.Very handy for the Sbahn and close to a supermarket and little collection of shops which included a green grocers and bakery.
A little strange as no contact with staff, they don't open reception over the weekend but everything was absolutely fine. Noise of the S bahn a little close but not intrusive unless you are a very light sleeper. Hotel provided ear plugs anyway for those who are!

Non avere un condizionatore A/C il mio soggiorno è stato in giorni dove durante la giornata c'erano 35 gradi in media, lo staff è stato gentile a fornirci dei ventilatori da mettere nelle stanze ma ovviamente gli appartamenti agli ultimi piani erano i piu caldi ed il solo ventilatore non bastava.

Keine Klimaanlage - okay, aber auch bei größter Hitzewelle Gästen keinen Ventilator auf's Zimmer zu stellen - hart. Man muss also bei offenem Balkonfenster schlafen, dann braucht man allerdings gute Oropax für die Geräuschquelle Bistro (mit Musik) und - aktuell - Public Viewing im Hinterhof. Zimmer riecht etwas muffig Matratze/Bett etwas alt/durchgelegen. 'Safe' ist offen, wenn man ihn einmal zu bös anschaut...

Reviewed Jun 22, 2026Home!!!!!!!! Home away from home. Clean huge space carpeted well arranged apartment with old way feeling like you have visited your rich grandmothe😁. I felt love and care. My children enjoyed the whole night and i wished we could stay more. Kitchen with free utilities useful ones. Kettle microwave God bless you 🥰🥰. Oh, about God blessing them, the bible believers they offer you a bible on your como. Clean clean place. 2 min walk to the train, 3 min to the bus and next to eatery places even late night . Easy to check in if you arrive late, nice staff and a bottle of water ready on arrival. Oh, and sweet for children they were soo happy 😆. Santa was there. Am coming back end month .

I stayed in this hotel 5+ times and everything was good. The room was with 2 windows and good sized. But this time the room was small, close to the elevator and even dirty. I asked to change the room - but was rejected. Very disappointed this time!!

Ich habe eine besondere Situation, und das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit, wenn es darum geht, auf unsere Bedürfnisse einzugehen. Ich werde auf jeden Fall regelmäßig hier übernachten. Reviewed Apr 7, 2026Den Schlüssel aus dem Schlüsseltresor zu entnehmen, war einfach. Das Einzelzimmer war groß, gut ausgestattet und wie auch das Bad sauber. Die Matratze war o.k. Das Hotel ist verkehrstechnisch gut angebunden.
Das Kopfkissen war ein unförmiges, klumpiges Etwas. Ich habe deshalb nicht gut schlafen können.

Die Matratze war sehr weich, nicht durchgelegen, aber weich. Die Zimmer auf der Ost-Seite bekommen im Sommer die Sonne direkt ab, die Gardine kann das Licht nicht abhalten, von daher sind Augenmasken zum länger Schlafen sinnvoll.

Das gesamte Personal ist äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit – besonders Frau Petra, die uns immer mit einem Lächeln empfängt und sich mit großem Engagement darum bemüht, unseren Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Die Zimmer sind jederzeit sehr sauber, und auf unsere individuellen Wünsche wird stets aufmerksam eingegangen. Auch die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend: Die unmittelbare Nähe zum Bahnhof macht das Reisen besonders bequem. Ich möchte dem gesamten Team meinen aufrichtigen Dank für den konstant hervorragenden Service aussprechen und komme immer wieder sehr gerne hierher.

Reviewed Dec 29, 2025It is a very comfortable and roomy apartment. It lies directly next to the railway station which takes you into the centre of Munich. It is the ideal place to stay for a visit to Munich and to the Alps. Nice supermarkets and restaurants close by.
We stay here 25-years ago and we had the nicest breakfasts at the hotel. Now there is no breakfast available. As it was over the Christmas season we had to go out for a breakfast.

The area is becoming noisy because of massive transit construction projects. They promised to be done by 2030, but now driving is a challenge.
