Reviewed May 18, 2026El complejo es bonito, pero se nota que no invierten en su mantenimiento. Siguen construyendo, así que no se entiende una cosa con otra.
Hace mucho que este complejo de cabañas y hotel se viene deteriorando, pero parece que los administradores no hacen mucho: no hay internet, la TV es vieja y no funciona, sin agua caliente...

Reviewed May 3, 2026Las instalaciones por fuera son bonitas, les dan mantenimiento y se ven bien. La ubicación es buena, cerca del centro y de restaurantes.
El interior de las cabañas está deteriorado. Baños sucios, la puertita no tenía seguro. El baño tenía fuga en el lavabo, el refrigerador estaba sucio y hasta con moo. La escalera es muy empinada y peligrosa, cuidado al bajar y subir niños, uno de mis hijos se resbaló, afortunadamente solo fue el susto. La televisión dejo de funcionar, no tenía ni un solo canal,.el primer día si funcionó el segundo ya no servía ninguno hablé a recepción y me dijeron que no había en ninguna cabaña, tampoco había wifi. En resumen, pienso que es muy elevado el costo para lo que en realidad ofrecen, hay muchas opciones más económicas y mejores. Pero pues depende de cada quien, las fotos son bonitas pero ya estando en ellas cambia la situación.

Reviewed Jan 7, 2026Hay una cabaña que utilizan como bodega y tmesta justo en medio de todas las cabañas y hacen mucho ruido en las mañanas. Los empleados encargados de barrer las hojas con la sopladora a las 7am u 8am ya estan soplando y no dejan descansar algunos dias los escuchas y otros no, pero no son cabañas para descansar.

Firstly, the staff were not too friendly and really not too knowledgeable and informative. It took us a while to find the property as Google and Waze took us to two different locations using the Property address and when I asked how come you don’t have signage they said it’s out front, but it was a name for a different place. The only way we found it we had to call and they said they were located next to Farmacia Guadalajara. Every time you flush, the toilet water was leaking from the base of the toilet all over the bathroom floor

Solo que no hay letrero en la carretera con el nombre de las cabañas y tomar en cuenta que las cabañas no tienen wi-fi

Reviewed Jan 6, 2025Beautiful quiet location just outside of town. Firewood provided every night to make a cosy fire. Staff were friendly and helpful.
No WiFi in the cabin. Coffee and toiletries are provided, but strangely only one serving for the first day - no further coffee, water or shampoo was brought to us. Bed is very hard and not so comfortable. Shower only stayed warm for around 5 minutes before going cold.

Reviewed Aug 27, 2024Definitivamente las camas y almohadas en pésimo estado. La recepcionista Fernanda pésima atención y trato, demerita el trabajo de todo el equipo. Restaurante bueno con buen servicio. Muy mal gusto que a las 8 am usan sopladores y el ruido no deja descansar. Lo peor es la incomodidad de sus camas por lo que cuesta el alojamiento, claramente a los dueños no les interesa en lo más mínimo un factor clave de descanso. Dudo regresar a esas cabañas. La atención de la Gerente Andrea muy buena.

Reviewed Jan 1, 2023Un lugar perfecto para una o dos personas viajando - ademas hay acceso al hotel-cabanias "Bosque Encantado" donde hay mucho espacion para caminar, un lago artificial, un campo de futbol, juegos para ninios junto con un brincoin. Lo unico malo es que las chimeneas estan mal diseniadas, y echan e humo hacia adentro, haciendo imposible su uso.

Reviewed Aug 8, 2022En general las cabañas por el exterior y los jardines están muy bien así como el restaurante, el interior de las cabañas es lo que urge remodelar, el mobiliario es anticuado y bastante feo, la señal de la TV es muy mala, no tienen cajas de seguridad ( cuando reserve las mencionaban). El baño también urge remodelarlo. por otro lado el personal es bastante amable y eficiente, creo que las cosas que se deben mejorar no dependen de ellos.
