Na Siam Guesthouse

good hotel, everything within walking distance, friendly people. good WiFi, everything nice and clean, in short, nothing wrong with it.

It was nice clean and good location

We spent one night here to be close to transport. Service was good, room was comfortable. There are lots of cute shops and cafes in the area. This place suited our needs.

Vil helt sikkert komme tilbage.

The room was basic but good. Location was good and the staff were fantastic. The staff were always helpful and extremely nice. There are loads of tours available too but their one to James Bond Island was very good value.

The guesthouse has a trendy style with a quiet cafe downstairs where you check-in. The room we had was very small which was what we were expecting but a lot nicer than we thought! Everything was very clean including the bathroom and it was in the perfect location, everything in walking distance. There were offered room cleans everyday although there were quite a lot of mosquitos in the hallway so if you do get your room cleaned then they end up in your room. The WiFi wasn't the best in our room but we have data plans so it didn't worry us. We also got a peek at the neighbouring rooms that were a lot bigger and with windows that looked really nice! Overall we were very happy with our stay and we would stay here again if on a budget.

Close to everything and right in the heart of Phuket. Was able to get my ferry tickets printed first thing in the morning and was easy to grab a taxi to the pier Very good value for location and single room

good location, nothing else, rude staff, less than basic rooms, no kettle or drinking glasses, ridiculous, shop elsewhere.

It s in the centre of town. I booked it 3 nights as a base to explore the city. Near the bus station and lots of places to eat. (For Thai people pls read in Thai below) The owner is lovely and very helpful. The room is spacious and clean. The room needs new towels, new bedclothes and new carpet as they are tired and torn. The house keeper didn’t empty the bins for 2 days (after you hung the sign for cleaning). The shower is good , the sink has no tumbler to use. However overall at this location I think it s great. The owner made me feel welcome and been looked after. I just booked in at Hilton resort Karon and didn’t get the warm lovely feeling like this little guesthouse. Opposite the hotel is a lovely restaurant serving Thai food called the moon. We had delicious massaman curry. And from the guest house, turn left, cross the traffic light , there s a restaurant called ‘Piset’ (means special). Lovely spicy food and yummy desserts. We went there many times . I’m Thai and visited Phuket many times , will be back again! Thank you !

Great location and cute decorations! We were right around the corner from the amazing Sunday night food market. We only stayed 1 night, but it was great!

The staff are fantastic. After a long flight. They let us check in early. Super helpful if you decide to get out and see a show or tour. Room was clean and exactly like in the pictures. Close to great places to eat and a convenience store. A short walk to catch the bus if you want to go to central or Phuket. We wanted to relax in old town and we got to do exactly that.

Na Siam Guesthouse is clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly. It is in a good location in Old Town Phuket. I stayed here Sunday night and there was a great night market a block away. I would stay here again.

Hotel staff are very polite and friendly. They are willing to help you with everything.

Was an average experience. No windows in the room..though the room was cosy a proper ventilation would have been gd.

Just a one night stay - chose a room without a window hoping it would be quieter. It was quiet until around 6am when motorbikes started driving past. Handy for local Sunday evening market. Reasonable prices for breakfast and coffee in the cafe downstairs.

The room was okay. There was AC in the room wich was really appreciated because it ils very hot in Phuket. At night there was a walking street with street food, music and shopping stands only 5 mins by walk from the hotel. We liked our stay but the staff was not really nice.

Check in和check out時間比較差

My room had no windows and the water from the air conditioner was piped to the shower so that the bathroom was always damp and smelly.

Good spot with lots to do very close. Great room for the price.

Prima plek in gezellig old town. Goed onderhouden schoon guesthouse

Clean and spacious room located close to shops, bars and attractions. Facilities were excellent (Fast Wifi, windows/air conditioning/fridge in the room) and staff were welcoming and attentive. The only downside a slight odour in the bathroom but it was easy to look past for an excellent location and price. Thank you for a lovely stay- see you again

If you need to stay in the city this hotel would be perfect for you, but you need to consider it's 40 minutes of driving away from beaches. We had just one night and it was really good experience. I would stay there longer if had time.

Stayed here one night as it was convenient for the ferry port. The hotel was great for the price, clean, comfortable, well equipped. There was a smell from the drain, but it did not bother me. I would stay there again. The staff were very friendly.

Stadthotel eben

It was a very comfortable place to stay with friendly hosts.

The hotel was situated in the heart of Old Town. The rooms were spacious, beautifully decorated and clean. The owner was really helpful giving advice on local buses that take you to the beaches and anything else you asked really.

Great boutique hotel in the middle of Old Town. Location couldn't have been better, and the room was large and unique, bathroom was brand new and spacious. Although the hotel is also advertised as a Coffee and breakfast place, there was none of that during our stay. In their defense, we were there during off-season.

Very nice little boutique hotel, right in the middle of Old Town. Location couldn’t be better, rooms were very nice and unique. The hotel doesn’t feature breakfast or even coffee, as it was promised, or at least they didn’t offer them at the time we visited, which was in the off-season in July.

Very nice hotel with great location. Easily find out local famouse food and newest graffiti painting.

Just stayed one night as a stopover point. Room was clean though no windows. Price was good with the discount.

Guesthouse/room in very good condition, nice, clean, comfortable and secure. Good location to explore Phuket city. Management and staff all very nice and helpful. Thank-you for hosting me in your lovely country. I will be back again.

We stayed at this guesthouse just for a layover before midnight flight. Thus we three people booked one room only and were charged 200 Baht for the third person. Room was very basic. Ok for its price. Bad part is, standard this not have a window, which was not made clear on the room information. It's terrible like u r in a basement. The location is an easy approach to old town Thalang Rd. etc. Amazing for a walk tour. But it takes 25 mins walk to go to downtown like Robinsons. Of course u can take a cab or tuktuk, while transportation price is quite unreasonable on Phuket island. After all, Ni Siam is recommended for 1-2 night stay.

Nice hotel in the heart of it! Close by to local bars and restaurants

Very nice and clean hotel. Located in old town of Phuket with many cafes and restaurants. Super friendly staff.

Great friendly and helpful staff. English isn't too great but we didn't expect it, but they were very helpful with our lack of the Thai language

This spot is good if you're needing a clean, simple place to stay a night in Phuket town. It's central in the Old Town, just half a block away from the night market (which is great). The only gripe we had was that our room had no window... air con, sure, but personally we're not really into rooms with no daylight.

We had a great stay at Na Siam. The rooms were as on the pictures, the room very clean and air conditioned, in a very good location. Very close to centre, convenient to catch a bus or a boat in the morning to go explore the other islands.

I was told on arrival, late afternoon, that they had received my reservation through WOTIF but had given the room to somebody else. I was cross but tired - and I knew it was a busy time in the area. I let the smiling man on duty to be take me for a 50m walk deeper into the off-street to "a friend's" hotel. Chino Inn was nice enough but I probably wouldn't have chosen it myself - even if it was listed on WOTIF. I certainly wouldn't have expected to pay the same rate as Na Siam (no refund was offered). The experience left me feeling a ripped-off. Na Siam has doubled it's rooms and Chino has increased it's exposure at no cost to itself.

Only dashed one night, but found a very comfy guesthouse. Good wifi, excellent bathroom and nice room. Very good coffee and "honey toast ". Right in the centre of old phuket town.

This is a very cool, modern hotel in the old sector of Phuket Town. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The only issue was that our room had a musty smell. This would go away once we got the air conditioner going, but it was still a little annoying. Otherwise the hotel was quite nice, especially for the price.
