Lo comodo que era la cama, lo limpio que estaba y la ubicación

Selve værelset var fint med en lille altan. Badeværelset også godt og både tv og aircondition virkede. Fin lille have som man kunne sidde i.

Ved ankomsten kl. ca. 13.30 var der ingen i receptionen og jeg skulle bruge nok 20 minutter på at finde en, som kunne tjekke mig ind. Hun var i gang med rengøring på øverste etage og hvis jeg ikke havde banket på, skulle jeg nok vente længere tid. Samme scenarie ved udtjekning kl. ca. 11.20 - igen skulle jeg gå rundt på hele hotellet for at finde den samme person. Hvis den samme person skal rengøre værelser og tjekke folk ind og ud, så ville det være en god ide at sætte et skilt op i receptionen, hvor på der står hvor man kan finde vedkommende. Og så ville det være en god ide - når de nu tilbyder at man må lade bagagen stå efter udtjekning - at de har et aflåst rum til det eller at det var opsyn med bagagen. De havde faktisk et egnet rum under trappen, som de ikke brugte og skulle bare montere en lås herpå. Gaden som hotellet ligger på er pænt befærdet og alle der går forbi på fortovet kan kigge direkte ind på bagagen som jo står uden opsyn. Da jeg hentede bagagen var der en dame, som havde ventet i 1 time uden personale til stede overhovedet. Men stadig venlig personale, men nok for mange opgaver for dagvagten.

No pudimos alojarnos. Nada más llegar por la noche, nos comunicaron que el intermediario había cancelado la reserva y que teníamos que volver a pagar si queríamos una habitación y cancelar. Nos toco perder el tiempo gestionando a través de booking una cancelación y, por supuesto, buscar otro alojamiento.

Good value, clean room, friendly staff.

We arrived latter in the evening due to our flight time and the room was so hot that it took about an hour to cool down, it would have been nice if the a/c was turned on earlier in preparation for us. The room we had for the first two nights faced the busy road with lots of traffic noise, furthermore the Venetian blinds fitted poorly and let lots of light in from the street light that was just outside the window on the second floor. We asked for another room after 2 nights of very poor sleep. We were accommodated in a room away from the road much quieter and was also equipped with a double bed. We got a better night's sleep.

Si te toca la habitación que da a la calle, tienen un cartel con luz y las luces de la calle dan directamente a la habitación y la persiana no tapa, entonces prácticamente duermes con luz

Als wir bei der Unterkunft ankamen, hieß es, dass unser Zimmer nicht verfügbar sei, da es storniert wurde. Wir hatten aber die Buchungsbestätigjng. Die Mitarbeiterin am Empfang war unfreundlich und wenig kooperativ. Das passiert laut Google Maps Rezensionen häufiger. Aufgrunddessen würden wir das Hotel in Zukunft meiden, da die Wahrscheinlichkeit kein Zimmer zu haben doch sehr hoch sind.

Las instalaciones eran nuevas, estaba muy limpio, las habitaciones eran como las fotos y estaba relativamente cerca de muchos de los templos principales y atracciones turísticas. En cuánto a hotel nos gustó y nos pareció acorde relación calidad precio

No recomendaría este alojamiento a pesar de las buenas condiciones que he mencionado debido a la mala gestión y organización que existe en este lugar. Cuándo llegamos nos dijeron que nos habían cancelado la reserva, sin justificación alguna ni previo aviso (ni Booking ni nosotros fuimos informados de que nos habían cancelado). Intentamos comunicarnos con ellos, pero fue difícil por el tema del idioma. Tampoco ofrecían ninguna solución, solo nos decían que la habitación que teníamos, suite deluxe, estaba ocupada por otros huéspedes, y que no podían hacer nada. Después de contactar con booking y de 1 hora de intentar conversar con el personal de recepción preguntamos si no nos podían ofrecer otra habitación, aunque fuera de rango más bajo del que habíamos pagado, nos dijeron "no nos quedan" y les dijimos "pero acabamos de mirar por booking y si que tenéis una" y entonces fue cuando nos dieron una habitación de rango bastante inferior por el mismo precio. No recibimos ni una disculpa ni ninguna compensación por parte del alojamiento.

La struttura è appena stata ristrutturata, le stanze sono spaziose e ben accessoriate (zona cucina con bollitore, microonde e frigo), la nostra aveva anche un gradevole balconcino. Le stanze erano pulitissime e la posizione imbattibile.

C’era un’infiltrazione in bagno e un leggero odore di fogna dagli scarichi ma sopportabilissimo e il bagno era praticamente nuovo con una doccia enorme.

Отличный отель с приятным внутренним двориком-садом. Комнаты просторные, идеально чистые, со всем необходимым, в том числе кухонными приборами, феном и утюгом. Огромная кровать, нежесткий удобный матрас. Насекомых в номере не было, неприятного запаха тоже. Есть стирка+сушка за 40+40 бат. Хорошее расположение, близко к центру, до Люмпини парка и площади Сиам ехать около 20 минут за 150 бат на такси. Рядом есть несколько 7-eleven и кофеен. В общем, впечатления от отеля максимально приятные, буду останавливаться еще.

Сантехника в душевой была довольно уставшей, возможно, стоило бы заменить душевой шланг на непротекающий и длинный, и сиденье унитаза поменять на чуть более удобное. В остальном все было отлично.

Sono arrivata e la mia prenotazione era stata cancellata senza nessun avvertimento. Dopo tante ore di viaggio (partivo da roma) arrivare e non trovare la camera non è bello

The property cancelled our booking prior to us arriving, didn’t cancel it through booking.com so had no knowledge and had to find a new hotel for the week at 10pm at night. Asked if they had rooms available they said no but rooms still showed up on booking but 3x the price. Clearly the motive, cancel our booking so we re book for 3x the price.

Cute garden full of little creatures. It’s great to be in the city but still see and hear wild life. The staff offered me a room at the back of the building because they were concerned that I might not sleep well on the other side due to the business of the street. My only complaint was rest it was on the ground floor so a little bit too dark for me.

The room was located on the ground floor. Also the AC was huge and making a lot of noise.

Es un Hotel que está muy limpio, recién reformado en el que todo funciona muy bien. Esas habitaciones son muy grandes y el personal es muy amable y siempre está dispuesto ayudar.

The staff were so lovely and the rooms and facilities were very clean. We also found the location great, grabs are so adorable and everywhere we wanted to go was within a 20 min journey.

Could be more toilet roll, soap etc, but other than that can’t fault the place :)

Teníamos la reservación a través de booking porque llegábamos en avión a la 1AM y nuestra reservación nunca apareció en el hotel. Tuvimos que caminar 1 hora en la noche con maletas para encontrar dónde dormir sin ayuda del recepcionista.

26 óra utazás után érkeztem a szállásra, ahol egy kedves hölgy fogadott, és közölte hogy nincs náluk foglalásom. A foglalás visszaigozálást nem fogadta el, a hotel neve megváltozott az érkezés előtt egy nappal. A recdpción vártam a Booking.com hivatalos segítségét. egy órát vártam, ezalat 4 másik utazó is érkezett, akit szintén elutasítottak, nincs foglalásuk címen. Nem tudtam náluk szobát foglalni, mondván teltházvan. A Booking.com hivatalos segítsége megpróbálta felvenni a kapcsolatot a tulajdonossal, aki nyersen közölte, nincs szoba. A neten található csalások leírás pontosan megegyezik az általam tapasztaltakkal. Nem ajánlom senkinek, csalók.

Cet hôtel est à fuir en ce qui des conditions de réservation la réservation était faite et confirmé sur ce booking ce depuis plus d’un mois à mon arrivée dans l’établissement, on m’a simplement indiqué que mon nom n’était pas dans leur liste de réservation leur seule réponse a été appelée le service client booking, aucune solution trouvée par le personel qui était désagréable et pas arrangeant, aucune chambre m’a été proposée même en payant alors que booking en indiquée des disponible. Demande de remboursement gratuite qui n’a pas été accepté par l’établissement aucune réponse de leur part, seule la plateforme a procédé aux remboursements Établissement à fuir.

The room didn’t have blackout curtains, and the rooms facing the street are quite noisy because of the traffic.

Bien placé en ville, idéal pour une soirée au Radjadamnern. Appartement très bien équipé, récent.

Notre appartement donnait sur la rue et le vitrage n'était pas au niveau, nous avons très mal dormi à cause du bruit de la circulation (pourtant pas si dense). De simples stores étaient censés couper le jour, sans rideau, ça n'est pas suffisant. D'autant plus que nous avions un panneau d'affichage éclairant juste sous la fenêtre. Moralité, il faisait jour en pleine nuit dans l'appartement. Entre la lumière et le bruit, nous avons très mal dormi. Pour le prix, et même si l'appartement est refait neuf, ça n'est pas au niveau. Mais ça peut se corriger facilement, avec un bon rideau et du double vitrage.

Excellent location, very friendly staff and a lovely spacious and clean room. Really nice garden in the back to relax. They also let us keep our bags at the property after check out so we could continue with our day until it was time to leave.

The blinds let quite a lot of light in through the evening but if you're sensitive to this a sleep mask works to fix that.

Номер большой, очень удобная кровать и подушки, с кондиционером проблем нет. Вся сантехника хорошая, хороший напор горячей и холодной воды. Очень чисто. Очень вежливый и внимательный персонал.

Окна нашего номера выходили на оживлённую дорогу. У нас были беруши, только так мы могли спать. Если у вас чуткий сон, просите номер с окнами во внутренний двор.

Staff gentile, più o meno ci si riesce a capire. Siamo arrivati prima del check in e ci hanno tenuto le valigie per poter girare un po’ con tranquillità. Soggiorno perfetto stanza grande, pulita e silenziosa, con balcone sul giardinetto interno stra rilassante e silenzioso. Uscendo dalla struttura tutto a pochi minuti, centralissimo e con un 7-eleven a 5 metri. Alla fine della via c’è anche una piazzetta con tok tok per spostarsi e cafe per la colazione.

Tengan mucho cuidado al reservar en ese hotel, colocan unas promociones por booking.com y cuando llegas al hotel te dicen que se equivocaron en el precio y que no tienen habitacion disponible. Ellos me debitaron en mi cuenta el dinero e ilogicamente no se dieron cuenta que habia un error, no me escribieron antes para anular mi reservacion, sino que aparte que me debitaron, me anularon la reservacion en mi cara en el sitio cuando llegué. Y no les importa ni el tiempo ni el dinero que le genera al cliente el error de ellos. Entre ellos el traslado en taxi, la busqueda de un hotel en ese mismo momento, lo que sale mas costoso, pagar otro taxi, el tiempo perdido y aparte con todas las maletas encima sin conocer nada. A huir...

Super Nice property, Room was so spacious and clean and felt brand new! Would definitely stay here again, Had a lovely balcony and the room just felt super nice, we wanted to extend our stay but they were fully booked! Staff were really helpful and there was a lovely outside area to sit.

It has great rooms, Internet was good. I would say everything was perfect with the apartment itself. They have nice little garden in there.

It is not their fault, but I didn't do a lot of research about location. 7-11 is close, but metro isn't, using busses or taxis in Bangkok could take a lot of time because of traffic.
