Ramada by Wyndham Moose Jaw

Staff super friendly, room older but very clean, and love having ground floor access to parked vehicle for loading and unloading bags. Very close, walking distance to a Tim’s or McDonald’s and right along the highway.

Location was excellent, staff was friendly and the breakfast was good.

I had no problem with anything the stay was all I expected. My stay was what I wanted.

Staff was professional.

Juice dispenser in eating area was warm coming from dispenser and milk was in an ice bath should try and fix that.

Quick getaway, and booked jacuzzi room for a better experience. In room was clean, albeit needing a few bathroom tiles replaced and caulking around tub. Newer plastic flooring around jacuzzi very slippery when wet. Good tv channels. Breakfast was less than mediocre. Main floor mineral spa pretty dated and not quite hot enough. Overall an okay stay, would need a few minor tweaks.

Noisy neighbours beside us kept us up the first night and the second night a kid running around over top of us. Also first morning we asked for more towels, shampoo, conditioner and soap. We got new towels and they took the rest out so we had to ask for more to be brought up so we could shower after a hot day of golf. Need an ev parking stall. We had to park at the hotel beside us for one

Our room is very nice but could use a second chair, so the second person doesn’t have to lay on the bed. Also left for our outting when we got back no towels. Phoned downstairs and man brought towels up.

Dark lighting and finishes throughout. Had a tick in our room and staff didn't care. Did not stay in room more then 20 minutes, had to go to another hotel because we didn't know room wasn't infested. Looked like egg on wall, staff didn't even offer to inspect or change rooms. Was told by manager when we were leaving they would refund room as we had to pay for another room. Despite Booking contacting them multiple times, still no refund.

Overcharge GST and HMF. HMF is suppose to be 1.5% of room rental. Before taxes! It was applied after GSt and PST. Then GST was applied on that total. This is serious and deliberate cheating!

Hotel was clean and quiet. Ample parking space. Friendly courteous staff.

I would have preferred more selection for the breakfast.

The breakfast had lots of options and was ready on time at 6 am. Friendly staff. Excellent bathroom and tub. The extra sink, counter and fridge helped a lot. The parking up to my door was handy for me and my service dog to navigate his bathroom breaks. Having a pet friendly room on the bottom floor was a dream come true. We enjoyed ourselves very much

I noticed whilst wiping up a spill from the kids that the carpet was very dirty. It turned the white cloth black. It probably should be steam cleaned once and a while.

Room close to elevator so a bit noisy at times but it wasn’t the end of the world.

This hotel should buy a vacuum and teach the staff how to use it. Leftover garbage in the room from the previous guest.

The temperature in the room was cold. How ever the staff was very helpfully and brought a blanket.

First time staying at this hotel and would go back again. Check-in was quick, friendly, and efficient. Room was as advertised, clean. Hot tub and sauna area were clean. Breakfast had a good variety of selection. Would stay again.

The room was great and check in was pleasant, great location for travelers.

Breakfast was average as we had the scrambled eggs and sausage and muffins which were a little dry.

Everything was good. Front desk and all emplyees were very polite and accommodating. I just would have enjoyed breakfast with added bacon, fruit and whipped cream for the waffles and a better tasting coffee. The juices tasted old especially the cranberry. Hopefully that was corrected but I didn't have any the next couple of days to find out.

Just stayed at the Ramada in MJ. The service was fantastic, from very a friendly front desk check in/check out staff so the breakfast attendant it was a great stay. Clean and quiet and location was perfect for the sporting event we were there for.

No pool, hot tub area was really weird

Breakfast was set out very nicely and had several choices.

We drove from Manitoba and met our friends from Alberta for a fun weekend of visiting. It was great to stay in a 2 room suite where there was a couch and comfy chair to sit on. Would have loved a 2nd comfy chair but we used the office chair. Continental breakfast was good and the lady that was cooking and refilling the food was very friendly. All the staff were friendly and helpful. We'll definitely be going back. The only thing I was disappointed in was the hot tub could have been hotter and more towels could have been there. It was still very relaxing. Thanks for a wonderful stay, see you next time! 😀

The hot Breakfast was great!

Hot tub was not as warm as I like it and the dry sauna was also not working properly. Pillows were not comfortable at all. Comfortable pillows are one thing that most hotels need to improve on.

Maybe a raspberry jam and bagel with cream cheese would have been nice instead of muffins otherwise it was good

The room was big and spacey. The hot tub was clean and spacious.

Stayed in a 2 bedroom suite. Nice to have some separated rooms. Beds were comfy. Had a little kitchen which could have been used if we were there longer although would need to bring own dishes, etc. Staff was kind and prompt. Breakfast was free and good enough. Good location.

Initially room was too hot, but once thermostat was adjusted, it became comfortable. Plug-ins for phones were in the lamps mostly, and these were too loose to hold the chargers in place. Had to plug things in in inconvenient spots around the room.

The breakfast had the standard continental items like fruit, yogurt, toast, muffins, cereal, juice, coffee/tea but it also had hot items like scrambled eggs, sausage, hashbrowns and waffles. On the third morning, bacon was served in place of sausage.

The room did not have, but did have the space to include 2 chairs and a small table (like a bistro set). As is was, there was only 1 desk chair, which isn't great when 2 people occupy the room.

I2 things the beds are not comfortable and the air conditioner blows directly on you while you are sleeping and maintaining the temperature of the room was not easy to do

Excellent food good selection

We've stayed in 5 different hotels in Moose Jaw over the years. After staying 2 nights at the Ramada, it has become our favorite. Loved the full fridge and kitchen sink. We didn't use the stove top. The microwave was huge. The long safety hand rail beside the tub/shower was also appreciated by us seniors. Good pressure in the shower. Great bed. Excellent hot and cold breakfast. Every member of the staff, from front desk, the lady in the breakfast room, and the one who cleaned our room were friendly and helpful. Exceptionally clean and well maintained.
