Muy elegante, la entrada y la atención hacia el cliente increíble, el personal muy atento con los detalles y preguntas para resolverte cualquier duda y el espacio demasiado grande, en mi último viaje probé el desayuno que brinda el alojamiento y volvería solo para sentarme de nuevo y desayunar 👏🏽❤️

en el baño la bañera el desagüe estaba tapado y el baño se llenaba de agua, almohadas muy altas

Great location right on the main road, nice pool, comfortable beds, AC in the bedrooms, tasty breakfast and good service.

The shower was dirty and felt uncomfortable. The bathroom sink also leaked onto the floor.

The hotel location is ok. The hotel itself is ok but the bed was a one person bed.

The bed is to small it's not even a queen most hotels have. It took over one and a half hour without giving me an answer if i can get a kingbed and paying for a new room. I got mad and left.

i loved the location, pool, the cleaness, and the staff were great ! But my favorite staff was Roibi and the restaurant area. He is very well spoken, nice and charismatic. lovely person ! he sure does made me feel comfortable at breakfast 🙌🫂

after a few days i noticed some weird looking flies in the room . but nothing mayor .

I liked that it a peaceful place where you can stay nearly any noises.

I didn’t like that they gave me some expired food and even though I talked to them about it they didn’t changed it and still charged me for it. The room phone never worked, the bed was a little uncomfortable and the AC was not even working properly. And I always booked on the app and it was cheaper and when I used to get there they were like oh the app never works properly and do it themselves but charge me more money.

I loved the area where this hotel is. It was so peaceful. Fairly new hotel they still finishing the touch ups. Rooms are comfortable and very clean. Price was super!

We booked a room with double beds but by arrival it was not available. But the friendly staff fixed the problem immediately by finding us a sofa bed where my cousin could sleep. Chapeau!!

The noise at night. The water, the water was very salty in the shower. I think they use sea water for the bathroom. The included breakfast was a mess

Just arriving the welcoming the staff was so vague and no so friendly at all. Then the key of the room did not work. When finally we entered the room, the air was not working, we notify immediately to the staff and he says I will let the maintenance know. After this two incident, we were so exhausted after the traveling. When we were about to go to sleep all of the pillows felt like a rock. You can hit someone and knock them out. The bathroom sink clogged. Last, sone of the staff hang out right next to the window and you can listen to their jokes, conversation etc. After the third day and because we asked the When to fixed the AC. The hotel was a nightmare.

I do like everything about the hotel 🏨. Confort ,cleanest and location.

Didn't like the way the service the breakfast 😕 not very professional the services .and they need to cook more well and be profetional .

This is a brand new hotel that is still expanding. They want to finish the restaurant area and install a pool as time and money allows. This area of the DR is an expanding tourist area with some lower cost options.

This is a good hotel. The rooms are clean and staff is friendly. I recommend it.
