Kingston Hotel 23 - Nova Highlands Hotel, Cameron Highlands

The property were smelly and they don’t allow me to change the room on the first day. The parking need to validate at another building which really not convenient for the guest. Totally not recommend anyone to stay here

Semua tak suka. Bilik tak siap. Bilik yang diberi lantai kotor. Tv tak ada siaran. Kipas rosak. Bilik panas tiada pengudaraan. Tandas kotor. Paling teruk nak check out atau nak keluarkan kereta dari parking kena pergi reseption kena jalan kaki pergi ke bagunan satu lagi. Sungguh tidak selesa.

The bed was good, and the balcony,

1-Difficult to find crabs/taxi easily. 2-You have to transit from one lift to another to reach your room. 3-Iron is shared in the corridor. 4- Restaurant not clean

Kemudahan yang baik dan mudah untuk di acses

We were in a two bedroom apartment. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. The view from the balcony was amazing. The weather was perfect and a respite from the heat of KL weather. There was onsite parking available at a charge that was validated and nullified on checkout. There is a shopping centre under the hotel so it is convenient for groceries, eating out and light shopping.

The breakfast was nothing to write home about. It was sufficient and was included with in the room cost. Otherwise, I would not have paid for the breakfast if there was an extra charge.

Good Facilities, the room very comfortable and the place very convenience. Near to the food area and the mall. Have parking area and the location near to Kea farm.

Should have breakfast package for family cause the apartment has to walk to go to the restaurant. The parking quite far from the room area, has to walk to get the the nearest lift to the nearest room area. If possible the TV can upgrade to smart TV to get at least watching subscription-based streaming service or youtube.

The bathroom had a bad smell and there was no hot water. Although the room looked clean in the photos, it did not match the actual condition. However, the bedroom and living room were comfortable and okay overall... Anyway tq

1.Very poor cleaniness. All area very very dirty. 2. Customer service poor. Need to walk all the way to another building to get our parking card redeem daily.

Bilik luas. Ada microwave,peti ais,towel ,berus gigi,, slippers. Living room luas. Permandangan cantik. Staff friendly Housekeeping pun baik

-Facilities yg disediakan sgt tdk memuaskan.. -Katil tdk selesa kerana tilam dibilik master sdh rosak & tdo mmg tdk selesa.. hanya diletakkan katil single disetiap bilik tdo termasuk dibilik master..tiada apa2 kelengalapan hanyalah katil single & bantal yg nipis & tdk selesa..tiada bedside table disediakan & kemudahan yg diberikan adalah sgt terhad & sekadar boleh sahaja :-( -cadar yg digunakan terasa gatal2 pd bhgn badan.. -Terdapat bau yg tdk menyenangkan seperti bau perabot lama yg tdk digunakan -Langsir dibilik tdo agak lusuh -Tdk berbaloi dgn harga & perkataan ‘Hotel ‘ tdk sesuai digunakan kerana tdk menggambarkan suasana hotel ianya hanyalah service apartment yg biasa shj kerana kemudahan yang diberikan sangatlah tdk berbaloi dgn harga yg dibayar.

• no towel prepared (im not sure if you had to ask for the housekeeper or something) but the towel should be prepared during the first time check in, we got 1 “used” towel instead (didn’t even use it) • had to use febreeze for the room, it kinda have the smell, but it’s still fine

I am extremely dissatisfied with the condition of the room during my stay. The floor was dirty and dusty, the bathroom was moldy, and expired toiletries were provided. Initially, no towels were given, and only after housekeeping visited did the floor improve slightly and towels appear. The bathroom had cockroaches, the bed sheets had blood stains, and the TV remote was broken. On top of that, I had to validate parking at a different building far from the hotel, and if not, I was forced to pay for parking myself. This level of hygiene, service, and guest inconvenience is completely unacceptable.

The furniture looks to old. Channel tv very bad & some of the channel ni very burst to see.
