MERUSAKA Nusa Dua

We had a great 10 days stay at Merusaka. The service, the athmosphere and the facilities were greate. The rooms very spacious and clean, we had a double delux at 3rd floor. The bathing area at the pool and beach never to crowded, we could always find a chair. The food as well nice. The staff went above and beyond to fulfill evey request also I had a little accident and had to go to the hospital and they were very nice to check-in afterwards to see how I felt. Would definetely recomend and stay again.

We would have liked a later check-out but they were fully booked, so understandable.

Wszystko było rewelacyjne. Śniadania przepyszne, bardzo, bardzo duży wybór. Obiekt jest piękny, pokój z dostępem do basenu - super. Czysto, bardzo miła obsługa. Położenie przy samej plaży. W niedalekiej odległości od hotelu jest centrum z restauracjami, sklepikami, masażami ....itp. Kiedyś chciałbym wrócić :).

Gorgeous hotel, staff and location 5 star.

Great location, right on the beach with plenty of sunbeds. Beach bar and eatery and gelatos were great. Walking distance to Bali Collection for shopping and restaurants and also to main road for a variety of other restaurants. The room was quite big and clean. The bed was a very large king bed and very comfy. The bathroom is huge. Plenty of room for toiletries and drying area and the huge bath was set in an area of its own. Breakfasts were amazing. A huge choice of everything. Staff were most helpful and nothing was too much trouble. An excellent resort. Will stay there again!

Sunbeds around the pool area. People hogged the lounges before breakfast by placing towels, saving them for when they were ready to swim. Should be a rule, if you are away from the chairs for more than 30 minutes, then someone else can take them over.

Sve je bilo savrseno: plaža,bazeni kao i bazen na koji je izlazila naša soba,doručak sa mnogo izbora,krevet je bio ogroman i vrlo udoban,sve baš sve je bilo super ali svakako najbolje od svega su predivni ljudi koji rade u hotelu,posebno bi pohvalio momke koji su čistili našu sobu.

- liegt auf Nusa Dua in einem Bereich mit Tor - das ist zwar nicht das typische Bali, aber für ein paar Tage „Erholung“ (auch vom Verkehrsstress auf Bali) bestens geeignet - abends ab 22 Uhr nirgends mehr etwas los - auch nicht in der Umgebung

Incredible variation of food for the breakfast buffet, all other meals we had were great. The staff were wonderful and the resort as a whole is incredible.

Beautiful resort on a lovely beach. It was my grandson’s 10th birthday and all of the staff in every place we went made such a fuss of him, he felt like king for a day. Thank you so much xx

Ocean view room had no Ocean view's, Spoke to manager who advised it was "partial view".... booking.com had no mention of "partial" ...even so we advised zero partial view either. They were quick to provide a room with a view, but 8203 was on top of breakfast area and we would be woken up to the sound of screeching chairs being moved by the patrons. Gave up

The vastness of the grounds

As always early towel placement on sun chairs around the pool. Very ordinary and rude behaviour, the staff were reluctant to remove the towels due to their good naturedness so I can’t hold them responsible.

Fab overall experience. Great for our boys aged 11 & 12, lots to entertain them. Perfect drop & flop holiday. Location lovely.

The staff just seem to be really disengaged. We watched a tripping hazard be ignored by at least 12 staff in a breakfast service. No 2 cocktails were ever the same. Food is ok. Small portions. If you aren’t on an all inclusive package, they request approx $250Aud deposit, and when that is reached the tab gets cut off 🥴 we were hitting that most days for lunch, dinner, icecream & drinks. It was just annoying to have to keep going to reception. Really odd they don’t offer a larger credit card auth.

Gyönyörű rendezett szálloda. A reggeli kifogástalan. A szobánk hatalmas volt,saját medencèvel.

Egy hibát tudunk felhozni,a klíma nagyon hangos volt. Éjjel nem lehetett mellette aludni.

Our stay at Merusaka was absolutely amazing. The hotel is beautiful & equipped to meet every need. Loved the daily activities provided by the hotel, which are all free, especially the yoga & the daily markets on site. All the staff are so friendly & so helpful & go out of their way to ensure that your every need is met. Will definitely stay here again.

Resort foarte bun, curat, în zona cea mai sigură din Bali. Are mai multe piscine foarte curate și cu destule șezlonguri pentru clienți. Pentru că sărbătoream ziua căsătoriei noastre, am primit și un cadou frumos din partea resortului! Le mulțumim încă o dată pentru această surpriză frumoasă!

Marea a fost cam agitată și aducea la mal diferite deșeuri din plastic dar asta nu e vina hotelului, chiar din contră, sunt angajați care permanent fac curățenie pe plaja din fața resortului.

Bellissimo resort, molto grande, raffinato, pulito, tutto in ordine. Personale impeccabile, sempre disponibili e sorridenti. La camera molto ampia con salotto e il bagno è quasi quanto grande come la camera, con doccia un lato e vasca d’altro lato del bagno. Prodotti per il bagno di ottima qualità. La colazione è incredibile, ne ho contate 27 postazioni con diverse proposte di cibo, c’erano anche il sushi e sashimi per colazione. Tanti Succhi di frutta fresca e caffè con tutte le sue variante stilo italiano. La spiaggia è molto grande e pulita, tanti sdrai, servizio asciugamani, bar con servizio dritto su gli sdrai. il mare con dei colori pazzeschi e acque calme per fare il bagno. Sabbia fine dorata. Non ci sono venditori ambulanti quindi se respira tranquillità. Ci sono tre piscine tutte attrezzate e sempre pulite. Tre ristoranti di cui uno solo di cucina indonesiana molto buono!

It was all well set out... plenty of deck chairs and beds in sun and shade in many different areas. Service was amazing and staff so helpful and friendly. Rooms and bathrooms were spacious and comfy. Pools were pristine. Lovely spots to eat right by the beach too. Buffet breakfast was SENSATIONAL! LOVED OUR WEEK THERE! WILL BE BACK!

Tolle Lage, riesiges Areal. Wer einen Urlaub zum relaxen und sich um nichts kümmern möchte ist hier genau richtig. Nusa Dua ist einfach eine Örtlichkeit die künstlich angelegt und von allen Problemen befreit wurde. Wer das richtige Bali erleben möchte, wird das hier aber nicht finden. Was total nett war, war dass sie meiner Tochter zu ihrem Schulabschluss und ihren Geburtstags der schon ein paar Tage her war und wir dort nachfeiern wollten, einen kleinen Kuchen aufs Zimmer gebracht haben mit einer Karte, ohne dass ich es angefragt hatte. Ansonsten riesiges Fruhstucksbuffet, schönes Strandareal mit ausreichendLiegen.

Gab nichts auszusetzen.

Attended dinner one night at gading and found the service average. Lots of waiting and had to ask a few times for the kids colouring. It wasn’t very busy either. Felt a bit forgotten so didn’t return again. A male staff member was extremely helpful though when I needed some medical help.

The staff was extremely helpful and attentive. Their politeness went above and beyond and they were always available to help.

the hotell was excellent probably 20 yrs ago. Now, the signs of time are visible everywhere. The place is completely neglected. The pool has green algae stains. The rooms are full of bad odors (our sofa in particular was a health hazard; it smelled awful). The bathroom has mold everywhere in the corners. What else is there to say? As for the restaurant, the value for money is very poor.

This resort and grounds are absolutely beautiful. The staff are amazing and the food is excellent. The direct beach access is wonderful and the cocktails lovely.

There was alot of noise that came from the corridor area and the doors to the rooms made noise when closing.

Struttura moderna situata all'interno dell'ITDC, quindi molto tranquilla e controllata. Le stanze sono spaziose e pulite con cambio asciugamani tutti i giorni. Gli spazi comuni sono sufficientemente grandi e si può scegliere se passare il tempo in spiaggia o in una delle 2 grandi piscine. Per i bambini sono presenti 2 piscine basse , una piattaforma per i tuffi e anche una sorta di baby club. Colazione ottima, pronta a soddisfare tutti i palati (a mio avviso l'unica cosa che faticano a fare ancora alla perfezione sono i croissant, ma ve li scorderete con tutta la scelta che c'è). Personale super carino, disponibile e accogliente, in linea con le persone splendide di Bali. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo rispetto ad altri hotel vicini

Se devo trovare "una nota negativa", in bagno c'è scarsa luminosità. Manca una bella luce forte per sistemarsi bene

Technik in den Zimmern miserabel, Klimaanlage undicht mit starkem Wasserverlust das die Farbe von den Decken getropft ist . Haben dann neues Zimmer bekommen, da war das Problem ähnlich. Ich denke das es da grundsätzlich ein Problem mit der Klimatechnik ist . Waschen undicht das man viele Handtücher auf den Boden legen musste das man nicht ausrutscht. Matratzen total mies und runtergelegen mit blutflecken ! Manager nicht kulant bzgl. Erstattung , wurde trotz 3 schlaflosen Nächten nur eine Massage angeboten .

We stayed at MERUSAKA Nusa Dua as a family of four — two adults, an 8-year-old, and a 15-year-old — in a spacious room for four nights in August 2026. The property is large and beautifully located on the beach, with safe walking paths along the beachfront that make it easy to explore the surrounding area. All of the staff work incredibly hard to keep the resort spotless and to provide excellent service. We would not want to single out individuals, because every member of the team contributes in their own way to making the property feel welcoming, peaceful, and well cared for. Breakfast was freshly prepared each morning with a wide variety of choices, and we also enjoyed a delicious dinner at the restaurant. The hotel offers morning yoga classes, which we really enjoyed, as well as a jumping pool platform that the children absolutely loved. The beach was sandy and clear, and we had some amazing snorkelling experiences, seeing unique underwater flora and fauna. The hotel’s impressive welcome arrangement made a lasting impression on us and is something we will never forget. The location of the property is truly special, set directly on the beach in a peaceful and enjoyable setting. At the same time, it is very convenient, with easy access to nearby shopping areas and restaurants, which became our favourite place to go in the evenings. There, we could buy almost everything we needed and enjoy a variety of different food options. Other activities, including access to the airport, were also easy to reach by taxi. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend MERUSAKA Nusa Dua to anyone looking for a peaceful, welcoming, and memorable place to stay in Nusa Dua.

Хороший пляж, во время отлива можно было купаться. Наличие вышки для прыжков в воду, сын 15лет постоянно был на ней. Дружелюбный персонал, великолепный сервис.

Colazione con abbondante scelta di diversi tipi di cucina a buffet. Piscine molto belle anche per bambini, camera spaziosa e ben curata. Personale sempre molto gentile e disponibile, un plauso alle ragazze del miniclab Zahira e Agita. Posto consigliato per chi vuole rilassarsi come abbiamo fatto noi anche senza bisogno di uscire da lì.

Everything!! The room was a fantastic size, every team member we encountered were very friendly, and accommodating, our included breakfast was outstanding with a massive variety to choose from. The property is immaculate and even though they were at near capacity it never felt crowded. The pools were all fantastic, and very relaxing, and being beachfront, the beach was easily accessible and beautiful. I would love to return for another stay.

The only suggestion I have is a very extra hooks in the bathrooms for towels/robes/wet clothes etc. I also thought I had booked a king room, but ended up with a twin. They pushed the beds together to make it one (super enormous) bed, which was fine…just not what I thought I had booked.

It was a huge hotel and has many swimming pools and many sitting areas their breakfast has more variety of food . Their rooms were big and toilets. They have near to them big area of food and shopping and pharmacy and supermarket .

Their reception was without AC and it was so hot that day of chick inn.
