For a place that is not within or in the outskirts of any major city, the ambience and facilities were top notch! I will certainly book this hotel again if I were to travel for pilgrimage to the famous temple in the vicinity

The hotel staff kept entering rooms with shoes. I didn't like this minor fault.

Breakfast spread is so good with all of the south indian dishes and also has the live counter.

Restaurant was good but ambience was not close to the one in Tirunelveli. Service was very good.

Everything. Right from the checkin to the checkout, everything was smooth. The food was also good. Reception staff went out of their way to assist in arranging darshan for us at the temple. Ample parking space available and for drivers they have a separate accommodation facility with a canteen serving subsidized food.

The service time on a Sunday morning breakfast was a bit slow but it is understandable.

Hotel Location is on highway connecting Chennai and Tirupathi. Clean and spacious rooms with very good breakfast available. Excellent service by all staff members.

The service by the staffs very good , On call they responded immediately and provided the required services on time. Secondly the vegetarian food items are very good.

The non vegetarian items not so good especially the mutton biryani.

It was ONE of the best hotels I have ever stayed. The bed was super comfortable and the bathroom was very clean. The food was,amazing. And the service was as good as you would expect. 10/10 I would recommend it if you are in Tamil Nadu and going to Tirutani.

I loved everything and all the things I didnt like are just nitpicks, but the keys are very finicky and you will take atleast 2 minutes to unlock your room but it's definitely worth it.

No mineral water. There is no room for drivers and the driver has to sleep in the car . This impacted his long-distance driving.

Mosquitoes and being on main toad, horns blared all night plus there was some noise coming from hallway all the time, which was annoying

The rooms were very big, but unfortunately the bathrooms were very narrow, which is odd. The hotel is too far from the town, i.e., Thiruttani.

Too pricey. Just because there is no other hotel nearby there food pricing is too high. 1 plate idly is 300 rs. Now imagine.
