Staff seems nice, I just didnt spend much time in the hotel.

Location even though it is Trastevere is the ugly part of it, 35min walking from the nice trastevere (little street, restaurantes, life). Bathroom with shower clunge, not very good regulate the hot/cold water. The balcony full of stuff that doesnt work, like a heater it all look like trash. Very neglected room, the floor, the bathroom...

Just the staff.

No air-conditioning. The rooms were damp. I couldn't breathe! I got the shared bathroom room but there was no shower cabin or curtains! Everything would be wet if you tried to take a shower and the floor of the shower was so dirty you couldn't take a shower without having sandals on! And they didn't even give you sandals! So, if you are getting the shared bathroom rooms, I'm saying that consider not taking a shower! Because there's a shower but it's useless! Location was bad. And even though the room had a small window it was not enough for the light! Or the air! Because it was too small! The bed was too small! I am not considered tall I am 165cm, but my legs were out of the bed!

when given our first room, it was nothing like the ones that I looked at in the pictures. Our room smelt horribly of cigarettes and had an unclean air conditioner that started to make us feel sick almost instantly. after I talked to the staff about it, they gave us a new room which was definitely better and cleaner and didn’t smell like smoke, but when taking a shower, I realize there was a very large patch of black mold that had clearly been growing for quite some time. It is an extremely noisy location and the staff smoke on the balcony right next to the lobby, which makes the lobby smell like cigarettes for the price that you pay it is not worth it whatsoever in my opinion.

Niente in particolare. Struttura un po' vecchia, ma ok in relazione al prezzo che, per Roma, è davvero basso. Buona la posizione per chi vuole soggiornare vicino a Trastevere oppure nei dintorni di via Marconi (a nord del ponte).

La mia stanza puzzava molto di sigaretta. Ho aperto le finestre a lungo, ma questo non è stato sufficiente a far passare il cattivo odore, la stanza ne era impregnata (specie l'insieme delle tende). Segno che in quella stanza si è fumato a lungo, oppure ripetutamente. Una stanza ridotta così non andrebbe messa a disposizione.

Stanza piccolissima, due solo prese elettriche di cui una in bagno e l'atra solo per il televisore, nessun frigo bar e l'aria condizionata centralizzata accesa solo dalle ore 18 alle ore 22. La notte si moriva dal caldo.

La posizione della struttura era molto comoda. La camera era pulita.

Si potrebbe migliorare la comodità del materasso.

Il bagno in comune viene usato come bagno per chi fa colazione o sosta all’ingresso e dallo staf. Inoltre la doccia non ha un box doccia né una tenda per cui ad ogni doccia i bagno si allaga. Non c’è una porta che divida la zona stanze dalla reception/sala colazione bar il che lascia la stanza piccola con bagno in comune esposta in bella vista

È stata la mia peggior esperienza di sempre. Un caldo…niente aria condizionata e un ventilatore che funziona a malapena. Pessimo staff. Ho dovuto aspettare mezz’ora per il check in e non volevano accettare il soggiorno (già pagato) per via della carta d’identità rotta,ma avevo tutti gli altri documenti compresa la patente. Hanno mostrato certe camere sull’app e ne hanno assegnate altre. Praticamente è un dormitorio con prezzi da hotel. Bagno sporco,servizio pessimo.

Helaas was ons verblijf erg teleurstellend en zeker niet het geld waard. Bij aankomst was er weinig duidelijke informatie en de lift werkte regelmatig niet. De kamer was niet goed schoon, het bed was erg oncomfortabel en de badkamer was extreem klein, vooral voor iemand van 1,88 meter. Tijdens zeer warme dagen van ongeveer 38 graden moesten we bovendien extra betalen voor airconditioning, terwijl dit tijdens het boeken niet duidelijk was aangegeven. Ook wanneer we iets vroegen of een probleem meldden, kregen we niet altijd het gevoel dat dit serieus werd genomen. Zelfs voor een paar extra shampoozakjes werd moeilijk gedaan. Daarnaast hadden we door eerdere reviews over kakkerlakken geen prettig gevoel en hebben we sommige nachten minder goed geslapen. Het enige positieve vonden we de ligging bij de bushalte en de vriendelijke vrouw die ons goed hielp.

Als ik de volgende keer weer naar Rome ga en ergens moet boeken, dan kies ik absoluut niet opnieuw voor deze accommodatie. Voor wat we hebben betaald, was het verblijf het geld absoluut niet waard.

Our stay was great. Check-in is available even late at night, which was very helpful because our flight was delayed. We contacted the hotel via WhatsApp, and they quickly confirmed that they would be waiting for us. The room was spacious with high ceilings, and the bed was large and very comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised to find that the room had a private bathroom and shower instead of the shared facilities we had expected. The location is very convenient for anyone arriving at Fiumicino Airport.

Boa relação qualidade/ preço. Funcionários simpáticos e quarto limpo, todos os dias era limpo e trocavam as toalhas. Cama super confortável e bom pequeno-almoço para o preço de 7 € (capuccino, café, leite com chocolate, iogurtes, cereais, granola, manteiga, doces, pão, croissant, bolos, queijo, fiambre...). Serve o propósito para quem vai apenas dormir. Fica a poucos metros da estação de comboios, do elétrico e do autocarro que leva para o centro da cidade. Tem supermercado mesmo ao lado do hotel. O facto de ser um andar de um prédio residencial não foi um problema.

O caminho da estação de Trastevere até ao hotel, pareceu-me no primeiro dia um pouco assustador, mas depois foi tranquilo e não tivemos qualquer problema. Fomos em família com dois filhos. Para ir para o centro é necessário ir de transportes. Ainda chegámos a ir ao centro a pé, mas é longe e muito cansativo.Para quem gosta de longas caminhadas, faz-se bem. À noite é uma zona muito barulhenta, com ambulâncias a passar sistematicamente.

La posizione dell'hotel è facilissima da raggiungere dalla stazione di Roma Trastevere, molto comodo avere il supermercato sotto l'hotel. La nostra camera era molto luminosa; le finestre erano pulite e le serrande funzionanti; molto comoda, pulita, con tv e climatizzatore perfettamente funzionanti, come anche l'acqua calda e acqua fredda top. Il personale molto cordiale, disponibile. Non ho trovato lati negativi, e non ho avuto problemi di nessun genere La mia esperienza è super positiva!!

My room was super hot, there wasn't airco - it was in the middle of July during a heat wave. The hotel looks a lot better on the photos than it actually was. The shared bathroom wasn't practical. I will be visiting Rome again, but for sure not staying here

La camera a Uta aveva una temperatura di calore vergognosa ,quasi 35 gradi in camera . Provvista di condizionatore, è sole unicamente la presenza di un ventilatore non sufficiente a far stare e a creare un ambiente per riposare. Prezzo elevato per una camera con servizi non annessi Mi spiace ma questa volta non ha risposto alle esigenze come in passato.

Восьмой этаж, балкон просто жесть, было страшно к перилам подойти, палки железные все открыто упал наушник с 8 этажа просто отскочил и сразу в дырку. Дверь в туалет скрипит и поломана комната маленькая, нет ничего даже чайника. Один ооочень маленький холодильник. За балкон и кондиционер нужно доплачивать. Очень шумно на улице, и все слышно что происходит в соседних номерах.На балконе кто-то разбил бутылку с пивом и не убрал.

Hangszigetelés (kívülről és belülről is), egyszer elromlott a lift (nem a szállás hibája csak jelzem hogy lehessen rá számítani).

Alloggio spesso, la camera è sempre pulita e il servizio è ottimo.

This was a cheap stay in Rome so I don't want to complain too much about it. We got what we paid for and the staff was very friendly. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

A/C only if you pay extra for it. Very loud neighborhood, even during the night cars are flooding the main road. The windows were not soundproof at all. Water pressure was practically zero. It is only mentioned in the fine print that you have to pay extra for a private bathroom. This should be stated upfront (in the room name) when you are about to book the room.

Me gustó que tuviera ascensor, ideal si uno va con maleta o personas adultas que les cuesta más subir tantas escaleras. La atención mi bueno y muy agradables y lugar encontré que era buen sector aparte la estación de metro esta cerca

Posizione ottima, raggiungibile comodamente con i mezzi e vicino a tutto. Noi siamo stati solamente una notte e non abbiamo avuto occasione di parlare con lo staff ma sono sembrati educati e disponibili. La stanza ha un balconcino con tavolino e sedie perfetto per rilassarsi. L’unica cosa che manca é una Smart tv

The room decor was nice

Well, staff isn’t so polite. And they were doing the cleaning at 8:30 am making a lot of noise and woke me up. Beds are a little too soft and no son comfortable to sleep on. I asked for a late check in and they were going to charge me 10 extra euros for it, maybe it’s just me but this is like, the first time I ever hear of an extra charge because of a late arrival

Buen alojamiento, zona económica. Cerca del metro-tren que te lleva directo al aeropuerto.

Çalışanlar çok güleryüzlüydü. Konumu çok güzeldi biz de zaten konfor önemsemeden yalnızca konum olarak düşündüğümüz için tercih etmiştik.

Konfor olarak ortalamanın altında bir odaydı. Duşakabin çok küçük ve gider sürekli tıkanıyordu.

Important considerations before booking (Safety & Cleanliness concerns) I am sharing this review so future guests can make an informed decision, as several critical details about the hotel's policies and condition were missing from the description page. Cleanliness & Maintenance Issues: Room upkeep: The windowsill had visible mold and remnants of a previous leak that hadn't been properly repaired. Bathroom hygiene: The bathroom was missing a thorough deep-clean, noted specifically by significant blackened lime scale buildup on the shower head. Security & Safety Policies: Key Policy: The hotel requires guests to leave their room keys at the desk whenever they exit. However, these keys are stored in an open, easily reachable common area above the reception desk, which raised some security concerns for us. Nighttime Lock-up (Fire Hazard): At night, the main doors to the guest room floors are physically locked with a traditional key. Guests are not given a copy of this key, nor is there an emergency release mechanism on the floor. In the event of a fire or other emergency, guests would be trapped on their floor waiting for staff to unlock the doors, presenting a severe safety risk.

L’emplacement proche des gares et des bus Le lit était confortable

La salle de bain : le pommeau de douche n’est absolument pas présentable (vraiment très sale et certains trous étaient obstrués), l’eau chaude met 10minutes à venir et reste peu de temps (sinon vous avez l’astuce de faire couler l’eau du robinet à côté..) Le bruit extérieur !! L’isolation est nulle On ne ressent pas le 2 étoiles Un peu compliqué de trouver l’hôtel

La propreté des chambres.

Le bruit...de dehors mais surtout de notre voisin de chambre durant deux nuits. Ce qui nous a surtout dérangé, est que le concierge n'a même pas pris le soin de se déplacer et demander à ce que la personne cesse son "bordel" sans que je vienne l'interpeller...et pourtant nos chambres donnaient sur le hall d'entrée. Nous avons acheté des boules quies pour finir notre séjour car sans cela les nuits auraient été beaucoup trop courte.
