El aire acondicionado, aunque funcionaba, hacía un ruido tipo "click" varias veces por minuto, por lo que era muy complicado tenerlo prendido durante la noche y poder dormir. Éramos 4 huéspedes en un cuarto y nos dejaron sólo 2 toallas, se escuchaba el motor del elevador desde la habitación, aunque no estábamos junto a él. Lo último que no nos encantó es que la alberca está en el estacionamiento y no hay nada que tape la vista, entonces te pueden ver todos los que llegan a estacionarse o al buffet y estaba sucia.

El servicio de recepción, lo calificaría con un 8. las chicas que nos recibieron muy amables, cuando salimos no había nadie en recepción, en la noche marque muchas veces y nunca contestaron. los extractores de baños hacen muchísimo ruido, muchísimo. el bufet me pareció muy comercial, (estaba bien, limpio y mucha comida) sabor le pondría un 7-8

When we checked in, hotel gave us the worst room with only 1 light it was so dark and the air conditioning did not work at all. I was very unhappy and requested change of room that only took place after I threatened to cancel the entire reservation as the room did not meet my standard of a 4 star hotel.

En el baño le hacia falta un plafon, el aire acondicionado central no funcionaba, en general el mobiliario era viejo. Tenia buffet de desayuno incluido muy grasoso.

Control no funciona las pilas, tarjeta de habitación se descargan fácilmente 3 veces son muy secos en atención. Cómo es eso q habitación colinda con una puerta secreta al otra habitación inmediatamente les dije cambien de habitación. El agua de la alberca helada. El elevador todo brinca al subir , tele de las más viejitas. 5 ganchos en el closet muy pocos. . El balcón apenas cabe uno de lado

Reviewed Dec 22, 2025Tuve dos temas, la comida no la considero buena y tuve una situación al momento del desayuno, deje mi bolsa en una mesa (sobre la mesa) y fui a servirme, cuando regrese estaban moviendo mi mesa para juntarla con otra para un grupo y era personal del mismo hotel, se me hizo una grosería, yo no habría tenido tema en cambiarme, pero fui muy mal gusto hacerlo así

Reviewed Jul 28, 2025Staff is friendly and if they can not help you, they will guide you to someone who can. Breakfast was the same for 3 days and it was cold. However, the staff was fast to warm it up for you. Same goes for the coffee, it was cold, but tgey were fast at warming everything up. Parking is safe but good luck trying to find space after 8pm. There is someone who washes your car everyday. Place was quiet with the excpetion of one evening/early morning where there was loud music and girls screaming.

Reviewed Jul 2, 2025My stay was good overall, this is my third time staying at the hotel and i think that there's more room for improvement, i really enjoyed the beds they're comfy , my room lacked of a safe so I can put my valuables inside and not carry everything with me , also a stand to put my luggage would be nice, to have a nice iron and a table to the reach of my hand , and my restroom needed a fan so the moisture of every shower can get out , a small little fridge also would be awesome so people can put little things that need to be kept in the cold , overall the service, housekeeping, and all the staff do a very good work to keep the rooms tidy and shine.

That was disappointing but not something we blamed the staff for. I do wish they had a better stocked bar. No white wine, no gin and tonics - we did expect the drink menu to be more varied, given the hotels location and the fact that they do events. Breakfast was AMAZING! They have a great setup where each guest can order their eggs exactly as they want them - and they are cooked right away, in front of the guest, so piping hot. Excellent job!! It’s a buffet style set-up, but this added service was a really special touch. All in all, we will definitely return.

We stayed 5 days and there are people there who wash the car without asking, twice it happened and we had to leave somewhere, one of the times but we had to wait for them to finish on the car.

Overall my room was wonderful and the best part was the shower! I have 2 suggestions that would make the hotel even better. First, there were many Americans staying at the hotel, however the TV only has one English speaking channel. Please offer more English speaking channels. Also, I stayed in a suite. It had no iron or steamer. This needs to be corrected. All rooms should always include an iron or steamer. Otherwise, it was perfection
