Traum Hotel & Condo

The innkeeper was fantastic. Helpful and he cooked meals for me on the grill if I brought the food. The view from my room was very nice with the river and cherry blossoms.

The mattress was a little thin and stiff for my back.

대성리역과 MT촌과 가까워서 위치 좋고 가성비도 좋습니다. 학생들 MT 따라와서 조용히 혼자 묶는 곳인데, 바로 앞에 냇가 산책로와 편의점도 있어요. 시설은 호텔보다는 모텔이나 여관에 더 가깝지만 가격 생각하면 있을 것 다 있고 나쁘지 않아요. 로맨틱하거나 팬시한 분위기 원하시는 분 아니라면 조용히 하루이틀 지내기 좋은 곳입니다.

미리 말씀해주시기는 하는데, 투숙객이 올 가능성이 낮은 아침에는 카운터를 비우는 경우가 많은 것 같아요. 빠른 서비스 응대가 필요한 경우 참고하시고 필요한 것이 있으면 미리 요청해두시길 추천드립니다.

Nice room and view

No warm water in the shower, bit too expensive

Location was very good.

The staff was trying to get additional 20k won for accompanied child. Though information of child was shared before and the fare was paid accordingly while reservations. Also the floor of room was not cleaned properly.

The staff was cooperative. We had a nice BBQ by paying extra amount of 30,000 KRW.

Location was a little far than the main attractions like Nami Island. The elevator was very noisy. Since our room was net to it. It was very disturbing. There was no phone in the room to connect with the front desk.

Good quality for the affordable price. Nice location as the hotel is near a convenience store and a riverwalk.

Good clean room in a convenient location. Very friendly staff.

주차장이 부족하여 밖에주차를 하였으며. 방음장치가 잘 안되어 옆방에서 소음이 너무나서 잠을 못 잘 정도임

주변은 젊은이의 엠티 세상

Overall good stay. Couple group camping places nearby and noice pollution exist due to late night party.

외풍이 너무 심함. 전기장판 없이는 겨울에 침대에서 취침이 불가능함. 가족 여행하기에는 여러모로 부족함. 가격을 생각하면 나쁘지는 않음.

조금 오래된 숙박 느낌도 났지만 한적하니 좋았네용!

겨울에 추운건 아닌거 같아요 달랑 침대 매트 하나가 난방을 커버 하다니 이건 아닌데요

옛날 모텔을 개조하여 촌스럽지만 깨끗했습니다. 하지만 천장이 낮아 답답하고, 바닥은 전기판넬이었으며 침대에는 전기매트가 깔려 있었습니다. 우풍이 심해 이불밖으로 나오면 추웠습니다. 위치는 좋았으나 다시 방문하고 싶지는 않습니다.

겨울에는 방이 춥습니다. 따뜻해 지지 않아요~~

냉장고소리가 너무 나요 밤에 잠을 잘수가 없었어요

시설은 가성비에 비해 괜춘했는데 이불 위생 신경 써주셨으면 합니당 교체 해주시고 수면잠옷까지 내주셔서 따뜻하게 잘자고 갑니다

Kind host but not available at the counter most of the time. Hotel is located at a quiet place with a river view.

전반적으로 깨끗한 느낌! 그런데 주변 환경때문인지 거미가 많았다......구석구석 잘 보면 거미줄이.... 그 외에는 깨끗했고 식기류도 나름 깔끔했고 화장실도...!!! 바베큐도 너무 좋았는데 벌레는 어쩔수 없나보다ㅠㅠㅠ 직원분도 친절하셨다!

그냥 모텔ㅋ 사장님은 좋으심

호텔이라고 할 것은 없지만, 사장님이 매우 친절하시고, 관리를 잘 하고 계셨습니다. 어머니 모시고 어린 아기와 함께 갔는데, 편안하게 잘 머물다 왔습니다. 역이랑도 가깝고, 계곡과도 가까워 좋고요.

리모델링도했지만 사장님이 관리를 잘하신것같습니다 이게 다 입니다.

더블베드 2개 있는 방에 묵었습니다. 이런 구조의 방이 가족여행이라 정말 편하였고 방의 청결도도 매우 좋았습니다. 다음에 여행 오면 또 묵고싶어요~~

We stayed in this hotel for a weekend trip. What looked to be a nice area for a walk in the evening was fenced off everywhere. Mostly because of the 'educational' establishment nearby whose main activities were screaming throughout the night. We decided to compensate for this by sleeping in late, and calmly make breakfast with the things we bought at the store. Suddenly, we got a phone call telling us checkout was significantly earlier than noted on hotels.com, and we should leave NOW. Even offering to pay for them to honour their own promises fell on deaf ears, with a weak non-apology of 'i don't know about websites or computers'. My advice, pay a little extra to stay in a more interesting area and avoid this place and it's employees at all costs.
