Frühstück war gut, alle Bereiche sauber, Personal freundlich

Empfangsdame war sehr, sehr lieb aber mindestens genauso vergesslich. Es kam zu vielen Missverständnissen. Die Betten waren steinhart, hätten wir das gewusst, hätten wir die Schmerztabletten schon vor dem zu Bettgehen eingenommen… wir haben immer noch Rückenschmerzen Spannteppiche so weit das Auge reicht, wer hat das noch? Erbsengrünes Badezimmer wie damals bei Omi.

Kamer oudbollig, erg klein met kast die onbruikbaar was en erg in de weg stond . Douche klein maar goed, bedden prima. Restaurant serveert enkel het menu. Gelukkig ander restaurantje in stadje

Personal sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Frühstück sehr gut.

Wellnessbereich und Hallenbad sind ziemlich neu und sehr gut gepflegt. Unser Zimmer war im alten Trakt und war soweit ok. Matratzen wurden sofort ausgetauscht als ich reklamiert hatte. Das Frühstück war reichlich und man konnte Extras bestellen. Das Hotel liegt gegenüber vom Zentrum, das zu Fuß in 10 min erreichbar ist. Zum Skilift gibt es einen eigenen Shuttlebus. Der Preis war für das alte Zimmer mit 300€ doch sehr hoch.

Die Lage war perfekt um am Abend noch in den Ort zu gehen. Es hat aber das Abendessen auch sehr lecker geklungen, aber wir wollten am Abend noch etwas fort gehen. Der Wellnessbereich ist sehr schön. Das Frühstück war extrem lecker, mit leckeren Gebäck, frischen Omelette, frischem Obst usw. Hervorzuheben ist das überaus freundliche Personal. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Die Einrichtung in den Zimmern ist schon etwas veraltet

Zial,prilis velke vankuse, nevyspal som sa. Na volske oko, ci prazenicu sa na ranajkach caka 10-15min.

Gute Betten, freundliches Personal, sehr gutes Frühstück und Abendessen, Sauna war auch sehr angenehm.

Leider war das Hallenbad recht kalt, dass fanden wir sehr schade, da wir extra ein Wellness Hotel gebucht haben um nach dem skifahren dort zu entspannen. Ein Problem bei der Heizung war die Ursache, die leider nicht behoben werden konnte solange wir vor Ort waren.

Leider bin ich nicht zufrieden. Trotz zwei E-Mail-Anfragen habe ich keine Rückmeldung vom Hotel bekommen.

Amazing staff, very good pool and spa zone, bus to the ski stops just around the corner.

Not a walking distance to the ski part.

Nice old style hotel, very well maintained with friendly staff.

The only recommendation would be to keep water in swimming pool much warmer. The same applies for the air in whole wellness

Schönes Hotel in einer herrlichen Landschaft gelegen. Gutes Frühstück

Great service, the staff goes beyond the expectations to provide a great service. The rooms facilities are a bit tired, still in the mid-80s. The food quality and the staff commitment absolutely compensates for that.

The location of the hotel is close to multiple ski slopes. The spa offers multiple types of saunas. The staff is friendly.

The rooms are older in design, they should be renovated and renewed. The water temperature in the indoor pool is not high enough.

I was expecting a better rooms, specially the bathroom. It feels pretty all and small wardrobe even tho for me was enough this time. But with the people working there and how kind they where with me every time it compensate . Such a nice people smiling to you all day and being really helpful. Jacuzzi was missing ;)

4 days skiing trip with a friend, really enjoyed the hotel. Spotless, nice spa, great food, excellent service, including a van transfer service to all local resorts.

Our skiing-holiday started with some misfortune, so the vacation had some trouble taking of. But this exceptional hotel saved the day! Great location, more than wonderful staff, lovely bar to have a beer after coming back from the slopes, to be followed by very very good meals in the in-house restaurant. Everybody staying in the hotel ends up dining there every evening. A special room to leave your ski’s and shoes to dry, next to the parking area. Everything works, nothing is broken. Felt really at home.

They might start thinking about a future modernisation of the bathrooms. Ours was still sufficient and flawlessly functional, but I see almost no other options for improvement. Not cheap, but wonderful value for money.

We only stayed one night to catch the early morning train to Munich after our Ski holiday. Staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. The building is an old building, but comfortable and has good WiFi. Julia, the receptionist was most efficient and friendly.

This is a classy Hotel. Good food, nice spa and friendly staff. But maybe it’s time to upgrade all rooms in the near future. The cosy feeling wouldn’t be destroyed. At all.

Trevligt bemötande vid incheckningen och bra personal i resturangen

we had a nice stay of 5 days. The place is fine with good facilities and welcoming and smiling staff. The breakfast is very good, while the dinners do not quite match the price level. If gourmet is the goal for the visit, The Cheval Blanc in Niederstienbach, Alsace, is worth a try. Same pricelevel, different league. We had two dinners, but then chose to go to the town of Radstadt 5 min walk from the hotel and here were good opportunities for food and drink while we could enjoy the view of the mountains. Salzburg is 75 min away by train (15 euro Per person Per trip) from Radstadt and definitly worth to try, both for the train trip through an amazing lanscape and a City with lots of interesting opportunities and it is easy to find your way around. We are looking back at 5 fine days at Hotel Grundlers, Radstadt and Salzburg.

Spændende lokalt hotel med meget fin service og herlig mad

Had a relaxing Break and enjoyed skiing in the area. The pool at the hotel was great.

We had a lovely relaxing stay here and very much enjoyed the spa area. We even had the pool to ourselves for a morning swim! The staff are very friendly and the rooms well-equipped. We loved the sunny balcony. However we did find the Gourmet Menus are a little over fussy and we weren't keen on the piped music throughout the hotel. Other than that, everything was very convenient and comfortable. A hotel to be recommended!

Der manglede et køleskab, ellers var alt perfekt

Bei meiner Buchung wurden offensichtlich falsche Angaben zur Zimmergröße gemacht. Meiner Buchungsbestätigung ist zu entnehmen, dass es sich um ein großes Zimmer mit 27 Quadratmeter handeln sollte. In Wirklichkeit war die Größe des Zimmers max. 15qm, das Bad 4qm und der Eingangsbereich incl. Einbauschrank 3qm. Aufgrund meiner Reklamation bei der Hotelleitung wurde umgehende die Zimmergröße aus der Zimmerbeschreibung herausgenommen, jedoch keinerlei Entschädigung für die Falschangaben geltend gemacht!

While visiting Austria my husband and I decided to stay south of Salzburg. We found the hotel on Hotels.com which we always use during our travels. The hotel/spa was amazing. The support staff very helpful, the grounds were beautiful and our stay was wonderful.

Ett fantastiskt hotell med gullig personal. Maten var otroligt god och fantasifull. Spa-avdelningen var sliten men utomhuspoolen toppen. Åker gärna tillbaka.
