Reviewed Mar 30, 2021Es buen hotel de paso, limpio, ordenado, minimalista, bastante practico, tiene estacionamiento dentro del establecimiento el cual no recomiendo por lo apretado que están los cajones, fuera del hotel hay disponibles a pie de calle, esos me gustaron mas. En frente hay BBVA, oxxos comida, etc., tienes de todo.

Reviewed Mar 29, 2021La relación precio-beneficio esta bien, lo malo es que todo el tiempo te quedas sin internet. La Srita de la recepción súper mal encarada, no le pareció que hiciera mi reservación a través de Hoteles.com, se enojó porque hice la reserva por la página y me dejó esperando en la recepción un buen rato, hasta que le dije que si quería yo le pasaba el número de reservación y casualmente ya le apareció.

Reviewed Feb 26, 2021Hotel was very clean and staff was very helpful. Price of stay was very cheap; the room vas very clean. It is relatively centrally located and accessible to all other services: food vendors were just across the street, bank on the opposite side of the street, oxxo down the block, pharmacy was within the same block. Downtown and all its attractions were within short walking distance.The only negative thing that comes to mind, it’s on one of the main avenues and traffic gets loud late at night and very busy in early morning and evening. Overall, it was great and I think I’d stay there again, if needed.

Reviewed Jan 4, 2021El hotel está bien para un día o máximo dos, las habitaciones tienen buenas camas, pero se fue el agua porque se descompuso la bomba aunque lo arreglaron en unas horas, después cuando iba en el elevador Derrepente se apago y volvió a encender cuando le pique como pude a un botón ya que estaba en total oscuridad, y al momento de querer bañarme el agua salió sucia casi negra por unos minutos incluyendo en el baño y el lavamanos. También cuando reserve se promocionaba con desayuno incluido y al parecer eso solo es en guadalajara y yo me hospedé en Zamora. El personal es educado,

Reviewed Nov 12, 2020Our family booked a three (3) night stay at this hotel, which was recommended to us by a family member. it is a nice clean room with two full size beds. First thing we noticed in both rooms was: 1. The difficulty in flushing the toilets as the buttons for flushing are really, really hard, so hard that the male in our group had to press down on the buttons for us in two separate rooms. 2. The TV did not work right, we had to exhange the remote twice before we could turn the TV on and even then, the TV would not turn off unless we removed the electronic key in the room to turn everything off. That being said, there were no "DO NOT DISTRUB SIGNS" that we could put on our doors for both rooms and when we requested them, we were told to "look for the hangers" in our room by the reception desk. We NEVE found the signs. For the first three (3) nights that we we're there, housekeeping went into both rooms and cleaned them. Our issue with that wat he fact that housekeepng was moving our stuff and gong into our suitcases to put things back into them, ie; pillows, make upcases , jewelry...etc. We did ask the front desk to let housekeeping know to please not touch our things, but it continued. After our original first booking of the three (3) nights, we ended up booking two more nights, due to change in travel plans. We paid for both nights and it was charged to the reit card right away. On our 1st night of our second booking, there was no internet service available thorughout the hotel. We had to take three exams and for one of us, we nedeed to get reports for work out. We tried for over four (4) hours to get service. The reception desk was helpful to a certain degree. They informed us that the engineer was not coming in until the next day and that they couldnt bther him after hours. We were given different passwords and told that certain floors had better better internet reception. We even asked to be transferred to different rooms (at our expense) but never heard back. Needless to say, we lost testing and grades and one of us was severly reprimanded for not turning in the work on time We decided to leave the hotel and look for a different place. We notifired reception to please cancel our last night there and to please only charge us for the one night. We were informed by the reception desk that the General Manager denied our request and that we would be charged for the both nights. We asked to speak to the GM adn he said that the internet servie was a free service (like the coffee, which by the way, there is NONE provided, even though our booking said they offered free breakfast as well) and that there would be no refund. When we told him that we would be writing FOUR (4) reviews about the service, he yelled back that if we did that, he would make sure that we would not be able to book hotels in ALL of Mexico City, let alone ge discounts if we tried, we aksed him what kind of discounts they had offered us, as we had paid full price for the bookings, he started yelling again about what he could do to us. At that point, we put the phone and let him keep talking. We received a call about an hour later from one of the receptonist, saying that we would be getting reimbursed for one night. We are still wating to get our reimbursement. I would NOT recommend this hotel and their services at all.

Reviewed Feb 4, 2020Es un excelente lugar, buenas instalaciones, personal muy amable y servicial. Las habitaciones muy bien, limpias y confortables. Un par de comentarios para poder hacer increíble la estancia, aunque sólo uno está en el control del negocio: * Controles de TV por cable muy viejos (ya no se ven las teclas por el uso) * Ruido excesivo en las habitaciones de cara a la avenida Virrey de Mendoza. Principalmente por las alarmas de Servicio Panamericano (llegué a contar que la alarma se escuchaba hasta 4 veces en una hora!). Mi recomendación es mejorar el aislamiento de la habitación, ya que realmente es molesto que se puede escuchar casi a toda hora.

Reviewed Apr 20, 2019The hotel was good for the only night we stayed but not the morning after this night. We were woken up at 830AM by some guy breaking floor tiles two meters from our door, with a hammer. I asked him to let us sleep and he agreed. At 10 AM the noise started again - this time by some kid (looking not older than 15), breaking the same tiles with a machine, the one you use to demolish walls. Terrible noise. No safety equipment and 2-3 meters from the door. The hotel manager said she'd do nothing but proposed to switch us the room for free... Which was a nonsense as we had to check out 2h later. And she did not stop the guy. At least not till the second time I went down at reception and had to shout and explain to the other guests what is happening. This behaviour was the only way to make the manager do something... actually we checked out earlier cause we were already angry for this treatment.

Reviewed Apr 15, 2019It could be the best review ever until the morning came. At 8:30 AM a noise in front of the door - a guy is starting reconstruction work, breaking the floor tiles with a hammer. I kindly asked him to let us sleep a bit more, he agreed. At 10:30 AM, kids still in bed, I'm working on my laptop - it starts again, way louder, the guy had a breaking machine, doing a noise which was not possible to describe. I went downstairs, asked the receptionist for the manager, she came - the only choice possible for us was to change the room. But our checkout is at 1 PM, why doing all the packing just to get in other room for 2h. I refused. But at 11 AM the noise was that loud, that we couldn't even speak in the room, or at least hear was was said. I went down again and asked for a solution, this time shouting (as my nerves were already gone to a place of non-return. She finally went upstairs to tell the guy, who looked as 15y.o., to stop. Was that difficult to check us in another room the day before? Or to tell him to stop the first time at least? Should someone shout to get a solution?! And finally, do you employ kids under 18 to do the job cheaper?

I paid online yet they had me up till 1 am telling me I didn’t pay even tho I showed proof and that I couldn’t leave I till I paid. Got no work done slept super late because they don’t know how to process payments. Horrible staff. First complaint I make

Reviewed Jan 3, 2019En general el hotel esta bien, tiene buena ubicación, solo un par de detalles a mejorar, el primero es que podrían mantener los acabados o detalles de las habitaciones yo creo que todavía en mejores condiciones y el ultimo tema es el estacionamiento que el que tiene interno es muy pequeño y aunque tienen en la parte de afuera este luego se satura por huéspedes u otras personas que se estacionan

Reviewed Jun 26, 2018I was going to have a 6 hr wait to tranfer to my next location. Instead of waiting at the bus terminal, I decided to book a room here. When i get there, the person tells me their system is down, and they dont have access to it. His best solution was for me to cancel my reservation, which I dont think you can, and pay him again in person. He was blaming everything on me for having my reservation in English. But I is not my fault their sustem was down. I understand the language barrier, but please dont use that as an excuse when the problem was your equipment/system. I got on the phone with Expedia costumer service so they can help. They called the hotel and the guy agreed to give me a room, but he first called his supervisor for over 5 min after he had alteafy agreed with the Expedia agent. This whole thing tool 30-40min and keep in mind I wanted to sleep as much as possible since I only had 6hrs.

What more could we ask for in a place to lay our heads for the night? Lots of hot water in a clean shower, nice amenities, and really quiet! I'd recommend this hotel.
