Bon hôtel mais quelques détails ont entaché l’expérience. Le parking n’est pas évident à trouver (parking de l’intermarché), le personnel n’est pas très accueillant, et surtout il y avait beaucoup d’agitation dans le hall de l’hôtel et dans la chambre au dessus de la nôtre. Par contre l’hôtel a un bon état général et le petit déjeuner était très complet.

Decent apartment with kitchenette. Beds firm but comfortable. Decent space, microwave, fridge, hob, mini dishwasher; good shower. Excellent mid-size supermarket right next door. I came with a baby and the welcome email advised a "kit-bébé", which we specially requested but was not there when we arrived and the staff were unaware of. We got a high chair and cot before long though, but that's it from the "kit", which is all we really needed. One of the two lifts not having a functional button for the ground floor was a bit annoying, of course that was the one that always arrived...

Even by Paris standards this hotel was terrible. I paid for five nights in advance online. When I arrived I was told that I hadn't paid and I had to pay again. When I queried this I was told by the guy on reception "I know how to do my job" It was late so I paid another nearly €1,000. Later after I had discussed with Expedia I was told that I had in fact paid online. Even though they were very apologetic it took 3 days to refund me my money. The room was tiny and did not have a proper bed only a sofa bed which was hard and uncomfortable. It was hot and stuffy as. although the room had aircon they had disabled it. Finally the room had either an infestation of fleas or bed bugs and I checked out after 5 night covered in insect bites. Without doubt the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. I won't be back and you shouldn't make the mistake of booking..

The room was really nice size! Loved the convenience of the mini kitchen to store snacks and drinks. Convenient to the market for supplies.

Very convenient for La Defense (10mins walk) Good gym - though some equipment could do with a service. Local supermarkets very close for getting essentials. Came equipped with Nespresso coffee machine - which was a welcome bonus.

Fast alles super. Personal war sehr freundlich, insbesondre das Frühstückspersonal. Fußboden im Zimmer war nicht sauber.

친구 3명과 4인실을 사용했다. 조식, 운동할 공간, 각종 주방기구와 전기포트 거의 모든 게 완벽했다. 다만 몇 가지 주의할 점이 있는데, 룸서비스(대표적으로 청소)가 없었고, 샤워할때 물이 화장실 바닥 가득 차며 자칫하면 밖으로 물이 넘칠 수 있다. 또 내가 사용했던 소파 아래에서 나오는 침대는 스프링의 문제가 있어서 약간 가라앉았다. 또 에어컨 온도를 조절할 수 없지만 전화로 요청하면 도움을 받을 수 있다. 부모 없이 경험한 첫 여행을 좋은 추억으로 남을 수 있게 해주었다.

The property is perfect with everything and the warmth of the place is lovely only they need to develop the mode of payment of the washing machine and dryer to be able to pay by contactless or even cash notes and get change

Excellent location. Very easy to move to Paris by Metro. Restaurants and supermarkets are very close from this property. Beautiful room, quiet and cleaned.

D'Adagio is een mooi aparthotel voor gezinnen. Je had de beschikking over een ruime kamer met daarin een grote slaapbank waar 2 personen op konden slapen en een twinbed voor nog eens 2 personen. Ook kon je koken en waren er een stofzuiger en strijkijzer aanwezig. Apartement was netjes en schoon. min puntje: helaas alleen franse en duitse en een beetje engelse televisie. Het zou een smarttv zijn, maar daar leek het niet op. Verder was de douche wat laag voor een lang persoon. Het was een bad waarin gedouched werd. Voor een stedentrip van een paar dagen helemaal prima.

Great little apartment, friendly and helpful staff.

It's one of the best hotel I've stayed. The staff was very helpful when the AC broke down, they changed us to another room at no extra cost. The supermarket is right next to the hotel and the rooms are very clean and new. Is very close to the Metro and The Arc of La Defense. Very nice neighborhood.

We stayed for ten nights and the housekeep cleaned one time during our stay. The hot water was not very stable. Self laundry in the basement. There were two supermarkets (intermarche/carrefour) in 200 meters. Overall, quite pleasing stay in the apartment.

Tout d'abord, le prix des taxes à payer à l'établissement était différent du montant dans la réservation. De plus, nous étions logés dans une chambre pour personnes a mobilité réduite avec une lampe au plafond qui reste allumée. Très gênant la nuit. J'ai finalement trouvé une solution moi-même car le personnel ne se souciait guère de mon problème.

The room was clean and the space sufficient for our needs. The bathroom though was so strange - the shower was placed in the flat bathroom floor (no raised edges or barrier to contain the water) - perhaps this is a traditional design but not practical in modern times. Every shower ended with a mopping session to get rid of the sea of water from the bathroom floor. And no matter how hard you work, you want have a dry floor to walk on until at least a day later.

Geräumiges Apartment, schönes Bad .Kleine Kochnische mit Töpfe usw vorhanden. Klimaanlage vorhanden. Supermarkt um die Ecke. Metro,Bahn,Bus in Ca 15 min zu Fuß erreichbar. Sehr gut für Städtetrip.

King bed was promissed. There was none. Elevator was blocked in the 9th floor and they said I had to climb 9 floors and unblock it.

The close proximity to La Defense as well as to a small town and to Paris more generally (just across the river; including a large nearby park) make this a good choice, especially for business travelers to La Defense. The Espanade of La Defense is a 15 minute pleasant walk from the hotel.

God beliggenhed, fine værelser og god morgenmad. Der var lidt udfordring med kommunikation på hotellet, det virket som personalet ikke var instrueret i hotellets faciliteter og procedure. En viste ikke de havde et fitness rum og en anden viste ikke hvad personen skulle gøre da brandalarmen gik midt om natten så alle blev tvunget udenfor i nattøj.

C’etait parfait dommage qu’il n’y avait pas de sel et poivre dans les chambres. Ou du thé/café sucre mais j’ai pu m’en procurer à l’accueil.

The venue is great despite a few days without warm water due to a technical issue. Despite being under the Accor group, the hotel was struggling to offer appropriate alternatives to the guests.

Decent and clean hotel! We were able to check in earlier than what we had. Walking distance to Westport mall and restaurants. Breakfast has limited options. Wifi works good. If you are coming from out of state don’t expect them to clean the room they clean when you check out!

Excellent place to stay. Close walking distance to metro 1. Staff helpful. Simple cooking facilities but ample for preparing a basic meal. Supermarket next door. Safe location. Comfortable bed and very clean. You can leave your luggage if room not ready. So pleased we chose it. Would highly recommend this aparthotel.

Great place to stay: near la Défense district

I didn’t like that they did not provide coffee and cream at the room.

I liked the space and location of the property. I did not like the breakfast. Needs to improve the options for the breakfast.

Very convenient for La Défense area. Accommodation is spacious, quite basic but has everything you need and I had a very comfortable stay.

Good location for the La Defense area. Large room with plenty of space. Kitchenette had a microwave, hotplates and a dishwasher but no conventional oven. Very clean room with large wall mounted TV. Only problem we had was that we booked a twin room suite but we were given a double room when we arrived; we then had to wait for a suite to become available. Reasonable price for Paris but a little out of the way for the main attractions; Grande Arch was a 10 minute walk.

The room is very small, the bed folds down from the wall. There is barely any space to walk around the bed. There are only a single bath and hand towel and the were not changed in my 8 day stay. They charge extra to get clean ones. There are no blankets or or even a top sheet. Only a duvet and it was way too hot to have it on. Air does not work.My room was never cleaned in 8 days! The breakfast is also an rxtra charge and definitely not worth it. There only offered coffee, juice, cereal, toast and croissants. No hot foods at all. It is also more than a mile walk to the closest metro and you are a long way out from the tourist sites in Paris.

3 adults and one baby is too much for the apartments. It becomes crouded. They switched off the AC aparently on the entire hotel although the place is sold with AC in rooms. After complaining and having Hotels.com service call them they turned on the “AC” but you could not set the temperature in the rolm lower than 19 degrees. Weird. Dont open windows or you will die of mosquito bites. Also i reserved a queen bed room and i got 2 single beds united. Nearly fell in between. Then i asked to change the room to one that i actually bought and got charged 23 € cleaning fee. Btw cleaning was done once a week. I am sure there are other options if you go on a business trip in the area.

nice but basic apartment hotel. it was good to have the extra space and kitchen as most Paris hotel offer very small rooms. the area is not great, i stayed there since it was close to the company office. one strange thing was an emergency light in the middle of the room that you cannot turn off. i had to tape papers on it just so i can sleep...

This was my first visit to Paris and my first time in an Adagio hotel. The room was clean and spacious. Paris is an expensive city, so I appreciated the kitchenette which allowed me to prepare some of my own meals. The hotel staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The hotel is right outside of Paris, but a short walk to the train station and you're in the mist of Paris is no time.

The hotel was really in the middle of Courbevoie, a Walking of everything, restaurants, trains, shopping centers..... the hotel personnel was very friendly and helpful as well!! I will definitely go back or refer a friend.

Arrived at 11 am after and found my room ready even if the check in was at 3pm. Nice and cozy functional room with everything you need for a short/long stay. Looks like all the furnitures are new, it smells good from the entrance to the room including the elevators and the common areas. Located 15mn walking from La Defense and next to a police station, there is a mall literally downstairs with everything required to make the room feel like home. Friendly staff as well which is not so common. I will definitely go back there when I return to Paris.

Close to the supermarket and only 12 mins to the metro, very convenient!

I loved everything about the room, including the very comfortable "Murphy" bed. My only (minor) complaint, was the lack English-speaking TV programming they provided, which was none. It was only an overnight stay, but I would have enjoyed it equally if my stay had been for a week, or longer.

The staff at the hotel were truly amazing. Ruben and Ramatou who we had the most interaction with were unbelievable. They assisted us greatly with advise on travel within the greater Paris area. The hotel accommodated us to to stay in well over the standard departure time I.e. until our departure to the airport. The service at the reception was really great with coffee, juice, sweets. They are blessed with amazing staff. 5/5

Great experience comfortable either a 10 minute cab to the train to get anywhere or as I did about a 25 minute walk to the metro. Was my first time there would do the same thing again in a heartbeat!

The hotel is in good location that my husband can easily drive to work and near by there are restaurants and supermarket is away from 2 minutes only. The staffs were overall nice and friendly. Only we are not very comfortable with their policy of clean the room only once a week and need to bring down trash by ourselves. Overall we enjoy staying there and will defibetely book the same hotel when we go back to paris

The hotel was conveniently located a 10-15min walk from La Defense Esplanade. Room had a little kitchenette, a desk, a large flat screen TV and bed built-in the wall that you could hide to then have a couch. Bathroom had both bath and shower with complete supply of shower gel. Room is cleansed only once a week by default.

Really good ambience. Enjoyed the comfortness too!!!!
