Собственный пляж, территория просторная, в ресторане хороший выбор блюд. Менеджер на ресепшен Джем говорит на русском языке, помог по многим мелким вопросам.

Отдыхающие должны освободить комнату в 11.00, заселяют в 14.00 и ни минутой раньше. Не легче было бы и для персонала, заселять гостей по мере готовности номеров, не устраивать из фойе отеля вокзал?

Restoran yemek kalitesi biraz düşük artı alkollü içkiler özellikle bira çok kalitesiz. Bütün gün de içseniz hiçbir etkisi olmuyor. Çalışanların bazıları çok iyi bazıları ise sanki orada zorla tutuluyormuş gibi. Plajda şezlonglara havlu bırakıp gidiyorlar, kendileri ortada yok. Geç giderseniz yer bulamıyorsunuz. Otel de buna müdahale etmiyor. Filtre kahve içmek istedik sadece Restoranda varmış, o da sadece kahvaltıda ve tadı kötüydü. Patisserie de ki çalışmıyor. Tv açalım dedik kanal yok, İnternete bağlı değil. Tesis genel anlamda iyi ama fiyat performansı düşük.

Resepsiyon çalışanları çok anlayışlıydı. Her istediğimize anında karşılık verdiler çok memnun kaldık. Otelin aqua parkı ve sahili çok güzel ve kullanışlıydı

El hotel es excepcional ! Genial para familias con niños , todo queda cerca . La comida es variada y muy muy rica. Hay varios restaurantes donde puedes comer dependiendo si estás en la playa , en la piscina o en el parque acuático . !! Debo decir que lo que más me gustó es el equipo de animación , son fantásticos !! Mención especial para JUANA, IVÁN y MÓNICA , son los mejores , gracias por hacernos la estancia tan divertida . El parque acuático está a 30 segundos, la playa a 30 segundos y eso estancia muy muy cómodo !! Recomiendo 100 x 100 este resort , se volvió mi top 1 familiar ❤️

Lo único malo es la limpieza ! De verdad que es desagradable tanta dejadez . La habitación tiene cambio de toallas y limpieza diaria , pero sigue habiendo arena y cosas en el suelo aún después de limpiarse . Recomiendo mejorar este aspecto , ya que es molesto .

Every thing was good especially the water park it’s big and safe for children

I stayed for 7 days and 8 nights On the second day of this holiday I was sick for 4 days and kept constantly being sick, not a good view from our room, very small room

Having stayed in Turkey many times before, I can honestly say this hotel has been the best by far. From the moment we checked in, everything felt well organised, welcoming, and genuinely focused on guests!!! Check in Check-in was smooth and stress-free. The guest relations team were always lovely, helpful, and kind throughout our stay. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble. Rooms & Housekeeping We were a family of five across two rooms. Although the rooms were a little small for a long stay, it absolutely served its purpose and we made it work perfectly fine. The balcony, was a great size and we loved its location. A special mention goes to our wonderful maid, Gül. She was absolutely amazing. My son became very unwell, and she went above and beyond to help us. She even recommended green tea, which settled his stomach almost instantly. Her kindness and care genuinely made a difference to our holiday. Food & A la Carte Restaurants The food was good with plenty of choice, and we had no concerns at all. We especially enjoyed the ala carte restaurants. Waterpark, Pools & Sunbeds One of the best features is the hotel’s direct connection to the waterpark. Because the waterpark doesn’t open until 10am and has plenty of sunbeds, there was zero stress about reserving beds. Being able to have a lie in and still find beds with no issue was such a luxury! At the waterpark entrance, Alyana - greeted us every day with such warmth and friendliness. She made each morning feel welcoming. Entertainment Team The entertainment team deserve real credit. They work incredibly hard, and the shows were brilliant. We even saw the manager performing on stage, which was great to see. Although our kids made friends and spent most days at the waterpark, the entertainment we did watch was fantastic. Water Sports & Photography We absolutely loved the water sports man, Tufan. He was friendly, helpful, and genuinely lovely to deal with. The hotel photographer, Slim Shady, was also great, very friendly and added fun to the experience. Only Downside The only thing that really disappointed me was the cocktail selection. For an all inclusive I expected more variety. There was no pina colada included, which was a real letdown. You could buy one at the waterpark, but it was made with vodka instead of rum, which was odd. Not a massive issue, but definitely something the hotel could improve. Overall Experience Despite the small cocktail issue, I can say hand on heart that this was our best holiday ever. The staff, the waterpark, and the overall atmosphere were amazing. We were genuinely sad to leave. We would absolutely return and highly recommend this hotel to families looking for a fun, relaxed, and memorable holiday. We really enjoyed our holiday. The food was good, there was always plenty to choose from. The animation program was great, it entertained us even as adults. Everyone was very nice and friendly. In the evening we went to the Sunset bar, everyone did their best. Especially the bartender Ali, he was always nice and smiling. We will definitely come back next year.

Enjoyed a great week here in the October Half Term with children aged 12 and 9. The hotel was clean and the gardens and outside areas were immaculate. The hotel is right on the beach and the beach is well maintained and we always found space to lounge. The sea at the beach is very shallow and you can go out quite a way which was great for the kids. The hotel has a market shop with everything you would expect to see in a little shop to get any extras you would like. It also has a couple of bag shops, a clothes shop and a souvenir shop with plenty of choice in all of them. The water park attached the Hotel is great, as it was low season it seemed as if hotel guests had the place to themselves which was fab. Outside the front of the hotel is pretty residential with not much to see for a while. Location on the beach front you can walk for miles either way if you choose We walked ( right if you are facing the sea) a way along maybe 20 minutes or so then turned up to the right and you are at the Sosyete Market - which sells lots of clothes, bags, trainers souvenirs everything you would need/want. You can pay 15 Euros for a taxi but its a lovely 30 minute walk if the temperature is right along the beach front only the last 10 mins is uphill! We also got a taxi 15 Euros down to the port and pigeon Island where Kusadasi castle is, you pay entrance fee to the ground and museum in the castle but it was affordable and a great way to spend a few hours. We also picked up a boat trip at the port an hour around the harbour for 5 Euros per person, would recommend. The food at the hotel was great I am a vegetarian and there was plenty of choice for me, loads of salad, dips and veggies. I travelled with meat eaters and there was variety Fish, meats etc. Breakfast had a massive range, fruit, pastries, cereal, breads, yoghurts, salad, cheeses, olives, omelettes, donuts and every kind of jam and spread you can think of. If you want a full English this isn't the place for you, but there were eggs and chips at breakfast. The drinks were fine, all the usual spirits and a small selection of cocktails, the wine was not great, but then I am fussy with wine. The beer on tap is Efes so you know what you are getting. There was a snack bar 12-5pm for the usual suspects, something with chips, burgers, pizza, hotdogs, nuggets, as a vegetarian I did struggle with the snack bar as even the pizza had meat on it, but there was also a Gozlem snack shack where you get freshly made Gozlem's and they had veggie options there. My kids did not use the kids club so I can't comment on that. We had a great time and would recommend it, the staff were always around and helpful. The only down side for me was the music that started at 10pm until midnight, we were in the block with the 600 numbers so closest to the bar where the music was, I am all for having a good time but wished the music was slightly lower in volume after 11.

Hotel was clean. Dated rooms. My ten year old was provided with a camp bed, small room. On the edge of town middle of nowhere. The entertainment was amazing, the food wasn’t great however we did use the snack bar for lunch. Good atmosphere. Ok value for money, brilliant if you just want to stay hotel. Can be noisy. Hotel quick to advise and answer questions A lot of cats in the restaurant and staff let them roam…

So overall, I am in two minds over this place. I went with my child who is 7 years old. I read over reviews before booking and this aided me to make a decision, however I always take reviews with a small pinch of salt as we all have different preferences. Rooms: I had read the beds to be hard in a previous review, I found this to be very true. The beds were hard but after a long day you are desperate to sleep so you get used to it! In terms of noise, you can hear the music from the room that we were in (room 647 I think) but I weren’t too fussed about it, because it is a holiday destination and just because we were in bed it doesn’t mean others should stop having a good time. Our room was up four flights of stairs which weren’t great! But we managed. On arrival we were greeted by a lovely concierge who carried our bag to our room for us. Check-in: The process was simple and welcoming, again greeted by the concierge at the entrance and shown to the reception. I had been worried about if we would be able to have an evening meal given the time we were arriving, around 9:30pmish, however the receptionist was very much on the ball and suggested we go and have our evening meal before the restaurant closed which we did. FOOD!!: I say this in caps as I LOVE food, we had an all inclusive package. I am someone who on holidays looks forward to the meals. The meals to me were very “Meh” I was disappointed to say the least. I am someone who is not particularly fussy when it comes to food. They had “themed meal nights” one night there was Turkish doner style kebab which lacked any flavour, I also love kebabs and have had many in my time. I had thought a kebab in turkey would top any UK kebab I had ate but not in this hotel. A lot of the food lacked any flavour, I was vigorously adding salt and pepper to meals to attempt to bring out some taste. The menu items were sometimes strange like boiled chicken? It was literally bits of what looked like dry chicken pieces in some coloured water?! I noticed some hot meals that may have been left from the previous day were then moved over to the salad bar. The salad bar I only loved the potato salad from there but somethings looked as though they had been there for a while on repeat. Puddings weren’t my thing but I found it odd how there was never any ice cream for pudding but again personal preference. ANIMALS! I had read that there was stray cats and dogs but didn’t really mind/take it seriously as my child actually loves animals particularly cats. I am neither here nor there on them. However, even my child was complaining about the amount of stray cat this property. Now, I do not mind seeing them within outside spaces BUT within eating areas it’s really unhygienic. I went up one meal time to get food whilst my child sat and continued eating. I was returning to have my child running up to me saying that there was a cat on the table! Low and behold a cat had jumped up on our table and was now digging into her food. We just grabbed our personal belongings left the food there and went to a separate table. This also happened within an outside seating area where a cat just pounded onto our table but this time did not stop to eat but just went to the other side and got off. So as I said I appreciate certain things can’t be helped with the amount of strays this country has but the hotel should be doing something to try and actively remove cats from dining areas. I mean I noticed some guests enjoyed petting the animals during meal times but again unhygienic!!! There was various burger bars but the burgers were very low budget, I can only describe them as a low value Iceland burger meat or anything within that range and also the nuggets were awful. Don’t get me wrong I weren’t expecting à la cart for a burger or a nugget but the taste and quality was just bad. Breakfast: I would say was the worst of the day as the choices weren’t great. If you are looking for a full English you will be disappointed. There was some form of sausage stew each breakfast, all the eggs you could think of which is find I guess and various cold cuts that didn’t taste great. Pancakes were good! Shop: There is a little market area on site which was good to buy bits and pieces. The prices didn’t seem bad personally. I’m always bad at forgetting to get cash in the local currency but you should try and remember as some things outside the store for the hotel you need cash. There’s a popcorn store and they only take cash. The hotel offered bingo at €10 euro per sheet which was cash only- I do not understand why we need to pay any euros for bingo. There’s so many little things at this hotel that you have to pay extra for. Beach: The hotels part of the beach was very nice and was well kept, nothing to complain or write home about. Kids club: I was heavily disappointed by this - I will note my child enjoyed the time in there but I could see that they were not as enthusiastic about this club as they had been at other destinations. I can see why as whenever I picked up my child I could see that the kids were left to their own devices or the adults were sat huddled together on their phones or having a chat. They did not seem that engaged with the children for the whole duration. I am sure that weren’t the case for the whole time my child was in there but it’s still not great. It would help if they gave a list of what activities were on, on arrival or something but the info is scattered around various bits of the hotel. Overall I would not return.

First of all pros, a lovely hotel, pretty modern, very clean, friendly staff. Choice of bars and places to go in the evening were good and waterpark was absolutely fantastic. 24 hour bar above reception also excellent esoecially if you arrive late in the evening. Rooms were cleaned daily and pretty spacious we felt for a family of 5 sharing an interlocking room. Location good although not really near anything without getting a bus/taxi, but having their own beach was a big plus. Just a couple of negatives the food gets very repetetive, its the same foods at lunch and dinner most days. The snack bar was good but again repetetive. We noticed on our last 2 days that our room key worked in other doors! My son accidentally went to the wrong room and the key worked, so beware! Lastly we caught a bar man at the sunset bar not putting alcohol in the cocktails. He was putting akcohol in one glass then getting another glass and filling it with juice. When questioned he played dumb. We saw he was also doing this to other guests that also complained. Unsure of the reasoning, maybe running out with it coming to end of season? Regardless, unacceptable when you pay for all inclusive. We went to the lobby bar instead and they were putting alcohol in so we stayed there. On the whole a great week with lots of positives, just a couple of things to improve on.

We had a brilliant time! The hotel grounds are lovely and very safe for children to run around. The rooms are small and basic but overall it’s great value for money.

I got poisoned for 4 days (about half the holiday) here because of the tap water and we didn’t know because there were no warnings, Maybe warn us before we even come here

Food is good. Lots of choices and quality is good. Rooms are OK.. Shower is good, clean but... The bed is small (I'm 188cm) and too hard! Staff is friendly. So the thing is the bed...

Lovely hotel shame about the majority of the guests Was like feeding time at the zoo at meal times only got a bed on the beach once in 8 days there food was average meat was tough as old boots most the time Spent 2 days in bed with upset stomach Was on the top floor no lifts so like climbing a mountain every time going to the room kept awake by loud music from there open air night club Drinks where disgusting worse than supermarket own brand Couldn't wait to go home Iv traveled far and wide and was the worst holiday ever had

We have just returned from a week at atlantique holiday club which after reading the reviews was really looking forward to it however the holidays was not what we expected. Pros Lovely family rooms that are cleaned to a high standard Entertainment team are amazing and put on fantastic shows highlight was definitely Moulin Rouge. Big shout out to Anya. The lifeguards at the waterpark were lovely and had great banter with you while keeping everyone safe. Shout out to the two young lads on Sunday afternoon working the bigger flumes as they were great fun. The staff were all lovely in the hotel from the housekeeping staff to the waiters and waitresses. The young lad behind the bar in the restaurant was lovely and had good banter with our kids. Cons The food was very hit and miss. Breakfast was always a struggle to get something to eat. Despite this being described as an all inclusive holiday to us there was still extras to pay in certain places such as if you didn’t want the burger and fries that were the included snack at the waterpark. There was also a bar down by the beach that offered an English breakfast but again you had to pay for this. As someone from Scotland felt this was a bit un inclusive considering most of the food was very much based on eastern European diet it would have been nice one morning to have this included for us. Only having two bars with spirits was a bit of a nightmare as had to plan your night accordingly if you wanted a certain drink and not just the local beer. This has been the only all inclusive holiday we have had to eat out on a few occasions which again is disappointing as it’s extra money on top of what you have already paid for a holiday.

This was my first time visiting Turkey in general and I will be definitely coming back. The Atlantique was an amazing experience with a broad spectrum of food, entertainment, and gorgeous scenery all around the resort. The upkeep and cleanliness from all the staff was phenomenal, from the house keepers, to gardeners, servers, to all. From checking in to checking out, there are no complaints. Overall an amazing experience. The night life and DJ was amazing and the proximity to the Center Marina and Mall from the resort was very nice and convenient as well as the transportation to get there. I highly would recommend coming here for your stay and will definitely be coming back in the future. Cheers to The Atlantique Holiday Club!

It was a very clean hotel, has so many options for food which is great, there are so many pools which is really good for a change of scenery. The staff are absolutely fantastic. The animation team clearly work very hard and are so friendly. Batu-j was a very good DJ assistant

We had such a lovely stay! The hotel is beautiful, clean, and has such a welcoming atmosphere. The staff go above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. A special shoutout to Cardi — she was absolutely amazing! We met her last year and were so happy to see she’s still here. She remembered us and made our stay even more special. Can’t wait to come back again soon — highly recommend this place!

I really enjoyed my trip there!! We had a lot of enterteinment- there was no place for a boredom here. Food waz alright- some times better some times worse but still the outcome is super positive:)

Turkey is one of my family’s favorite destinations. We’ve been to Antalya and Nevşehir before and stayed in several hotels. But our first trip to the Aegean coast went terribly because of this hotel. It’s impossible to sleep in those beds, there’s an unbearable smell coming from the mattress. We stayed for a week, but the room was never cleaned properly. We reported it several times, yet somehow the floor was never cleaned. In the end, we had to clean it ourselves. The food is actually good, you can find something you like if you look for it. But a little bit of a smile wouldn’t hurt, we hardly saw any here. The Aegean coast is beautiful and full of history, just not in this hotel.

The beach, hotel, animation, food - all is the best. Our vacation was wonderful, we would be happy to come back again next year.

This was my first vacation in Turkey. We were very impressed, we enjoyed nice weather, beautiful surroundings, good food and most of all lots of games and entertainment, thanks to the great animation team.

Awesome hotel with a spacious and beautiful garden, many pools and a great beach nearby. Everything is at your fingertips, which makes your vacation enjoyable. We are especially charmed by the smiling and kind-hearted animators - the smiling potatoes

The hotel and the beach were really great. We also liked very much the day and evening animation , we had a lot of fun all the time !

We stayed for a week, the first week in September and had a fantastic time. The facilities are brilliant. The first room we had didn’t fit right for our family (twins and two teenagers who didn’t want one of the twins in their room understandably) so after speaking with the manager team we were moved rooms the very next day to a fantastic larger room with connecting doors. The entertainment team were absolutely fantastic and want to make a special mention about Tess who made the most effort with our twin girls… she was so kind and always came over to where ever we were to see them at any opportunity. She really was the highlight of our holiday and we can’t thank her enough, one of the twins still gets upset how much she misses her now! I never usually write reviews but this hotel had everything you could wish for to keep all ages happy (2x 5yr olds & 2x 16yr olds) We would definitely come again.

"I recently stayed at Atlentigue Hotel, located in the area of Soğucak, Kuşadası, and I had a great experience. The hotel is situated in a peaceful and quiet location, perfect for a relaxing vacation. The views from the property were stunning, especially during sunset. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-decorated. The staff were very kind and always willing to help. The pool area was lovely, and the breakfast was fresh and delicious. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a calm and pleasant stay in the Bilges area near Kuşadası."

The food was poor. Very little choice and pretty much the same every day for lunch and dinner. There was nowhere but a small bar to actually relax and have a drink after dinner and this was always full so we ended up just going back to the room. The night time shows were held in an uncomfortable outdoor area with only bench seating and a bar only offering beer. But my worst experience was the lazy river at the water park. The water park itself is beautiful and the only good thing about this hotel. We booked specifically for the private beach (which was awful) and the lazy river. The first day we couldn’t find the lazy river (nothing is sign posted and it was tucked behind some slides) the second day we found it only to see a sun lounger over the entrance and a sign that said the opening hours. It was within the opening hours yet was closed. We went back to check several times that day and eventually it was open. We got in and were enjoying ourselves until we rounded a corner and saw two dead cats floating in the water. I literally flew out of there and we told the life guard on duty. The attraction was closed the rest of the time we were there. Overall not a great holiday and I wouldn’t recommend at all.

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel last weekend, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. The overall ambiance of the hotel is very chic and modern, and everything was exceptionally clean and well-organized. From the receptionists to the staff, everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the bed was absolutely fantastic. I had a restful night without any discomfort. The bathroom was also spotless, with every little detail thoughtfully considered. The view from my room was amazing, and it was a perfect way to start my mornings. The breakfast offered was generous and filled with fresh, high-quality products. The breakfast room was airy and provided a pleasant atmosphere to enjoy the meal. The hotel's location is also ideal, with many attractions within walking distance, and public transport was very convenient. The proximity to the beach and the excellent beach services provided were definitely a bonus. This is a place I would absolutely consider staying at again. Whether for business or leisure, it’s an excellent choice!

Great hotel for families with kids – amazing aquapark, fun animations, a lovely mini club, delicious food, and the most wonderful waiter, Mr. Mustafa, whom our children adored. Highly recommended!♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️

This hotel is excellent. The entertainment team are amazing and got us all involved. There are plenty of food options throughout the day and it changes from day-to-day. It has its own private beach which was a nice tough also. Big shoutout to Ozzy, he is a real credit to your team! Thank you for a great holiday

Beautiful location, friendly and professional staff, cannot complain about anything. Our rooms were getting cleaned beautifully every single day, even without us asking for it which was also very convenient.

I would describe my experience at the Tortuga Aquapark at the Atlantic Holiday Hotel as relaxing and cool. The pools are large with a pleasant atmosphere. There is a bar where there is a large selection of food and drinks. The pools are secured and there is a lifeguard at each pool who will help you with any need you have. I was impressed by the lifeguard named Arhan, who is very bright, funny and always ready to help you when you go down one of the selected slides. The slides are large and I definitely recommend it for people looking for an extreme experience. There are also of course children's slides for your child, which they will love.

Just returned from a week at Atlantique Holiday Club. The staff at this hotel were really friendly and the entertainment team were fantastic, a lot of effort goes into the shows in the evening and throughout the day there was always plenty to do, the entertainment did games and fitness classes and even a foam party at the water park. There was always something for everyone at the restaurant and also snacks available throughout the day including a crepe hut on the beach.

Tortuga Wasserpark war super für unsere Kleine, sie hat sehr viel Spaß gehabt. Essen war gut,für jeden etwas dabei. Die Lage ist Zentral,Einkaufsmeile in der Nähe Das Meer ist schön sauber

Die Zimmer sind veraltet ,renovierungsbedürftig In der Hotelanlage gab es kein Spielplatz für Kinder,was uns gestört hat

We are visiting the Atlantic Hotel for the third time. Every time we are impressed by the organization and service at the hotel. From now on, we are planning our vacation next year at the same place, mostly because of the entertainment team, who take care of the good time of their guests. Every day there were different events, including Olympic games, foam parties and a variety of sports. And in the evening the shows were some of the best we have seen in 20 years of vacations in Turkey. See you next year. Successful completion of the season to the entire staff.

Been here for a business visit with the idea of having a short holiday at the same time. But chaos everywhere, queues and low quality food & beverages service. At least I d love to see good service, but not even seen happy staff. I ll choose another hotel in the area for my next visit.

The pool area was beautiful, with a large and spacious pool, and the water was crystal clear. There were plenty of loungers around the pool, so we could relax and sunbathe comfortably. Spending time by the pool in the evenings was also a great experience. The pool facilities truly added value to our vacation. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and are planning to return. It’s definitely a great option in terms of value for money."

What a lovely hotel and gardens right on the beach ! The Entertainment team were amazing ! I loved the shows they put on ! Moulin Rouge was exceptional! All the dancers were so professional! A special mention to Jaz, Anya and Tess who were so friendly and welcoming throughout the day putting on aqua gym, Zumba etc it was so much fun ! The hotel food was great and of course the weather!

Came here thinking I’d spend lazy days by the sea but nope. The beachh was full of trash every morning, no one seemed to clean it up. The kids’ areawas loud all day, so there was no quiet spot to sit anywheree. The bar lines were always super long and half the time they ran out of drinks. Evenin shows blasted music until midnight so forget about sleeping early. Staff just kept saying “tomorrow will be better” but nothing changed. Felt more stressed here than at work. Can’t thank for this experience.

Me and my family has such a great experience at Atlantique Holliday club , the entertainment team have made this Holiday one of the best our family has had together, we will be back again next year , And would advise anyone to come and enjoy a Holliday here . a big thank you

The only thing that I would improve on are perhaps the vegetarian/vegan food options. These were not too versatile in the otherwise amazing buffet.

Spent a whole year saving to come here and it just wasn’t worth it. The pool was always packed, no chance to find a sunbed unless you wake up at sunrise. The so-called “all inclusive” was just snacks at odd times and drinks that tasted watered down. Wi-Fi barely worked anywhere except reception, and even then it kept cutting out. Room walls were paper thin, could hear neighbors talking at night. Staff didn’t seem interested, just shrugged whenever you asked for help. Left feeling like I wasted my money and my time

I brought my 4 children to Turkey after several years of not being on holiday (as a single parent). I chose this hotel based on lots of amazing reviews!! As soon as we arrived the staff were very attentive and polite and we got settled into our rooms near straight away! We arrived late at night and after a long day of travelling, but this hotel was worth the wait! The room were pleasant but nothing special and they could’ve done with being slightly more modernised in some areas, as the furniture was quite old and well worn and stained, the rooms were on the smaller side and there was limited storage, however the room was always very clean and the bottles of water were topped up every day. You can get taxis into the market however we got a local bus which was only 250 Turkish lira (£5) for all of us on a 35 min ride to shops! There was a high range of food however my family are all vegeterians and we struggled finding any meals without meat, every night consisted of the same chips, pasta and rice! At lunchtime in the sunset bar the ladies were extremely helpful by making us margarita pizzas as a veggie option! Also like to give a special mention to Ege who was extremely helpful and did his very best to help us! He would regularly go out of his way to find us to ask how things were. Whilst it is not mandatory to tip this is something we like to do and everyone was extremely great full! Entertainment team were absolutely amazing and extremely energetic, we played darts, water polo, pool games almost every day and they made the experience 10/10! The DJ around the pool was great. At a night time they have an amazing theatre style show on, which is absolutely fantastic!! Another little side note is that you never have to fight for a sun bed and it’s very relaxed! The water park was my kids absolute favourite place to go, the slides were amazing and there were many lifeguards on duty! Speaking of lifeguards, the lifeguards we met this holiday were absolutely wonderful and my kids grew amazing friendships with them! One of my sons and daughters even bought bracelets for two lifeguards who were brilliant and had an amazing sense of humour. They were wonderful at their jobs and always made sure they made the experiences so fun for the kids. Special mention to Aziz, Enes and Huseyin as these were my kids favourites!! Despite some of the areas that needed attention the overall impression of our holiday was excellent we will hopefully be back next year!

I love this hotel and the entertainment team. They are so nice. I love their shows moulin rouge, let’s get loud, pirates of atlantique. They have a lot of energy everyday and i love this. Isa, Rumi, Anya, Tess, Jas, Caio, Bruno, Batuhan, Ali G, Nur and also girls from mini club Jasmine, Veru, Ozge, Nelly, Esma and Tugba so nice people. Thank you guys for everything, i love you.

Great Holiday! Although the rooms need a bit of updating, the service and staff made up for it. Restaurant and Food - thank you Chef. Although the high workload on the young waitstaff, they were always friendly and catered to all our needs. The Bar staff knew what we wanted and remembered us as well. F&B: 10/10 Our room was always neatly arranged every time we returned from the Beach or Pool. We met our housekeeper once and she was happy to help us as well. Thank you! From arrival to departure the front desk were great and never missed a chance to chat with us and assist with anything we needed! We left a positive comment on the second day of our stay. We stayed for 9 nights, the staff were amazing, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The food was great and lots of choice. The Entertainment team we phenomenal. We had a fantastic hoilday and have booked again to go next year, can't wait to go back.

Hotel was lovely and clean and the access to the waterpark was really convenient. Sunbeds were difficult to secure unless you’re up at the crack of dawn however the waterpark opens at 10am and there are hundreds available at this time. Literally meters away from the main pool in the hotel so never a problem. Staff were lovely and helpful. Read about dogs being a problem but there were two hanging around the hotel which were clearly people friendly and just laid in the shade and welcomed attention. Lots of hotel cats which seemed looked after and weren’t chased by staff. They kept themselves to themselves. The only two negatives I would have with this hotel is the food. If you’re a picky eater then you’ll struggle. A few people were saying the same. Lots of salads and fresh meat/fish etc but if you don’t like salads then it’s a bit of a struggle to put together a meal. And finally, I know it’s not essential but the internet connection is awful. Probably main reception is the best place but move an inch and you lose it. It was just hard to keep in touch with home when messages were struggling to connect. Otherwise I’d recommended. For kids it was amazing. We went on the jeep safari which was a decent day out. Waited until we could book with the rep in the hotel rather than outside group. Transfer was maybe 1hr 20mins away but a pretty smooth journey. If you don’t like being amongst stray cats in the roads then there’s lots. I’m a person who fears the thought of one being injured on the roads so I was a nervous wreck when travelling.

We had an amazing stay, the hotel and food are so great! Kardi, Ozzy and all the entertainment team are amazing, we saw 3 fantastic shows!

Overall we had an amazing 7 night stay at the resort, every single member of staff we came across was friendly, and nothing was too much trouble for anyone. There are a lot of feral cats around the place, and none seemed to be people friendly but just existed in your presence. Make sure you see Slim Shady the onsite photographer for sunset pictures. He managed to get some amazing shots of our family. Pros - expansive resort and you never felt it was overcrowded despite being in the summer holidays. - staff are fantastic. From reception, restaurant to the lifeguards- nothing was too much trouble. All were helpful and friendly and even if they weren't able to communicate verbally due to language restrictions, Google translate was used. - right on the beach with a clear shallow sea to play in. - plenty of sunbeds avaliable around the aqua park regardless of when you go in. If you aren't up at 7am, you won't get a bed around the hotel pool. - drink measures are huge - i kept having to ask them to stop the measure otherwise it would be 90% alcohol to 10% mixer. - shops on site have a brilliant variety of goods at reasonable prices. Everything priced in Euro and needed conversion into lira. - entertainment is great, although the shows are short they are amazing. Make sure to go see the fire show! One of the best shows we've seen. Cons - rooms are small and dated. We found the beds uncomfortable and the pillows lumpy. Balcony space was very small and just about fit 2 people on it. - food was very similar most nights. We always found something to eat, however as they cater to many nationalities some nights we did struggle to put a meal together that didnt include chips. - snack bar was located at the other end of the complex and although offered a fab range of snacks it involved everyone stopping their activity to go and eat. Only burgers and chips avaliable in the water park despite offering a fuller menu for paying guests. - if you are a spirit drinker you have to either go to the main pool bar or into the lounge for a drink. Only beer or soft drinks avaliable at the other bars on site.

Wow, what a resort!!!! The place is huge and has a beach, waterpark and 2 great pools. Everything you need for a family with a 13, 11 and 4 year old. The entertainment team were fantastic. Especially Jasmine!!!! She was so kind, funny and caring and made us feel welcome from our first chat. Anya, Emilee, Tess and Nure (Turkish) were wonderful. Full of energy and always smiling. Ozzy, the entertainment manager was amazing and made a fuss of our family and us celebrating our 2nd wedding anniversary. Always spent time with us&checking we were ok&enjoying our holiday. Nothing was too much from any of the staff. They were the right level of enthusiastic without being pushy or invasive. We loved seeing the entertainment team everyday. Soooo many activities, games and shows to see. Never a dull or boring moment. Food was good and always a good selection. If you are a fussy eater then Turkey probably isn't a good choice. Food was available all day and plenty of bars for drinks. We would most definitely return and have had a fantastic 10 day holiday. Xx

I visited this resort with my family. It is a mainly clean resort with lots of sun loungers and places to sit during both the daytime and night-time. The friendly staff really try to make your holiday the best they can. The transfer time from Bodrum was 90 minutes. The positives: - Pools were kept clean throughout our visit - Rooms were cleaned daily to a high standard - Staff are very friendly and happy to serve you drinks - Many parasols around the pools, offering plenty of shade - Waterpark is a fantastic addition and easy to access from the back of the complex - Food prep appeared good, and no-one from our party was ill - Reception is open 24 hours - AC in room was excellent and kept us cool even when temperatures reached 42 - Beach was easily accessible from the pathway - 3 additional restaurants to eat - not A-la-Carte as described but nice to go somewhere a little different to eat - Security on the beach and entrance monitoring guests entering and leaving - Mini fridge was stocked once a week, but only if you ask at reception - Great pool games and daily fun, our favourites were the Olympic games and the activity pool games commentated by Ozzy - 2 pools - activity and relax both as described by name - Fantastic Turkish bread and themed food evenings - A great overall entertainment programme from morning until very late - Excellent evening entertainment from a very professional group of dancers, big shout out to Ali G, Isa, Emilee, Tess, Jas, Anya, Bruno and Kio - Patisserie serving ice-creams, cakes, iced coffee and lemonade was a great bonus - Waterpark had fun rides, was big and held the foam party on Fridays, you could also make use of the AI there too - The local bus to town runs straight from outside for 50p per person The not so positives - The room we booked was a standard room and way too small for 3, some rooms next to ours slept 4! No storage and only really facilities for 2. - Wi-fi was not great, didn't spoil our holiday but worth knowing before you travel - The beach was not the cleanest I have been on and sunbeds were dirty - Not much choice for vegetarians plenty of salads, but lacked quality choices for a 4* resort - As non-smokers is was incredibly difficult to sit anywhere where there was no smoke, some guests even smoked at non-smoking tables at dinner - Life guards at the relax pool were often missing, which resulted in 0-14 years jumping and diving in - making the relax pool not so relaxing, despite guest services being aware Overall we really enjoyed our holiday ultimately it is what you make is when you get there, but not quite a 4* in my opinion (the water park clearly is a big bonus) and not quite worth the £6k price tag.
