Es ist eine netter uriger Ort, sehr zentral gelegen, man kommt auch mit den Gemeinschaftsduschen und - Toiletten klar. Alles sauber und gepflegt. Alles ist im alten Haus eng, das Zimmer ist sehr klein, aber für kurze Zeit ist es okay. Frühstück ist überschaubar. Die Leute waren sehr freundlich

Alles im grünen Bereich. Ich habe keinen Luxus erwartet und so war das ein netter Kurzaufenthalt. für höhere Ansprüche ist es wohl nicht das Richtige, für ein zwei Nächte in der Nähe des Stadtzentrums total okay!

Die Lage war super, Zimmer wie beschrieben und das Frühstück war vielfältig und frisch. Check-in und Check-out waren schnell und unkompliziert. Das Personal sehr freundlich. Unsere erste Nacht war etwas kurz: Das Fenster konnte man nachts nicht auflassen wegen dem Straßenlärm und der Ventilator war alt und hat bei der Hitze nicht geholfen. Allerdings haben wir dies rückgemeldet und schon direkt nach dem Frühstück einen neuen Ventilator bekommen - die zweite Nacht haben wir daher sehr gut geschlafen. Wir fanden das sehr zuvorkommend und schnell vom Service-Personal.

Wir würden empfehlen noch ein paar Wandhaken / eine kleine Garderobe anzubringen. Sonst alles prima.

Price and automatic system was good and the location but room 8 is unusable

Window opens towards the very very noisy street and with 38C outside - no AC and no ventilation other than opening the window. Its impossible to say in room nr 8.

Das B & B hat nur wenige Zimmer und befindet sich direkt gegenüber der St. Servatiuskirche und ist damit hervorragend für die Erkundung der Stadt gelegen. Das Einchecken erfolgte über einen Code. Unsere Fahrräder konnten wir im Hof des Hauses abstellen. Das Zimmer war sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet.

Wir hatten Probleme wegen der großen Hitze. Unser Zimmer war nach Süden ausgerichtet, so dass die Sonne es ungehindert erwärmen konnte. Durch die Lage unmittelbar an der Straße war das nächtliche lüften, mit einer erheblichen Lärmeinwirkung verbunden.

Lage in der Nähe von Zentrum; Frühstück hatte ein vielfältiges Angebot; Fahrräder konnten wir im Hinterhof abstellen

Contrairement à ce qu'on peut croire, IL N'Y A PAS UNE MACHINE À LAVER. Cela a déjoué nos plans de voyage... nous nous fions à cet endroit pour faire notre lavage.... de plus la personne qui répond aux messages est très vagues dans ses réponses ou elle nous réfère à la femme de ménage qui est présente uniquement vers 11h00. Décevant

Great views of the Cathedral from my bedroom window. A good breakfast with lovely fresh bread. Plus good range of fruit, yogurt etc

The only thing I would suggest is solid soap , as unable to open liquid soap.

Een veel te kleine kamer, weinig water bij het zeer kleine fonteintje. Er was geen eigen badkamer en toilet, water in douch cabine liep bijna niet weg.

Location was perfect, only a 10-15 min walk from station. Around the corner from city centre/vrijthof, with plenty of restaurants and coffee shops. Breakfast was a buffet with plenty of choices and only €12.50 which is excellent value. Large Room with good ensuite but rooms with shared facilities had excellent bathroom and seperate toilet. Highly recommend. One of my best B&B stays in a large city. Karina and her team are excellent hosts. 🥰

Wooden Stairs a bit noisy, but adds to the charm of the place really.

The room was clean and we enjoyed the bathroom with shower. Beds were comfortable. Hotel staff was friendly and nice. Decent price for the breakfast and we liked the variety. The location was simply outstanding, very close to Vrijthof.

In general it was good, maybe an electric kettle with some cups in the room would be nice. Such that guests can have some warm water, or make tea or instant coffee.

It was very clean and the staff was really nice!

The shower needs to be share with the other people and sadly when we used the bathroom was completely wet all over the place. A shower rug could help with the water :)

De Wifi deed het niet. Men liet ons weten dat we daar contact voor moesten opnemen dan werd de modem gereset.

Het was heel erg gehorig als je in de kamer was

Perfect in het centrum gelegen. Om de hoek van Vrijthof. Het was een kleine kamer, maar perfect voor mijn verblijf. Door het mooie weer was is nagenoeg niet op mijn kamer. Ik had heel mooi uitzicht op de kerk. Met name ‘s avonds met de verlichting. Fijn was het dat ik mijn fiets in de tuin mocht zetten. Helaas wel door het huis heen, maar hij stond in ieder geval veilig. Ontbijt was prima. Tot het eind goed voorzien van alles.

Rooms are functional and perfectly good for prices that are extremely reasonable given a very central location. I was especially lucky to get a ground floor one with the toilet just across the corridor. There's an odd system whereby you are supposed to pay in advance by transfer - works fine for Dutch folks but potentially a bit worrisome for foreigners. You only get your access code to the front door when payment is received - at least technically - however, I wasn't aware of than and managed to get let in and paid next morning (they do have credit card facilities for use once you're there but not, for some reason, to use online)

The location is the positive of this property. Right in the center so very accessible.

The payment process- Pretty confusing and not straightforward. Despite booking this place via BOOKING dot COM , they do separate invoice based pre-payment, which to me was a first that I couldn’t pay at the property or via Booking directly The checkin & checkout process - Super confusing too. We reached the B&B and there came to know (on a screen) that there’s another B&B where we’ve been put up (another 6-7 mins down the road). Same with checkout, had to come back all the way to the other B&B to return the key. You really need to ease your checkin and checkout process- it’s a nightmare! The WCs - They were right outside our door, which we thought was great. Although very clean and though we understood that its a shared washroom, but since the building was old with creaking stairs, we had people coming up & down the stairs to use the washrooms some 50 times throughout the night (trust me it’s not an exaggeration) and we literally were woken up by the thudding noises of the stairs and bathroom doors. Wasn’t a comfortable night of sleep!

Spacious and clean room. Comfortable bed. Good value for money.
