Cosy & well located, just what we needed. Pool seem to be constantly covers in stuff from the tree

Charming place and nice facilities/breakfast. Only complaint is they said parking was close and 8000 pesos per night when it was several blocks away and more than double that.

This is a very well located Hotel in Santa Marta, walking distance from the beach, restaurants, bars, etc. The hotel is small and staff is great, very friendly, and collaborative. My room was very clean but really basic in terms of room amenities, especially in the bathroom. Breakfast is included but from a menu, any extra items must be paid separately. I think it is a good place, but a bit too high of cost for what you get.

Bien situé pour sortir le soir. Quartier animé avec plein de bars et de restaurants. Nous avons fait également le parquet tayrona, belles balades près des plages interdites à la baignade. La conduite est très difficile en Colombie et il est difficile de se garer à Santa marta

Charming, clean and very different. Set in a quiet street with great staff and a very chilled atmosphere. We loved it.

For the price they charge (I paid about 120AUD) you can get much better hotels in Colombia for that price in my experience. The location was perfect, close to the beach and restaurants; literally around the corner. A bit run down, but they were in the middle of fixing a few things on my second visit. The only other problem was noise. I stayed there two nights. One Saturday and one Thursday. Saturday night was a waste as I couldn’t sleep until 3am due to a very close nightclub. I’d suggest throwing some earplugs in the room for guests. The bass didn’t penetrate and vibrate the room so ear plugs would solve that. Staff were good. One spoke good English.

The place is great! it is a very small Hotel, but well kept, clean and the staff is great. The only "issue" is that, since it's small, you can listen when they prepare the breakfast (not a big deal). Overall we had a great time and the location is perfect, it's just a block away from Parque de los Novios, which is a great park, full of bars and restaurants.

Simply amazing! The best B&B we’ve ever stayed at. The ranch is just beautiful and so peaceful! Hector and his family have put their hearts and souls into this place and it shows! The breakfasts are simple but so delicious and home made. Hector is beyond helpful and nothing is impossible for him. He will go out of his way if there is anything he can do to make things easier for you. He doesn’t hesitate to give a ride into town or the cocora valley if he’s home. His BBQ’s are legendary and the best food we had in Colombia. Love this place!

Muy bonito el hotel. Las instalaciones son agradables. El desayuno es muy completo. Algunos detalles menores en el estado de la pintura de la ducha podrían darle una calificación excelente, pero en general una muy buena opción para turistas o viaje de negocios. El personal es amable. Lamento que no hayan tenido la impresora funcionando y no expidieran la factura. Espero que subsanen pronto el envío de esta por correo. Importante avisar a los viajeros residentes en Colombia que el costo de la noche no tiene IVA incluido. Puede sorprender

Respetando la arquitectura de la zona este hotel está completamente remodelado y con un servicio ameno logra convertirse en una excelente alternativa si de alojarse en una zona céntrica se trata.

L’endroit est tout simplement incroyable; chaleureux, accueillant et pratique. A quelques minutes de la plage, des restos et des bars. Endroit tranquille et chambre digne d’un tableau Pinterest. Je recommande fortement la chambre luxe aloes. Un coup de cœur dans notre cas.

Breakfast can be better. The hotel is nice and in a good area. Have stayed here several times and its an affordable nice option.

I enjoyed it very much to stay a few days in this small boutique hotel. It's a nice retreat from the buzzling city life in Santa Marta. I loved the little pool in the middle of the quiet patio. The breakfast is a la carte and was good. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Very cute hotel, clean and the staff very nice, great location. It was perfect for us!

We were comfortable in our bed and the pleasant room's air conditioning made the temperature much cooler than outside. The shower was excellent though I had a little trouble opening the door, until I lifted it up. We were a little worried when we first saw the neighborhood, but the hotel is very close to Parque de Los Novios which attracts a lot of people and has good restaurants, so we felt safe and entertained on a Saturday night. We loved the restaurant Ouzo. Have your taxi fare in hand when you arrive because there is no place for the taxi to pull over on the narrow street without stopping traffic.

The hotel is old in a historic center of the city but it was nice and clean with nice staff. Relatively easy access to taxi and walking distance to parque de los novios.

A gem

I stayed at this hotel at the beginning of May 2017. I was blown away with what I received, as my expectations were very low. Perfect location, friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms and bathrooms, delicious breakfast. I would 100% recommend this hotel for fellow travellers.

Excellent and friendly staff, nice breakfast, comfortable room. Just a block from Parque de los Novios. A few minor maintenance issues with room (humidity damage on one wall, poorly draining sink) detract from otherwise very enjoyable stay.

Gorgeous staff, delicious handmade breaky, beautiful decor. Great location. Very close to the centre, but far enough away to not hear the partying all night. We loved our stay here.

We only got to stay a short night, but enjoyed this hotel a lot. We got the room with the huge double shower and the balcony -- we loved it!! We slept really well and loved how helpful the staff was to make us an early breakfast before we headed the airport. Would stay here again for sure!!

Very pleasant boutique hotel squeezed into small historic property. The neighbours are all busily converting their houses into similar venues, so expect some building noise during the day. A few expected things missing on our arrival (bedside lights, coat hangers), but quickly provided by very helpful reception staff. Good breakfast, excellent shower and wi-fi.

I really liked this place. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the included breakfast was tasty, and the bedroom and bathroom were both spacious and clean. Right around the corner from Parque de los Novios.

Arrived about 7.15pm in the evening and had a great welcome from Dira(?!?) who spoke good English. She was very helpful throughout my stay. It's a small boutique hotel with only six rooms and for half of my stay I was the only resident so it was lovely. It's very nicely decorated in pastel colours and each room is named after a plant. Breakfast is served to order, is lovely and places are laid at a communal table. The little outdoor plunge pool is perfect to cool off after a day in the Santa Marta heat. I was also able to leave my bag after checkout for a couple of hours whilst getting some lunch before catching a bus to the airport.

Beautiful hotel with a delicious breakfast. It was exactly what we were looking for - and it has hot water which seems to be quite the rarity in Colombia.

Nice enough place in good neighbourhood but let down by service. No towels until late in the evening was disappointing. Also we asked the Staff to order us a taxi to the airport and when it came To the time it turned out they hadn't leading to a very stressful trip to the airport.

I would definitely recommend casa del patio- beautiful interior, friendly staff, and a nice little pool to enjoy. It's very near the parque de los novios which is where all the main bars and restaurants are. I would recommend that they explain their 1 towel policy to their guests at the beginning of their stay (since Santa Marta has water shortages) A very enjoyable stay overall

Beautiful boutique hotel, lovely little plunge pool and great breakfast. Room on the ground floor was great but suffered from the wind outside from the tree which meant our sleep was a little disrupted.

We loved Casa del Patio! The hotel is very small, and most of the 6 rooms are situated around the lobby/common area. Staff and guests were all respectful and quiet, but if you are a light sleeper you may want to bring ear plugs as you can hear the staff cleaning/preparing breakfast in the morning.

Casa del Patio was a peaceful, relaxing stay, despite the bustling city center around it. The staff was delightful, and breakfast was delicious.

Nice room with cute decor. Easy to walk to restaurant area but still pretty quiet at night. Helped us set up a tour to Tayrona.

The hotel is well located nearby main Santa Marta atractions and nightlife. The hotel is small but cozzy and staff is really nice.

The hotel is a boutique hotel, small, very cozy, clean, very friendly and professional personnel. Excellent location, close to historic sites and not far from major attractions. A chain of themed hotels, but by far thos has been the best, not only in overall appearance, but amenities and friendly staff.
