Gran Casa Sayula Hotel & Spa

Great hotel in Sayula!!

Gran Casa Sayula was an excellent quiet place to recharge energy and close to Downtown and all the shops and activities.

Todo muy bien

It's centralized, walking distance from stores. Small parking.

Mejorar sus sábanas porque están muy rasposas

Beautiful property

EXCELENTE HOTEL ME ENCANTA SAYULA Y SU GENTE MUY AMABLE!!!!

Excellent hotel! Absolutely amazing and beautiful! Great location to stores near by in walking distance. Great price!

Excelent place to rest

The history of the hotel and how it blends into the town. Great staff that take care of you.

The Staff is amazing the rooms are very cleaned. Is also with in walking distance from everything around down town Sayula.

Property itself because of its over 200 yrs old is maintained but certain accommodations could be updated. Bed mattresses are hard and pillows too. Not enough toiletries. Our stay was overall ok.

Me enca

Una estancia limpia, y segura :)

Colonial traditional hotel within walking distance from city center.

the restaurant closes early on Sundays and they were not a lot of options. when it came to variation of food

Great location centrally located near everything and restarants . There is also breakfast buffet available in the mornings .. You even get 2 bottles of water in your room everyday. Make sure to ask for soft pillows. The maids are very nice and friendly ! I will come back to this Hotel!

Colonial style. Very relaxing. Nice staff. Beatiful barroco paintings

The property is small but with a lot of charm. Room was simple and functional. Shower had amazing water pressure, a little too rough on the baby but we were able to adjust it. A/C unit worked very well thank god because we went during the major heat wave Mx had. The only complaint would be the pool water was not clean. Would stay here again.

EN TODA LA ESTACIA NO NOS LIMPIARON LA HABITACION JAMÁS, POR LA TARIFA TAN COSTOSA DEBERIA SER OBLIGATORIO!!!! ES UN ABUSO QUE UN HOTEL ESPERE QUE SUS HUESPEDES LIMPIEN SU CUARTO, LAVEN SU BAÑO Y SAQUEN SU BASURA

It’s a great place

Friendly staff made us feel at home. Excellent local cuisine, comfortable beds. A great experience

Very clean and well maintained. Parking was convenient and secure. The restaurant food and service was excellent, The hotel was close to the shopping area. Overall, we had a great experience.

the air conditioning machine was noisy, there was no hair shampoo and dust on the headboards of the bed, to be a place of rest and spa it needs to pay more attention

Beautiful place, the team was very friendly

Beautiful, perfect for what we needed

Had a couple of drinks while waiting for room than a superb supper of filet mignon before going to the spa at 7.30. We did the steam room first then a wonderful massage. I love this place.

This has been the best hotel we have stayed at including the states. Wonderful people, food, and atmosphere.

The location is great if you like to spend time in the central part of the town. Shops are nearby and a good selection of restaurants are within walking distance. If you would like to exchange dollars for pesos, there is a currency exchange not more than half a block away. There were no security concerns that we had.

Our stay in Casa Sayula was pleasant. All the staff from the front desk, restaurant, bar and spa were amazing, really nice and willing to help with anything you needed. At the restaurant we had their famous shrimp and rib eye and they were delicious. The only downside / complain on our behalf was that we would appreciate if the manager ( I think her name was Jessica ) should be more insisting as she was on charging us a third person, to make sure that the sink and water in shower work properly so that the guest can shower with out cold water and a broken sink. Even if was just two of us.

Very clean room, beautiful garden, and helpful & friendly staff.

Enjoyed my stay nice hotel very close to la plaza within walking distance very convenient location. Their wifi was weak at times, the restaurant had good food.

The food was delicious and the facilities were really good

Nice little hotel near the plaza. Stayed here while visiting Tapalpa.

The service at the hotel was superb. The manager made arrangements for a private tour of a candy factory and then drove us there because the factory did not have signs up. The restaurant is situated in the centre court of the hotel is prices are reasonable. The food and service very good. We had an excellent lunch there. At dinner we all were craving hamburgers, even though they are not on the menu, the chef prepared them for us.

Was kinda wondering how this place would be ! Turned out perfect! Very clean very pretty, comfortable! Nice staff , helpful staff , good food , hot shower ! Just overall great place to stay ! We’re from Tucson , az and it was the best !

I loved staying at the Gran Casa Sayula Hotel & Spa. It's a very beautiful hotel. The room was very comfortable. The staff is very helpful and kind. They strive to keep the premises clean and do a great job at it. The only thing that I was not a fan of the food at the restaurant there. I had a plate in which the waiter described that it included a special salsa and when it arrived, the salsa was tomato sauce. I had machaca the next day and it had a fish odor :(

This is a wonderful place to get renewed. The staff is attentive and friendly, the pool is a delight, and the massages alone are worth the trip. The rooms are air conditioned, very clean and comfortable. All this and they take small dogs. We look forward to our next visit. May it be soon.

Our stay at the Gran Casa Sayula was wonderful. The location was ideal for walking to the market and Ojeda knives, etc. The room was tasteful and comfortable. I would definitely go back.

Excellent all the way around! Great restaurant, steak dinner was top of the line You wouldnt think of finding such a world class act hotel in that smaller city. People are friendly and helpful.

The first impression driving into the parking lot is very nice. There is a very open and airy feel to the hotel. The rooms surround an open central plaza with a nice fountain and greenery. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable and the shower had nice water pressure. It was nice of them to leave treats on our pillows (Cajeta) when they turned down the bed. We had breakfast in the open plaza area and the food was very good and inexpensive. I really have no complaints.

What a gem in the middle of Mexico. A class act. Loved it.
