Fantastic hotel in the city centre. I was visiting from Australia and the hotel price was very reasonable. Staff and my hotel room was excellent. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Jeju to stay here

服務人員很貼心，隔天早上我要到漢拏山登山，當時時間尚未供應早餐。出發前櫃檯人員為我準備漢堡和咖啡。

대체적으로 만족 합니다. 말만 잘 하면 얼리체크인 가능함!!! 객실이 넓어소 좋은데 호장실이 분리형인데 변기쪽이 남자가 쓰기엔 묻닫으면 좁습니다. 중앙 남방이라 겨울에는 춥네요!! 그리곤 교통도 퍈하고 좋습니다.

깨끗하고 조용하고 주변에 편의시설도 많습니다. 온도조절 장치가 작동을 안해서 불편했습니다.

화장실 비데 설치 안됨 변기에 안으면 문닫기 어려울 정도로 좁음

The room is very spacious and has a big double bed.

Staffs are very friendly and the bed is very big for 2. The only thing is not many electric plug in the room, can be improved

공항에서 가깝고 조용한 곳에 위치하고 있어서 좋습니다. 호텔 내부 몇가지 단점을 적어 보겠습니다. 1. 테이블 근처에 outlet이 없어서 불편함 (electric kettle를 바닥에 놓고 사용해야하고, PC도 침대 근처로 가져와서 연결해야함) 2. 샤워실 문이 완전히 닫히지 않아 샤워 후에는 세면실이 물바다 됨 3. 실내가 너무 덥고 건조함 (온도조절 불가 & 가습기 없음, 2일동안 창문 열고 지냈음) 4. 세면대 배수가 좋지 않음 5. TV 리모콘 조절이 안됨 (TV 뒤에 달린 셋톱박스 전원을 켜서 TV 채널은 나왔지만 리모콘으로 조정은 안됨) 실내는 청결하고 가성비는 좋은편이라고 봅니다.

직원들이 친절하고 로비옆에 차를 마실 공간이 있어서 사람들과 만남이 좋았습니다.

출장으로 제주도 방문시 지내기에는 가성비가 좋은 숙소였습니다.

This hotel was inexpensive, in a good location and with good facilities. But what made my stay so good was the night concierge Park Sang Won. I can't speak Korean, and Park Sang Won went out of his way to assist me with some things I was having difficulties with. I would have been lost without his help, and for that I highly recommend Reve Hotel to foreigners.

신라스테이 호텔까지 걸어서 10분. 버스 정류장 가까움. 연동 음식점 거리까지 도보 가능. 침구류 청결. 매일 청소. 1박 6만원에 이정도 시설이면 훌륭합니다.

이불이 너무 더러웠어요.. 얼룩이랑 피자국인지 뭐가 많았습니다.. 그러려니하고 잤는데 벌레인지 뭔지 몸에 네 군데 정도 물린 자국이 있습니다. 사장님은 친절하시고 좋은데 청결상태는 정말 최악이네요…

제주공항에서 버스로 한 정거장. 밤 비행기로 도착시 제주시 저녁. 주변 렌트카 이용. 인프라이용이 수월해요

혼자여행이라 교통과 주변 편의시설, 안전을 중요하게 생각하며 선택했는데 시내에 위치해 교통편이 좋으며 주변 맛집도 있어서 좋았어요. 시설도 깨끗했고요~ 시내라 그런지 앞에 아파트가 있어 커튼을 치고 있어야해서 조금 답답함이 느껴져요~ 그외는 만족합니다~~

가격 저렴한 비즈니스호텔입니다. 신제주 유흥가 한복판에 위치해 있지만 소란하거나 그렇지는 않습니다. 그런데 매트리스는 비즈니스호텔임을 감안해도 조금 불편합니다.

1인실 있는 호텔이 많지않아 혼자묵기에 너무좋았어요 주변이 정말 편리 깨끗하고 식당편의점 너무많아서 좋았어요 객실에 테이블 의자 둘 화장대 협탁 옷장까지 있음 물 잘나오고 개별온도조절되고 히터도 추가로 있어서 추위타는 제게는 이점이 특히 좋았어요 옆방에는 손님이없는지, 새벽까지 웹툰보다 잤는데 소리 하나 안들렸어요 체크인만 하고 짐 맡기고 한참나갔다 왔는데 매니저님이 제 얼굴만보고도 묻지도않고 짐을 딱꺼내주시는 섬세함 매우 감사합니다

별 5개 - 깔끔했습니다. - 테이블과 의자도 2 세트씩 존재합니다. - 조식 있습니다. (저는 조식을 먹지는 않았습니다.) - 근처에 걸어서 5-10분 내외로 식당가 등이 있습니다. - TV 있습니다. - 수건 넉넉히 4개 있습니다. - 제주 용암수 500리터 2병 있습니다. - 콘센트가 침대 옆에 있는 테이블 의자 뒤에 있어서 사용하기에 적절한 위치에 존재합니다. - 데스크 직원 분들이 친절하십니다. - 샴푸, 바디워시, 스킨, 로션, 빗, 헤어드라이기 비치되어 있습니다. - 칫솔, 치약은 데스크에서 1,000 원 주고 사시면 됩니다. (저는 따로 챙겨온 것이 있어서 구매는 하지 않았습니다.) 아쉬웠던 점. (큰 문제가 되지 않아서 나중에 또 방문할 의사가 있습니다.) -문이 제대로 방음처리가 안되어서 다른 방의 의자 끄는 소리 등이 들리기는 했습니다. (방에서 지낼 때는 그다지 큰 문제가 되지는 않았습니다.) - 서류 작업을 하기에는 다소 약한 조명 (책이나 서류 작업 시에 그다지 큰 문제가 되지는 않았습니다.)

이름대로 작지만 깔끔하고 귀여운 느낌의 호텔이었다. 공항에서 가까고 시내의 편리함까지... 직원이 친절하고 서바스의 신속함도...

제원술집들이랑 가까워서 놀기좋고 근처 편의점도 있고 전체적으로 깨끗해요 나가면 매일 청소도 해주시고 사장님이나 직원데스크분들도 친절하구요~ 일주일 잘 쉬다 갑니다^-^

아직 작동시기가 아닌건지 난방은 안되서 조금 춥게 잤네요. 에어컨은 잘되고 뜨거운물 콸콸 잘 나와요. 칼같은 체크아웃시간 연락.

출창에 적합

여러모로 가격대비 만족스러운 호텔이였습니다. 위치가 다소 안쪽이라서 차로 들어가기 불편한 경우가 있긴하지만 그거 말고는 대부분 만족했고 주변에 편의점이나 식당 호프집도 많아서 가볍게 이동하기도 편했습니다.

Room I stayed was good and clean. One thing I was uncomfortable was to use a hair dryer and mirror, which are not close each other.

The Front desk staff is very nice and checked in fast. The room is clean and spacious. But the air conditioner is a bit noisy.

This hotel was amazing from the time we arrived until we checked out. The employees were extremely friendly to Americans and even assisted us with getting taxis throughout the day. We received a call for breakfast every morning which was already prepared for us individually. Overall great experience and if I’m ever in Jeju again this is definitely the hotel I will be residing in.

The location is good and many restaurants nearby. However, the room is smelly and water is leaking from the water pipe in the bathroom.

very convenient location. Near to the restaurant, Bao Zen street, downtown and convenient stores. The staffs are helpful even though have some language barriers, they tried their best to help us. Recommended stay!

Nice small hotel in the alley way, easy to spot. Smooth check-in. My room was facing the front of the hotel, it's pretty quiet, had a good sleep. The room is clean and made up nicely, great for traveling solo. Walking distance to almost everything.

front desk staff was friendly; wake up call given to update that breakfast was prepared and made hot again when we reach the lobby (normal western breakfast). lots of food place surrounding the hotel (on walking distance); parking area was given as well and when the place is full, the front desk assisted us on the alternative location to park and helped us moved the car when needed.

Located in Downtown area, clean and nice hotel. Many restaurants around. Staff google translating for English, doing their best. Good value.

5 mins walk from the shopping street. Convenient to many eateries. 2kms away from the airport and about 4km away from Olle market. Simple hotel and do not expect much. Free parking at the hotel. Excellent service from staff.

My friend and I stayed in Reve Boutique for 3 nights and we totally enjoyed it. The hotel's about 25mins drive from the airport and it's quite new and clean, with rather few guests. Overall, it was a great stay!

Good friendly but location bit far from town area and taxi not so easy to call in

Rented a car during our visit, the hotel provide free parking which is a bonus! Front counter staffs are friendly, able to converse with simple English. One of the male staff even help me to start my car and warm the temperature during one of early morning trip to Hallasan @ 6am! (I forgot to get his name). A few local restaurants with nice food are within vicinity, worth explore around. Thumbs up for this hotel!

Hotel is new only 3 years old. Location is 10 min walk to restaurants and shops. Room is spacious and clean but bathroom has no door so it's cold after shower. Room temp can only be controlled centrally so not convenient. Have to call front desk to lower temp as it is hot in room. Service is great. Manager Park helped us with luggage and he's very friendly and cheerful always with a smile. Overall great hotel and service and reasonable pricing. Will stay again.

Service average. Room generally clean and good size for two

Clean and comfortable. Hotel Staffs are standard Korean friendliness (not friendly but not rude). Hotel is located at downtown Jeju. This means all the necessities are available within walking distance and is nearer to airport (useful for those who has early departure flight). However, most tourists attractions are at east Jeju, west Jeju and south Jeju (Seogwipo). Driving takes almost an hour to each side of Jeju from downtown Jeju, per way. Better to stay at Seowipo, just my suggestion.

It is a good area for food within walking distance, bed is a little hard to my liking. Overall if you are just looking for a place to stay, it's great! 5 minutes taxi to the airport. Taxi fare was less than 5,000won.

Hotel staff was very accommodating and helpful. They stayed late past the 10 pm checkin time as our flight was delayed 2 hours. Even though it was late, hotel staff fixed our broken bathroom light switch right away. They kept our luggage for the day when our flight out got rescheduled. No shuttle to the airport but staff will call taxi for you. About 10 minutes from the airport. Room was simple but very clean. Beds were comfortable. Smoky smell in the room but cleared out when we turned on the A/C.

The hotel actually is located very close to the airport. But the 1st Jeju taxi driver was note very gentleman and impolite. I was traveling with my and have 2 big and 2 small luggage as we will travel Korea for half a month. The driver did not offer one single help but just standing by me and watching me loading and unloading all the luggage a by myself. (I'm a lady). And he overcharged my taxi fare to the hotel at 6400won. ( the meter shown 6100won but he just gave me 600won as changes) I have researched on all the previous guest of this hotel, the max for taxi fares should be 4500won only... Checkin was fast and the lady was nice to help my question on some bus issues later. She is the highlight of this hotel. The room was very small and not too comparable to a deluxe twin room or as shown on the web pic. But the newly renovated shower room was clean and nice. Just the shower door could never hold any water within your showed cube and will make water leaks every where. The night time gentleman at the front desk was very rude and unprofessional, I was calling and ask for 2 new towels politely but he interrogated me why I need 2 new ones. I explained My toilet has a flood and that's why we need 2 new towels as they are both dirty, he was so mad and not willing to offer us 2 new one. And the housekeeping took away one bathrobe from our room n didn't replace it back, I have to let him know Coz I don't want any misunderstanding n he was so mad again. Location is great

Staff was amazing and very helpful!

The hotel is not easy to find, though it is located nearby a popular tourist area. Every time I took the taxi, the driver must need to call the hotel for direction. One time the taxi driver even kicked me out of the taxi just because he did not know how to get there. Other than that, the hotel room is ok. The staff hardly speak any English. One of them was quite lazy. When I came down to the lobby at 8 am one day, he was still sleeping. I asked him to call a taxi for me. He told me to walk down the street and find a taxi myself. I pretended that I did not understand what he said. He finally called one for me. Having said that, I was still happy with other staff who had helped me.

My stay at the hotel was comfortable and pleasant! I had an early arrival and the staff assisted in keeping my bags at the hotel until it was check-in time. Reception service was excellent, and the staff were always helpful and assisted me with getting familiar with the maps and getting around on my first day. My friend decided to join me later, and they gave us a free room upgrade, which I thought was excellent! The room looked like it did in the pictures online, and the location was great!. Close to a shopping district, many bars and there were many good restaurant options nearby (all within walking distance). It was also just a few minutes drive from the airport, which is what attracted me to it in the first place. The only complaint was that there was no fridge in the room in the beginning, until my friend and I asked about it, and they provided one. I could be that we didn't see it, as it was in a somewhat unnoticeable location, but I highly doubt it, they probably forgot to put it in there, and did so after we asked about it. They also did forget to clean our room for 1 of the days, which I thought was odd, but not a deal breaker. Also that day we left during afternoon time, whereas other days, we left the room early morning time, which could have been a factor. I would definitely stay there again! and the room rates, were reasonably priced! I recommend this hotel for sure! :)

Pros - Location is decent, room is clean, area is safe and quiet, price isn't high Cons - Poor reception, room has weird smell I booked a room for three nights. However I had to leave and get back home after the first night because of an emergency and my girl was checking out after the second night. The reception refused to refund for the last night. Kinda disappointed and it's VERY hard to communicate since they speak very little english.

Newly renovated boutique hotel. Close to shopping areas and restaurants.But some receptionists are not polite. Price is cheap in comparison with hotels in the vicinity.

Lots of restaurants and shopping places within the neighbourhood. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Room is clean and cozy but didnt quite like the design of their toilet and bathroom as there aren't any doors.

The bed is hard and small for 2 persons. The bathroom dont have door. The location is quite good. Their service is great. they even help us to call taxi.

Overall our stay is comfortable and pleasant. The staff is friendly and helpful although English may be limited. The location of the hotel is close to many restaurants.

The hotel provides shuttle bus service to and from ICN airport. Get the person at the information counter to contact the hotel. Show the person the hotel phone number. The shuttle bus would pick up their guests at Exit 7 in the Departure hall. The staffs of the hotel are very friendly. The hotel provides toothbrush and bedroom slippers too. We took the subway from Inseo station (3mins away) to Gimpo airport for last minute shopping. One way ride takes about 40 mins.

1. very good location.just several minutes walk to the famous shopping street where you can find a lot of shops and restaurants, and only about 10 minutes to the airport by taxi. 2. the hotel is new and clean. although the room is quite small. thanks to the comfortable bed i had a very good sleep. 3. overall, i will recommend this hotel if you want to live inside new jeju city.

nothing special.

As this was a suddenly planned and first trip to Jeju, I figured staying near the airport would be ideal. Turns out most of the things I was interested in doing after reading brochures were on the southern part of the island, Seogwipo. Regardless, the hotel was nice and was near convenience stores, restaurants, and shops (after a 5 minute walk or so). Taxi ride from the airport to the hotel was very cheap, though the driver asked me for the hotel's phone number so he could get directions from them. After talking to the desk, he got us there easy and in no time. The hotel is very basic, nice facility.. The room itself was very clean and spacious, and the TV was big. Whenever we stepped out of the room, we came back to new towels, bathrobes, and a clean bed. Overall, satisfied.

The hotel is unexpectedly good! Excellent location and spacious room. Hotel is new and clean. Bathroom is also spacious. Receptonist is very kind and helpful. I will definitely stay in this hotel if I visit jeju next time. Very good value for money.

location was convenient. Hotel stuff's English was not very good but very helpful. The downside was that we couldn't control the air-conditioning from the room - we had to call the front desk every time we wanted it to be switched on or change the temperatures
