Good location, nice beach with benches, nice veranda in front of the apartment

the room was quite good, although not exactly the same as in the pictures. the bathtub was quite dirty around the edges, stubborn dirt that would come off if you scrubbed it properly manually. the shower curtain was really moldy, we asked for a new one and it was replaced, but the new one was also quite dirty. there was a cockroach in our bathroom every night, but I guess there's not much you can do about it. lots of mosquitoes, buy mosquito repellent!

Proximity to the beach and massages and a few restaurants. Fantastic breakfast, can order whatever you like.

I liked private beach.

Facilities and bathroom was old and not functional. Bed was too hard and doors were not sealed properly so we had lizards in our room.

Loved the location and so quiet at night. The cleaning staff were so happy and friendly.

Eine gepflegte Bungalowanlage mit Pool. Mit eigenen Sandstrand und Strandliegen mit Matratzen. Direkt am Strand befand sich ein Kiosk ,wo man Getränke Essen und Snacks bestellen konnte. Das Frühstück war ausreichend , es gab auch traditionelle Gerichte.Das Service Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Bungalows wurden jeden Tag gereiningt ,frische Handtücher und Wasser für Kaffee und Tee aufgefüllt.Das Reinigungspersonal war immer sehr freundlich und hilsbereit.kleine Probeme wurden sofort beseitigt. Die Anlage hatte leider kein eigenes Restaurant ,aber in der unmittelbaren Nähe reichlich möglichkeiten Essen zu gehen.

Der eigene Strand war schön aber das Wasser war nicht klar und es wurde sehr viel Plastik und Müll angeschwemmt .Die Liegen am Strand waren zu dicht aneinander gestellt .

L'emplacement est parfait, près de la ville et de la plage. Le personnel est sympathique. Il y a d'excellents restaurants aux alentours.

Sleep was hard. Party bar next door kept music loud. Dogs barking every night. Check in was so so. No explanation of towels, beach lounge chair cushions or water in the room. They tried to charge me for water when I checked out but there was no sign or explanation. It was decent, but I would not stay there again.

Нам понравилось все. Особенно отношение персонала. Очень внимательные, и всегда в хорошем настроении.

Det var mycket mygg och knott det gick inte att sitta ute på kvällen sen så tyckte jag att havet var grumligt så det var en besvikelse

Отличный отель, очень приятные девушки на рецепшине любой вопрос помогут решить, за что мы им очень благодарны. У жены был День рождееиявподарили красивый и вкусный торт. Все по близости кафешек на любой вкус. Море рядом через дорогу перейти и через отель метров 100 и море. Всем советуем тихое спокойное место. Убирают очень хорошо каждый день.

У нас нету ничего что на не понравилось.

The beach house was a stones throw from the beach, the sunbeds were free to use and it felt really calm and relaxing. Wasn’t expecting breakfast so that was a bonus, breakfast very nice lots of choice. The rooms were cleaned and serviced every day. Staff very helpful. Problem with the aircon which was sorted promptly. Area away from the Main Street which was very busy. Good value for your money

The beds were quite hard. And the room looked like it could do with a update a bit tired x

Gute Lage und schöner Strand.

Am Strand und im Wasser sehr viel Plastic Müll. Das Wasser nicht klar, man konnte seine Füße nicht mehr erkennen und wußte nicht wo man hintritt.

Location for our bungalow was directly on the beach.

Reception staff extremely grumpy and failed to respond to any issues. Restaurant, unless you can survive on pancakes avoid it. We traveled as a 4 person group. Our bungalow was adequate. But the other room was very poor. 2 mattresses and a mattress topper on the bed?! Half our group moved after 2 days. We all left 2 days early. Beach area was always unkempt. Bottles left under the beds for days on end. Note. I know this is a 2 star resort. We're well used to budget accommodation. But this place is very poor.

Uns hat der Aufenthalt hier sehr gut gefallen, wir haben sogar noch vier Tage verlängert. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Unser Bungalow am Strand war gut ausgestattet und besonders die Betten waren für uns sehr bequem. Die Ausstattung ist nicht neu aber grundsätzlich gut in Schuss. Das gilt besonders für das Badezimmer aber auch hier funktionierte alles gut. Die Lage ist toll, der tropische Garten natürlich und trotzdem gepflegt und man ist direkt am Strand. Nachts ist es ruhig man kann sehr gut schlafen. Es gab auch immer ausreichend Strandliegen.

Der Long beach ist bei Westwind leider ziemlich vermüllt und dann schwimmt auch ziemlich viel Unrat im Wasser. Dafür kann aber das Hotel nichts, sie versuchen ihren Teil des Strandes immer sehr sauber zu halten. Nach ein paar Tagen hatte der Wind gedreht und der Strand war dann auch wirklich sauber und das Wasser frei von Müll. Alles in allem war es ein preiswerter Aufenthalt für diese Lage direkt am Strand.

Exactly what we wanted - bungalow on a beach.

Sea was very polluted - not hotels fault I’m aware but sea was not appealing to swim in. Pool was lovely.

Ich hatte einen eigenen Bungalow und war wirklich sehr zufrieden. Das Zimmer war groß und schön eingerichtet. Ein eigener Kühlschrank war vorhanden, sowie kostenloses Wasser. Das Bett war sehr gemütlich und ich hatte auch eine eigene Terrasse. Das Zimmer wurde täglich gereinigt und die Hotelanlage ist sehr schön und gepflegt. Es gibt einen Pool und außerdem einen eigenen Strandabschnitt mit Liegen. Das Personal war durchweg sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch die Lage des Hotels ist super – in der Nähe von vielen Restaurants und ein kurzer Fußweg (5 Minuten) zur Hauptstraße. Jedoch sehr ruhig gelegen.

Läget vid havet. Gott om gratis solstolar . Underbar trädgård .

very good hotel, with a beautiful garden and access to the beach, quite a small swimming pool, the worst thing was the breakfast - very poor and lack of choice, but overall I recommend it and I am satisfied with the stay

Das Bungalow war sehr schön. Zudem wurde jeden Tag sauber gemacht mit frischen Handtüchern. Die Bungalows sind direkt mit dem Strand verknüpft. Es gibt kostenlose Liegen für die Hotel Gäste

Die zwei Frauen an der Rezeption waren sehr unfreundlich und konnten kaum Englisch sprechen, was die Kommunikation häufig schwierig machte.

Ce que je n’ai pas aimé, c’était annoncé avec une vue sur Jardin mais bof!!!! la vue était d’un côté sur une impasse et l’autre le Restaurant Par contre, j’ai laissé du linge qui m’a été abîmée première fois depuis que je voyage

Mindenhez közel, de mégis csendes helyen lévő szállás. A bungallók árnyas környezetben vannak, kényelmesek. A vízparton kellő mennyiségű, kényelmes napágy van.

Sajnos a tenger vize zöld, a sziget tisztasága rettentő hiányos. Ez nem a szálloda egyedi hibája, hanem szigeti probléma. Ezt 4 szálloda, szigettúrák és motoros kirándulások tapasztalata alapján írom.

Хорошее спокойное место. Понравилось все включая пляж и басейн. Особо хочу отметить про завтраки олчень большой выбор.

Obiekt położony w centrum turystycznym nad brzegiem morza , wszędzie blisko ale dość spokojnie.

Obsługa dolicza 4% do ceny ostatecznej. Pokój z widokiem na ogród okazał się pokojem z widokiem na śmietnik i ścianę innego budynku = brak widoku.

Lovely place with great location, beach access and close to main street. The houses are nice and comfy. Breakfast is very good. The resort area is very green and relaxing.

Bungalow cok temiz, kullanışlı, deniz manzaralı.Kahvaltı oldukca yeterliydi. Sahilde masaj cok iyiydi.Cok güzel vakit gecirdik.

Ortami begendigimiz icin uzattık, bu oda harikaydı, olumsuz hic birsey yoktu. Bu oda müsait olmadığı için baska odada kalmaya devam edecegiz. Umarim orda da güzel vakit geciririz

Banyoda minik sinekler coktu, nemden herhalde, odada zararsiz kertenkele arada kus gibi öttü,ı ama dogal ortamda cok normal, bize mekanın asıl sahibi oldugu mesajını veriyordu😜

Отличное месторасположение: рядом хорошие рестораны и магазинчики, пляж, собственные лежаки на пляжи, вкусно и не дорого готовили на пляже. Территория отеля очень облагорожена, приветливый персонал, все довольно чисто.

Номера и сантехника уже старовата, сосотояние работоспособное поддерживается, но желательно капитальный ремонт.

La posizione direttamente sulla spiaggia, la piscina e i lettini sempre disponibili, la colazione era decente anche con alcuni piatti espressi. La stanza era abbastanza grande cle con AC. Vi offrono teli da mare puliti. molto comodo. Spiaggia pulita con servizio massaggi e tutti i servizi necessari. La stanza veniva rifatta ogni giorno.

Il personale parla poco l'Inglese, appena arrivati hanno richiesto il pagamento senza farci vedere la stanza o la posizione (pensavamo di avere un bungalow e invece era una stanza in una struttura piu grande) e senza darci alcuna informazione ( a alla fine abbiamo pagato dell'acqua come voce minibar che pensavamo fosse offerta). Su booking le foto e la descrizione sono fatte di modo da dare l'idea che ci siano solo bungalow ma non è cosi prestate attenzione! Al nostro arrivo la stanza era poco pulita, con lenzuola usate e strappate, abbiamo richiesto subito di cambiarle. Arredi ed infissi vecchi ed appena sufficienti, c'erano diverse zanzare nella stanza e un geco. La doccia non aveva guarnizioni sulla porta e ad ogni doccia il bagno si allagava, asciugamani che non avevano mai visto l'ammorbidente, abbiamo risolto prendendo dei teli da mare che offrivano alla reception. La zona piscina non è mai stata pulita durante il nostro soggiorno (mentre spazzano molto bene le foglie dal cortile...strano) e in generale il fondo piscina presentava delle macchi tipo alghe.

The staff were lovely and close to the strip but also so quiet. The beach was fantastic and highly recommend having a massage whilst on the beach. Breakfast was a good start to the day. The banana pancakes were good. The mango and shrimp salad as previously recommend was awesome.

Aamiainen varsin hyvä. Huone ihan rannalla, merimaisemalla. Upea maisema ja huone hyvässä kunnossa. Henkilöstö erittäin ystävällistä. Rauhallinen ja rento ilmapiiri. Ihanan paljon kasvillisuustta. Edullista hierontaa tarjolla ihan vieressä. Ranta siisti. Huoneen ilmastointi toimi erinomaisesti. Kävelyetäisyydellä valtaisat määrät ravintoloita, baareja ja pikkukauppoja.

Olin kaikkeen varsin tyytyväinen. Suihkussa veden paine matala, vaan eipä paljon haitannut.

Fantastic location right in the heart of Phu Quoc.

The receptionist doesn’t speak English, so I had an issue at check-in with the driver they booked. I had to explain via Google Translate that he took my money when the transfer was free of charge . There was a lot of back and forth after a long flight to reach Phu Quoc. I just wanted to check in, shower, and sleep, not manage an issue.

Близость к морю меньше минуты. Мы жили сначала в бунгало, потом в номере. Массаж на берегу вообще огонь! И дешевле, чем в городе. На пляже есть как и душ, так и просто ноги сполоснуть после пляжа . От отеля бесплатно предоставляются полотенца для шезлонги и сами шезлонги .Очень приветливый персонал! Недорогой бар на пляже от отеля. Завтраки не самые разнообразные, но нам было все ок, блинчики тут вкусные!)) Спасибо дедушке администратору за помощь с продлением проживания и предоставления более лучшего номера, чем ожидалось изначально. Гостиница рядом с центральной улицей, по дороге к которой есть разные кафе и магазины. Возможно, для 2 звезд дороговато, но нас быстро покорила внутренняя обстановка и мы быстро перестали обращать внимание на какие-то мелочи. Гостиница тихая.

Fronte spiaggia bellissimo, con servizio lettini in spiaggia, bar e anche massaggi. Stanza grossa e abbastanza pulita. Vicino a molti bar e ristoranti.

Tornati dalla spiaggia abbiamo trovato un insetto in camera, probabilmente entrato da sotto la porta. Colazione si può migliorare.

First of all, this accommodation is in a gorgeous place, it has its private beach area with beach beds and umbrellas, massage services (150k VND for 30 mins back massage), a beautiful garden, a pool, the location is dreamlike. The breakfast included was not super varied but it was really tasty, I recommend to try their mango pancakes, it was so good! There is also a beach bar with reasonable prices, and the staff was really nice and friendly. Close to the resort there are plenty of restaurants to choose from, grocery stores, pharmacies, anything you could wish for. The bus station is not so far either (towards other attractions on the island). I genuinely wish we had more time here, it was great! The pool was clean and almost never used, because most of the people were on the beach. The beach itself was clean as well, no trash, you could swim in the sea without any issues. Not as clean as Khem beach, but clean regardless, if you're lucky you can even see tiny little crabs in the sand!

The reviews about the mosquitoes are true (and honestly, that's expected in a beach area), so make sure you have mosquito repellent with you. We also had a gecko in our room, which probably helped us with the mosquitoes, but be aware that geckos chirp really loud at night, so sometimes it was hard to sleep. The bed sheets weren't exactly spotlessly clean, they had some spots on them, that was not ideal. However, I genuinely think that based on the resort prices in Phu Quoc, this was a great value for the price we paid, and I think it definitely met our expectations.

The location was very nice, next to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The pool was big and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was tasty.
