Una gran vista, personal agradable.

Mucho ruido por los compresores de aire. No hay agua caliente. No había frazadas. En el baño habían unos cables eléctricos añadidos para la luz del botiquín, estaban muy expuestos y prácticamente sobre el lavamanos.

El baño incómodo la pared con el toilet y la puerta . Cambiaria la puerta de los clóset y una luz más potente en la pared .Pero aún así el q te ha balcón y una hermosa vista . Espectacular!!!

Sin luz con planta eléctrica, ruidosa.Las instalaciones necesitan un refresh.

Cuarto sin jabón. Muy viejo y super usado todo.

Localización y comodidad

El lugar es hermoso con una vista espectacular del mar. La habitación estaba limpia y cómoda. Cerca de otras facilidades como centros comerciales y restaurantes. También los desayunos y comidas del restaurante del hotel estaban ricos.

Ayudaría tener un pequeño refrigerador en la habitación en vez de tener que ir al recibidor del hotel a buscar hielo. También debería tener una pequeña caja de seguridad para guardar objetos de valor al salir de la habitación.

Me encantó la vista de mi cuarto y la comida exquisita.

Darle mantenimiento a la pintura, y que no tienen servicio a la habitación.

Hermosa Vista a la playa y al túnel de guajataca y se puede puede llegar hasta estos caminando. Aunque el agua del mar es brava y no se puede tirar uno a nadar allí . Solo para observar.Se pueden hacer actividades como bodas quinceañeros y otros eventos en un espacio abierto en grama muy hermoso que tienen. También tienen dos buenas piscinas.

Pero a la hora de dormir está terrible, pues está muy cerca de la carretera principal número dos . A todas horas camiones motocicletas y autos que no permiten dormir placenteramente, especialmente si eres susceptible a este tipo de ruidos. Además en el menú uno de los alimentos del aperitivo decía un precio y cuando nos tocó pagar era otro precio más caro.

The Guajataca hotel facilities are like a dream. The beach front location makes you feel like in paradise. The room was confortable and clean with a balcony facing the ocean. But there is always room to improve and I think that it would greatly help having a small fridge and a safety box on each room.

El area de las picinas las areas verdes con vista al mar .

Las puertas del closet se salian y no pudimos acomodar las cosas en el mismo y la bañera de hidromasajes nunca salio agua caliente y en el desayuno pedi si por favor me podrian dar una tostada y me dijeron que verificaban por que estaban cortos de tostadas y nunca me la dieron ni me avisaron lo demas todo perfecto el personal el trato exelente el lugar me encanto tanto que reserve nuevamente para llevar a nuestros niños .

Me gustó mucho el ambiente de paz que proporciona el mar.

Pueden mejorar aún en la limpieza de las habitaciones. Había algunas partículas de sucio en la habitación y en el balcón, las varandas estaban llenas de excremento de aves.

Services, lack of supply, poor air conditioning, not towels in the room, not glasses or drinkable water, no minibar or fridge to cool the ones that you have to buy before 8:00 pm because restaurant and bar closed at that time, pool is supposed to be open 24 hours but they turn off the lights when the pool bar closed at 8:00.

The view was stunning. The property itself is truly a gem. The staff was nice.

There’s no coffee in the rooms, nor is coffee available before breakfast opens at 7:30am, which is difficult for an early riser and there is no dairy free creamer. Also, they did not have pool towels my entire stay.

La ubicación, el sitio es hermoso, te brinda seguridad...es una conexión con el mar y el cielo q te saca de la rutina diaria y te eleva a otro nivel.

The rooms are very small, cramped and not kept. The towels and bedding are the cheapest you can find. It has too many broken things( loose toilet, loose door knobs, loose toilet seat, poor illumination). Stray animals in property.

Aunqu en terminos generales está bien, deben considerarse realizar ajustes para que haya un ambiente más agradable. Entiendo que no reciben mucha ayuda gubernamental para su preservación pero hay detalles de las habitaciones que deben mejorarse 1. Puerta closet fuera de sitio, handle rotos deberían sustituirse/ repararse. Ganchos de ropa deberían cambiarse para dar aspecto más agradable Disponer de más sábanas, frisas o colchas ya que hay que hacer uso de acondicionados de aires y al graduarse se tiene calor o se tiene frio por la falta de artículos que cubran a uno y hay que utilizar las toallas adicionales 2. Barandas que necesitan cambios y/o estabilizarse 3. Presión de agua en la ducha. En una de las noches el agua se mantuvo fría, no hubo agua caliente. Cómo indique, en términos generales está bien, tiene buena localización, habitaciones tamaño razonable, vista excelente, es un hotel familiar.

Uuuuufffff el desayuno fatal, pero fatal

Poca comunicación del personal, el wifi horribleeeeeeeeee, y en sus efectos ni sistema de cable para uno ver las noticias, la habitación de suite no tenía nada, fuimos de celebración de aniversario y lo coloque como comentarios, ni la cama le pusieron unos muñecos con las toallas, no había servicio de nevera(ósea comestibles que uno pagará) el desayuno no era bufet y aunque no fuera como oferta era horrible , una sola crema a escoger, no, horrible. La tv había que golpear el control una empleada le puso baterías pero nada, no una desecion!!!

De locatie was heel mooi, je liep zo het stand op. Het personeel wat ontzettend vriendelijk en de bedden lagen lekker.

De kamers waren gedateerd, daarnaast kon je de buren horen door de deur tussen de kamers. Verder was de kamer niet schoon en de wc bleef doorlopen. Het hotel kan wat liefde gebruiken, voor de prijs dat het kost.

Tired, ageing rooms. Only one small space for suitcases. Meal at restaurant was re-heated and dry ( paella for 2). Restaurant service very slow except for food which was very fast (and not good).

Location, pool, ocean view was beautiful, comfortable bed. Private balcony. It's an older hotel. With that in mind, I expected some cosmetic issues but I found it limited.

Ramps were too steep. Making them hard on our handicaped legs. Toilet seat was loose, not safe, getting pinched is painful. (I LET THE HOTEL KNOW)

Cuarto , limpieza en las habitaciones como los alrededores . Facilidades dentro del cuarto como nevera mesa con silla para algún propósito de trabajo. Los baños sin equipos como jaboneras para poner pasta cepillos y jabones y shampoo en la bañera. Tanque del inodoro suelto se movía al sentarse con peligro de romperse. No habia colchas para arroparse....y muchos extras más.

Me encantó todo, la vista espectacular y el area de la picina ni se diga.

Realmente no tengo quejas ninguna.

DO NOT STAY HERE!! The only thing nice about this hotel is the pool. If I could give this hotel a minus zero I would hang. Let’s start with the fact that everything is outdate to the dead bird and big old bugs in front of my room door. It’s a broken down motel at best. The bathrooms are dirty with rusted calcium filled hardware in the bathroom. I showered with my flip flops in cause I’m skeeved out. There are zero amenities. You’re lucky to get a small crappy bat of soap. No fridge, no iron, no hair dryer….there is nothing. The closet door is broken and the windows cousin looks like it belongs in a horror movie. The entire room looks like a rachet motel. The walls are think. The pillows are flat and the beige gross blankets have seem better days. I’m beyond upset to have paid so much for a two night stay. They have one restaurant that closed at 8. That’s it. This is a no frills place literally charging money for a gross out date and scary room. The bugs alone make you cringe. I’m only here because my friend decided to have a wedding get. I don’t think I will be able to sleep tonight. Save your self from this nightmare! Don’t do it!! Look at the picture there are bugs on the mattress.

En la habitacion al jacuzzi no le servian algunas funciones y salia agua por debajo. Algunos rincones de la habitacion no estaban muy limpios.

Rooms without fridge, a lot of mold, broken toilet, cats asking for food and being aggresive with visitors, dirty pool. Overpriced for what they offer. They put on hold $100 which didn’t tell me in advance. However, treatment was great and a peaceful location

There were a number of issues. Room is not clean had to wipe mirrors in bathroom. No toiletries ,lots of small bugs in room, tv was not working. Restaurant closed at 8 pm instead of 10 pm as advertised on booking.com and as we got there few minutes before 8pm food was not edible. Asked to be changed to other room and they were unable to accommodate us. Did not stay the night and was giving name of general manager and number and left numerous messages with no response. The only good thing about hotel was the location.

The overall condition of the hotel needs a major upgrade. This hotel does not meet the standard of ANY hotel chain. This is such a lost opportunity for this hotel to become well above average. Its location is incomparable.

Hotel Guajataca has the best view in the whole island! Their view is spectacular! The room was very comfortable. There are 2 pools and free breakfast with your stay.

The bed was not comfortable. Our shower head was leaking all night. Most of the staff were exceptional. There were a few management staff that were rude. Would have liked a fridge in the room.

Short and sweet. This place has a 5 star view with a 2-star hotel. Pretty rundown. Cleanliness just okay. If you are okay with okay lodging with an absolute stunning view, this is your place. Go over to the tunnel for coffee or chai latte. Hotel breakfast is Super 8 quality.

Tube algo de problemas con una de las puestas de Closet( fuera de carril) y el balcon estaba algo sucio por las aves.

The location is great and the facilities are adequate.

A jacuzzi was present as offered but it didn’t work. The hot water wasn’t working, the whole room’s floor was so humid we had to use towels to avoid tripping. The jacuzzi ended up leaking and things on our suitcase were wet by the time we discovered the leak.

Stayed here a few days while vacationing in Puerto Rico. So I will start with the good. The location of the hotel is great, central to many of the places that we wanted to visit. The staff were friendly, professional, and courteous. Check in and check out was extremely quick and easy. The breakfast served was delicious and the area was always kept clean and tidy. There was ample parking and they have two pools available as the beach is very treacherous. The only real complaint are the rooms. The rooms are extremely outdated and are in need of repair and upgrade. Our closet door would not open all the way, there’s chipped paint on the walls and cracks and the bathroom fixtures were very old. With that being said we didn’t mind so much as we stayed in the room just to sleep. But if you decide to stay here, do not come with high expectations when it comes to the rooms. What’s carrying this place is the service and because of that I would return.

Our stay at Hotel Guajataca was great! The spectacular view of the Atlantic Ocean was enriching and comforting. The pool area is beautiful. Food was tasty with a variety of local and international choices. Every employee is commited to offer service with professionalism and enthusiasm. This is a long standing facility that serves locals and tourists seeking a relaxing place and surrounding attractions. We visited Playa de Jobos, Tunel de Guajataca and Museo del Tren. Plenty of different and great experiences. Hotel Guajataca is an excellent choice for couple and families.

Es un lugar hermoso donde puedes desconectarte del diario y disfrutar del paisaje q te rodea. Su personal es muy amable y atento.

La vista es espectacular,nos encanto el trato la comida, el servicio ,la limpieza en fin todo.

En el area del gazebo que queda al lado de la piscina infiniti justo detras de la barra,hay mucho escombros y cosas viejas deben sacarlas y hacer una cobacha donde lo puedan guardar por que se ve muy mal da la impresión de abandono.
