Canalta Hotel Tisdale

I love Canalta Hotels. You are pretty much guaranteed a great place to stay no matter which one you are at. The room was great, the options at breakfast to grab and go are pretty good. It's always a good place to stay.

Front desk staff was exceptional - friendly, skilled (found my points number after some sluething) and a credit to the location. Last name is Prevost...

well...the price for a one night stay is steep, to say the least.

Fantastic breakfast. Staff friendly

Unfortunately the whirlpool not in operation.

Everything was perfect! Clean, comfortable and modern.

Check in was great. Breakfast was yummy.

I would have liked a couple of dairy free options. Margarine and a soy or oat milk for cereal and coffee. Also towels on the rack in the hot tub area would be nice. I do understand you were short staffed on this weekend so that maybe a place that could be overlooked.

Nothing. The ac wasn't working , the tub has rug on the outside.

The cost of a shitty room.

The location and cleanliness

A little higher priced than I was looking for, but with limited options thats hard to find. It was well worth it over all.

Location and service

A little fresh fruit,,,phone not working

Staff very accommodating.

The breakfast was very good and the young man working in the kitchen was amazing!!! He was courteous and did everything in his power to make everyone happy from getting clean plates out, providing hot eggs and hash browns, to topping up the milk and creamer. There were a lot of guests there for breakfast and he stayed calm and respectful. I appreciated the text option for my needs and concerns. The room we were in was very spacious.

One of our pillows were stained and the comforter had a rip in it. We let the front desk know when we were checking out. She apologized but that didn’t really fix the issue. I think offering some sort of compensation would have been appreciated.

Staff was friendly, the property was clean, the gym had everything you’d need, and they had a great breakfast every morning. No complaints at all!

I enjoy breakfast. The food is delicious

Nothing to say about. Everything was good

Laundry facilities, breakfast hours, spaciousness

Price

To be frank , your price point for the hotel is extremely high .

Staff were friendly, helpful, and generally wonderful! Property was clean and well kept. Room was excellent.

Breakfast could have been better

Location, clean, modern

Television

Staff was kind and helpful, clean rooms and common areas, great breakfast, and little extras like board games to borrow!

Clean and room was comfortable. Bed and pillows were clean and very comfortable. On main drag to our destination. Breakfast was really good and hot not just continental. Staff were friendly and got us in early

The price seemed high for a smaller community hotel.

We had a good experience

Not a lot of options for places to stay in Tisdale. This is the best option. Beware the beds are awful and you roll to the middle. Hotel is not very clean and is very dated/worn.

It was very clean and had an excellent breakfast.

The desk staff were very professional and courteous. The room was clean and well appointed, the beds were comfortable and the air conditioner was functional.

Garbage left in the bathroom that was NOT from us!

Always love my stays at the Canalta! The breakfast bar is my favourite part

Comfy beds, spacious room and amazing breakfast.

Loved it. Always love the Cantas. Clean, fresh, friendly staff and renovated.

It was quiet, well lit and lots of parking

Everyone and everything was great with our stay. Breakfasts were delicious! Staff were amazing! Thank you Tisdale Canalta

Clean room. We booked 2 nights both on separate bookings they moved us to different room for second night. That room was not as nice as first room. Breakfast was very good. Would stay again.

Staff very friendly, rooms very clean and comfortable, continental breakfast could use Gluten free options, fresh fruit

Comfy beds, clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff

All good for what I needed

Great hotel!

the place is getting tired needs a bit oor a face lift. for the price i expect a bit more

Always an easy stay, the rooms are spotless, the breakfast is delicious and the staff work hard to solve any issue.

Good stay. Staff were very accommodating. Breakfast was excellent.

Rooms were a decent size. Not very clean when we checked in bathtub wasn't very clean. When rooms were made up they just restocked towels and took out garbages, didn't vaccum or tidy up at all.

Only problem was the dog that wouldn’t stop barking Place, staff, breakfast was great

excellent choices and well presented

the server ran out of scrambled eggs early at 0830 and reported that she was not going to be making any more... eat the bolied eggs.

Accommodating

Quiet and clean

The best place to stay in town.

Good place to stay

Very clean, love the giant hot tub, included breakfast was awesome!

Great stay. Clean rooms. Quiet.

The room was ok the ,the service was ok , the breakfast the lady was overwhelmed and could not keep up she did her very best but just had to many things to do and to many stupid guests to look after.

We booked two one night stays. Because we booked through Expedia we could not check in for 2 nights. For second night we had to check in again. When we checked in again the hotel said we could not stay in same room as they were full of king bed room reservation an said Expedia had booked us a queen. I showed them my Expedia reservation and the said Expedia had booked us a queen. They gave us a king handy cap room. Very big bathroom and smaller bed area It was not made up and was on ground floor. In general nice place would stay again. Good full breakfast in bright clean area. Place very sound proof between rooms

Fair priced. The suites were spacious and nice.

Need thinner pillows. Those huge ones take some getting used to

Very good breakfast

nice

Ideal for our family

Front desk staff were very accommodating

Room was great. Bed was ok. Pillows were horrible.
