The property is very clean. The staff was excellent and the breakfast was awesome.

Management went above and beyond with our special request for children's activities, to ensure there were activities (puzzles, colouring, games...) ready and waiting for our kids when we arrived! The items provided were perfectly suited to the ages of our children and so appreciated! All the staff we encountered were cheerful and pleasant!

It would have been nice to have an indoor pool in the hotel!

The bed was very comfy and room very clean.

Bathroom was a tad tight. Would be nice if the soap and shampoo dispensers were on the other side of the shower rather than right under the shower head.

Good breakfast and all staff we came in contact with were helpful and excellent at their jobs

Breakfast was delicious and the presentation was lovely and impeccably clean. Was extremely pleased to see so many items available. The extra dark roast coffee was delicious and so very flavourful. The young lady who sets up breakfast in the morning was a pleasure to speak with and very personable. Thank you for your service!

What's not to like? From the front end staff who great you upon arrival, to the comfortable beds and beautiful rooms this is a very lovely hotel. It is exceptionally clean! If you're looking for an overnight accommodation in Assiniboia, this is definitely it!

The proximity to the train tracks was an issue when prior to 6:00am, cars were being moved. The breakfast was quite disappointing. Previous visits were much better. Offerings were very sugary with limited protein options. Even the fruit offered was swimming in a sugary liquid.

My complaint is with Bookings.com, when I arrived at the property they did not have a record of my booking and the hotel was totally booked up so I ended up scrambling to find a place to stay. I called bookings.com and the person said there was a disruption to me booking and hung up. This was terrible service. I have upcoming bookings with bookings.com and I am considering cancelling them as your service was horendous.

The wifi was terrible - would never hold a conference there that relied on internet access as you can’t even access emails Coffee maker didn’t work in the room, called front desk to ask about getting a different one , they said sure but never showed up. Waited several hours then took the broken one to the desk and was told they would get a new one up to the room right away but this did not happen. Waited several more hours & again went the the front desk to inquire about it and staff had the “deer in the headlights” response I stayed at the desk til they found a coffee maker that I took to the room myself. Shameful customer service

The staff was very friendly, amenities are all within a short walking distance. Great for a night stay!

This hotel is one of the best hotels we have stayed. From the time we arrived until we left, it was great. This is a clean well maintained hotel. Staff are fantastic. The breakfast was exceptional. If all Canalta hotels are like this one, we will be staying at them when we travel.

Well kept motel but we were disappointed by the lack of scrambled eggs at breakfast and the explanation offered that they hadn’t received their order.

This place is new and was great. There are few options in the area and this was by far the nicest.

Very good breakfast station . Was asked if I wanted maid service after second day. They never showed up to make beds and replace towels or restock in room coffee supplies. Why bother asking if you’re not going to do it anyway.

The hotel is new. The room was clean and comfortable. Has a nice heating/air conditioning unit that allows for good temperature control. The breakfast area was spacious and clean. There were lots of breakfast options available. The staff at the breakfast area were friendly and helpful. Front desk staff were knowledgeable and friendly.

The property was in excellent condition and well staffed with friendly people. The room was well apointed with a Keurig, small fridge and microwave. The king bed was very comfortable and the hot breakfast was equal to any I've had. I must comment on one unique experience. I had not been in my room for 5 minutes when the front desk called to see if everything was to.my liking!! If all the Canalta hotels are to this standard I would not hesitate to use any of them.

In town for a celebration of life, most of your guests were related to me. Lovely was fantastic in housekeeping., front desk was helpful.

Staff was very friendly, front desk, breakfast staff and cleaning staff were all very courteous and helpful promptly. Liked the ledges in the shower for soaps and shampoos. Front desk very helpful when we had pedal bikes to store during our trip! Very clean through the property. Full Breakfast was great scrambled eggs, ham, bacon, waffles and omelettes. Well done!
