The quality and variety of the breakfast

I liked the breakfast and the pool

I reserved the King suite with fireplace room. Online it looked very different and had more of a separate room with a couch and fireplace. However the room we received did not have a fireplace or any separation between the bedroom and living room space. Had I know this I would have just reserved two queen beds. I purposefully wanted some separation as we were travelling with two young kids.

A little Pricy

Breakfast was okay. Request oat mile and fresh fruit please. Bathtub and shower were really nice. Bed was comfortable. The parking lot appeared much safer than the two other hotels downtown for our vehicle.

very disappointed that the hotel could not match the price on booking.com. We had to book through the booking.com website while sitting in the lobby. It was awkward socially to not interact directly with the hotel. The hotel seemed nearly empty in the halls, pool and parking lot for the evening and morning. Yet we had to book the most expensive room as they were sold out. The hotel is out on the edge of town with no restaurants in walking distance.

Clean room and a well-maintained pool area. After I asked to change my room, Jane was incredibly helpful. She seemed to be the only person in the whole hotel with a smile on her face! And the room was so clean and comfortable.

Worst check-in experience I’ve ever had. The receptionist was the rudest I’ve ever encountered. They also gave me a room that smelled strongly of smoke, and the bed was extremely squeaky. The breakfast was very poor considering the price—they didn’t even have any fresh fruit, just mushy eggs and potatoes…

Clean easy to get to

Last minute booking, turned out to be one of the nicest surprises. Room was spacious and well appointed, staff was very friendly and accommodating. Pool and hot tub seemed popular and the gym was better than most hotels I've stayed at. Plenty of room to park my truck and trailer in a well lit location and outside access to our room on the ground floor was so convenient. Fantastic value at this hotel.

Nitpicking here, but would've liked to see some fresh fruit with the breakfast. Otherwise, had everything a growing boy could desire!

The breakfast was amazing. The check in staff - Joseph was kind and polite. Pool was great! Hot tub was perfect. Room had everything you’d need including make up wipes!

Neither beds in our room had mattress protectors. That made me uncomfortable. Tv was terribly small, poor picture and colour for this day and age.

Rating would of been higher. But when your entire floor smells of skunk weed. It's an unwelcome odor. Rating would of been higher if the man running the desk cared at all but didn't. Stay though overall was fine.

Friendly staff, clean room, and breakfast was great!

Booking.com we booked and paid for the deluxe king room with fireplace. We were very disappointed on arrival that we did not get the room we paid for. This was falsely advertised by booking.com. Had we known this I would have paid for a standard room.

The outdoor covered entrance was exceptionally icy and it did not look like the ENTIRE area had any ice melt products applied.

The beds were comfy and clean! No bugs! The room was the perfect temperature as well!

The bathroom wasnt super clean. Im unsure when the last time someone had stayed in the room i had gotten but there was dust on the table, hardly noticed until lighting hit it. Also there was an unknown substance on the bathroom wall by the sink and the tiles in the bathrooms could use more elbow work. (I used to clean hotels so I noticed everything). The pool is a bit cold as well.

Beds were not good. Cable did not work.

Always coffee and tea available. Great hot and cold breakfast. Staff friendly and helpful. Room clean and comfortable 😊

The pool and water slide were fun for the kids, and the room was clean and a good size. Our only complaint is that the beds could use an update maybe; they were a bit squeaky and lumpy.

We stayed there for 2 nights and really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is very clean, the breakfast was very delicious (fresh waffles are just amazing), pool with waterslide was very enjoyable even for adults.
