Reviewed Sep 17, 2026Direkt neben der Stierkampf -Arena und einmal um die Ecke ein Parkhaus. Parkhaus ist super dokumentiert und leicht zu finden, die Dame am Empfang super nett und hilfsbereit. Das beste Hotel auf unserer Reise. Zimmer ohne Außenfenster heißt: es gibt ein Fenster zum öffnen aber ohne Ausblick - nur ein Lichtschacht. Kann ganz ohne Sorge gebucht werden.
... Da gibt es nicht zu meckern...

もちろんエレバータはあるのだが、部屋に到着するまでに階段がたくさんあり、重いスーツケースを運ぶのに苦労した。 シングルルームには小さな窓しかなく、閉塞感があった。

If accessibility is a concern - this hotel has a LOT of steps to navigate. Not an issue for me but for others could be a concern.

I was on the first floor which has stairs going down to the lobby and there was some kind of a “party”going on in the lobby until midnight. Could here many people talking very loudly. Because the location is so central right in the restaurant/bar area, you could hear all the people partying outside until very late…

Straat om te eten met keuze uit verschillende bars om de hoek. Het hotel zelf heeft een fantastisch restaurant met een top kok. Michelinster. De sfeer is vriendelijk en service gericht. Hotelkamer is niet groot maar schoon en confortable.

Habitación individual, que no quiere decir 2 x 3m, con un aire acondicionado que aun apagado, se escuche una vibración ruidosa toda la noche. Un colchón de faquir deformado, para no descansar nada. Un baño de los años 70, con media bañera y cortina de tela para el agua. En resumen necesita un lavado de cara urgente. No hablo de lujos, simplemente modernizar la habitación y ponerla al dia, para que el viajero pueda descansar y sentirse como en casa. Gracias.

Reservas habitación con Balcón y vistas, por un precio superior y la habitación ni balcón ni vistas.. Balcón precintado por obras y con un plástico sellando lo. Parece una habitación hermetica anti infecciones un ventanuco en el baño a un patio qué huele bastante mal.... Y la solución de la recepción es NINGUNA.... Por lo menos podían avisar al reservar no una vez realizado el check inn. Y pagado. Sin posibilidad de cancelar o cambio... Muy mala gestión. Una pena.....

- Eigenaardige geur in de kamer alsof er problemen zijn met de afvoer. - Rustige kamer werd gevraagd en er zou pas om 10.00 u lawaai zijn van de werken. Echter om 8.00 u waren er boven onze kamer heel veel contact-geluiden. Er zat dan niets anders op om te gaan ontbijten. - 12 euro voor een grote fles water in de kamer!

Reviewed Aug 16, 2026Une chambre "toute neuve " j'étais seul et enfin un hôtel qui le prévoit ! Lit une personne extrêmement confortable salle de bain haut de gamme, bref la chambre individuelle de rêve
Difficile d'accès en voiture à cause des travaux en ce moment heureusement on m'a très bien expliqué au téléphone. Le parking est loin il faut porter ses bagages au milieu de la foule et dans les escaliers

I booked a single room, this room actually shouldn’t be used as a hotel room. It was tiny, however that wasn’t the issue. It had a window, which turned out to be a window to an internal space, so there was no natural light. The air conditioning couldn’t be controlled in the room, so I had to phone reception if I wanted it turned off and on. There was a fridge in the room with a glass door that emitted a bright light, so it was impossible to sleep. The kettle was full of limescale and left little bits of limescale in the drink when I tried to make a cup of tea. There is no sound proofing at all. I’m sure there are many nice rooms to rent at this hotel, but do not book the single room, it was truly the worst hotel room I’ve ever stayed in.

Reviewed Aug 13, 2026Great location - right in the middle of town. Loved the Juliet balconies. Air-conditioned too - which is helpful with 35° outside! Comfortable, clean and with helpful staff. Secure car parking was also available close by.

Reviewed Aug 9, 2026Reserve una habitación a priori sin desayuno pero cuando llegue me dijeron que sí que estaba incluido. Por eso desayuné alli. No tenía intenciones de desayunar en el hotel y cuando fui a pagar me dicen que se confundieron de habitacion y que tenía que pagarlo. Me pareció feo. Pagué los 14 eur que no hubiera pagado si no hubiera habido esa confusión por parte del personal. Por lo demás todo bien: habitaciones limpias y ubicacion perfecta.

Reviewed Aug 9, 2026Starting about 3am a loud rattling noise would happen. It was coming from the ceiling in the bathroom. I took a few recordings of it. I told the staff and showed them the videos. I needed a good nights rest as the next day I was walking the Camino de Santiago. Well that obviously didn’t happen. They offered free breakfast as compensation.
