Everything was fine. Right next door is a shopping mall with stores, a drugstore, and many restaurants—very convenient.

我只是觉得满意的地方是可以把车停在酒店前面的停车场。

不满意是没有服务生帮忙把行李搬到房间，没有大堂经理在酒店欢迎客人，我这次不同城市住过好几个酒店是唯一的酒店没有人在大堂欢迎客人。房间的温度很热，工作人员只是来把窗户打开并没有解决问题，我们所付的房费根本不值。

Location is excellent and staff are quick in providing service. Guest Service Manager Alice is always helpful at each of my regular visits to Jiangmen. Rooms are clean.

De kamer was top. Heel ruim. Lekker ligbad goede regen douche ruime kamer en suite. Mooi uitzicht. Lekker bed ruime woonkamer. Erg modern en luxe hotel waar het personeel spreekt ook Engels spreekt.

Het ontbijt was goed! Het enige minpuntje wat ik kan bedenken als ik aanvullende kritiek moet geven voor verbetering is dat de yoghurt overdatum was. (Kan gebeuren) de croissants waren beetje hard. Voor de rest was het ontbijt vers en lekker bereid. De eieren werden vers gebakken. En het eten was voor de rest prima en gevarieerd. Ik miste als Hollander alleen de kaas.

Breakfast .. would like more quality western breakfast options . It was still the best breakfast of the hotels I have stayed in Jiangmen . Would be nice if Sauna and steam were kept warm rather than needing to wait for 15-20 minutes . This area though is 1st class . Coffee in lobby lounge should be better .

Nice hotel - I have stayed there many times. My biggest complaint is about the internet connectivity. First of all, it is slow - very s-l-o-w. China has always tried to block public and commercial VPNs, but this time they started blocking my company VPN.

It’s a great town hotel, beautiful and wide rooms, well equipped. Breakfast is good with lot of variety. Staff professional.

I used the airport pick up service from the hotel but it is a way too expensive, luxury car, yes, but it doesn’t matter, it’s out of reasonable cost.

We were very impressed with the hotel. Interior fittings and decoration were very updated and classy. Room had lots of space. Staff were very professional and polite. Location was good (although we didn't have the time to roam around much). Breakfast spread were good, but lacking alittle on the taste.

もう20年ぶりくらいの江門訪問、友人がこのホテルをオススメしてくれました。さすが、万達グループなのでホテルはとても豪華でお部屋も広く綺麗でした。スタッフも親切です。広東は何もかもスケールが大きいですね。久しぶりの滞在を楽しめました。

Has great facilities , lovely diverse breakfast offering , great location near modern shopping centre and a diverse range of affordable and delicious restaurants . This visit found a superb massage place who treated my bursitis better than anyone previously had . Made me pain free in two very economical visits . Very happy

GSM Jack Huang was very helpful and I’m truly appreciated. Morning shift Concierge (Simon?)and afternoon shift ladies were excellent and given us the good suggestion. I’m definitely to come back in the future.

冷氣完全唔掂，無論我教到幾多度，間房依然都係25度，好熱。有問到職員，職員話中央冷氣，我教到12度都無用。所以夜晚瞓得勁差，不停熱醒。而家咁熱天氣，點解唔可以俾到客人舒服休息溫度。

I wished they had better knowledge about gluten sensitivity issue. In the executive lounge, they labeled some food items being gluten-free although the soy sauce they used included wheat as one of the ingredients. But, they were very eager to accommodate and made changes to their breakfast offering immediately to help with gluten free dietary needs.

In April, I came to Jiangmen Fuli Wanda Realm Hotel for a business trip. The room was spacious, the bed was soft and comfortable, the breakfast in the hotel restaurant was rich, the gym and swimming pool were excellent, the front desk Apple and eve were very warm and attentive, and Emily was very helpful.

Very good, the concierge will greet warmly, the room is very soundproof. Very, very pleasant stay experience, niko service attitude is good, active greetings, the floor housekeeper will pay attention to the habits of the guests to clean and tidy up the room. The buffet breakfast is rich in variety, the front desk eva is careful and thoughtful, seeing the management personally working in the front line during the busy time, the service spirit and management power are fully reflected. The concierge luke service is very good. Next time, I will choose Wanda Realm Jiangmen Hotel again!

The Wanda is a great hotel and easily matches western standards. Most reception and service staff speak English, making it very easy to stay there. Rooms are spacious and well furnished. Breakfast offers a good mix of Chinese and western options. I have stayed here multiple times over several years.

There is very little not to like. The wifi could be a bit faster.

The staff at the front desk, restaurant and business center were consistently very friendly, had a great attitude, and provided excellent service. The rooms are beautifully designed, top-notch, extremely comfortable and clean. The location is convenient, with an extensive mall nearby.

On one occasion, staff gave me incorrect information that the business center opened at 3pm, when it actually was open from the morning. Between my lack of Chinese and staff's lack of English, communication could occasionally be a problem, but our mutual use of translation apps definitely helped, and staff obviously had a customer service orientation, trying hard to understand and accommodate.

I have stayed in this hotel for the third time. The hotel is surrounded by greenery, shopping mall and restaurants.

This is my second stay of 2 weeks here, first time no air conditioning and again same problem this time. The level of service is quite low with the standard we can expect from this kind of hotel. They also not recommend loyalty program with membership card and reject any stay done before having created it for getting additional service. The approach of customer is really low level in comparison with similar hotel in other town around like shenzhen Not recommended at all !

When went into the restaurant for breakfast you need to go find your own table, however, the tables were fully taken up. The feeling of going to a fast food restaurant that you need to stand behind people for the available table. Coffee machines were outdated led to long queue for coffee. Food were taken up very quickly and no quick refills . Cups and cutleries were running out.

Very clean and nice hotel

The breakfast was mainly for chinese. Very few western food, the staff doesn’t speak english, doesn’t bring cutlery until you ask. The coffee is also so so.

We are just now staying at Wanda Realm hotel! It is a very nice hotel with nice good rooms and fantastic atmosphere! Breakfast is good! Today when we came back our cards for the rooms did not work in the elevators so we went to the reception! There were 5 young persons below 25years old working there and no one understood English! So it became a complete mess! After 10minutes someone who understood English finally came abd helped us! Difficult to understand that an International hotel have employees in reception who dont understand any English! Dont they learn English in school?

Eason and Lisa provided the best service in breakfast area. Nice food，lots of choice and Rooms are tidy. Very good sercice. They provide a high standard and quality of work, allowing us to enjoy. They have an amazing attitude towards all customers and are pleased to help when needed. The food also exceeds many of my standards. We are very pleased to have been able to stay at Wanda Realm.

Location suits to visit my suppliers, and it was quite modern/western. Room was clean. Did not make use of the other facilities, short stay.
