السعر مبالغ فيه حجزت شاليه بغرفة نوم واحدة مع العيال وكان عددنا 5 اشخاص واخذوا زيادة على الشخص الخامس 230 ريال باعتبار انه شخص زائد وغير مسموح باستقبال الزوار وكل شخص يجينا ندفع عليه 230 وكل الفعاليات بأسعار غالية ركوب الخيل ب45 للفة واحدة فقط في مكان صغير ! وتأجير عربات القولف بأسعار فلكية الساعة ب144 وتأمين 500 واليوم كامل ب1500 وتأجير الدرجات الهوائية أيضا بأسعار مبالغ فيها كذلك المكان فيه حفلات غنائية والصوت عالي جدا يصل الى أماكن جلوسنا على الشاطئ والشاطئ كان فيه أسماك ميته

المطاعم والكوفيات قليله جداً ولم يتغير ويتطور من أخر زيارة لي في عام 2020 وفي الليل وقت النوم تفاجأت ان المكيفات تنقط ماء الوسادة و السرير والصيانة تعمل اثناء اقامتي !

خدمة التنظيف غير جيدة، تم التواصل اكثر من مرة مع الاستقبال لتنظيف الغرفة لكن مع الأسف لم يتم توفير خدمة التنظيف لمدة ثلاثة أيام مع أن الاستقبال اخبرنا ان الموظف سيأتي فوراً. شاطئ النسائي الخاص: كانت الحمامات جداً متسخة ( كان هناك وزغ في المغاسل) ولم يتم توفير أدنى المتطلبات فيها مثل مناديل الحمام، الموسيقى جدا مزعجة و عالية، لم يتم احترام آداب الذوق العام ولا بالزي المناسب للسباحة، المسبح لم يكن نظيف وكان مليان شعر، الشاطئ والبحر كان ممتلئ بالقاذورات والنفايات.

البعد من المناطق الحيوية والاستقبال كان بطيء جداً الفعاليات في المنتجع شبه معدومه وقت الخروج كان مبكراً جدا ساعة 11 ولا فيه اي تعاون الخصوصيه في الفلل معدومه ولا تناسب لمجتمعنا المحلات تقفل بدري من ساعة 11 مساء والمبلغ مرتفع مره ولا راح اكرر الزيارة له

As we stayed during the week days, some of the things were not open.

Reviewed Mar 24, 2026It is really catering for all, the apartment was well sized, air conditioned, clean, generally good equipped. Amenities and activities were awesome. The buffet restaurant food is good an a great spread. Security, reception and gate staff is really friendly and willing to support.
The Bay diner menu os way to big making it very difficult to choose meals. The service in the restaurant is not that great. Food was not delivered at the same time (15 minutes apart) and my lamb shank was delivered still frozen in the center.

غير مهيأ لذوي الإعاقه البحر عنده درج الحمام غير مهيأ المروش ضيق لا يدخل الكرسي المتحرك والكرسي الإفرنجي نازل مره لم يوضح أنا هناك خصم خاص بذوي الإعاقة

I went there on new year night, december 31st with family. And it was like pin drop silence there in the facility. Zero entertaintment.
