Lemonade Phuket

Hotel and accommodation were fine but average. Limited amenities nothing special but nothing I didn’t like.

The rooms and staff are wonderful

The staff was wonderful. We had a great room for a family of 3 and everything was a quick Bolt ride away. Breakfast available at a cost, but remember to order the day before!

I chose the hotel to stay there during my Sandbox 14nights stay and I must say that i chose right place. For everybody who wants to stay in Chalong, look nowhere and stay in Lemonade. Everything during my preparation for the Sandbox- the hotel helped me with everything- Shaba+ certificate, PCR testing, Sha+ transport from the airport, they simply make the paperwork for me much easier. I’m was extremely happy with the location as i knew where i want to be, room Deluxe was huuuge. Balcony overlooking the pool. Ohh the pool. Swimming pool in this hotel is another level- perfect. I want to express the huge thank you for all the lovely staff at the hotel. For everything you did to me. Everyone who wants to stay here during the Sandbox- the right choise. And when the Sandbox will be over and we will be able to travel again like before i’m pretty sure that the hotel will be fully booked. Amazing quality for amazing price.

This hotel was perfect! When we arrived the check in was quick and smooth. We stayed for 5nights. When we got to our room it was really nice but there was abit of a funny smell and the bed was kind of hard. We rang reception and they moved us straight away. Our new room was also very nice, big and spacious and had a balcony with a pool view. The bed was also quite hard but after i slept in it i realised that it was actually really good for my back! I woke up with no aches while we stayed here! We also rented a scooter from them during our stay, they gave us a little discount and the scooter had a full tank of gas! There was a place to get laundry done which was a 30second walk away, and its only about a 10minute walk or so to the fitness/fighters street. We checked out and went to phi phi islands for a couple of nights before returning back to Phuket, and we went straight back to Lemonade without any second thoughts. Got our same room and scooter again and all the staff were so nice and friendly and done anything we needed! Would highly recommend!

The rooms are large and modernly furnished. The pool is good, with sun lounge. Large bed, fridge, kettle and balcony. Large wardrobe and safe. Bedside tables and reading lamps. A/C great. Water pressure good. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Things that could make this room better include extra pillows or cushions, bedside tables and reading lamps. The location is not great if you don't have your own transport. however, if like us you have a scooter or other vehicle there are many restaurants, bars, cafes and places to visit nearby.

Amazing staff. Great location.

I hired a scooter and rode from Patong to Chalong and stayed at the Lemonade Phuket for 1 week. Owner Som (translates to "Orange" in English :D) was a brilliant host. The girls at reception always greet you with a smile and are ready to cater to any need. The rooms are very spacious and mine had a very large balcony. Breakfast is offered in the lobby from 7am - 10am and is very reasonably priced (150 baht for Big Breakfast + Coffee + Juice). The hotel is close to major attractions. Som provided some memorable recommendations (Nai Harn Beach at sunset is beautiful!) and suggested traveling to Phuket Old Town for the famous Torry Ice-cream (for those with a sweet tooth!) I highly recommend the Phuket Lemonade Hotel. Guaranteed you will not regret your stay!

From the moment we arrived the staff were amazing & so accommodating. The place is so very clean, the pool area is great. This place was faultlessly pur 1 week stay. Thank you Lemonade Phuket & Pumpkin 😁 Danielle and Lana

Hotel was fine, staff were very helpful and friendly

Lemonade hotel is situated near Chalong. Its a modern design hotel. I enjoyed my time at the hotel. Theres plenty to do nearby as well as the hotel offers plenty of activities around Phuket. It was such a relaxing holiday at the hotel. So many friendly faces, the services are great, the amenities nearby is extremely helpful. The breakfast was delicious. There bird park, crocodile farm, bee farm, dolphinarium, phuket zoo, Muay Thai village and many many more attractions nearby. The hotel also rents out scooter and cars. There night market just a walking distance, they sell fantastic local food and drinks. If you prefer fastfood (LOL), theres KFC nearby. Massage parlour are plenty and very cheap. Theres local made ice cream sold at the night market (deliciousssss). Im planning to stay in Phuket for a month, and this will definitely be my next stay.

Everything was good expect the bed. The mattress is shocking feeling like you are sleeping on bare wood.

찰롱항구랑 가깝고! 방도 크고! 잘쉬다 왔습니다.

I stayed at the Lemonade for a month , make sure you ask for their monthly rate . The room was big and clean , nice bathroom , and a balcony as well . Just make sure u ask for the rooms to the garden , and not the street . Their backyard and the pool is pretty nice to relax . They good very good WiFi . Overall they were really helpful whenever I had a question . Got a scooter for a pretty good rate from them as well. I would stay here again !

Bugs were in my room & in my bed. They did have 24hr check in. I was there for a very short time. Maybe about 6 hrs.

Amazing staff, room, cleaniless and so on!! Only negative is the lokal area, but if you have a motorbike its not a problem.

新的酒店，很乾淨很大，在大馬路那邊很容易找到 附近不是旅遊區，但性價比高

We arrived by taxi and were greeted by the receptionist with a smile and was given our room key right away. Our room had a king size bed and while we thought it was hard, nour backs felt great in the morning. Rooms are very spacious and very shiny and moderan and comes with small fridge and free bottled water. The swimming pool is a nice size and is located at the main reception area. This is a very busy part of town so space is at a premiun. Towels are not provided for the pool so you have to use your own or room towels. The staff doesn’t speak much English however they all were very friendly and tried to help us with our requests. Breakfast in the morning was good and wasn’t buffet style, so that was very nice! You can rent motor bikes from the front desk and are all new and very inexpensive.

Lovely boutique hotel feel, very clean and quiet. It's quite far from central but that means for those who wants to stay in, you wont be disturbed by loud music or shouting forgeiners in the middle of the night. Staff is very friendly and helpful too! Free use of the kitchen to make some simple instant noodles and stuff. Really loved it!

We stayed for 5 nights and all very clean. Pool available on entrance level although only 2 beds. Room nice and spacious although we had a lot of ants near our window next to the bed. Taxis can be booked at reception. Hotel is on the main road so busy. They tried to charge us for a mini towel which was a tiny bit black from the gym, we refused and took it to the dry cleaners ourself. Not very good at customer service to be talked to like that on a matter that was tiny.

The room was large and light, the pillows comfy and the AC did its job. If you’re a light sleeper ask for a room away from the road (I didn’t mind the road noise, but it is constant). My only complaint was the slow wifi. If you need to work online a lot, it’s not really suitable, but more than ok for streaming l, social media etc. The pool was relaxing and you could get some nice sun 10am-2pm. Very friendly and helpful staff. Just ask and they’ll be happy to help. They have a small store, rent scooters, do visa runs etc. I liked that the hotel wasn’t on the Soi itself. Gave an opportunity to use nearby businesses (barber, laundry, supermarket, restaurants), instead of just the heavily frequented tourist businesses. I ended up extending my stay another month this time, and yes, would happily stay again.

Just down the road from the main street where the action is so its no big dramas at all. nice room and a decent size and very clean. Hiring of bikes is easy too and i would recommend this place to most that visit chalong

Amazing staff! I stayed at this hotel alone for a week. The rooms are so spacious and are cleaned daily. The cleaning ladies are lovely and quick. You enter the hotel with a warm welcome and leave the place knowing that you will miss it. The location is about 20 minutes from Patong. Lots of Thai restaurants locally and a 7-Eleven that you can buy almost every thing from. Also close to KFC. Not close to many markets and clothing shops though. Chaofa markets about 15 minutes away.

If your room faces the street, it can be very noisy at night ...But overall, the room is clean and cozy ...

Have stayed a couple of times for 2 - 4 weeks. In both instances have been very happy with the outstanding service. Always happy to help and take a genuine interest in guests. 5 minutes from gyms. Modern and clean rooms, with balconies.

Me and a friend stayed in lemonade for two months whilst we were training at Phuket Top Team, we picked this hotel because of how close it is to soi-ta ied which is the street with an abundance of restaurants and gyms. The hotel has everything near to it that you could possibly need with a chemist, 7Eleven, restaurant within 50 meters. This was our first trip away for a long period of time so it was pretty essential that our hotel was a home away from home and I can safely say that all of the staff made us feel very welcome, the only request we had was that we were in a room on the higher floors and facing away from the main road which is what we got. A big modern room with a shower wet room, big wardrobe, fridge, television and LG air-con which is essential for a good nights sleep, the mattress was a little hard but what I found from previous trips to Thailand this is the same in most hotels. Our room was always cleaned spotlessly by the two girls that cleaned the rooms and the wifi in our room was extremely quick and powerful. We pre-paid for the breakfast for the first month, this is where I draw the only negative from the visit, is that you can get breakfast elsewhere for a third of the price. The hotel staff are more than helpful ordering taxi's, ordering food from restaurants to be delivered or even booking day trips to different islands. Overall I was completely at ease and felt like part of the family, thank you all the staff and management at Lemonade for the hospitality, hopefully I'll be back soon.

We had a very large, clean room with balcony. The hotel is located on a main road and our room was facing the street on one side but the noise didn't bother us at all. Good quality and we would return. Short walk to the nearby gyms or you can rent a bike/scooter from the hotel. ROOM: Large, modern looking room, very clean with a nice shower/bathroom. Air conditioner was great quality. Beds a little hard compared to Western standards but this appears to be the same in all hotels/guesthouses we've visited. SERVICE: Very helpful staff on reception with overall a great standard of English. My only problem was ordering a taxi through reception to Promthep Cape which was very expensive given it's only a 10-15 minute journey. We were told the price was 350B and that it was more expensive because it was uphill... I didn't have to accept this and could have ordered my own taxi elsewhere but options are very limited in this area. I still felt we were overcharged as tourists but this happens everywhere. LOCATION: You are a bit cut off where the hotel is located and really need a scooter to get around easily as taxis are not easy to arrange for a reasonable price. If you're training at the nearby gyms there are closer locations but the quality of this hotel is very good and only a 5 minute walk to Phuket Top Team and 10 minutes to Tiger. WIFI: Fantastic wifi, really good speeds even for streaming movies in the evening. BREAKFAST: The breakfast was quite slow, the portion size was small and the quality not that good in my opinion. Worth checking out other places nearby for food. NOTES: 500B room deposit taken at check-in to cover any potential damages, we recieved this back on check-out with no problems.

I have lived in this hotel for almost 6 months and highly recommend it. Situated in Chalong area, 5min away from all the gyms and 15min by scooter from the NaiHarn beach and 15-20min from other beaches. Very good internet if you work online as I do, which is one of the reason I stayed so long in this hotel. Very good pool, good price for the stay, nice friendly staff. Recommended and hope to be there back soon! Alex from room 207

I stayed here for 4 nights while training at tiger Muay Thai (moved around to check out different accommodation for next time- this was my 3rd trip to tiger). The room was spacious and very clean and the staff are lovely. The bed was hard as are most Thai hotels, I could feel the metal springs in the mattress but once I flipped it over it was fine. The only downside is the hectic main road it is on, can take quite a while to get across when coming from the opposite direction. My room was on the side of the hotel so was pretty quiet, I'd imagine the rooms at the front would be pretty noisy.

Staffs are friendly and English was understandable. Cleaning of rooms wasn't efficient as I would need to ask to clean every time when I'm back in the afternoons. They wouldn't stick to giving two towels despite living by myself.

Great accommodation at a great price. Big bright airy rooms, good bathroom, friendly staff. Rooms on main road can be a little noisy, choose one of the rooms at the back. TV only has Thai channels but you probably don't come to Phuket to watch TV.

I was here training alone and halfway through my stay, I suffered from mild food poisoning from the street food that I had. The staffs have been extremely helpful - went down to the lobby at 5am only to seek help from the receptionist to get me tummy pain relief from the nearest 711 and didn't charge me for the medicine (the midnight shift lady couldn't speak a single word of English but she knew immediately when I pointed to my stomach. 9am again, one of the staff came in to my room and tried to absorb as much information in order to tell the pharmacist as I couldn't get out of bed. She came back within 5 mins with the pills and I finally recovered on the day itself. Thank you!

The room was gorgeous high ceilings, beautiful decor with stunning wood work .. The rooms are very big and beautiful balcony area to relax ... The pool was fantastic and the staff are amazing especially the beautiful girls on reception who have very good English and will help with and query u might have ... We are already planning our next trip back hotel lemonade is a deffinate stay for us in the future !!!

I'll start off positive with staff at Lemonade was very attentive, however the overall experience was quite a disappointment. We typically stay at 4-5 star resorts so we knew to have much lower expectation, but didn't expect the experience we got. We opted to stay here because of the proximity to Soi Ta-Iad and from the pics & TA reviews, it looked much nicer than any of the other places on that street. We started in room 308, which is overlooking the main street (Chaofa East), and the road noise coupled with the rock hard bed made it near impossible to get a restful sleep. This even though we specifically requested a quiet room away from the road based on other TA reviewers mentioning the road noise. We were moved to another room (room 307) which was a bit quieter but still with road noise and a rock hard bed. The rooms are not very clean, floors dirty, window sills filthy, and rooms didn't smell clean. Also, the bedding had stains... The wifi in room 307 was nearly unusable, and the staff couldn't fix it even when we brought it to their attention. Also, the room amenities were pretty limited. Only some rooms have a safe and blow dryer, and the shampoo & body wash were ultra low quality. The cafe next door also owned by Lemonade and the only nice looking place for food nearby was closed all 5 days. A plus was they do offer daily motorbike rentals, which was useful given the distance from most things including training. Definitely wouldn't recommend walking to the training camps due to the busy road. Bottom line, if you're coming to this area to train on Soi Ta-Iad, you're better off staying at one of the places on the street such as Bora Bora, which I hear is very nice and where we'd stay next time.

Lovely hotel , newly built, family run.Tian was especially lovely , very helpful. You need some sort of transport to get around, would stay here again if I was in the area .

Hotel staff really friendly, hotel is on a busy main road with no nightlife as such in the immediate vicinity
