Awesome location, comfortable facilities, very clean. The staff has been exceptional, going beyond expectations.

We stayed for two nights and were very impressed by the exceptional hospitality. Every staff member was professional, friendly and helpful, especially the reception team. We never even had to ask for assistance, whenever staff saw us nearby, they would immediately approach and offer to help. The room was very comfortable, housekeeping did an excellent job keeping everything clean and well maintained. This is truly hospitality at its finest and we would highly recommend this resort over many others we’ve stayed at.

Soggiorno molto piacevole, Resort molto bello, ci hanno fatto l'upgrade della camera dandoci quella con la piscina, una villetta appartata molto grande, la doccia era una stanza, l'unico problemino le finestre non si chiudevano benissimo e nei giorni di forte pioggia l'acqua è entrata un pochino.. Il ristorante era veramente molto buono peccato solo per il servizio veramente molto molto lento, nonostante la bassa stagione e la poca gente. Abbiamo avuto l'impressione che il resort potesse dare ancora il suo meglio ma dato la bassa stagione si sia lasciato un pò andare, peccato perchè il posto è molto bello, la spiaggia una delle più belle di tutta l'isola. Personale molto gentile.

The staff were lovely

Nous avons beaucoup apprecié l’environnement, la chambre, la qualité de service et le petit-déjeuner. Dès qu’on rentre dans cette hôtel, on se sent en vacances.Tout le monde travaille pour qu’on nous manque rien.

Malgré la qualité des infrastructures, je pense qu’il manque de l’espace pour des animations, jeux etc. Sinon tout était très bien!

L’emplacement, le personnel et l’ambiance générale

En low season tout est éteint et l’établissement ressemble un peu à un hôtel fantôme (même s’il accueille des clients …) c’est dommage

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE - WE LEFT WITHIN 3 HOURS / SEVERE SAFETY HAZARD We did not even stay for one night. We arrived at 3 PM, evaluated the property, and by 6:30 PM we took a transfer to another hotel. The beach boardwalk is completely broken, collapsed, and there are loose, exposed cables right on the wet sand. This is an extreme and unacceptable danger for our 2-year-old child. The hotel management refused to refund our money and tried to offer a room upgrade instead, but we chose our son's safety over a free upgrade. Do not risk your family's safety at this resort.

Everything was exceptional! The staff, from check-in to the restaurant, truly made our stay memorable. Every waiters were so helpful and welcoming, making dining at the restaurant, which serves truly delicious food, a genuine pleasure.The room is very comfortable and well-equipped. The bungalows and villa garden is also beautiful. We really enjoyed the beach, even though it was the rainy season.

It's better to rent a motorbike to move from the hotel. But the hotel proposes some taxi and visites.

From the moment you entered the property until you leave it was a joyous experience. The staff was welcoming and friendly, the entrance, welcome area was very unique and feels like home away from home. The area was open, but cozy with a great ambiance. A welcome drink and given before the registration process. The place was exactly what was presented on the website. And the villa was even more beautiful than I imagined.

Vysoce hodnotím kvalitu služeb personálu. Dělali opravdu vše pro to, abychom se cítili v resortu dobře. Mladá dáma pro nás zajistila vše, co jsme potřebovali, včetně dopravy do naší další destinace. Vynikající jsou snídaně, byly nejkvalitnější a nejpestřejší v průběhu našeho cestování. Navíc restaurace má krásný výhled na moře. Ubytovaní jsme byli v jednom z bungalovů. Byl pohodlný a prostorný.

Bohužel se část resortu, sousedící s naším bungalovem rekonstruovala. Občas byl slyšet zvuk používaného nářadí. To nás trošku mrzelo, neboť jsme při rezervaci žádali o ubytování v klidném místě. Hluk netrval nikdy déle než pár minut, takže to bylo snesitelné.

The hotel is nicely positioned in front of the beach with stunning views. The room was clean with very comfortable beds. We were pampered the whole stay., a real treat. Breakfast was very good with a wonderful selection of foods which varied on a daily basis.

The location was a bit remote, we were a family of 6 and that made it expensive to go anywhere. We went in low season so had some wet days, but we did go in rainy season. I can imagine the place looks completely different in High season and you wouldn't need to move anywhere.

Probablement un probleme récurant sur l'ile mais les transports manquent beaucoup. Si vous ne loué pas de scooter il vous sera difficile de vous deplacer car les distances sont importantes d'un point a l'autre. Tres décu par les prix exorbitant pratiqués au restaurant de l'hotel.

Boendet är väldigt bra och ligger bredvid stranden men jag tycker att det är ganska isolerat från resturang och kräver att jag måste använda motorcykel eller taxi. Annars blir bra med boende när behöver vila.

Air condition was working laudly. Despite warnings, no body take of it. At the end, it stop working and last day we had to change the room. That was disappointing in the hot wheather.

The only thing we can say is the lightning in the bathroom. During the day it was bright and you didn't need the lightning switch but in the evening the lightning was too dark to do your makeup for example.

Bei unserem Aufenthalt hat einfach alles gestimmt. Die Lage ist sehr gut gelegen in einer kleinen Bucht mit weißem Sandstrand. Der Liegebereich ist oberhalb des Wasser, was uns sehr gut gefallen hat. Es gibt einen Steg über den man zusätzlich ins Wasser gehen kann. Das Wasser ist glasklar und es gab keine Steine über die geklettert werden muss um ins Wasser zu gelangen. Unser Bungalow war mit Meerblick in perfekter Größe. Endlich ein Bad in dem sich bewegt werden kann und der überdachte Balkon schützt, wenn es mal regnet. Minibar ist vorhanden mit Snacks. Kaffee und Tee ebenso. Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Küche mit super Preisen. Der Essens Bereich ist top, von überdacht bis Balkon , bis Terrasse oder am Wasser essen ist alles möglich. Der Service ist perfekt, es kann alles besorgt oder gebucht werden. Ausserdem Rollerverleih easy im Hotel. Perfekt und stressfrei. Unser Highlight das Personal, durchweg waren alle so herzlich, hilfsbereit, selbstlos, witzig und freundlich und das zu jeder Tageszeit. Vielen Dank für diesen tollen Aufenthalt.

Das Personal arbeitet mit viel freude und jeder strahlt viel Freude aus und alle sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.. Es ist Extrem sauber und man fühlt sich hier wie im Paradies🥰

Es gibt überhaupt nichts zu beanstandend. Im Gegenteil wir sprechen dem ganzen Personal und der Organisation ein grosses Kompliment aus🥰🤗🥰🤗

The location is very pleasant and relaxing. Breakfast is rich in fruit. I liked the bungalow. Mango sticky rice in the reastaurant is very good. BBQ is Ok but it lacked a tasteful sauce. I tried something else from the menu and it was not to be repeated. Otherwise, everything went smoothly.

Lack of good and affordable massage.

Lovely grounds .. areas on beach or decks above beach.. lounge chairs with umbrellas. dining inside, on the deck or tables in the sand 🌱Our sea view cottage had comfortable beds, pillows.. all the extras..refrigerator. Lockbox.AC. Fan.good lighting. Shoulder bags for going to the beach .. slippers. Beach towels.. same day laundry . Breakfast was great with choices and variety! As well as expresso machines .

The only complaint was poor lighting above bathroom sink.. often I would enter & go to turn in light .. but was already on ! Poor dim lighting .. they offered me a hanging light .. that was sufficient..but need better lighting 💥.. a solar exhaust fan in the hot humid bathroom would also be a bonus! * we found the dining meals poorly seasoned.. lacking abundance.. an avocado salad small amounts.. an shitaki kale .. with small amount mushroom.. and stems for greens.. Better flavor down the beach ✨

This is a wonderful resort with lovey helpful staff. The beach is great with warm blue sea and beautiful sunset Lodges are modern clean with wonderful views Amazing food and assistance with tours

I can’t think of anything

It’s so comfortable to stay here, I have everything I want here, yet I still feel very close to the nature… the bay is in the jungle, in front of our bay, you can have fun with small area of snorkeling all by yourself, just bring your gears with or rent it from here… we saw many colorful giant clams and thousand of fish here… amazing, we love it!!!! Not to mention that all staffs are very polite and friendly, food are wonderful😍❤️

Walking into the property it immediately felt good. The location by the beach is stunning and the overall look and feel of the place is very organic and low key luxury. The staff were super friendly and helpful at all times. The sunset and bay itself were exquisite, almost too good and makes you just want to stay there the entire time on the island.

The food there was good but could be elevated and improved to match the place itself.

Emplacement absolument magnifique, hotel splendide, personnels au top et au petit soins , plage superbe , mer turquoise , petit déjeuné super bien , propreté de l'hôtel et nettoyage quotidien des chambres impeccable .

Si je peux me permettre d'écrire cela , juste pour se déplacer a Koh Kood , il est nécessaire de louer un scooter .

Unglaubliches Personal. "Direkt" am Bang Bao Beach. Hatten das Hotel spät am Tag zunächst als Notlösung für eine Nacht gebucht, da unsere ursprüngliche Unterkunft grottig war. Günstig ist es natürlich nicht, an manchen Stellen minimal in die Jahre gekommen (Standard Bungalow) aber insgesamt ein top Aufenthalt. Frühstück sehr gut, Lobby, Lage und Anlage wunderschön. Abends a la carte restaurant auch vollkommen gut aber nicht besonders günstig. Rollerverleih direkt im Hotel mit guten modernen Rollern. Kostenlose Kajaks direkt am Hotelstrand. Sind nach dieser Notfallnacht noch weitere 5 Tage geblieben. Würde ich sofort wieder buchen

Der Hotelstrand ist nicht das Highlight. Die Lage ist zwar am Bang Bao Beach aber man muss noch einen kleinen Weg über die Felsen links runter laufen um zum meiner Meinung nach schönsten Strand Ko Koods zu kommen. Der Weg kann rutschig sein, da auf jeden Fall aufpassen.

Eigentlich alles gut aber in die Jahre gekommen!! Macht was Freunde 👍

Schöne Anlage,schönes und sauberes Zimmer, sehr leckeres Frühstück mit großem und abwechslungsreichem Frühstück. Es wird bei allem gut weitergeholfen. Sogar Mopeds kann man mieten.

All the staff is super friendly and nice. The pool villa is amazing. The food is really good as well and we liked to have the bbq going every evening for dinner. The bay it is located in and the sunsets are amazing too.

Beautiful property, was lovely and peaceful, staff were very attentive and helpful. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

Eines der schönsten Resorts, dich ich bisher besucht haben. Die Lage ist wunderschön in die Bucht eingebettet, die Häuser sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, das Essen sehr empfehlenswert. Der Service in allen Belangen sehr gut

Location, awesome brekfast buffet including a roquefort-style blue cheese... Fresh Fruit, goo te,,an egg station. I only wish they offered eggs benedict 😋

The only complaint I could is the to low waterpressure of the shower and not being able to figure out how to switch the pool lights and the jets on / off andnthey seemingl going on/off randomly...

Ansich schönes Hotel mit Poolvillen an einem sehr schönen Strand, leider ist der Strandabschnitt selbst eher schlecht und steinig, zudem ist die Poolvilla etwas abgewohnt und es fehlt ein Moskitonetz über dem Bett, wir haben die halbe Nacht Mücken gejagt um schlafen zu können, bei knapp 400 euro die Nacht für ein Zimmer ist das einfach nicht ok! Die nette Person am Empfang war etwas überfordert, Massagetermin wurde vergessen, dann aber doppelt berechnet usw Alles nicht wirklich "rund" da gibt es gerade für den Preis viel viel Besseres auf der Insel

Strandaschnitt nicht sehr schön, Zimmer abgewohnt, Rezeptionist überfordert und falsche Rechnung

Ganz besonders die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals in der gesamten Anlage hat uns den Aufenthalt dort wertvoll gemacht. Ob an der Rezeption, Restaurant, Beach, Reinigungskräfte.....und nebenan ein absoluter Traumstrand mit toller Bar für den Sonnenuntergang. Es ist ein ruhiges Hotel zum " runterkommen". Im Dunkeln ist die Anlage, besonders der Essensbereich , wunderschön gemütlich beleuchtet. Das " Highlight" für mich war die Möglichkeit, im gesamten Haus/Anlage barfuß laufen zu dürfen. Auch beim Essen. Zimmer mit kleiner Terrasse davor war ausreichend groß, allerdings nichts " ausgefallenes". Für uns steht fest, falls nochmal Koh Kood, dann auch wieder ins Natural Beach Resort

Helleres Licht im Bad für die "Schminker/innen" :-) Eine zusätzliche Lampe über dem Spiegel wäre schon sinnvoll

sehr schön gelegenes Resort in einer kleinen Bucht mit einem Korallenriff direkt vor Tür 🤩 Ausgesprochen freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal 💕 Sehr praktisch ist auch der Anlegesteg, sind von dort aus direkt mit dem Speedboot zurück nach Koh Chang. Danke für alles!
