Staff were great and the property feels safe and well maintained, poor bar lovely and pool very clean, short walk to the beach, a perfect hotel

La posizione è ottima e la hall dell’hotel è davvero bellissima, elegante e molto scenografica. Il personale è stato sempre gentilissimo e disponibile: quando abbiamo avuto problemi con la prima camera, il giorno successivo ci sono state proposte subito due alternative. Abbiamo apprezzato anche la piscina esterna e la terrazza della seconda camera.

La posizione dell’hotel è ottima e la hall è davvero bellissima, elegante e scenografica. Anche il personale merita un elogio: tutti sono stati gentilissimi e disponibili. Purtroppo, però, le camere non rispecchiano affatto l’impressione iniziale. La prima camera aveva un condizionatore estremamente vecchio, ingiallito e praticamente non funzionante. Con il caldo era impossibile restarci e abbiamo dovuto cambiare stanza. Il giorno seguente ci sono state gentilmente proposte due alternative e abbiamo scelto quella con terrazza. Anche questa, però, era molto datata: letto duro, cuscini scomodi, coperte vecchie e un bagno che necessita seriamente di essere ristrutturato. L’acqua del lavabo aveva inoltre un forte e sgradevole odore metallico, simile alla ruggine, che rimaneva persino sulle mani. La piscina esterna è gradevole, mentre la piccola piscina termale un giorno era completamente vuota e quindi inutilizzabile. La parte più deludente è stata però la ristorazione. La colazione, pagata separatamente, è stata decisamente al di sotto delle aspettative. Anche la cena, €30 a persona a menu fisso, bevande escluse, è stata una grande delusione. Piatti poco riusciti e una proposta gastronomica che ho trovato estremamente datata, sia nella concezione sia nella presentazione. Anche le sale ristorante, scure e antiquate, sembrano rimaste ferme agli anni ’80. Considerando il prezzo, mi aspettavo decisamente un altro livello. È un vero peccato perché la struttura ha grande potenziale, una posizione eccellente e un personale davvero professionale. Necessita però urgentemente di una profonda ristrutturazione delle camere, dei bagni, degli impianti e della ristorazione. Con un importante rinnovamento potrebbe diventare un hotel di tutt’altro livello.

The hotel room was tired but clean- the balcony was extremely small & definitely not very comfortable!

The location, the staff and the general ambience of the hotel. Loved the books available around the hotel to take and leave. Solarium was beautiful. The access arrangements with the beach was excellent value for money

The breakfast was adequate however not very exciting. Didn’t see it as value for money.

The beds were very firm and uncomfortable. The shower recess is far too small and there were no in room provisions ie. tea or coffee making facilities or bottled water!

Other guest were very disrespectful and noisy at all hours of the night. Think the hotel needs to ask guests to be mindful of noise. Also aircon this was controlled centrally and was very hot. I think hotel needs to tell guests this will happen but agree a realistic temperature

La ubicación, la estructura en general. Y el encanto clásico de un tiempo que ya pasó. El personal de recepción y Rosario nos pareció encantador.

Cogimos desayuno y nos pareció que tenía poca variedad, el café si lo quieres de cafetera hay que pagarlo aparte.

The main lights never got sorted so was darkish in the room. Needs updating the pool and spa not great breakfast terrible choice lots of pastries though not much else staff there not great. Toaster not working

Our entire experience was great! We didn't eat at the hotel as we wanted to venture and eat in the town. The hotel location is excellent . Close to the beach. The pool was very nice. We will definitely recommend and come back.

Pobyt w hotelu uważam za bardzo udany – obsługa była niezwykle miła i pomocna, a w całym obiekcie panowała wzorowa czystość. Śniadania raczej na słodko, ale każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Świetną opcją są dwa baseny, jeden w budynku, jeden na zewnątrz, a także możliwość kąpieli w wodach termalnych (35-38 stopni C). Bardzo wygodne i zadbane leżaki były dużym atutem, szkoda jedynie, że nie wszystkie jacuzzi były sprawne. Ogromnym plusem jest również świetna lokalizacja – blisko plaży, wielu restauracji, dużego sklepu i przystanku autobusowego. Cały pobyt oceniam bardzo pozytywnie i chętnie wrócę.

La struttura è allo sfascio: è crollato l’intonaco nella hall, ogni giorno c’era qualcosa che smetteva di funzionare (un giorno siamo rimasti senza ascensore), tutte le piscine sui terrazzi superiori sono fuori uso, nella stanza il bagno è completamente distrutto… una vergogna per quello che si paga

Hotel este mai vechi dar foarte bine dotat si ingrijit. Micul dejun a fost delicios, foarte multe variante de servit. La curatenie stau foarte bine si mai ales la sistemul de ventilatie in camera este exceptional. Mi-a placut ca este relativ aproape atat de plaja cat si de port.

Unii dintre personal nu stia limba engleza sa ne putem intelege mai usor. Baia a fost cam mica.

Clean and airy, the staff were incredibly friendly and in particular the cleaners who worked so hard.

Loved the hotel, unfortunately there was a large party of people there during our stay who put drinks onto my room no and Very noisy and made a dreadful mess. The hotel should have advised me of this as would have sought alternative accommodation.

The staff was friendly and tried to help us with all our needs. The location is the best, it is right in the center, near the shops, near to the beach, close to the port. All the credits go to the location of this hotel.

We chose this hotel for our honeymoon and specifically booked a beautiful terrace room to make the occasion special. Unfortunately, upon arrival we were given a completely different room. Instead of the spacious terrace room we had reserved, we were placed on the top floor with no elevator access, no digital key card, and a room that was very small, dark, and in poor condition. The bathroom had broken tiles, a damaged sink, and a dirty shower, which was very disappointing. The following day, after raising our concerns, we were finally moved to the room we had originally booked. What made the experience even more frustrating was the attitude at reception. Instead of acknowledging the issue, we were asked, “Why do you want to change it? It is the most requested room in our hotel.” This response was surprising, considering the room we were initially given did not match our reservation or the standard we had paid for. Once we were moved, the booked room was exactly what we had expected and was lovely. However, having to spend the first night of our honeymoon in a substandard room and having to argue to receive what we had already paid for left a lasting negative impression. A special occasion like a honeymoon deserves better communication, honesty, and customer service. They tried to make up by giving a one person voucher to a 20 min massage. This experience was a total desaster as the massage lady was late, the “massage” was 5 minutes and the rest was a face mask. The lady keept stepping out of the room to talk with the clients from the reception.

Location is prime and the pool area is lovely

Very small shower, with no much water running through it. The hotel has so much potential but it lacks investment. The solar rooftop and the upstairs jacuzzis need to be better taken care of

The breakfast area and the area of the new building which seems to be a different hotel linked by a bridge. The rooms although with nice floors and ceilings are in need of refurbishment. It is very tired and in need of renovation.

We had a large balcony off our room which was fantastic - chairs and umbrella meant we could relax back at our room without laying on the bed! Pool area was fantastic - lounges and day beds with umbrellas - lots of shade. The terrace area at the front of the hotel is also lovely to sit and look out over the garden. Great facilities available with the Spa etc. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

Pool was a little cloudy - needs some attention to keep it clear.

The breakfast was wonderful. Having the thermal pools available in the hotel was very special. I also chose this hotel for its central location. It’s a 5 minute walk to the port with great restaurants,a 3 minute walk to the beach (with more restaurants) and a 1 minute walk to the Main Street with shops and more restaurants and cafes. The staff at the front desk are super helpful as is everyone in the hotel. This was my 3rd year going to this hotel and I will be again next year.

Every member of staff is extremely attentive and made the stay relaxing. The cleaning staff were also Lovely and always leave the room spotless. The pool and AC was also amazing after a sweaty day of walking around in the sun. We had to leave early and thanks to the two ladies at the reception, we were able to get a quick refund for the days we were no longer staying AND they even let us spend the whole day at the hotel instead of kicking us out with our luggage. They were very understanding, I was worried about explaining we had to leave early, but I shouldn’t have been since they didn’t make a fuss and immediately helped us out.

There was nothing not to like, the facilities were plentiful, lovely staff, good food and excellent location.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful…. facilities were very good: pool, spa etc. Ideally placed for local restaurants and shops and public transport.

There’s nothing we didn’t like. On reflection I should have asked for a room with a balcony to have some outside space but we will return! Everything was great for us!
